I m very old subscriber of air tel and using six nos of air tel out of which two are being used since last 15 yrs and 9 yrs,. Since last more than six months i m facing serious network issues and informed air tel. The survyeor from airtel noida office has visited my residence and confirmed there is very poor connectivity in the area. Due to this i m not able to communicate properly and everytime i have to come out on road to get connected....

My idea postpaid sim is barred both the incoming and outgoing.. Tried to contact idea customer care executive but all are waste.. This call barring effect by job very badly, and idea exec cant explain why its happened and telling our number is not in idea.. Paid bill for last two month... Since, the month of January {according to billing cycle} I have been incorrectly charged Rs.100 plus taxes for 3 months that is January, February and March.
