I am not able to send sms to railway 139 enquiry by my Reliance jio no. [protected], Jio is saying that current jio is offering free service that is why not able to send SMS to no like 139 but i have recharge my jio no with Rs 303+99=402 then how could jio saying that they are giving free service.
I have complained 3 times but no response fron Jio.
Jio free service is already stopped by TRAI then how could Jio say that current jio is offering free service till now after customer have recharge with Rs 303+99=402 on no [protected]

      This is to inform you that, i have already placed request to deactivate my mts number [protected] on 31 january 2017, then why i am getting furthest bill on regular basis.
      I was in united states of america in the entire month of january 2017.in my absence you continue to call my family members to pay the due amount. You have also threatened my family members for court case. You called and threaten my father in-law who is a heart patients without my permission. Then i called on 31 january to customer care that i am paying the full remaining amount today it self, but please deactivate my connection from now onwards, i won't pay any amount again and i don't want your number any more. On same day i paid the full amount and told me by your customer care.in response, the customer care told me that my number is already deactivated.

      Then why i am getting further bill as since january i am not using your service and already requested to deactivated. Why you called my family members on my behalf.

      Last week also i called customer care regarding this matter. I also got verification call for the deactivation. Then again i am getting sms with the increase amount of bill payment.

      When i have already requested on 31 january to deactivate my services, then why i am getting these bills. If you continue to send me bill then i have to go to consumer court for this issue. Also my father in law was totally hearted with your threatening calls. I will also bring this issue.

      I also want to clear that i won't pay any amount as i have already requested for the deactivation and i am not using your services from january 31 2017.

      Please take the necessary action.

        I m very old subscriber of air tel and using six nos of air tel out of which two are being used since last 15 yrs and 9 yrs,. Since last more than six months i m facing serious network issues and informed air tel. The survyeor from airtel noida office has visited my residence and confirmed there is very poor connectivity in the area. Due to this i m not able to communicate properly and everytime i have to come out on road to get connected. Many complaints have been made every time air tel promises but nothing happens. Now air tel has asked me to wait for 90 days to get is resolved as they are identifying new site.
        It is kindly requested to intervene for a permanent resolution. It is effecting my health business and relationship.

          My idea postpaid sim is barred both the incoming and outgoing.. Tried to contact idea customer care executive but all are waste.. This call barring effect by job very badly, and idea exec cant explain why its happened and telling our number is not in idea.. Paid bill for last two month... The worst customer care and service which i have never experience...

            Dear Sir,
            I have received a call from Vodafone customer care on my vodafone mobile No.[protected] to change the plan according to uses. I have given consent to change my plan but he has concealing the facts and misguided me. I have requested to service provider to change my plan on various times through customer care but they have not listening me and not registering the complaints on complaint care no. 198 which is circulated on google. They have totaly denied. So you are requested as a regulatory authority please intervene in the matter.

                Dear sir,

                I had opted airtel 4g just after viewing their advertisement on tv that they have open network & have the maximum speed provider in 4g. After taking the connection, i found that they just cheated like any other network. The speed is not more than 2 to 4 mbps. For the same i registered several complaints. One of the reference number is ref45693798 which i registered a month's back. They assured me to look into this, but, even now it is not being taken care of.
                I am writing this mail with a great expectation from trai that it should send a message to airtel company & ask proper explanation for not providing me the solution timely.

                    My mobile number is [protected].
                    From the day i started using vodafone new pack of rs.352/- per month which provides 1gb/day 4g internet and unlimited local and std calls.
                    From that day they are auto activating unknown services by themself and deducting my balance.
                    And when i connected to customer care for the issue they said you activated these services and you said you dont know how to use internet and all.
                    While i am writing this complaint i am still on customer care waiting list where first 2-3 customer care executives just transferred my call to another customer care executive without my confirmation and now I am waiting in customer care wait list from last 15-20 mins.

                    I just want to register my complaint at TRAI and I want refund from Vodafone at any cost.

