I have taken reliance sim dated on 10may2017 via portability and it was activated on 15may2017. I have been facing network issue and multiple times registered compliant against network issue to reliance (Ref number :[protected] on 17may2017,[protected] on 22may2017), but there was no action against my compliant. And multiple times i spoken to customer care, but no action and no service displaying on my mobile during my office hours.

This is with reference to my airtel broadband connection, bearing account no. [protected], activation date for my connection is 11th march 2016. From the start of my connection have faced constant issues regarding :

We are customer of airtel landline+broadband connection from past eight months with number:[protected]. We are having a prepaid connection. We given the request to airtel for stop service as we are going out of country for 4 months. We agreed for paying the amount till date used. As i am using reliance gsm prepaid from 6 months and above and now they are not let me out from their network to port to airtel network without any valid reason. Their customer care people not give and proper response ant not connect to call. Is very old i can't loss this number. So as trai has to solve our problem. So kindly do justice to us. I was using prepaid Netconnect+ Device for net surfing [protected]. On that number I recharged Rs.3001 (1GB data per month free for lifetime), I availed this offer only for 3 months after that CDMA services has been completely shut down from Reliance, so now I am am not able to use this service.

I already raised complaint with reliance but they are not ready to provide my money back. also after so many mails they didn't reply....

I am not able to send sms to railway 139 enquiry by my Reliance jio no. [protected], Jio is saying that current jio is offering free service that is why not able to send SMS to no like 139 but i have recharge my jio no with Rs 303+99=402 then how could jio saying that they are giving free service.
