As per ur guideline we had recharged our channels... But after recharging also the channels are not running more than 15 to 20 mins.. Its not the problem of one day.. Its now become a daily problem... I complained to my d2h operator but no action has took place i made several phone calls but no result came..

Secondly, is that at the time of payment of paid channels operator showed the list of 260rupees channel list in which star sports1 channel was included but when came home and check the channels star sports1 channel was not showing. When i asked him he told that it was star sports first not star sports 1 it was printed wrongly.. So its his problem not our.. We want to see star sports1 but because of his problem this channel is not showing

So its a kindly humble request to look after this issue.. And please help to solve it as soon as possible.. Thanku😊

    Hi sir,
    I have been using d2h services (Earlier videocon) for a very long time under under account 7429647. After the new trai directive come into implementation, i have changed the pack of my connection as per my need. I have been communicated monthly charges of 562/- for 2 tv on 10th april. I have asked for star sports 1hindi channel on 10th for which charges are 22/- for for 2 channels the charges to be increased by 44/- but it was increased to rs 771.81/- i. E. Increase of rs 209/- which means each of added channel costed me rs 104.5/- against communicated charge of rs 22/- per channel. This is clear misuse of the new directive or d2h systems are not ready to handle the change. I have been calling call center but no response. Once connected but call center agent even disconnect my phone when i asked for the details of my account and asked her to provide the appellate desk details.
    Please look into this and get the correct charging done. There are still many unwanted free to air channel attached and i have no option to discontinue the free to air channels to reduce my ncp charges.

      I am trying my idea sim port idea to airtel because idea network issue is very critical. I was many time request idea to solve network issue but they was not solve my problem
      Upc code and documents are submitted on airtel outlet at 2 april 2019

      I am continuously contacting with idea and airtel, both reply me your request is in progress and no any issue in request.
      Also i was told to airtel if they are not able to port my sim please inform me so i will find another solution. Airtel promised there are no any issue in poring and they port my sim before 11 april 2019
      I have all communication proof of idea and airtel

        Every time i try to call videcon d2h customer service, but call could not connect every time. If call connects but no one recived call, 20min + time has taken for receive call, after that i shouted on them then they put my call on mute. I request call back on official site but no call is came on my phone.
        I selected new channels list but it is not started yet.
        I am feeling like cheated, please help me

          My dish tv connection has been migrated to new monthly plan at a higher cost against my existing annual plan. Dish tv has unilaterally changed the plan without my consent.

          In terms of trai guidelines, the customers are required to select their plan. I have tried to change the plan through the website/mydishtv app on numerous occasions. I regret to say that website did not respond nor the mobile app. Due to technical snags at their end, i was denied to select plan of my choice. When they are not able to provide platform for changing the plan, they cannot change plan at their own.

          On top of that, i've been raising complaints through dish tv customer care for kannada channels subscription since they were removed during automatic migration as per trai rules. I've been contacting customer care from past 5 days for a solution in this regard. They are promising to send a technician for antenna alignment or whatever that needs to be done. Even the supervisor assured the same when i spoke to him for the second time.

          But today 11.04.2019 (After four days of lodging complaint and speaking to your customer care executive daily), dish tv failed to resolve the issue and customer care executive didn't connect me to supervisor to lodge a complaint again on 10.04.2019 & 11.04.2019. Rather he told that i'll get a call back from the supervisor within one hour. It's been days and i've not got any response.

          This has been the worst experience with dish tv.
          Hope suitable action will be initiated against dish tv for denial of service within stipulated time and causing inconvenience to the customer.

            Hello,
            I AM A VIDEOCON D2H CUSTOMER
            My customer id is 37590880. I have 2 Set Top boxes active. Both are subscribed with same packs. (1 Primary & 1 mirror )

            I am unable to view 2 channels under "zee bangla family pack" in BOTH THE BOXES. (primary & mirror)

            The channels are-
            1. ZEE BOLLYWOOD (HINDI MOVIE CHANNEL)

            2. ZEE 24 GHANTA (BENGALI NEWS CHANNEL)

            Error showing- E16-4 "channel in not a part of your subscription" where as these channels are included in my subscribed pack. rest all channels can be viewed.

            I contacted customer care several times Since 6th April 2019 every time I received an answer " we have processed your request, services will be started in next 10 minutes" but It has passed 3 days, yet the result is same.

            I also gave a missed call on their IVR number "[protected]" to start the service. Still the services not started.

            On contacting their customer care again today, they asked me opt for engineer visit which will cost Rs. 200 per box as service charge.

            Why should I pay for their technical fault?? They are providing service and this is a service is not an customer end hardware issue.

            A cable TV operator never charge any amount for visit in case of any service issue...so WHY DOES A DTH OPERATOR CHARGE MONEY FOR THEIR OWN SERVICE ISSUE?

