I am consumer of independent tv with customer id [protected] from dec 2018. At then i opted for a long duration plan for one year, but now my service provider is removing one or another channel or group of channels daily. Not only this but no customer care numbers are working and online complaint system is not accepting any complaint, on which i have made my complaints twice. Now i want my balance money back so that i can go fir another dth service.

    I am coustmer of independent tv. When we purchased independent tv. We gave all money of according to package of one year. But after trai law independent tv close so many channels. According to trai law already start package dose not close before its ending. But independent tv cheat us. Please help us and take action against independent tv. I don't want this independent tv. I want back my money. I want refund my money 2500.
    I am so troubled by independent tv. When we call to coustmer care contact no. No one attand call. When we call to seller he also not gave perfect answer. Sir please take action against independent tv.

      pl refer vc no [protected] P and [protected] C
      i have recharged both vc's for 1 year in April 2018 with switch off date of 14/06/2019. however i found that it is reduced to 20/05/2019. i have neither received phone call from dish TV nor any communication from your end regarding new packages selection or changing new date. this date has been changed without my knowledge and consent. I would like to continue with the earlier package till 14/06/2019 which is switch off date. as per your guide lines Dish tv should continue the service till the contract period.
      i have already raised my concern with dish tv, however they refused my request.
      pl do the needful immediately.

        The new trai rule to charge ncf is quite surprising, as there was 10 chanels i use to buy in only rs 40, now i have to pay rs 153 extra on them. These agencies have done fraud with public and have done mischievous act shaking hands with broadcasters.
        I do not understand the purpose of charging network capacity fee from consumers. Was these network not getting utilised earlier, or whether suddenly so many viewer started seeing television, so that signals shortage arise and they were not meeting demand?
        For 3 months continuously, these broadcasters publicised, advertisement in newspaper came that viewer only have to pay for those channels which they are subscribing, and then these hidden agenda became public and consumers got to know the impact.
        In india every home has tv, even if you assume 60% penetration of 30 crore family, then also now 18x150= 2700 cr/month i. E 32000 cr/year new revenue has been generated without doing anything, just by changing the rule.
        This is fraud with public. One side data cost is coming down day by day and these broadcasters and supervising agencies are making money out of nothing. Trai never would like to revisit the plan as this model is cash cow for generations to come.

          Its been a month now since i have been struggling to get a solution from videocon d2h, as since last month some of my subscribed channels are showing error (Signal not available) and for the same i had complaint but no solution provide until now. All they say engineer will come (Within 24 hr) and resolve your issue but not even a single engineer visit happened till now.

          After waiting for 24 hrs i call them again to now the status of my complain and to my surprise they say its completed, when i insist to know that how you can close the complain without providing a solution or engineer visit, they respond there was a work order mistake, tomorrow engineer will visit your place and resolve your issue but same thing happen again and again and complain is being closed without engineer visit or resolution.

          I am left with the only option that to change my service provider.

          Please help if you can

            This is to inform you that, recently i had recharged my account with 500rs on 28th april, 2019 respectively. And today i've come to know that videocon showing my balance 28rs till date.

            I'm requesting you to take strict action against fraud company videocon d2h as they took my 500rs without my consent.

            Below i'm attaching screenshot of it.

            Also, till now their customer service sucks, still asking me to call after 4 hours.

            And my due date should be 5 july as i did recharge my account 500rs, and now all of sudden my account showing 9 may due date..

            Tell company to credit my 500 latest by tomorrow, as they have no right to do such fraud things..

            If they won't credit, then mark my words, first of all i'll change my operator as you have wasted my lots of time before too, and will surely put a legal file against fraudness of videocon..

            I request trai to sort my problem asap, as due date is 9 may, so i've to forcefully recharge my tv again, even though i already did on 28th april.

