I have 2 dth connect and applied to change my dth conection in 2 different consumer no. They have said me 48 hrs i will be done. But it is more then 96 hrs. And i have call them many time but they no responding properlly.

    Worst service ever I have seen by any DTH service provider. I too agree that Videocon d2h is intentionally not provided their toll free customer care no. And if provided than the call mostly not connected, if connected then they put on hold for long hours and automatically disconnect the call. Overall doesn't care for their customers.

    I want from TRAI to take strict action against d2h so that they don't dare to play with customers money and time.

      i am independent tv user. From 2 days some channels not visible( specially star channels), for these problem i want to contact with customer care but i can't connected, i calling i hear "the service you have request is unavailable" and those nodal officer numbers are also not working.

        Sir,
        I purchased independent tv dth sep'18, my pack was valid for 1 year which included every channel including hd, basically this was the offer provided that is why i choosed it. My problems are listed as follows:
        1) after trai regulations 2019, my operator switched my pack to basic pack removing all hd channels and some selected english channels.
        2) even after lodging complaint several times at customer support, till date no reply have been received.
        3) i wished to use my available balance to choose ala-carte channels, for which there is no provision.
        4) i recharged with additional balance to view some ala-carte channels on apr 17, 2019; but it has been not started yet inspite of being showing in my account details.
        5) i have tried contacting the customer support several times for half an hour on call, but still no one answers.
        Kindly direct for the aforesaid issues.

          Dear trai, as per ur order and sc confirm same that annual package holders until they choose to change not to be distracted from their package. But tatasky closed my plan and pressurised me to change another price. Need solution. T. Radha kishan rao from saroornagar hyderabad [protected].

            I have purchased independent tv dish in nov 2018. I call many time custome care tfor trai new rules but thay said no rule is applicable on old customer. But from jan 2019 they stop alll hd channel and some other channel without our permission. Now is march thay again shift or package without our permission. If i asked customer care person to choose our package but thay say u are not authorised to choose channel. Pack according to trai rule. I want to refund my money. Because i dependent tv make fool to customer and also trai. Why u give licence to that type of operator which have no infrastructure and have no. Proper customercare no. From last 3 days all star channel are stop and no cutomer care no is workingpls do needful for this. And refund our miney from independent tv

                My registerd mobile no is [protected]. Got the tata sky connectio 4 months back. Inspite of repeted requiest no body is comming. Before the connection they said many big big things but of no use. One of the most useless service provider i have ever come across if it is not going to be resoleve i wil be bound to disconnect ant terme them as misguider to the customer for their monytery bnifit. Tata reputation is bing spoiled in the market.

                  I am your existing customer, facing issue related to internet service. Daily 6.00 pm onwards my internet connectivity goes offline up to next day morning 10.00 am.                       I am a d2h customer with videocon and my cusotmer id is[protected].in december 2018 i got an offer from videocon for a yearly subscription of rs. 5000/- with availability of all channels in 101, 201, 301, 401, 501 series including all english movie channels. Additionally they offered me set of hd channels for 1 year. I agreed to their offer and my package got activated. Since last 15 days they have stopped all channels and only hd channels are visible and package monthly charge has been increased from 417 odd to 651 rs. I complained to them on 9th april 2019. I was told that trai rules have changed and hence i need to choose from the menu and the package offered to me cant continue. Then i spoke to escalation manager omprakash gupta. He promised me to resolve the issue in 2 days. I clearly told him that trai rules were already available in dec 2018 when the package was offered to me and when you offer me an offer for year it has to be serviced and if you cant service then i need refund since i also do not want to continue to your offer. He promised me to resolve in 2 days. However to my disappointment i did not get any response. I again called them back and they did not transfer my call to omprakash gupta and asked me to speak to vijay. I again had to explain entire problem to vijay who again said the same thing of trai rules then i asked him to transfer the call to his boss for which he asked me to keep the phone on hold while he transfers the call. Post that my call was disconnected and even after multiple attempts their team in the name of transferring the call disconnects customer calls and gives no response. I have to wait for 15 minutes atleast every time to speak to their executive. I am fed up and need help. I am their 5 years old customer and i being treated like this. I have paid them advance of rs. 5k for a year and now they are giving lame excuses in the name of trai. I do not want to continue with their services and want refund of my balance money lying as on 31st march.

                        I've been a dishtv subscriber for over 10 years. After reading the recent trai guidelines, i decided to customise my package in the hopes of saving some money, which i did. I have already paid a charge of inr 1299 for said purpose. But, dishtv doesn't stand committed to its contract. I'm not able to view any of the channels so far even after repeated complaints from my side. The consumer care personnel at dishtv are quite lackadaisical in their manners and sometimes even borderline delinquent. Even after harping about my hard earned money going to the drain, they are seemingly indifferent to the situation as they don't appear to fall back on resolving the issue. I plead you to take stringent action against the company with a possibility of refunding my money.

Now it is almost one week completed but still selected pack is not activated. Many times called the customers care but as usual very casual reply. And since it is taking 20-30min.                               I'm contacting to airtel digital tv from 7 days because they have disconnected my channel no. 660 news 18 bihar /jharkhand from 7 days and daily they are telling to me that it will start in 10 minutes but they are not following their words. Tomorrow is election in our side and i want to see the news of bihar. News 18 bihar /jharkhand is our local news and it shows us local news in detail.

                                  Within 2 months they stopped hd channels
                                  After that sony channels
                                  Now all of the sports channel without any proper intimation

                                  They are cheating customers, trai should take some stern action against them. They looted the customers. And their customer care number is never reachable no body available there

                                      My vc number is [protected].
                                      I am using dishtv for more than 5 years, and i am using their custom made packages and several channels from the pack i'm unable to view and when i called customer care then they ask for extra visiting charge for view those channels that is already been in the pack.
                                      When i asked why i pay for those channels which i already paying every month then they said that its the only way if you want to watch those channels then you have to pay.
                                      And there is only one simple question i want to ask, why i'll pay extra for those which i already paying for months.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am prasad gurav having d2h connection with customer id[protected]. Recently i have came across a very bad incident with the above said company. I had recharged for rs. 300 for my tv connection on 15 apr 19. After that i selected the package as per my requirement and submitted to the company. It wasn't activated for 1 day. When i approached customer care they told me to login through app and not website. I also completed the required formalities for channel activation. But even after 2 days it wasn't activated. I kept on calling and they repeated the same thing that, keep your set top box on for 10 minutes and change the channels. I have called the customer care several times and the issue has not been resolved and without giving any channel to watch they have started deduction of charged as per day rate. This has resulted in loss of my hard earned money without any satisfaction. Please take necessary action in this regard.