                      My number has been activited with fully block for all type of marketing calls. I still receive many call from different Bank, Chairty community as well as for resort memberships. Mostly HDFC, CITI, SBI, ICICI banks marketing call were in Bajaj Finance keep calling for more than 6-7 time in a day. With so many call from Bajaj Finance, I raised a individual requested with Bajaj Finance ("SRN07060937" raised on 7th-Oct-2016.) for removing my number. The request was confirmed and closed on 12th Oct 2016 from Bajaj Finance side. Although, I am still receive nearly 7-8 call and SMS in day from Bajaj Finance for different loan products and apart from this Credit cards from different banks atleast 3-5 calls in a day.

                      I tried multiple times to stop and active the Full DND again by sending the SMS to 1909 but every time I get a message its already activitied.

                        Since, the month of January {according to billing cycle} I have been incorrectly charged Rs.100 plus taxes for 3 months that is January, February and March. The customer care says that they called me on 14th of January and activated a pack of rs.100 for 2gb 4g/3g data where as I never did get or pick up a call from customer care for a period of approximately 4-5 months until the month April 2017.
                        Also on 25th April I called up the customer care for enquiring about the same as I had received an SMS stating that a pack of rs.100 per month has been deactivated, where they said that the message might have been wrongly sent and apologised for the confusion.
                        this kind of service is unacceptable and I request the TRAI to act on it.

                          I submitted port out request for my number [protected] [ Tata Docomo] on 16-Apr-2017 and on same time i got the UPC number - TA565934 from 1901 which is valid upto -May-2017.

                          On 17-Apr-2017 i went to my nearest Airtel shop and post submission of all my related documents i collect the SIM on same day.

                          Next day i received one sms from airtel [121] saying "porting [protected] to airtel has been received"

                          But till now i am not able to get any airtel signal

                          Please assist to process for my MNP request.

                            We have received the bill of march with our old scheme (9246.52). We have many calls to your support center and also written emails to mr. Sharma on 10/4/17 but no one giving us the concrete answer.

                            With the above we approach you to intervene ad resolve the issue at the earliest. The issue is

                            1) in month of march we have been billed as per old scheme which has to be amended to new scheme.

                            2) we have made payment under protest, request you to adjust the balance amount in the next bill.

As i have made payment in time anf balance has left out. And their custcustomer care people not give and proper responce as my number is very old i can't loss this number.                                 Today aaisha from your team had called me. She told me that the services have been barred since 30th march 2017 only.

                                I have requested her to check and let me know the last outgoing and incoming call received on my number [protected]. I reiterated to her that the services have been discontinued since mid of february 2017 and payments were made well in time always until there were issues in relation to non-receipt of cellular services since mid-february 2017 from your team.

                                I would request you to call be back with complete understanding of the case and with fair and correct information so that my services can be reinstated immediately.

                                I would again like to bring to your attention that “i have been using the number since more than a decade and i am connected and contacted on this number regularly. Post discontinuation of services since mid of february 2017 i have faced lot of hardship and harassment since i have been getting messages that ‘i am not reachable’; ‘your phone is coming switched off’; ‘your services are temporarily discontinued’… it is really very embarrassing at times.”

                                Appreciate your written response.

                                I regret to reiterate that no hear is given to my submissions. You still continue to mention that ‘outgoing services of your number are barred due to non-payment of bill’. Even post mentioning my concerns several times to your customer care executives over the last two months and even today still no heed has been paid to my concerns and clarifications. What has been stated in your below email is highly misleading and unprofessional way to handle customer complaints. I am reiterating the facts for your kind perusal once again.

                                1. I am a regular and loyal customer of reliance for more than a decade
                                2. I had requested your team to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid in the month of january 2017
                                3.in relation to converting from postpaid to prepaid connection my office help has been regularly visiting the reliance communication centre in the vicinity of nagardas road, andheri east since last week of december but with no proper reply.
                                4. Without any intimation your services for my number [protected] have been discontinued since mid of february 2017 (Both incoming as well as outgoing facility has been discontinued…no service at all since mid february 2017)
                                5. Your mention that only outgoing calls have been barred is false, incorrect and misleading. Both incoming as well as outgoing facility have discontinued since mid of february 2017.
                                6. Your allegation that the services have been barred due to non payment of dues is grossly baseless and a false statement on the face of it. Details of my billings and payments are given in the table below:

