I have opted my channels as per the trai rules, in my set top box of Dish T V company on 29/03/2019 through their App. The token No given is [protected]. . But they have not put those channels which I opted. Instead they are giving some package as per their choice and charging the amount . Your rule says that the facility should be provided from April1, 2019.

Please take some strict action to implement the rules. The initiative taken by you is very good step. However we fear that TRAI is not able to implement them and customers are put in problem which worse than the earlier situation. They are not even picking our call and also not responding to our mail. Hope that TRAI will do something regarding this.

    I paid for one year for independent dth for hd package, but they discontinued so many channels in 2.5months and show error 200 so i called customer. Care no. For complaint, but they didn't have gave me the complaint no. Only typical ans. Given by them that the forward complaint to sioner, &only say that as per tried guide line we discontinued channel. But asper my knowledge trie says that packages for longtime taken. Should be continued. After that they can decide for further continuetion.
    So pl. Do needfool &take action on independent tv for harrashment...

      Sir I have a Independent DTH connection ID [protected]. At the time of booking the connection They had offered me that all
      SD channels including 15-20 HD channels will be given for full one year but after installation in the month of Nov 2018, it works fine for few days, later on first they removed HD channels, and slowly, several other channels without my concent. Also their Customer care number is not accessible. They also have not provided the option to select the channels on their portal, which I wish to see, instead, they are still forcing me to opt from they pre defined bundle/package of set number of channels of their own choice, which is against the TRAI regulations. As on today all star group channels are not available. No kids channels are available except two no. No infotainment channels are available. The most frustrating thing is that I am unable to contact them by any means.

        I am suscriber of videocon d2h services with consumer id no. 80451862 We have sufficient balance in our a/c & from last 5 days videocon d2h has stopped airing our preferred channels abruptly. As per their instructions, we have given list of preferred channels via online on there website for not less than 4 times since 10.04.2019 on wards but still we are unable to view our preferred channels. We have two connection of d2h one is HD and another one SD, apart from that also when we selected package for both the TV separately always same package is activated in both the TV and we are not able to see any HD channels as well not able to see any free air channels. Now when we are calling to customer care no of vediocon i.e. [protected] always showing line is busy and after the very hard effort to try more that 25-30 times once call connected and they told we don't know any thing please hold and that hold for long time and call disconnected, this happens more that 10 times. We really frustrated even this word is also very small, now i think we have only one option to change service provider if not getting any solution within couple of days. Attaching some of the images of screenshot of call to show how they treat old customers and worst word is also very small for this . Any Solution ?

          My hd set top box stopped working soon after the completion of warranty period, and it was replaced with a refurbished spare on 5-4-2019, as per asianet office representatives hd box was out of stock and promised to give a new one the next day. The refurbished spare stopped working the same day it was delivered (5/4/2019). On visiting concerned office, they are not giving any correct information regarding the new hd box delivery. It’s now over 11 days and still there is no response from the team. Already channel charges are paid in advance till may and we are not being given service for what we have paid for. Kindly look in to the case as support to restore the service.

            Hello Sir/Madam,

            Per new laws, my local cable operator has suggested me to select channels per my choice which I did and he had charged me 380 rupees for my selection. Later when I visited Hathway site, I found that for my selected channels Hathway is actually charging 312 rupees including GST(Please find attached screen).

            When I did inquired about this then I came to know that Hathway (Pune) charges me 40 rupees for selecting 46 channels(selected through the different Bouquet and a-la-carte basis) and a local cable operator has charged me 20 rupees for the service which he is providing to me. Extra 8 rupees is still a question.

            Please guide me on the charges which Hathway and local cable operator had changed me were legal or not? and if they are not then how it will be refunded to me?

              Sir i have requested airtel to provide call details for the month from january 2019 to march 2019 of my own mobile number, but till now the same has not been provided.
              I have updated my mail id for sending the call details and i have requested them by sending sms for different months many times.
              I have also sent them a mail requesting the same but in the reply they expressed their inability to provide the same.

