I am dr bv srinivas, i had subscribed videocon d2h my id 38757151. Recently i had recharged my account for rs. 169/month from 8/4/2019. But i am unable see any channel which i subscibed. When i contacted therm over [protected]/[protected]/[protected] of custamer care no. S all are giving false promises that, command has given will be activated in 10 minutes, switch on switch off, what is the error no? Etc. We will send service engineer within 24 hrs, within 8 working hrs, reminder has been sent to ser. Engineer etc. All efforts have failed. They are simply bluffing me. But money is deducting day by day from my account. Like this they are cheating all the public due to reasons known to them. I have lost 6 working days just talking 100s of executives. Kidly take suitable action against the company and its management.
