Hello Sir,

This is regarding Vodafone service.

Vodafone has activated 3 VAS without my consent back to back within short time Screenshots are attached - check timings of activation too.

It's a cycle of activating VAS (without consent) after deactivating each time.

CC executive repeats the same answer every time I call to complain.

I'm frustrated of deactivating the VAS every time it gets activated (without consent)

Please look on this issue as I never request a VAS by myself on my number.

Moreover, I complained on twitter @VodafoneIN every time when one new VAS gets activated on my number. Screenshots are attached.

I have mentioned this issue to @TRAI as well on Twitter as Vodafone looked no serious about the issue.

I expect some action on this issue asap.

    After 11 years o[censored]sing the vodafone (Bbl mobile/hutch/vodafone) on 28th may 2017 i converted into 4gb sim with 4gb data offer for 10 days free of cost. On 31st my talk time balance is got reduced suddenly and they called thro. Call centre asking for choto credit and they given for credit of rs.10/- for emergency calls.

    After then we recharged rs.120/- (Full talk time) top up in my number. That balance also gone in the night. Morning i met the office and asked why its happen. They says the data balance is over its automatically deducted the main balance. And i asked while ask for "chota credit" for rs.10/- you are asking thro. Phone and confirm and giving but, why not in the case of data plans if i need it i can talk/sms to recharge to get the balance. Why you stolen my money without my knowledge. They says..in your android phone data option you kept on that why its happen. I am asking i may kept or or off is they asked me debit my main balance either via sms/call/email then why its happening...

    Sir please take this compliant and check their records... All new sim activation they doing like that... If they give offer that is ok. But how they deduct our money without our concern?

      My name is Abhishek Parashuram Bhosale with my mobile number [protected]. I want to lodge a escalation which I'm facing from past two months related to Airtel network and its subsequent agents, as they are passing wrong information and misleading the issue. From past two months I have been following the agents but they are least concerned about the issue. Then finally I have contacted the Appellate Officer and they are about to resolve the issue in 40 days but a per TRAI norms its maximum 7 days. I could not access the internet but the phone is showing network of 3G. As a supreme authority in telecom and electronics please look into this petty issue and reply with stringent solutions.

          I have taken reliance sim dated on 10may2017 via portability and it was activated on 15may2017. I have been facing network issue and multiple times registered compliant against network issue to reliance (Ref number :[protected] on 17may2017,[protected] on 22may2017), but there was no action against my compliant. And multiple times i spoken to customer care, but no action and no service displaying on my mobile during my office hours.

          I request you to give permission to change from this network to other network.
          Because trai guidelines says 3 months duration to change other network.

          Due to reliance network, i am facing lot of issues and continuous disruption. Could you please help to give permission to change my network to other network.

            This is with reference to my airtel broadband connection, bearing account no. [protected], activation date for my connection is 11th march 2016. From the start of my connection have faced constant issues regarding :

            1. Broadband speed
            2. Disconnection

            For the above issues numerous complaints have been lodged with airtel customer care. Few of the complaint numbers are mentioned below :

            25th may - complaint no. 82814118

            9th april - complaint no. 81048982

            31st march - complaint no. 80699366

            22nd feb - complaint no. 79205708

            24th dec - complaint no. 76861034

            2nd dec - complaint no. 76048176

            For the above complaints lodged with airtel customer care, issues faced were broadband speed/disconnection. Constant visits were done by your airtel technical to resolve the above problem once complaint was lodged during which they changed the modem once, performed changes in the settings, etc and the problem got resolved. But it is important to note that after 20-45 days again the same problem resurfaced for which again i had to lodge formal complaint with airtel and technical visit is arranged and problem rectified and after 20-45 days again issues of speed arises.

            During your technician visit for complaint lodged on 9th april 2017, technician tested the connection speed on lan and wifi and gave a feedback that speed is proper on lan and the issue of speed is on wifi and the solution for which is i will have to change my router if i need to resolve the speed issue on wifi as on lan speed was proper. On confronting him that connection is being used on same floor and why do i need to change the router since the router has been provided by airtel, he did some setting by calling someone in airtel (I believe he called some in airtel as he was speaking to someone on phone regarding this speed issue) and the issue got resolved.

            As on today when i am writing this e-mail to you i. E. 25th may 2017 i have again lodged complaint regarding broadband speed with airtel and i am getting speed between 4 mps - 9mps for connection having speed of 40 mps. Screen shots are attached for your reference (Speed test done on website - speed-test).

            I am surprised and fail to under that airtel being such a premium brand is not able to solve the issue of speed

            Would requeta trai to take up this matter and help me get a resolution. I have writte to nodal team and received respinse that problem has been resolved but i am still facing the issue of speed.

