I can't see any channel within 4 days and i have calling to customer care and she is say me its technical problem so you call me within 3 hours letter but i have many time calling to customer and sms, email but customer care is not solved my problem so you please help me

    Sir, i have paid 360 on 06/04/19. But den cable not provide my pack. Sir i complain den customer but no hiring. My complain no. 5331057. Sir, i trid to talk many time cable operetor but they did not listen. They supressed me if i action them they will disconnect my connection they thred me. I face issue this problem for 1 month.

      Hi,

      I am using d2h service of videocon from last 2 years and i have updated my pack as per trai regulations but the service has not been resumed yet and after calling to customer care number from yesterday they ask me to wait for 2 hour while i have called them around 17-18 times and everytime they use to say the same thing.
      And my balance is deducted continuously from my monthly pack of around rs.750.

      Such kind of issues i am facing from last three months earlier to this service was stopped by mentioning the reason that card is not properly inserted (This is inbuilt d2h) or bad network due to bad weather or signal problem while everything was same.
      Hence i request you to take toughest action against such fraudulent activity. As my money is being deducted unnecessary from last three months while they are not rendering services properly.

          My name is deepak kumar patle. I purchased onesets of independent tv {dth}.in advertise of independent tv said by them that all channels including hd are free for 1 year but suddenly many chanels not seen on my tv it will get error message you are not subscribed.
          Kindly take strong action against independent tv as this is complete case of 420 that make people fool.

            I paid for one year for independent dth for hd package, but they discontinued so many channels in 2.5months without inform me, so i called customer. Care no. For complaint, but they didn't have gave me the complaint no. Only typical ans. Given by them that the forward complaint to sioner, &only say that as per tried guide line we discontinued channel. But asper my knowledge trie says that packages for longtime taken. Should be continued. After that they can decide for further continuetion.
            So pl. Do needfool &take action on independent tv for harrashment.

              1. Vediocon d2h blocked our channels and 2. even after taking new plan as per ṬRAI (platinum combo plan) adjusted our balance and reduced the validity from 05/Nov/2019 to 26/July/2019 but not a single channel is restored. It's been more than 24 hours.
              3. Customer care doesn't respond mostly (both call and mail).
              4. When connected, i requested to take my complaint, customer care denied again.

              We are feeling harassed by d2h.
              Kindly help.

                I am a customer of Videocon d2h since last 6 years .Nowadays they have changed the channel cost for that I called customer care service but some are not giving proper guide and when I asked to connect higher person that time they are putting my call on hold and after some time automatically disconnecting without my query, also I feel they are taking extra money from us in the name of GST .please help me in this regards

                  Im facing the problem for past 1 year...hathway is one of the worst network and speed is very very worst...service is very poor and customer care executive are very worst and talking harshly...they cheated me and they r selling the products by cheating the customers...they had told me net will b cover over 10 meters bt nw they r telling only 5 meters it ll come...i[censored] want u buy additional router by paying cash...if v ask abt tat no response frm them.they r telling this ll b like tat only.they r telling i[censored] want call to the seller v cant do anythng nu...thn y u the guys r selling the product by cheating customers...very worst experience pls dnt buy dis any product guys..

                    Pls note iam a user of videocon d2h services my customer id is 51499237, i have done the recharge of rs 500 on dtd-19/3 - based on diamond kids combo however i have rcvd a mail from videocon d2h that i need to recharge again on 29/3 to continue the services, fail to understand that if have taken 1 month subscription pack then why the same is getting expired within 10 days.

                    As per their executives due to some problem/error on their site wrong pack called bst is activated instead of diamond kids but no one has a solution to get it resolve-iam chasing them from 22/march but till today no positive response rcvd.

                    Getting such response from such as big brand is not at all acceptable — i need my money back-connection price/recharge amount every thing.

                    I really need your help to look in to the matter as videocon d2h people are not responding.

                      Hi,

                      I have been facing issues with my d2h connection since last 4 days.

                      I have a multi room connection and had selected same channels for primary as well as mirror connection. However in my mirror connection most channels have gone missing suddenly. I had according paid for 3 months but not getting that service.

                      Following are issues with your customer service:
                      1. The customer service number ([protected]) hardly connects.
                      2. Even if connected have to wait for 4-5 minutes to connect to a representative.
                      3. I called up yesterday at 8pm spoke to some lallan and today also called at 12.25pm and spoke to some param. Both the times they said that systems are down and call back after 30 minutes. They were not ready to listen and just kept saying call back later. This response i get everytime i call customer service. Systems down for so long. Then why you ask customers to call back after 30 min. Why waste our time?

                      Saturday and sunday (Holidays) spent without getting to see for which we have paid.

                      Worst customer service.