              I am not able to select my channels through online site as per trai guidelines I have given complained to Videocon D2h customer care with ref. no.:[protected] on 18/03/2019 and i given on mail also to: [protected]@d2h.com on 05/04/2019 but still they haven't resolve my complained.

              Dish tv service very poor and painful to all circle because dish tv complain not resolved timely and used very low quality dishtv kit installed. there are no. of faulty faced on daily basis, signal quality very bed.

              here cable network is radiant and during the india Australia cricket match it stop telecast DD sport free, and after end of match start telecast DDSport free, where we are not interesrt star network, and we cant see live match, please bound it to show DD sport free at the time of cricket live

                Hi,

                There are around 4-5 channel that i don't want to watch but there is no way to remove those channels. I tried to call them but it is not reachable, i am trying to reach d2h since last 2 months, now they changed my language to some south indian language so that i can not understand anything.

                I have also mailed them about this issue for multiple times but d2h are not replaying at there also. They are torturing me now.

                I want strict action against them, please cancel their licence as they are now became frustrating.

                Videocon d2h has Not providing service after recharge. They are debating the money on everyday basis but not showing channels. We are losing our money from last one months. Customer care service is worst . Not responding / pick the phones.

                As per your rule we are going to fill the section from to DEN network, but cable operator are unable to activate our selected channel, similary he give all channel for 400 RS per month other waise he discontinue cable network
                Many times I visited to Idea Showroom for portability of my no. [protected] but always they says visit to other idea store for the conversion of postpaid to prepaid. Apart from this Idea automatically upgraded my monthly plan at their end without my consent.

                  My name is shubham agrawal i had received a sms about monthly pack of 165 rs with benefits of 180 channel + 14 premium channels after that i did confirm about this sms to videocon operator they also told me if i recharge with 799 so i will get same benefits for six months so

                  Den cable network dealer in shrdhapuri, phase 1 kankerkhera, meerut cantt 250001 is not providing ALA CARTE facility to customers . Only package with irrelevant channels are offered . This is against the guidelines issued by TRAI .
                  Vijayawada SITI. Cabel service provider intentionally interepting the DD sports channel (free) rely in cricket match live timings. Please take necessary steps on this intentional things by SITI Cabel service provider.

                    I am using Videocon D2h set of box . Having a Customer number[protected] . I have recharged my account with amount of 365 rs on dated of 23 March 2019 with the help of Online banking. Said Transaction reference number is UH69719946. But the amount 365 rs can be deducted from my bank account number but said amount couldn't credited in my Videocon D2h account .
                    I am contacting Videocon D2h customer care for number of times but they don't resolve my problem . The customer service provided by videocon d2h is very worst .
                    So I requested you to refund my amount or credited in my videocon D2h account urgently . And also gives the directions to videocon d2h to provide better services to the customer.

                    Till my complaint should not be resolved.
                    Hathway cable TV is not showing on-going India-Australia cricket matches on DD sports channel. They are just booking the channel on the match day.
                    I am a Videocon d2h user from mumbai, and i had paid for zee marathi hd n colors marathi hd channels but still not able to see the channels and no customer executives are picking up calls and also they are not replying to mail. What should i do ?

                      This email is in connection with the above-mentioned subject. I am a postpaid customer with vodafone bearing

                      Vodafone number and customer id. I have noticed that the number is inactive and the reason mentioned when called the call center is the number is not in use. Although the payments were made without any delays since last dec 2018 i am in abroad and more overall my banks and adhaar is connected to this number.

                      Without any notification via registered email or sms vodafone has simply suspended my account.