              I have opted for independent tv services & got one year free subscription. Earlier the service was satisfactory but since from new rules & regulations framed by trai, their service has giving teriable problems from around last month. Many channels are not available now & those are avaible are not viewable at all and having continous disturbance. Company help line people only promises & doing nothing to solve problem.

                  Past one-month independent tv channels are not visible and they have removed those channels for which we have already paid. One year of advanced payment is already done.

                    As per the trai rules all dth services providers should provide costumer required channels. But, dish tv is not enforcing the trai rules correctly. As we know, from march on words all dth service providers, should provide costumer required channels under trai rules (I. E. Tarif planes).
                    As per the trai rules, i have tried to add required channels respective dth subscriber app and portal. But, those are not working, and we have tried to reach them over phone, they are responding properly.
                    To provide the required channels, we need to pay the extra money for setup those. I have raised many complaints, but, they haven’t taken any action on my complaint and also, they are not providing what customer expecting, forcefully they are adding un necessary channels on basic pack. Rest of the subscribers are providing correctly like tata sky, but these guys are not providing anything.
                    I would request you guys, please take this as a priority and take an action on respective subscriber.

                      I had recharged for normal gold package and all hd channels option for 6 months

                      It worked for the first few days but has stopped functioning for the past month or so.

                      I have been calling the customer care numerous occasions for lodging a complaint about the unavailability of opted channels and complaint about changing of the projector on the dish.

                        Hello trai - i have a limitation of only 350 charters so i have attached the email photos which i have sent to dishtv complaints team which has complete information about the service and how they lied to me.

                        Note - i haven't received any response back till date on the initial email from them (Email response) as it will be documented so they only used to call me and when asked for written they reject it. Received calls saying if you want us to resolve this issue please raise another ticket and we will try to close it.

                        Please read and take strict action on this network. Lies after lies just to close ticket and meet there slas.

                        I respect the trai institution, so taking time in sending my experience to you.

                            I want to register a complaint against vodafone company as well as employee of jamnagar vodafone store located at gurudwara chokdi for poor service and harassment to me while providing new prepaid sim card no.[protected] for my vodafone no. [protected].

                            As per the fact, i have visited your said vodafone store on 17.04.2019 and submitted my request for post to pre with required documents rs. 495/- something amount for my first recharge.

                            I have been informed that the card will be activated within 7 days and your post card will be terminated within that period.

                            My vodafone post paid card service has been closed and deactivated on 02.05.2019 at 9:00 pm. After that i have changed my card many times till now and switched off my mobile phone too. But i am not getting any network on that new sim card.

                            As i am facing more problems and i am continuously complaining to vodafone customer care, i want to come to know that the card showing in vodafone system is totally different then that of handed over to me while visit to vodafone store.

                            I want to complaint that it is fault of vodafone store employee or company and not on my side.

                            Further, i am unable to visit again that particular vodafone store for replacement of the card. I have visited mini store at khambhalia where i am being denied to replace the card.

                            After nearly total 100 complaints from my side i am still being denied for any better service and inform to visit that particular vodafone store for replacement of my card. Vodafone store is 70 km from my residence and i am not able to reach their before 8:00pm due to my job problem.

                            I have requested vodafone co. To provide me new prepaid card instead of old wrongly one to my registered address without any further delay otherwise company will be liable to pay compensation o[censored]nnecessary harassment and poor service and further any big loss made by me or to be made by me in future due to non working of my vodafone no. [protected].

                            I have to lodge a complaint in consumer court if any further delay or harassment is done to me.

                            I request you to provide your valuable service and register a complaint against vodafone co. And employee who has handed over the wrong sim card to me and providing poor and wrong service.

                              I have given complaint on 03rd may-2019 but still not resolved the issue.
                              I have called 5times to customer care and every time promising that they will call back and send executive but calling back and keeping my number hold for 5-10min.
                              Literally dish tv service is too bad and worst. Also they are torchering me by their call waitings. For kids i have recharged extra entertainment channels. Kids also getting disturbed by not working dishtv.

