Sir,
I purchased independent tv dth sep'18, my pack was valid for 1 year which included every channel including hd, basically this was the offer provided that is why i choosed it. My problems are listed as follows:
1) after trai regulations 2019, my operator switched my pack to basic pack removing all hd channels and some selected english channels.
2) even after lodging complaint several times at customer support, till date no reply have been received.
3) i wished to use my available balance to choose ala-carte channels, for which there is no provision.
4) i recharged with additional balance to view some ala-carte channels on apr 17, 2019; but it has been not started yet inspite of being showing in my account details.
5) i have tried contacting the customer support several times for half an hour on call, but still no one answers.
Kindly direct for the aforesaid issues.