            It is just like- 1st you create an issue and then charge money from customer to resolve the issue.

            SINCE I HAVE ALREADY RECHARGED MY ACCOUNT AND ALSO subscribed to PACK AS PER "TRAI" NORMS, WHY I AM NOT ABLE TO VIEW MY SUBSCRIBED CHANNELS ?

            THIS IS THEIR TECHNICAL FAULT WHY SHOULD CUSTOMER SUFFER??

            MY VALIDITY IS BEING WASTED...WILL THEY EXTEND THE VALIDITY FOR NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE?
            PLEASE HELP TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST OR ASK THEM EXTEND THE VALIDITY TILL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

              One month back I have taken DishTV connection. One month fine worked well after one month I recharged on time after that it's not working showing 102 no balance acct. I called many times DishTV customer care still they could not able to resolve. Past 5 days no one resolved.

                I am not able to see HD channels on my tv so I call airtel customer care and lodged complain. My LED and Set top box both are already HD plus.
                I lodged the complain on 09.04.2019 but no response from Airtel. No any engineer come at my home till 11.04.2019, meanwhile I call them many times and requesting for sort out the matter.
                On 11.04.2019 then I speak in shouting mode then they say engineer will definitely come before 11 am in morning, but nobody call me or no one come. then I call them again at 2 pm they say that engineer will come today. At 3 pm I got a call from landline no, Person say I have to change my set top box for HD channels, They have upgraded the system. However before this I was seeing HD channels easily. Person told me I have to pay 150 Rs for Engineer visit and 300 Rs for set top box exchange. Since I have no option, I said yes...okay do it I am ready for pay. At 4 pm Finally Engineer call me and say, They do not have set top box in stock so change your plan and leave HD channels and watch SD channels for some time. When HD box come, we will change.
                This is the real fact and service given by AIRTEL. I recharged 480 Rs monthly for HD channels and they are charging every day withour showing the channels, even service us also worst. What a customer can do now ??

                I have all call recordings of communication with them, complain no. and everything.

                  Dear sir,

                  I was looking for a new DTH connection and I choose Independent tv for this. I talked several times at its toll-free number, left requests for contact back at its website also regarding new connection but not a single attempt was done by independent tv to contact a customer for his grievances, Every time when I used to call I was told that whenever new connections will start independent tv will contact me, but it was not done for a single time.

                  Finally, on 2nd April, 2019; I saw at its website that the new DTH connections have been started. So, I booked a DTH connection and paid Rs. 2059.93 instantly through Paytm having order ID No.50396. The detail of my connection and payment is as under:

                  Selection Price
                  Scheme CPE RS 1849
                  Pack Price RS 178.75
                  GST(18%) RS 32.18
                  TOTAL RS 2059.93

                  But now I am feeling that I have made a wrong decision to choose ‘Independent tv’ for a new DTH connection because after passing near about 9 days period not a single response is received from its side regarding confirmation of my request, payment, and installation schedule. I am continuously requesting to ‘Independent tv’ through e-mail and telephonically but it seems that it has turned a deaf ear towards customer grievances.

                  Independent tv has received my requests through e-mail and acknowledged by the Ticket ID 9573, Ticket ID 7806, Ticket ID 9820 etc. It is worthwhile to mention here that each and every time when I requested on toll free number, I have been being advised to wait for next 72 hours since my first request to till now. The period of 72 hours is not lasting for me.

                  It is very ashamed that where other counterpart DTH provider companies are very careful about their customer and providing their services quickly and installing connections within two hours of application, I have been waiting for 9 days because I did a mistake to choose Independent tv.

                  It is further to mention here that on the website of ‘Independent tv’ it is not mentioned that the installation will take too much time. If it would have been there, I would have not booked it.

                  It is again requested that since my booking (i.e. 02.04.19) more than 200 hours have been completed till now and even after my continuous pursuance till now ‘Independent tv’ neither installing my connection nor refunding my money back.

                  If ‘Independent tv’ is not having enough resources / technical capability, why it accept my booking? ‘Independent tv’ has committed a fraud by misleading customers and cheating by making false commitments since starting. ‘Independent tv’ has failed to provide timely and satisfactory services.

                  You are requested to please look into that matter and do the needful in favor of customer and penalize the guilty.

                    We are unable to watch channels that we paid as per your new regulations. We had recharged our subscription as per the selection.
                    I had made multiple calls every day and they say over phone that the issue will be resolved and given us the complaint number. Until today its not resolved and they bluntly say that there is no complaint registered from us.
                    The complaint number we received from their call center is "service request number :[protected]". We need the issue to resolved and compensate the days we lost due to their internal problems

                      All the paid channels are telecasting n number of advertisements. Then why we have to pay monthly fee for them? If it's a paid service, isn't should be advertisement free?
                      If they are telecasting advertisements, then the channels will be getting paid from the ad-vendor. Then why the subscribers has to pay them monthly charge for each paid channels.

