Videocon d2h is not giving the channels which i chose. I am owning a package star hindi telugu value pack2 - in this package i am getting the telugu channels but i am not getting the hindi channels in this package.

Customer care is charging 200 extra for service charges if they are taking a complaint.

Part of the channels are coming and rest of all are not coming. Customer care services are worst and irresponsible in resolving the customer requirements.

Please take necessary action.

    Kindly be noted the below details:
    Under the name of trai, videocon d2h is cheating the customers and deducting unnecessary charges

    We had done a "annual" recharge of rs. 8718 (Sbi net banking) was done on 08th january 2019 under new omni hd package for 02 tv's (Primary-hd & secondary-sd).

    As per the package my validity should be for 365 days i. E 07th january 2020. Till 13th april my validity was showing till 07th january 2020, but all of a sudden from last 01 week the validity of my package has been reduced to 18th november 2019 (02 months deducted), secondly the visible channels have been deactivated (Like zee talkis, mi, marathi, zee marathi etc).

    Today i. E 26th april 2019 @ 2000 for 2.5hrs, when i called the customer care (Sunil, paresh, rupesh, akhilesh, supervisor narayan, supervisor & pravin kumar) i am been told that due to trai regulation the package has been deactivated and regular package has been activated due to which my validity had been reduced.

    My issues :
    1) when my annual package was already been paid for 365 days, so why & how my validity should be decreased.
    2) why & how the the channels should be deactivated without prior notice or intimation.
    3) on request of deactivating the subscription it's informed that no refund would be given.

    Hence request your kind authorities to resolve the issues on a very high priority and warn the provider not to provide in relevant information under trai name.

      सेवा मैं श्रीमान मेरा नाम विक्की है और मेरे घर में डेन नेटवर्क का केवल काफी समय से चल रहा है जब से ट्राई के नए रेगुलेशन आए हैं तब से आज तक मेरा टीवी कभी बंद नहीं हुआ परंतु आज मुझे बड़े खेद के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है हमारे डेन नेटवर्क के एग्जीक्यूटिव द्वारा हमें बताया गया कि आपका मासिक ₹280 या ₹270 आएगा हम ने मना नहीं किया परंतु आज मेरा केवल दिनांक[protected] से अब तक बंद है कई बार एग्जीक्यूटिव को फोन किया गया एग्जीक्यूटिव द्वारा यह कहा गया कि आप का रिचार्ज खत्म हो गई है जबकि मेरे द्वारा उनसे कहा गया कि आप 6 महीने का मंथली मुझसे आप एक्स्ट्रा ले लो लेकिन मेरा टीवी चैनल जो है चालू करवा दूं लेकिन उनको फोन करने के बावजूद भी फोन नहीं उठा रहे हैं कृपया कर इस पर एक्शन लेने की कृपा करें एक उपभोक्ता के साथ बहुत बड़ी नाइंसाफी है जबकि उपभोक्ता पैसा दे रहा है उसके बावजूद भी उसे वह सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं हो रही है आज मेरा टीवी 2 दिन से बंद है एग्जिट एक्सक्यूज पर किया जा रहा है मेरा आपसे निवेदन है आप शीघ्र एक्शन ले

        I am writing to inform you of the unacceptable callous behavior o[censored]r local cable operator at sec-16 rohini new delhi-110085. Since i am paying upfront payment every mnth however not getting all channels for 4 to 5 days & it is happening every month.
        When we complained to him, they are replied rudely. This throws a very bad light on how such a prestigious organisation have such kind of poeple, when consumer pay a handsome amount to maintain a proper standard.

        We had never made a complaint regarding this but it is happening since i have been siti cable consumer

        I sincerely hope that you consider this behavior unacceptable, and that you will take appropriate steps to reprimand and will provide uninterrupted services.

          Cable operator not following trai rules and forcing us to watch channels of his own choice. Trai has given option of choosing 100 channels of own choice under basic fee of rs153, but cable operator fastway under channel 9 local company forcing us to watch channels of there choice. They are also denying any guidlines by trai regarding option of choosing our own channels. They are not listening to any complaints regarding this issue and misbehaving and abusing there customers.

            6 मार्च 2019 को, मुझे एयरटेल dth से कॉल आया और मुझे 1, 799 रुपये के वार्षिक पैक के बारे में बताया गया, लेकिन 1799 के रिचार्ज के बाद, मुझे वह चैनल नहीं मिला जो एयरटेल ने मुझे बताया था, और 26 अप्रैल को पैक बंद कराने के बाद मेरे एयरटेल खाते में केवल rs.1016 वापस मिला। customer care को काॅल करने पे बताया गया कि trai के नियम अनुसार पैसे कटे हे। तो trai मुझे बताए कि 1 महीने 20 दिन का चार्ज 784 रुपय है वो भी सिर्फ डीडी चैनल का?

              Sir, our den cable operater is randhir sahay. His behave is very rough and he cannot able to render his services fairly. So i requested to cancle his licence. So many times i am complaing against den office from there not a single action be taken there. From muzaffarpur bihar.                 Would like to inform you that i am very unhappy with your independent tv channel service.
                I was paid rs.3000 to the distributor for one year channel subscriptions. But i could not view the channels as restricted by independent tcv.
                I am unable to reach the customer cell to register the compliant, instead i dropped email to independent tv explaining my issues, but no one replied soo far.

