I called to customer care service but not connect easily.

    Provider is making fools to the customers by giving an offer call to reacharge to seee their favorite channels but after doing recharge it doesn't work. When we file a complaint to the service provider they do not take any actions and say sorry only. This is very bad they have t refund in case of that. This type of action is done by airtel dth service provider. Its very shameful. If we say we will complain in relation of this act to trai they cut call by showing their attitude. Their service of customer care number is also very bad.

      I am problem with my dvr box, every year and i want to fight a battle with the customer care people and with their supervisor to rectify my problem, they are simply saying no dvr box is available please take another one, and i should wait hours and hours in phone line and all customer executives are reluctant to give their nodel officer number and i taken from online that person mr. B satish is too much busy to attend the call. This not first time i am placing please save me

        I am dr bv srinivas, i had subscribed videocon d2h my id 38757151. Recently i had recharged my account for rs. 169/month from 8/4/2019. But i am unable see any channel which i subscibed. When i contacted therm over [protected]/[protected]/[protected] of custamer care no. S all are giving false promises that, command has given will be activated in 10 minutes, switch on switch off, what is the error no? Etc. We will send service engineer within 24 hrs, within 8 working hrs, reminder has been sent to ser. Engineer etc. All efforts have failed. They are simply bluffing me. But money is deducting day by day from my account. Like this they are cheating all the public due to reasons known to them. I have lost 6 working days just talking 100s of executives. Kidly take suitable action against the company and its management.

          We are having Videocon d2h primary and Mirror connections and we have activated Platinum Marathi Combo packs on both connections but it is not working since yesterday. We are getting vague replies from customer care. Even their website is not working. We have been contacting their customer care number repeatedly. We have also activated above package on their website but on TV the packages are not getting activated for last four days. There is something inherently wrong with Videocon d2h but they are not telling us. We have sufficient balance still we are not getting transmission as per our choice.

            I have taken connection from the above mentioned cable provider. But from last 2 days i am unable to receive.
            Moreover when i contact them they are suggesting my to take our service provider like tata sky etc.
            Sir, i have already purchased statup box and paying the advance rent, so why this type of thing they are doing.
            It is my kind request please take necessary action so that indian citizen can lives their life comfortably.

              Last month i recharged rs 494 but all channels were missing. Many made complaint to customers care but no response later after 22 days i informed mr firdose who resolved my problem for few days. But then again i rechaged d2h videocon after seleting own channls and i paid around rs 622 on 04/4/2019 after getting confirmation from d2h. After that i was waching hd channle but on 12th april 2019 all channles are saying this channlea are not part of my subscription
              I am totaly fedup with this kindly look into this and resolve the issue asap or refund my amount.

                Pathetic customer service and they close the service request with out service and raise new service request every day when you call them

                I am writing after going through the harassment from pathetic customer service from videocon d2h

                I have raised a complaint on 06-apr-2019 for no signal with service complaint no:[protected] and they closed with out service then again i have raised another complaint on 7-apr with complaint no[protected] and tuesday 9-apr another complaint no[protected] all this service complaints closed with out service.

                I have called nodal office of telangana state satish on his both mobile number ([protected]) and land line no's ([protected]) but not response so mailed to customer care and nodal officer on 10-apr-2018 even after 3days no acknowledge from nodal officer. Every pathetic service

                Today when i called again they register another complaint no[protected]

                Every executive say sorry for the inconvenience and do nothing except raising new service request
                We are not able to enjoy the service we are being charged continuously for more than a 1 week (And its keep on counting).

                This is just a part of following grievances i have faced from your customer care:
                The lines are connected after waiting 8-10 mins (Atleast) always.
                The executives, behave like they are not able to listen and drop the call. Have experienced it twice in last week.
                Today before witting, i have tried many times but my call was not being answered at all
                Every time, comes to know new things. At one time your executive wanted me to check the card number for him to proceed. Seriously?
                Executives mentions to escalate to supervisor but return back with their busy status and shamelessly ask to call back again. They don;t even consider that we got opportunity to get connected after waiting for long and calling back like starting over it again. I feel like we are obliged if our call is being attended.

                Do you really expect your customer to spend 30 - 40 mins daily to your customer care for nothing?

                Needless to say your all system for making money are working perfectly well.

