Hello sir/madam,

As per the trai guidelines i have selected the tv channel package with the dish tv service provider and i have recharged my dish tv on 25th april 2019 still now they have not activated my package channels not see any tv channel's in my tv. And i am getting error message on the tv saying that i have not subscribed to the channel and i have raised a complaint with customer care of the dish tv but on one responsed on my complaint and i have call many times to customer care but no use.

I have reached for a month and 15 days completed these days are loss for me even though i have recharged my dish tv and again in coming days i have recharged my dish tv for next cycle.

Could you please take necessary action on this and i have given by dishtv setup vc number below.

    It's been more than 9 months i am facing slow internet issue. I have called several times in past 9 months to jio customer care and complained about it. Yet i face same issue.in the attached screenshot you may see the screenshot of internet speed. Everytime i call they say it will take 90 days to resolve, it's been more than 9 months now i see no change. Please help me get worth of what i paid for.

      At the time of independent tv booking with their freedom pack, it was promised that they will show hd channels free for one year. But later they removed this. And further to that they kept on reducing channels. The present condition of independent tv channels is it works of 10 second and freeze for 10 seconds. Request trai to take strict action against this.

          In december we got in touch with a dish named independent tv. They told that you will have to submit 2000 rupees to get free tv for full year. After trai regulations day cut our channels to the limit and they said that we could not do anything about these regulations. We spoke nothing on this. But now none of their complaint numbers are working and and tv is working like the video is buffering video plays after such a long time and stops after few seconds. We want our money back we don't want to use this dish please help us in this matter cause no one is listening about this.

          Hi my vc no [protected]. Dish TV is charging 200 for alignment visit. As per new changes they have never changed alignment. But they have stopped all channels broadcasting. When I have called they are asking technicians needs to visit for alignment and I have to pay 200 for the same.

            तक्रार करता हू की, मैने इंडिओएनडेंट टीव्ही लेकर फस गया हू, मुझे 1 साल बोल कर ये टीव्ही बेची गाई थी लेकिन trai के नये नियम के हिसबसे अब के चायनल नाही दिखाये जा रहे है.ओर मैने उन चायनल के पैसे दिये हुये है, ओर कूच दिनो से ओर भी परेशान कर रखा है., zee tv का pack भी बंद करा राखा है.HD चायनाल एक साल देने का वाद कर के हमसे उनके पैसे लेके हमारे साथ धोका किया है.
            हमे आप से न्याय की अपेक्षा है ओर हमारे सारा नुकसान भरपाई आप करावा दिज्जीये

            Frequent disconnections of the cable TV network both paid and free channels. rRecently there had been price hike by the paid channels according to the TRAI, but the connection facilities do not satisfy me . i feel the amount i pay is not worth to watch channels the DISCONNECTS FREQUENTLY .

              Independent tv is fake and thief company who is looting the indian. And making fraud us. Independent tv is doing illegal works with help of trai and government. Trai and government are protecting and supporting independent tv. So they are not talking any legal or normal action against independent tv. Independent tv had taken already upto 3000 amount as advance. Now they block star packs and zee packs, close all hd channel, asking more money to restart all block channel and now all channels are coming slowly, ruk ruk kr aata hai. Customers care number fake and does not work. Be alert.. Independent tv pahle reliance big tv k naam se jaana jata tha. Think reliance ne kya kya scam kiya hai..

                1. I have repeatedly called customer care and discusse floor supervisors regarding the stoppage my channels.
                2. I have recharged of rs. 300/ by using paytm app on 29/4/19 against the due date of 3/5/19 that means 5 days advance of expiry of date.
                3. My channels were stopped.
                4. I have provided transaction id [protected]/[protected] provided by paytm.
                Now i am feeling pain of making advance payment towards recharge of my subscription.
                Issue has been discussed with paytm too at length.
                It is clear cut harrassment to customer due to system fault. Screen shot of payment received from paytm have been sent to airtel digital tv.
                Ten days are over airtel digital tv is not providing any solution to my problem. It is requested to consider my issue and direct airtel digital tv to stop harassing me and start my services without any further delay.

