Sir I have a Independent DTH connection ID [protected]. At the time of booking the connection They had offered me that all
SD channels including 15-20 HD channels will be given for full one year but after installation in the month of Nov 2018, it works fine for few days, later on first they removed HD channels, and slowly, several other channels without my concent. Also their Customer care number is not accessible. They also have not provided the option to select the channels on their portal, which I wish to see, instead, they are still forcing me to opt from they pre defined bundle/package of set number of channels of their own choice, which is against the TRAI regulations. As on today all star group channels are not available. No kids channels are available except two no. No infotainment channels are available. The most frustrating thing is that I am unable to contact them by any means.
TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