                          Below information shared to TRAI .But no action taken by TRAI team
                          I had done long term recharge of 60months +200days complimentary as per attachment on 30th Nov'16.
                          Afterwards, Videocon team had added complimentary channel without my request and charged me for same.This issue is still unresolved.

                          I am awaiting for issue closure.All above complaint registered for same problem but till now issue not resolved completely.
                          I had mentioned name of person including senior person I had discussed but till now no issue resolved.

                          Now after TRAI regulation Videocon team removed many channel.
                          As per payment done by me for full package - Platinum HD for long term plan of 60months + 200days.Irrespective of TRAI regulation or Taxes imposed by Govt Channel should not be reduced no of channel.

                          But now Videocon team is looting customer.
                          I recommend customer don't go for long term plan.

                          Also customer care is worst.I want to discontinue service, they are telling refund not possible.

                          If no action taken by Videocon team, I will publish this in all Facebook and all social media.

                          Also I will recommend all customer not to go for Videocon D2H.If you still want to suffer than never go for RECHARGE more than a month.
                          Long term recharge is having no benefits as compared to monthly recharge.

                            I have done recharge for international roaming in my jio network but there is no network coverage, i tried getting help from jio customer service but they are unable to help me out it's seems like jio don't have a international roaming in every country and they misguide customer by mentioning on thier website, i have made recharge of around 1020 but i couldn't use it.in india their network is pathetic in abroad they just don't have, sometime quality matters then the quantity.

                                मै विडियोकॉन डी0टू0एच का 2014 से नियमित उपभोक्ता हूॅ मेंरा कस्टमर आई0डी0 नं0 है 56132888। ट्राई के नये नियमो के अनुसार चैनल को चुनने की व्यस्था के फलस्वरूप दरो में अधिक वृद्धि हो जाने के कारण मेरे द्वारा अप्रैल 2019 से टी0वी0 न देखने का निर्णय लिया। जिस कारण मैने रिर्चाज नही किया। आज दिनांक 13.04.2019 को विडियोकॉन के कस्टमर केयर द्वारा मुझे [protected] नं0 पर कॉल कर ऑफर एवं रीचार्ज की जानकारी दी गयी जिसके कारण मै रिचार्ज कराने को सहमत हो गया और पेटीएम के माध्यम से मैने 570रू0 रीचार्ज कर दिये जिसके बाद टी0वी0 पर प्रसारण नही हो रहा है। कस्टमर केयर नं0 [protected] पर संम्पर्क करने पर बताते है कि आधे घंटे बाद कॉल करिये। आज दिन भर में मैने कई बार कॉल किया जिसमें अधिकतर बार कॉल लगा ही नही और कुल तीन बार बात होने पर प्रत्येक बार कहा गया कि आधे घंटे बाद कॉल करिये मेरे द्वारा पूछे जाने पर कि इस समस्या का क्या समाधान है कोई उत्तर न देने के बजाय कहते है डी0टू0एच में कॉल करने के लिए धन्यवाद। महोदय मेरे द्वारा रीचार्ज किये जाने के बावजूद प्रसारण नही किया जा रहा है कृपया मेरी समस्या का समाधान कराने की कृपा करे।

                                  We got independent tv installed on 17/02/2019. But the company back dated and activated from jan 31st to avoid new trai guidelines. We also paid rs.5600 for two tv connections for whole year with complete channels. Instead they just added rs.1900 in our account and are not providing complete channels nor are giving us refund for of the money. Above all they are very slow and no resolution has been provided since 15 days.

                                    My tata sky account got deactivated without any valid reason. I paid the monthly subscription for april and my subscription period ends only in the first week of may 2019. But tata sky deactivated my account after they wrongly debited charges from my account for "dish relocation" service. No such work was done as i live in a gated community where we share common dish.

                                      Even after valid recharge, service provider prompting on tv to recharge again. Customer care is not reachable and even if reachable they speak poor hindi and english, unable to communicate properly. Customer is cheated and fraudulent deduction of money. Once channel activated through missed-call, after 10-15 days it gets deactivated again. Customer executive cutting the call. I want trai to take action against d2h asap.

                                        Plz note I am having TATA Sky at my home since last 3 years.
                                        Till now I was paying 350 INR per month & enjoying all channels of my choice.
                                        Now I have checked and for the same set of channels I have to pay min 500 and above.
                                        Why should we pay extra to cable operators ?
                                        IF TRAI has taken positive steps to secure customers then how come they are extracting extra money from us.
                                        I hope you take this in positive spirit & do the needful.

                                        Hi, these changes are being made in order to comply with the "Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) services Tariff Order 2017" issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The said order is applicable on all broadcasters (such as Star, Sony, Zee, etc) and distributors of content such as DTH operators, Cable operators and Internet Protocol TV (IPTV).