                  Service charges. I switched off my mobile data before I left India on 2nd March.

                  I was surprised and shocked to see my message from my credit card and airtel bill for the month of March that I had to pay Rs 4755.

                  I lodged a complaint with Airtel customer care but found that no complaint was registered. I called again after a week and I was told that complaint can not be registered as the roaming bill is valid.

                  I tried to escalate the matter but could not succeed. I lodged my complain through email provided the proof as I received a confirmation SMS from airtel on 28th February that all my paid services must be stopped while traveling.

                  Despite providing the proof and rounds of requests I am not finding any solution and justice.

                  May I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter guide me to get justice?

                    As per above subject i am a independent tv subscriber for 11 month package. But in that they permanent remove hd channels utv movies and utv action and often time channels are stop and start from service like all star and zee channels. And now all channels are jam. And also it's customer care no. Is not working properly. So pls solve it by your noms and strictly warn independent tv above it. Last 2 todays we was facing hanging problem with all channels and zee channels also stop.
                    I also clear that it is not only my related problem but at it most of subscribers problem all india...

                        My independent set top box no.[protected] that i had packed all channels for one year on 20/12/2018, but after two month almost all channels stopped. And chanels quality is too low chanels buffer all time like if i want to watch movie than movie sometimes stop some time continue it like i watch youtube on 2g. Independent tv customer care told me that we are busy for few days so we can't help you.
                        I request you to take strict action against independent tv so that it can not violate the rules of trai in the future.

                          Here siti cable operator not respond properly, they don't give gst bill, but they collected including gst and they telecast their choice of chanels not customer choice, they design one format 300, 350, 400, 450, like silver, gold pack ect..., so take action on them why because, atleast they don't lift phone call also, we suffer with this type operator s, you have take action on them

                              Nivedan he ki mere dwara independent tv ka connection 30/1/19 liya gaya that uske 1 week bad se mere hd avam kuch channel band ho gaye he mere dwara inke customer care number par bat karne par bataya ki kuch dino bad channel chalu ho jaynge par aaj tak chalu nahi hue he. Jisse me bhut preshan hu. Or abhi zee group ke channel band he avam sabhi channel ruk ruk ke chal rahe he.

                                I tried to select few channels, but when i saw the total, it was more than what i pay every month. But, tatasky crooks some how managed to charge higher.

                                Then, fed up of their tricks, i reverted and continued with my old package of rs. 421 and paid high charge of rs. 620 unnecessarily.

                                Now tatasky have taken rs.620 and not providing all the channels what i was getting earlier. Tatasky found another way of cheating customers!! Now tatasky provides me less channels, but still charge high!!!

                                Now since i paid rs.620 tatasky, please direct them to reverse /revert and restore my previous package with all previous channels immediately. Plase direct them to stop cheating customers under the pretext of trai rules

                                    I am not getting any channels on independent tv, tried calling customer care no multiple times but there is no proper response and most of the times the lines are not reachable. Even the local support technician also not picking up the call i have paid for a full year and not getting channels. They made customer as a fool and trying to cheat.

                                      On 01/04/19 my vodafone number [protected] of maharashtra got deducted of ₹60 & on 05/05/19 my vodafone number got deducted of ₹65 from the same third party. As if i call the customer care they says it is not company's fault you might have replied or activated it & as they tell they have registered my complaint & vodafone will call back you in 24 hrs. But since it has been nearly a month but no call was received from vodafone. Same thing is done from the vodafone office of vasai, maharashtra.
                                      Worst service of vodafone from last 2 months.

                                        Past two-month independent tv channels are not visible and they have removed those channels for which we have already paid. One year of advanced payment is already done.
                                        I have raised a lot of requests to rectify my problem. No one resolved my problem, but service request closed without resolving the problem. No one is responding to my call and mails now. Please help me in this matter