                Videocon is the worst brand!

                No update from you nor from Videocon D2H and issues is not solved still iam facing "signal not found" issues from last 10 days

                  I took a long duration pack in the month of september 2018 with tata sky. When cable and dth rules changed, i clearly asked my dth operator to continue my long duration pack until ends as per trai guidelines. Tata sky continued my long duration subscription until march 31st 2019 and suddenly moved me to new pricing without informing me and without my consent.

                      After repeated request, cable operator is not showing all the fta (Free to air) channels. They are fooling me saying that all free channels are actually not free. This is thru local cable operator and main service provider is hathway.

                      They absolutely irresponsible and not bother of any complaint that is made to trai. I would request you to contact me for any further details required from my side.

                      I would request trai to seriously look in to this

                        After your regulation the rates gone drastically high and it is against all users. Earlier we use to get all channels in rs. 200-250, now cost gone double for similar package. What kind of action trai is taking. Are they working for us or broadcasters? It seems corruption in this all deal. Need through investigation.. Work for community not for businessman..

                          I am using siti networks cable service. My connection has stopped since the local cable operator (Sai media and entertainment, kejriwal complex, athgaon, guwahati) has not made my payment. He is refusing to make payment and saying he will not help in this matter.
                          He is not recharging the cable tv instead of repeated reminders.
                          Kindly take some action against the operator

                            1. Sir our cable operator taken our paying charge + his service charge 40rs.
                            I am confused new trai rules service charge separately given customer to cable operator. But other area operators no service charge taken.
                            2. Please advice to me which service is better cable or d2h service.
                            3. All operators are cheating to customers and blaim to trai.

                              I recharged my videocon d2h amount of rs.153 on 2 aprail but till date i can not see any channel on my tv screen. On other hand they did not response of call when i called to customer care number they always said over system is not working properly. I am so disappointed with this operator services. I request you kindly help me because i already complaint submitted to fastway and write all metter to mail and many times call the customer care but no body listen and resolve the matter so that i approach on you so i request you kindly enquire the all matter and resolve. Sir kindly see my trail mails are below. I am complaining you a my local cable operator for reason behind he is demanding me a extra amount charges for choosing a package, when i call fastway cable customer care he told me a package price is 399 platinum package and 12 rupees extra for when i see disney channel's and hungama channels and after that when i approach my cable operator and visit their office he demand me a rs 480 for platinum pack. I discuss my cable operator receptionist she told me operator charges is extra. So sir plz see this matter and action taken immidiettly. My two boxes in the name of satish chouhan. Boxes mac no is - bcc8107aa1fe. And second mac no -.[protected]. I already raise a complaint but no body call me or comes at my home for resolving this problem so plz i request your intervention required. I am very harressd for the cable operator services so i hope you resolve on priority basis. Sir one more feedback for my side cable operator receptionists are wrongly talk to the customer, these receptionist behaviours are not good.                                   On march 8 2018 i booked a independent tv dth service after seeing a front page ad in amar ujala newspaper, i paid instant rs. 500 as booking fee's, they had offered unlimited channel's including hd, for 2000 rs. They promised installation in 3 month's but took almost a year and installed my dth on 19th december 2018, they didn't gave unlimited channels not even free to air channel's, their customer care doesn't give satisfactory answers. From 15 day's they're not providing most of the channel's including infotainment sport's movies kid's and english. Now they're saying these channel's are chargeable now. They're looting their customers by giving excuses on the name of trai.
                                  They fooled customers by giving lucrative offer's in newspapers and now they're cheating us, please take strict action against independent tv.

                                    Airtel guys ask3d me to upgrade from normal box to andriod box to have amazon netflix, and youtube and other programs.

                                    I paid 2700 extra for this upgrade. It worked fine week and then it stopped working. I compliant many times and frustrated with cc support till now issie is not addressd properly.
                                    Many of them coming when compliant and asking for money. Simply coming and going issie not resolved properly.

                                    I want this to take consumer court to refund my total amount back

                                      Independent tv is not providing many channels that are in there annual from last 2 months channels shows error-202. If tries to call their customers care the number first number it gives massage that number u call is switch off. When call on second number it's gives message that your phone have low balance. So i not able to talk at customer care due to the reason above mentioned.
