I was looking for a new DTH connection and I choose Independent tv for this. I talked several times at its toll-free number, left requests for contact back at its website also regarding new connection but not a single attempt was done by independent tv to contact a customer for his grievances, Every time when I used to call I was told that whenever new connections will start independent tv will contact me, but it was not done for a single time.
Finally, on 2nd April, 2019; I saw at its website that the new DTH connections have been started. So, I booked a DTH connection and paid Rs. 2059.93 instantly through Paytm having order ID No.50396. The detail of my connection and payment is as under:

But now I am feeling that I have made a wrong decision to choose ‘Independent tv’ for a new DTH connection because after passing near about 9 days period not a single response is received from its side regarding confirmation of my request, payment, and installation schedule. I am continuously requesting to ‘Independent tv’ through e-mail and telephonically but it seems that it has turned a deaf ear towards customer grievances.
Independent tv has received my requests through e-mail and acknowledged by the Ticket ID 9573, Ticket ID 7806, Ticket ID 9820 etc. It is worthwhile to mention here that each and every time when I requested on toll free number, I have been being advised to wait for next 72 hours since my first request to till now. The period of 72 hours is not lasting for me.
It is very ashamed that where other counterpart DTH provider companies are very careful about their customer and providing their services quickly and installing connections within two hours of application, I have been waiting for 9 days because I did a mistake to choose Independent tv.
It is further to mention here that on the website of ‘Independent tv’ it is not mentioned that the installation will take too much time. If it would have been there, I would have not booked it.
It is again requested that since my booking (i.e. 02.04.19) more than 200 hours have been completed till now and even after my continuous pursuance till now ‘Independent tv’ neither installing my connection nor refunding my money back.
If ‘Independent tv’ is not having enough resources / technical capability, why it accept my booking? ‘Independent tv’ has committed a fraud by misleading customers and cheating by making false commitments since starting. ‘Independent tv’ has failed to provide timely and satisfactory services.
You are requested to please look into that matter and do the needful in favor of customer and penalize the guilty.