                                Airtel, Bengaluru: TV there is no signal/video etc from[protected] & registered a complaint with thei customercare on[protected]& also reminded them (customercare plus theirassistance office )daily but there is no action from Airtel till now. Everytime somebody will phone & will verify the phone no. and address etc, promising to send their engineer just now, at 4pm on 4.5.2019 i received a call from(phone no.[protected] & verified my phone n umber., address, location, pin code no.& also the landmak etc. promising to send their engineer, as usual but noone has turned up till 4/5/2019 evening.. The tv was activated on 22nd march evening and tv went off the air on 24th march 2019 (it didnt work even for24 Hrs) & registered a complaint bearing no.87234115 dt[protected]since 24th march was a sunday and no o ne take the complaint). After much contact overphone their engineer came in the afternoon of 25th march but he could not rectify te defect & he called another engineer next morning and on 26th march evening the problem was detected & started the tv to function. Same thing is the problem now since 30th April 2019 & Registered the complaint on first may 2019 morning but uptil now the problem remains the same for which no one h as visited the residence. I have made complaints to various departments everyday so many times but there is no action to rectify thedefect. I have no other alternative except to approach your office for Help . can u pl look into the matter & do the needful. This can be rsolved with your intervention ONLY Now again saturday, sunday (5th&6th )May where no one work on these two days. . my customer complaint no.88609134 dt 1.5.2019 If possible u may pl arrange for the REFUND of Rs2100 paid for set top box on 22.3.2019 for which till now no receit as been sent by AIRTEL.Bengaluru. this co should be penalised for their bad treatment to its customers in bengaluru etc., this may be possible for TRAI, being Govt of India..

                                  I am using siti cable for past 4 months, and they have collected 2500 as advance amount for set up box and service. From april onwards no connection available and no response from the authorized people's. All contacts are switched off. I am following up for last 1month and getting bad response.

                                    Iam a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 4days, iam facing no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, frequent unfair balance deductions.
                                    Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs.266 on 29/04/2019 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have duducted, and i show my tv display its insufficient balance.
                                    I have complained to videocon d2h customer but to which they are not replaing.
                                    I hope needful action wil be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                                      Airte t. V was activated on 22nd march 2019 at 6 pm & was working till 10 pm. Then went off from 23rd march till 26th march evening, the complaint no. 87234115 dt[protected]. Again athere is no signal from 30th april 2019 till date[protected] inspite of the complaint no. 88609134 dt[protected] to consumer care no.[protected] and assistance was also informed ([protected] mobile). Last night on 2nd may 2019 onemr pradeep kumar infomed me thei r ref no. [protected] dt 2/5/2019 thro e mail. Again there were 2 e mails one from mr rehan who has informed me that e will get back in 72 hours from 3/5/2019 and also from ms minika the same story. Inspite of repeated reminders there is no technician or service engineer has visited my residence next to bansankari metro station on kanakpura road, bengaluru. I request your help in resolving the problem. For ur info only about 5 (Five) airtel t v connection (All not working) out of about 50 apts. Others are sing tatasky which is working well without any problem so far as informed by our friends in prestige brooklyn heights building. I want ur help in getting the refund of rs2100 paid for set topbox on 223-2019, so that i can try other service provider like tatasky etc. I am an 80 yrs old person and i cannot run around chase them 7 hence request your help in this.                                         Dear sir,

                                        Kindly find below the detail of my set of box connection.
                                        I have multi-connection. Two days back there was some problem in my set top box, red light was blinking. Set top box was not opening. Technician visited my home and changed the set top box.
                                        But after replacing the new set top box and charging rs. 450 cable is not coming. Technician left my home without starting the cable in the parent connection after talking to my father and mother that it will come automatically after 2 hourrs.

                                        Today is 3 may. Since 1 may 2019 cable is not coming. No one in the videocon site is bother whether connection is working or not.

                                        There are not responding to my mails. No technician visit was registered.

                                        Please help.
