Sir my incomming calls hav been barred by vodafone mobile network because i havent rechargre my number since one and half month. I enquire abt the same with the network, they say that according to trai the company has stopped my services. When i asked abt the rules and regulations with citation they say that they didnt know in-details of trai regulations. Sir help me if there is any such kind of regulations given to any service providers for discontinuation of services on my mobile.

We are selecting the channels of our choice 2 paid channels+ 25 free channels) total amounting rs. 177/- but it is not being activated through airtel dth and the account details are not updated. Account details of feb 19 are still visible with old account amount rs. 359/-
Airtel customer care did not responded satisfactorily.

I booked independent on 29/03/18 and they delivered it after long 11 months on 15/02/19. They promised all channels with hd. Just 15 days after installation, the channels were started to remove all hd channels and also few sd channels. After 30 days, almost 50% channels and were removed including all channels of sports, kids, few news channels and few serial channels. At last they removed all star channel and everything came to an end. Now i feel i have lost my 2500 ₹ on this nuisance. So i request you humbly to take action against thiss fraud independent tv and do justice. We want our money back as refund.

I was using the fastway two setbox from approx 2, 3year. I was facing issues from last 2years regarding the channels and when training guidelines came into being my service provider was giving free channels without discussing. I ask him many times to provide me the paid channels also but he ignored me after paying the full amount of rs 650 which is very costly with this channels but his not provide me the channels in both set box i sad hime many times he is also charging more money and giving the free channels. Near a week ago i call him up to provide all the channels but he disagreed he came to my home and took my both the setbox along with him even has not given us the security of the setbox now is is not picking my call him many times he is not also picked my call to my one setbox name of the gagan which register mobile no is [protected] and second set box id i do not know my service provider name of the shop is baba music store so kindly help and do needful as per the rule

Instead, he is charging over rs.200 per month in addition to the advance (Rs. 3000) paid by us in december, 2018, for the current year i. E., dec. 2018 to nov. 2019.
The channels are provided for forced payment, though we requested him several times that we need only free channels for monthly regular payment of rs.130.

Therefore, it is requested to see that necessary action may be taken to prevent any such kind of activities by the cable operators so that the new policy may be implemented successfully with our (Public) support.

My sun direct smartcard no. [protected]. I have purchased hd tamil dpo2 package for rs. 5, 000 on 09.10.2018 (Subscribed for 1 year with all hd channels). Last month the service provider have stopped 50% of the channels and since today all hd channels have been stopped without my knowledge. I am not viewing my transaction and other details in 'my account' service. They are all protected by the service provider without my knowledge. Please resolve it.

Airtel digital tv base channel keeps on changing by itself to higher amount and when we want to change the package again through airtel digital tv website - it doesn't help as page doesn't open from any browser. When calling customer care they rudely respond and say use the same airtel digital tv webpage.

I am being troubled by airtel digital tv since the time trai have put in new regulations and airtel digital tv misusing it openly.

He's always talk about only money, i already complaint against my cable operator in police station. I am mohamed sameem using a vodafone [protected] for last 7 to 8 years from last week outgoing sms is not working.
I discussed with vodafone executive saying, your number has been blocked by trai as someone has filed a false complaint that this number is being used for telemarketing purpose. My professional is software development services not a marketing line.
Kindly activate this number immediately as all my banking accounts are linked to this number,
I am unable to make any online payments and am unable to receive any sms from this number.
I am requesting you to unblock my number as soon as possible.

My id for airtel dth connection is [protected]. I had 2 connection[protected] in this id. On 9/4/2019 i request to disconnect my 001 connection my complain no. Is 87865050 from 9-4 to 21-4 i do many calls to disconnect my 001 connection but they did nothing and they deduct money from my account. After so many complains they took my setup box on 21-4-19 and said that your connection is discontinue but still today 27-4 they don't do that and they deduct money from my account. Big height is i request to discontinue my 001 connection but on 27-4 when i can't see my 002 connection so i call airtel they said that your 002 is disconnected and 001 is continue. Since last 5 days i saw tv on my 002 connection and suddenly they disconnect my 002 connection. I fade up from doing so much complain and deduct money from my account. No one heir my complain so i request u to do need full and give me justice. My various complain no. Are[protected][protected].

This is to bring to your kind notice that...I have been complaining many times over phone & complained 3 times on online and 2 times by mail to nodal officer (Ref:Reference Number: 1FOJFGVK )since 06/04/19 that The Following broadcaster packs as being advertised on their channel are not available in tatasky package list...

1.Discovery HD pack of 9 channels for Rs.10

2.Colours pack at Rs.1 daily

for all my 3 complaints are closed without satisfactory reply / updating the packages.

Plz look into the matter.

As per above subject, independent tv offer us freedom pack rs. 2800/- and we install it on 15 january 2019. But now they closed some channel and packs one by one specially like star package, hd channel etc. When we purchased above dth they told us we provide you all channels incl. Hd channel. Today they show on star channel, they refund star channel amt. But not refund on our account and also they cheat us on his commitment to show all channels but now they closed channel one by one every day. So please take some action to independent tv and give us justice to above fraud company.

I have unable to watch star & sports tv channel in my independent tv setup box last 12 days. I have registered complaint 5 to 6 time but issue still pending not resolve. My family to much suffering for entertainment please take strict legal action against my service provider asap.

I am a user of Independent TV DTH service provider(CHEATERS).
From the past 2 months I have experienced that most(80% watchable) of the channels have stopped working or have automatically unsubscribed without any prior notice.
But now STAR channels have also stopped which is the greatest hit to the consumers.
I have Paid them for the services which they are failing to deliver.

There Customer Care service is useless, most of the time it is unreachable.

Independent tv ने एक साल का सारा पैसा जो 2000 था मुझसे पहले जमा कर लिया। independent tv के द्वारा यह बोला गया कि hd चैनल सहित सारे चैनेल एक साल तक फ्री। फरवरी 2018 से सारे HD चैनेल बन्द कर दिये गए फिर और भी 40 से ज़्यादा चैनेल बन्द कर दिए अब पिछले 2 हफ्ते से स्टार नेटवर्क के सारे चैनेल बन्द कर दिए।
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि मैं independent tv की दोख।धड़ी से परेशान हो चुका हूँ मुझे मेरे पैसे लौटने की कृपा करें आपका धन्यवाद।