                      In view of the above statement kindly advice the procedure to take it legally.

                      today i've selected only 25 channel and had to pay rs. 320/-.

                      i did not understand how is it your are helping the consumer.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, Airtel d2h has added channel package without intimation to me and balance has been deducted which is totally wrongly done by Airtel.
                      This is cheating with consumer. Pls look the matter & do the needful.
                      My cable operator rounds off amount for each paid channel after applying 18% GST. I have opted for 25 paid channels & this rounding off increases my monthly bill by around Rs. 20. I asked him to round off to nearest rupee at the total level. He blames the Broadcaster for it. Pl take appropriate actions

                        Sir i had booked the reliance dth of independent tv in the month of march 2018 in the scheme that they will provide us all channels free upto a 1 year without taking money after that i had recieved the set top box six months later nd now they were asking for money within a year for the hd channels sir initially they were saying all channels are free for a year but now after eight month they were asking for payment for hd channels this is very unfair for us please help us towards thia matter.

                          I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[ 12188449]. Since from last 1 month when my package was

                          Migrated (As per trai rule) to amt 461 from 472 (Previous), i am facing no. Of issues regarding services

                          Of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, many regional channels (Marathi) service

                          Disconnected.

                          As per instruction from videocon i have selected again new pack from their provided website. After

                          Selecting my pack, when i click on proceed there was no amt displayed. Please see attached screenshot

                          For the same. This has been happening many times. Hence i sent them many mails and informed about this

                          Issue with the screenshot attached. Still i did not received any help from them. I only receives the

                          Mail regarding migration of package and to select new pack form websites. I also made many calls to

                          Customer care# but each time its busy.

                          As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again

                          & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min).

                          Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid

                          To reply it.

                          Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use your services but unfortunately i have invested

                          Money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top
                          Box & umbrella.

                          I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against people who

                          Is responsible in videocon d2h. Below is the main chain with your team.

                            My consumer no of tata sky is tata sky id [protected] has been deactivated due to non charging. When i spoke yo these people theyare asking me an weirdreharge amount. I wae forced to choose some hannels as oer their instruction which they said is as regulsted by trai. (Whicc us not user friendly). They have earlier changed my plan without my information thus creating trouble for me. Tatasky now tryung to armtwist me in the name of trai.
                            I request you to look into this matter as this is creating very rough service fron the excesutive of tatasky and they also mentioned ne that due to trai they have also increased my multitv services from 250/- to 400/_. I want ti know is trai doing all this. I thought trai is there to helo the common people rather is huge disomfort and these people are now minting money under the flagshipof trai..

                            According to trai rule in 130 rupees providing 100 channel pack only 25 channel is mandatory and 75 channel choosing by consumer but My cable operator HOME CABLE (S. L. Road, Mulund West) not giving me choosing my 75 channel he compulsory 75 FTA channel providing.

                                My tatasky multi tv charges have doubled from 250 rs per month to 500 rs per month and there is no information in their website about his and i wrote 3 times to [protected]@tatasky.com but not getting any reply. Before i used to 1370 rs for telugu, tamil and bengali all channels and now for half of the number of channels i am paying 1710 rs. Since i am not getting reply for tatasky, hence seeking for clarification here. Is the multi tv charges regulated by trai or tatasky. Please confirm.

                                    I had already complained about the subject matter about two weeks ago. I cannot find my complaint in the list as it is too big and there is no sorting by name.

                                    I have three sim all prepaid of vodafone. They are insisting on recharge of rs.35 for 28 days validity only. My complaint is about the short validity period. It should be atleast 90 days. Further how can they stop incoming calls for such sim.

                                      My dish tv is not working past almost 1 week. Yesterday (13-april-2019) i talked to customer care and logged complaint and they assured your dish tv will be up by tomorrow at 10:00 am. After waiting long long hrs i again talked to customer care for the same and they said you did not spoke to us yesterday, you spoke to us today (14-april-2019) registered complaint at 6:00 am today. I am having voice call recorded for yesterday and today as proof going forward to have possible resolution legally.
                                      My biggest question here is why my dish tv is not working since a week? Customer care is not able to answer this. They only said sorry sir, we can understand your concern. That's it.