                I was installed independent tv at home on 21st january 2019, the distributor was promised me 1 year of free subscription of all channels and hd channels at the time of installation. On subsequent months the hd channels went on missing and now i have only few channels left on my tv.
                I have informed the distributor about the issue and tried to rectify the issue, but could not solve the issue.
                The dish tv was installed by a manjeri distributor, kerala.

                Request to you to do the needful to sort out my issue and restart all tv channels on id/sn mentioned above.

                  as of now they are not responding and their customer care numbers are not working please do help me because we have taken yearly subscription in the month of December so we are not able to shift other connection...

                  but we complained as on 06.04.2109 complaint no 2675180 and 2675280 but till today 25.04.2019

                  there is no response from your end iam calling customer care nodal desk every time they are saying mafee chahatha hoo wait karo sahi hojayega

                  this is your service you giving to customer .

                  i am not able to understand what to do with out tv in my home very problem with our elders

                  so we do not want your connection please refund my amount

                  i am very wrong step taken your connection

                  this is the first time we are not seeing tv broadcasting with your connection so called independent tv from 05.04.2019 to till today

                    I have to do Mobile number portability from vodafone to other service provider but they are not allowing me to send the SMS on 1900 and the customer care are telling that every service is unlocked and it is issue of your phone my number is [protected] and I have to PORT my number from Vodafone to other service provider.
                    I have reached to the customer care thrice for the same issue and they are not solving it at all.
                    They are just turning the tables from one end to other and not giving the conclusive answers for my problems.
                    Please do unblock my number from vodafone for the action of Porting services.

                          As they said one year subscription is just for ₹1850, and they taken registration fee at the starting ₹499/-
                          Now they started removing all the channels one by one, now i am getting hardly 10 channels out of more than 500 channels.
                          After calling customer care, they are saying all r become paid channels need purchase the channels, please get me a justice.
                          Please get me atleast refund i have totally 1850+499 = ₹2349/-

                            The service of videocon d2h is worst, i have been using from past 2 years, but from past 2 months, there is no response from customer care.
                            Due to technical issue at their end, they removed my subscribed channels, they have to extend the subscription for 13 days.
                            Customer care called today after complaining from april 4, that say they cannot extend.

                              I am a customer of hathway digital cable raipur chhattisgarh.
                              As pr trai new channel choice system. Our provider do not prodive us to choice channel.. They make packages of channels with prices.. Customer has no option to chaice channel what we want.
                              Hathway make unwanted channel on there package.
                              First 130 rupees package channel.. They include them all free channels.

                                  I raised the re-installation of my dth connection request on 13th april 2019 with sr 2684303, but till date no response from them. I tried to reach their customer care number, but always i get either invalid number or waiting msg. I have also several mails to them, but no response. I tried to reach their nodal officer mr mukesh murti on his [protected] mentioned in their website, but gets the msg saying that incoming facility is barred in that number. I took one year subscription just few months back.

                                  Please help me to get my rei-nstallaion done in my new address which is just 2km away from my old address.

                                    I allauddin a d2h customer complaned to d2h customer care "free to air channels like masti, sangeeth bhojpuri, oscar movies and so many free to air channels are missing"
                                    D2h customer care replied that above mentioned channels are not in d2h platform.
                                    Then why i should pay 130 plus gst for free to airchannels if i am not getting my favourite channels.
                                    D2h executives will say according to trai for channel price list and list wont contain some of free to air channels.
                                    My request is to make available all free to air channels in every dth and cable tv platform

                                    Till today free to air channels like MASTI, MUSIC INDIA, E 24 are missing on your platform.
                                    If you are d2h team member and you dont have any idea on this, its shame on your part.
                                    You can check my registered mobile number and customer id is mentioned on d2h complaint email id and i did not get any reply from d2h complaint mail.

                                      Dear sir

                                      I have taken a pack of rs.421 from tatasky

                                      However, they are charging rs.620

                                      They are not allowing me to choose my channels.. Their website does not allow us to do anything. Their customer care is totally non co operative and they blame only trai for their cheating. Instead of reducing my monthly, some how they managed to rip off more from customers and they blame trai.

                                      They are cheating customers

                                      They are not allowing me to choose my channels..Their website does not allow us to do anything nor their employees help us to reduce our bill amount

                                      They are blaming TRAI for charging excessively

                                        Iplus tv a fta channel is not included in gtpl maharashtra specific in nagpur region according to govt. All channel should be visible to consumer but gtpl does not offer iplustv in fta channel i request trai to take actions on gtpl and must ensure that they add i plus tv into their fta category as ramadan is approaching its my request that it should be taken in concern immediately.                                         Mene December 2018 me independent d2h khareedi thi. Mujhe bataya gya ki 12 maah tk aapke sbhi channel chalenge. Mgr 3 maah baad hi ek ek krke channel band hone lge. Ab aalam ye h ki kebal 15 channel chal rhe hai. Ye grahko ke sath dhokha hai.
                                        Sir/Madam,

                                        The channels are getiing closed against the One Year Package within 2 months.
                                        The customer care is not responding.
                                        Plz resolve the same asap.

                                        I have d2h satellite connection with[protected] customer id .From last 3 days telecasting of some channels get stopped suddenly without any prior information. I tried to contact with company by mail but couldn't get solved. Please guide me
