    Sir i have brought independent dth connection while buying company told and to pay 2250 which will be one year subscribtion free including 12 hd channels but immediately after 15 to 20 days removed all hd channels without any intimation. And now removed all main channels plus ipl sports channels. There no office in hubli and customer service team is not taking the calls always busy. Independent tv is chiting the public. Kindly look after this matter at the earliest. Customer service team is not picking up the call since 16/04/2019.

      Sir, i want some sports channels like star sports to be included in my tv. But canle operator is telling that i can get starsports only if i can asianet pack, which includes lot of other channels which i dont want.. Whetther his information is right or not??., i dont want asianet channel but i want starsports, whether i can get individual channels as it or i have to take a package.. They are forcing us to get a particular package for a single channel..

        Independent tv connect id [protected].

        There is no support for the customers. Channels removed from the selected list.

        I have been trying to reach at customer care numbers as provided at website.

        Even the nodal officers name and numbers provided at trai website are also not working.

        All the numbers provided are fake.

        I have given charged for one year in lieu of good facilities, but i am feeling cheated.

          I shifted within in india a few months back so i did the number porting process 6 weeks back and since the past 6 weeks i'm not able to use the internet. I've been contacting the airtel krishnanagar, hyderabad office almost everyday but they never pick up the call. I even emailed the nodal officer. Even that was of no use at all.
          When i contact the airtel customer care number then i get the message that i don't have a data connection even though i'm paying the bill every month. So i'm just paying money for nothing in return. This is just abysmal service on the part of airtel, completely neglecting the customers.
          In fact they should be happy that i'm still sticking to airtel and not changing to other network service providers even after not getting internet for 6 long weeks. So much work of mine has been pending because of the pathetic service of airtel. As all my emails and calls to airtel were of no use, i'm sending an email trai with the hope that this issue gets resolved as soon as possible. Expecting a quick response from your end.

            Dear sir

            I have taken a pack of rs.421 from tatasky

            However, they are charging rs.620

            They are not allowing me to choose my channels.. Their website does not allow us to do anything. Their customer care is totally non co operative and they blame only trai for their cheating. Instead of reducing my monthly, some how they managed to rip off more from customers and they blame trai.

            They are cheating customers

              Customer i d [protected] of tata sky dth connection.

              I have taken tata sky dth connection on 26.3.19 and paid rs.1967.00 through tata sky dealer and that time tara sky confirm that 1 month free and amount will be credited in account. On 17.4.2019 cable connection deactivate. While checking the account balance i found that ny account credited by rs.1569.00 instead of rs.1967.00. I complained so many times but tata sky not giving proper response. Pl look in to the matter and credit account for balance amount and activate the account.

                Dear sir/madam
                After switching over to new plan as per trai regulation my dth provider dish tv india ltd is not providing some of free channels. I have registered a complaint as on 12/04/2019 (Com paint number[protected] and they told it will be resolved by realignment at free of cost. But the dish tv technician contacted as only 18/04/2019 and asking service charge of rs.250 so i refuse that offer because customer care executives it will provide at free of cost. I have raised another complaint regarding this issue to the nodal officer of kerala via mail (Circlecoordinator. [protected]@d2hdesk.com / nodalofficer. [protected]@dishd2h.com) as on 17/04/2019. But unfortunately they are also not responding. Actually our dish tv service provider is cheating as after charging price by not providing free channels

                        Independent tv stopped all star channels and they are not responding, there is no way out you can contact them, customer care is not reachable, on e-mail they are not used to respond. These people are looting innocent customers money and providing worst ever services. Why trai is not closing companies like independent tv. Please do needful and take strong action against them.

Ridiculous stuff.

                            Recharge my tatasky account at 18 dec, 2018. With annual dhamaka pack.
                            Subscriber id is [protected].
                            Now provider stop my annual package after 4 months and start regular daily charges with subscribing some unusual channel without asking me.
                            Provider does not continue my package and just tell me that trai apply the new rule about packages.
                            I just want to continue my annual dhamaka pack that already i subscribed.
                            Please do something.

                              Few days back v have taken connection of independent tv, in last one mth they stopped showing star channels without any information, no appropriate answer frm distributer, local office and customer care, kindly look on this matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.                                 All hd channels access has been withdrawn from my pack and they dont start in spite of multiple complains. Also since 3 days all star channels also stopped broadcasting without any intimation and now customer support team is not available on call. (Always get all lines are busy message). I am helpless now kindly do needful.

At the time connection he committed that he provided me 250+ chanall including 12 hd. But currently he migrated best fit plan and stopped service of maximum channels.                                     I am independent tv user. Since last 4 days none of the star channels are available. While contacted cc, it was told within 24 hrs the issue will be resolved. But till date the channels are not available. Worst part is now the cc is also not reachable. I have been trying to to call the customer care but unable to reach the number. It has been pathetic service till date.

I have made my on pack worth 373 per month and submitted to they were receipted the same their token no [protected] on 17 april 2019. But till date they are added the required channel to my connection. I have made a complaint in this regard their complaint no[protected] dated 18 april 2019 and arrange a technician and change of set box and charge rs 450/-. But till the problem exists, then again complaint no[protected] dated 18 april 2019. Therefore, i am requesting to look in to the matter and issue necessary direction to concerned persons to resolve the issue at the earliest pl.

                                        I am using videocon in punjab and complainting to videocon but they are not responding my d2h service is not working from last 3 days. Only one channel is showing on tv no free channel or paid is not working. Even after complaint they are asking for rs 200 for visit charges and to start these channel as facility charges. Pls look into this matter on urgent basis
