I want to complaint to INDEPENDENT tv service provider because INDEPENDENT TV from the beginning of 2019 has harrasment for me and my family and my child also because i have also pay RS-2250/- in advance at a time installed at my home since 6 months before.
After that INDEPENDENT TV close for all user hd channel because of TRAI new rule i will accepted after that many channel sd remove i will accepted after that i am buy some cartoon channel and also pay for the extra rupees after that one new and very large problem has persist all channel picture are stuck when i am see any channel why ?????????
When i pay for 1 year in advance so why my HD & SD channels close after that i complaint my time to nodal office but no response i call to many time to nodal office but no response i call to many time to independent customer care no . but no answer and hold my call through computer call 20-25 min but no one pick the call i also send mail to higher authority but no one listen to customer.
I really feel cheated by INDEPENDENT TV company i am really very disappointed to this DTH provider company i want my money back and i really want to close this type of fake, cheater, horrible & 3RD class DTH provider company.

Please close the INDEPENDENT DTH operator .

    I had subscribed to independent tv last year in october 2018, on that tv promised 12 hd channels and a number of tv channels for an annual fees of rs 1999.
    The channels were offered for a period of one year and it was not said that it may be subject to any changes during the one year period.
    Many channels have been stopped by independent tv including all the 12 hd channels, and many other channels. But this was enough for them after that in april all star network channel got stopped for almost 20 days.
    The worst problem now is, since 06 may 2019 the transmission by the channel is stopping in between (Hanging) for 3 to 5 seconds between the transmission and resuming again. Till today ie. On 10 may 2019 the problem has not been solved.
    This is happening across all the channels, thus i & my family is not able to watch any program as the contents are intermittent.
    Their customer support services is also wrost ever..
    I therefore want my money back as this is worst service by independent tv & it's total fraud.

      I had subscribed to independent tv last year in november, on that tv promised 12 hd channels and a number of tv channels for an annual fees of rs 1999.

      Many channels have been stopped by independent tv including all the 12 hd channels, all the english movie channels and many other channels. But this was enough for them after that in april all star network channel got stopped for atleast 15 days.

        I had subscribed to independent tv which promised 12 hd channels and a number of tv channels for an annual fees of rs 1999. This is in addition to rs 499 i paid for initial booking to reliance tv.
        The channels were offered for a period of one year and it was not said that it may be subject to any changes during the one year period.
        Many channels have been stopped by independent tv including all the 12 hd channels, all the english movie channels and many other channels.
        The worst problem now is, since 06 may 2019 the transmission by the channel is stopping in between (Hanging) for 3 to 5 seconds between the transmission and resuming again. Till today ie. On 10 may 2019 the problem has not been solved.

          Excess amount paid for siti cable pack i was complaint my pakegeall tax 251rs againt excess amount 300rs paid for siti cable pack charge by siti cable operator. Last 37 days my cable close due to not recharge by cable operator. Siti cable operator forcely want fixed rs.350/- for monthly payment but i want only basic pack i. E.130+18% gst=rs.154/- to continue my connection. They have not provide us to choose/bucket rate list to choose our selection channel or pack although they said that you will pay rs.350/- or change operator. Please filled a complaint against my cable operator please take action urgently they charged all innocent/puse they have no knowledge about trai rules. Siti cable set top boxes card no. [protected]

            Hello sir, i purchased independent dth on 5th of december 2018. I paid 2000 for 1 year subscription. But now independent dth is not showing all channels which they promised. And from some days all channels are freezing continuously after every 10 seconds. I can’t even watch a single channel and some days ago none of star channels were available on independent dth. They promised 21 hd channels but now not even a single hd channel is available. I feel like cheated and i want my refund from independent dth.

              Good morning sir,
              Sounds good pay for what you want to view and we switched from cable to dishtv. No doubt, the first 3 months of service is excellent, but the problem started to arise while recharging it. Our first recharge costing approximately 550 rupees, the money was debited but tv was not recharged. We then called customer care number and told about this issue and asked for refund. Thankfully we got our refund. Weeks after we again recharged which cost us more than 750 rupees and we were stunned to see that we had not git all the channels we subscribed to. This time again tv shows us the the message that 8 may 2019 was the last date to recharge. I have paid 401 rupees and we were shocked to see that only 3 channnel were aired and where were the rest 60+ channels for which i paid. Is that good what you were doing with your customers and this is the most terrible thing happened to us. Lastly now my =tv display the mas that your recharge date is 11 may 2019. Why?
              . I would be very grateful to you if you would help us in this matter as soon as possible.