                                7. It is clear from the table above that until 9th march 2017 there had been no late payments at all. However your team has discontinued both the incoming as well as outgoing services in mid of february 2017 itself.
                                8.in relation to bill received for the period 22-jan-2017 to 21-feb-2017 a compliant was immediately lodged with your customer care executive for rectification of invoice since services were not received from the full period of invoice.
                                9. Also, your team member following up for dues for the bill in relation to the period 22-jan-2017 to 21-feb-2017 was informed that services have been completely discontinued on my number [protected] and i shall make proportionate payments only for the period for which services were received by me.
                                10. Till date no heed has been paid to any of the above facts reiterated time and again to different members of your team.

                                I have been using the number since more than a decade and i am connected and contacted on this number regularly. Post discontinuation of services since mid of february 2017 i have faced lot of hardship and harassment since i have been getting messages that ‘i am not reachable’; ‘your phone is coming switched off’; ‘your services are temporarily discontinued’… it is really very embarrassing at times.

                                I hope proper action is taken and services are reinstated immediately. Instead of reverting in a standardized manner hope this complaint is taken as a special complaint and required action is taken instantly.

                                - currently the outstanding amount is billed amount rs.1684.61/- and unbilled outstanding amount rs. 396.72/- as on today.

                                - your existing number will be retained to a prepaid account.

                                - there are no separate charges for migration from a postpaid to a prepaid account.

                                Postpaid to prepaid migration is available for,

                                - customers who have once migrated from prepaid to postpaid can also migrate back to prepaid.

                                - postpaid to prepaid migration is allowed only from home circle and not allowed in roaming circle.

                                Customers subscribed to international roaming, will be able to migrate to prepaid only after requesting for deactivation of international roaming along with clearing off the next bill.

                                The time limit for postpaid to prepaid migration is within 10 to 24 hours (For urban) and within48 to 72 hours (For rural).

                                You have to complete tele - verification process after migrating to prepaid. For activation of your number you need to call on any number from the mobile after inserting sim. After a short while, you will need to call at our tele-
                                Verification desk.

                                After successful verification, your number will be activated.

                                Yes i did receive the call from your representative stating that he would waive the charges levied post Bill No.[protected] dated[protected] for the period[protected] to[protected].

                                I had requested him to understand the exact facts of the case since the services were wrongly barred even before[protected] and hence only proportionate rental shall be due for payment. I had also mentioned that as per my calculations I had made 50% payment of the said invoice. Your representative had told me that he would look into the case facts and revert. However till date he hasn't reverted.

                                To my surprise your team is mentioning that the compliant has been addressed.

                                Anyways I have gone ahead and paid your balance dues in relation to the said invoice vide receipt no. AMIP91939779 dated[protected].

                                Hope you will start my number immediately with the said invoice being paid in full as of date.

                                    my postpaid no.[protected] i have paid all amount and give documents for prepaid service my postpaid connection stoped but after 7 hours not prepaid service continue on customer care i talk but one say call to postpaid and other say call to prepaid there is no relation between pre and post service they behave like other compony empolee.is this good?mr rohit thakor say u go office and chack. customer is free any time to go office and chack and not proper so go again?is this service provide by idea?if there is customer there is compony otherwise u have to lock compony..follow my complain and give detail and u must look after and my prepaid service continue whithin 6 hours otherwise i will go to MD and other authority

                                      what shall i do to recover this issue
                                      i was trying for 2 or three days but the issue is not resolved
                                      i have complained to the customer care but they are not attending the call they are very irrresponsible and i have an issue with the educational problem
                                      if this issue lasts long i will change my sim from vodafone

                                        I had submitted the Unique Port in code from my Reliance Number [protected] to get in to Reliance Jio and the same has been processed since last 2 months but till now I have not yet been ported to Reliance Jio since last 2 months and when I approached your company to help me regarding the same, they told me to send another message and wait for another 1 week for port in to reliance Jio. Second time also I have not been treated properly and I have not got any response till today. Finally I wish to request you for the last time in the same matter failing which I may have to take strict actions against the same.