              There was a offer from Airtel if we recharge 349/- rs we are eligible for 1GB 4G data/day +unlimited calls upto 28 days but I done recharge but am not getting 1GB data daily then I escalated to Airtel but no response I Sent mail also regarding issue but no reply after 349/-rs recharge also I spent more than 500 rs for data Airtel is cheated me plz support me.

Relaince gsm phone started, but i have complaint that my family member call me from mtnl, mumbai land line number they receive massage that this vodafone number is temporary disconnected.                         We are customer of airtel landline+broadband connection from past eight months with number:[protected]. We are having a prepaid connection. We given the request to airtel for stop service as we are going out of country for 4 months. We agreed for paying the amount till date used. We get the positive response from customer care of airtel but they didnot proceed further and had not cancelled the connection. We are getting their call everyday that why you want to stop service. And again n again asking to remit amount for six months advance for cancellation. We had made initially 5+1 month plan in which if we pays for 5 months advance will get one month free. We didnot renew this offer and requesting for stop services. We are getting regular calls at the busy time harassing unnecessary. Kindly file a complain against airtel and let us know how to seek redresssal.

                            Last month i called to your customer care regards my data usage and bill plan, as after i consumed my data i got 100/200 message stating you have consumed so an so data without using internet i get this message same day i called to customer and told them they told once the bill is generate let us know will help you, and my bill plan is 399 i got bill for Rs.1248/- Shocking... Today i called customer care and told the same he is saying we cant help and cant waived any amount u have to pay Rs.1248/- itself... yesterday night 11/05/17 also i got a message stating you have consumed 90% of data and i stop using internet today i got 90 /100messages stating you consumed so and so data and customer is saying u have charged 499 again today... what stupid this iscustomer care they wont be with there words -
                            Frustrated service given...your team gives wrongly information and cant be with your words- I need to take this to consumer level .

                              I have no hope on airtel customer care service, so reaching out to you for help to navigate it to right people to resolve the issue.

                              My details are as below :

                              Brief about the issue :
                              1) travelled to europe recently, so activated 2999 roaming plan.
                              2) roaming plan covers multiple countries including turkey, paris and monaco. (Details confirmed from airtel executive. Interaction id : [protected])
                              3) i travelled to all 3 countries mentioned above, and my number got auto connected to different operators available.
                              4) i have been charged huge amount (~10k) for monaco operator.

                              Queries :
                              - if monaco country comes under the plan i activated, why i'm charged for it?
                              - there is no way i can get information to which operator i will be charged and to which i will not be charged. It's a clear communication gape from airtel side, and i'm being overcharged because of it.

                                  I was using prepaid Netconnect+ Device for net surfing [protected]. On that number I recharged Rs.3001 (1GB data per month free for lifetime), I availed this offer only for 3 months after that CDMA services has been completely shut down from Reliance, so now I am am not able to use this service.

                                  I already raised complaint with reliance but they are not ready to provide my money back. also after so many mails they didn't reply.

                                    This is to inform you that I have been using the Airtel 4G WiFi since last two years and it is a postpaid connection, My airtel number is [protected]. I have been harassed and i am forced to mark this mail and want to convey the sheer customer harassment even after the payment of my bill.

                                    It was on 17/04/2017 i had paid my Airtel bill online using the Airtel portal and i had used my Federal bank debit card to pay my bill of 862 rupees.The transaction was successful and the amount got deducted from my account. But it so ridiculous that when i tried to use my dongle on 04/05/2017 it shows my line is being barred.

                                    After calling the customer care rep, i got the information that i have not paid the bill, so my line was being barred.Even this is not the end i had called the Federal Bank customer care to know that whether the amount being deducted, they informed me the amount is being deducted and the merchant has claimed it.

                                    After paying the bill why am i being humiliated and harassed.

                                    So please intervene in the matter to give solution as earliest possibile

                                      Sir, I have to inform you that I am a regular customer of idea post paid connection ([protected]). In the evening of 9th may 2017 suddenly my mobile no. was disconnected and there was no signal. After then I called to customer care and they suggested me to talk to idea outlet service (idea shop), but on the idea outlet they informed me that my connection is disconnected through your (TRAI) sight.
                                      Please see to it and solve it as soon as possible.

                                        Please check as I have DND services activated. however, without my knowledge VAS services I local TV services was activated on my number [protected]and balance Rs. 50 has been deducted.

                                        I have complaint to Idea customer care via mail ID. first day I got call and promised to refund Rs. 50 but in mail they refused to refund...

                                        Please plz look it.