                Sir my tatasky id is[protected] and i reside in kanpur, on 06/05/19 my tv showed. Video signal not detected. I complaint to tatasky. A technician came and restarted the tv and the services came back.in a few minutes the problem reappeared saying video signal not detected. He told me me that the setup box was defective and i will have to pay rs450/ for the new box. He then changed the box and went away taking the old box with him. As soon as he left the same problem reoccurred. I had his mobile number since he had called before coming and told him to bring back my box since the problem was not solved by new box, he said that he will come. But he did not come. So on07/05/19 i lodged another complaint with tatasky. A new technician appeared this time and took no time in seeing what wa wrong, he said that some how the timer was activated and after restarting the connection services came back for for that fixed period. By chance the technician who came on 06/05/19 and had installed the new box also came in front of the other technician, i asked him about my old box to which he replied that he did not bring along. The new technician told him that thre was no trouble with the box. Only setting problem was there. He told me to write to higher authorities to retirn your box. I wrote them and they said after having a talk with their technician that i shall not be charged for the new box but the old box could not be returned. On
                9/05/19 all of a sudden tatasky deducted money from my account an d where there was rs19/ balance it showed minus 485/. I am being forced to pay for the inexperience of thier technician, and they have stopped my services and deactivated my account

                  I am customer of independent tv. They cheat with us. Their service providing is worst. Their customer care and their officers unable to to speak with us. They cannot give reply even on sending an email. I had been try to call them since 10days. Their channels picture hanging. So we tried lot to call them. So you take strict steps against this misguided person's. Their customer cares and officers are not receiving our call. Their given numbers-:[protected], [protected] are not available. So you take legal action against them.

                    We are subscriber of independent tv since its launch we are recieving very poor services from independent tv many channels removed from 1 yr pack committed
                    Channels get disconnected from platform regularly
                    Now a day channels are buffering from 6th may and still no resolution

Phir uske baad sare channels kat-kat kr aa rhe hai or inka costumer no bhi nahi lagta. Abhi tak mere account me koi amount nahi aie hai. Please inke against koi action le.                                 Hi team,

                                I am an exiting tata docomo prepaid consumer. From last month data service on my prepaid number is not working. I tried calling to tata docomo but could not reach out to them.

                                Then i went to airtel office in chinchwad to get my number ported to airtel. I was informed at airtel that tata docomo is shutting service and airtel has taken over the subscriber and i needed to ported to airtel. I agreed to get ported in to airtel posted on 20th april and gave the required document. Few days later i got a call that requested not fulfilled and i need to submit the documents again. I again submitted the document on 27th april but still my number not ported into to airtel. Staff at airtel customer care in chinchwad has now started giving rude answers like "we are not here for your personal work, request is under process." airtel has wasted our almost 20 days

                                  Iam an independent tv user since past 2 months. Iam utterly dissatisfied with the independent tv because they do not care about care about their consumers, they are very reckless. They neither inform us about the interruption of their services nor resumption. Independent tv is cheating many of its subscribers by slowly removing the different channels one by one.
                                  I had subscribed to them because they said that they will give all channels for 10 months at just 3000₹. But after a week of my subscription they started removing many channels day by day. This is a huge fraud.
                                  And from past 4 days all the channels of independent tv are hanging out. We are facing many of these kind of new problems frequently. Their customer care numbers doesn’t work at all!
                                  I want full refund of ₹3300 which i spent on independent tv. Please get me refund.
                                  I strongly believe that trai could help me out in this situation!

                                      My independent set top box no.[protected] that i had packed all channels for one year on 24/02/2019, but after two days almost all channels stopped. Independent tv customer care told me that we are busy for few days so we can't help your. I request you to take strict action against independent tv so that it can not violate the rules of trai in the future.
                                      TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        We are subscriber of independent tv since its launch we are recieving very poor services from independent tv many channels removed from 1 yr pack committed
                                        Channels get disconnected from platform regularly
                                        Now a day channels are buffering from 6th may and still no resolution
                                        If we want to disconnect the service there is no process of refund
                                        Pls interfere and solve the issue
                                        TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
