I had subscribed to independent tv last year in october 2018, on that tv promised 12 hd channels and a number of tv channels for an annual fees of rs 1999.
The channels were offered for a period of one year and it was not said that it may be subject to any changes during the one year period.
Many channels have been stopped by independent tv including all the 12 hd channels, and many other channels. But this was enough for them...

Hello sir, i purchased independent dth on 5th of december 2018. I paid 2000 for 1 year subscription. But now independent dth is not showing all channels which they promised. And from some days all channels are freezing continuously after every 10 seconds. I can’t even watch a single channel and some days ago none of star channels were available on independent dth. Channels get disconnected from platform regularly
Now a day channels are buffering from 6th may and still no resolution
If we want to disconnect the service there is no process of refund

As per the trai guidelines i have selected the tv channel package with the dish tv service provider and i have recharged my dish tv on 25th april 2019 still now they have not activated my package channels not see any tv channel's in my tv.