                      Paid channels should be giving the channels at 0 cost of they telecast

                        M videocon d2h customer with i'd 68388077. My set up box chanel are not being showing from last 20 days
                        M have complain many times nd also snd mail to them.
                        From last 15 days m continuously complaining no action is take from there side.
                        Nd my subscribed channels are not coming they are charging high bt nt providing me channels as per my subscription. There behaviour is rube they always says call after 30 min. How may time called them mailed them bt no response.

                          I check the online balance rs. 7/- and i called toll free no he told some technical problem you recharge the procedure and i recharged rs. 210/- and all channel available and then 10 the evening sun group and zee not available
                          Error code e16-4 channel is not part of subscription and complaint again same problem so i complained national consumer

                          In between my phone lost the network & i was informed that the SIM was hacked.

                            Dear trai,

                            I am a videocon d2h user with customer id 78673337. Since from last 5 years, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h from last 6 months, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                            Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 4500/- for 3 month basis for which i should get services for 3 months but they have unsubribded lots of channel from my plan without any notification. I have tried lots of time to call them on their toll free no[protected] and [protected] but either they have intensively make it permanent busy or these no are not working. Finally after hundreds of trial i decided to lodge a complaint by mail but not getting positive response. I am very disappointed now.

                            As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

                            Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in recharging for a long period.

                            I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                              My complaint is about videocon d2h.
                              I have recharge my channels after making value pack and the confirmation or recharge done message has also come on my register mobile number.
                              After recharge done still i'm not able to view my channels i called serval times continuesly to videocon d2h customer care and aslo complaint about my queries serval time but still i didn't get any response from videocon related to my queries. I'm troubling from past 1 week but still my queries are not get solve.
                              Videocon d2h has a poor service. Getting customer trouble more than a week.
                              Kindly please help me to solve my problem. As soon as possible as i have been in trouble from past 1 week so please get it soon to solve my problem.

                                Shankara star cable tv network, jyothinagar, marripalem, visakhapatnam 530007 is associated with gtpl hathway limited. On 5th april 2919 cable connection to my home was abruptly disconnected and we were informed that additional advances need to be paid. Complaint was lodged with gtpl customer support, but apart from repeatedly asking for information already provided to which replies were given by me multiple times nothing has been done so far. Action to be taken against shankara cable tv network for unethical practices, and against gtpl hathway limited for poor customer service

                                Sir independent tv when launched says that it will provide all paid channels for free for one year and 500 paid channels for 5 years. Now they are blocking all paid channels one by one and cc said that trai has changed the channels package. If this is your order than you have to give order to company to give our 2300 rs back and take back dish.

                                  I have sun direct dth, it was working smoothly till trai rule. Now a days i didn't get signal. I have spoke with service provider, but they just asking the error code and says need technician support with service charge.

                                  I am not using free service from service provider.

                                  I have already done recharge, they have to provide support.

                                  Trai have to give option of portability like simcard.
                                  TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  However, they are charging Rs.620

                                  They are not allowing me to choose my channels..Their website does not allow us to do anything nor their employees help us to reduce our bill amount

                                  They are blaming TRAI for charging excessively

                                  Dear TRAI I am Videocon D2H user and my user I'D is[protected]. I have already a recharge on my card but since from last 15 day's they won't received my call on their customers care number. Please initiatie action against my request because I'm tired to this lazy service.
                                  My subscription no is [protected] with a l6 months duration pack valid till June 2019. My services have been disrupted and forcing me to Choose packs, which I am against.
                                  As per newspaper reports, long duration pack should not be disrupted as stated by TRAI chief. Kindly advise the service provider to honour the guidelines of TRAI

                                    But still they are reluctant to update the bouquet list and replying that i should do the selection from dish tv website or mobile app. Channel selection and bouquet info on their website is complicated. I have selected bouquets from trai website kindly ask dish tv to update the same. Also they add or delete channels without permission so warn them not to do so. Thanking you in anticipation.                                       Dear trai,

                                      Recently you stated new method pay and use channels this method is very very worst. Old method i paid 240rs for all kannada and all hindi channels but new method i pay 270rs only kannada, so i kindly requesting you please change this method. Otherwise my small suggestion you given 100 channels for 153 this channels are waste so you give our selected channels 153rs for 100 channel. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
                                      TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Sir cable operator name ( poonch house cable network) is not resolving our problem from last 2 months. Please take action against him.

                                        I'm complaining regarding my d2h connection. My d2h account monthly rental 318 ruppes and a super gold combo pack + channel no 407 star sports hindi charge 19 rupees per month. But my connection issue with channel no 407 . This channel not working on my d2h id and i continue connecting with d2h customer care but every says that an technical issue so we have not chacked your id . I contect 4 to 5 time every day with d2h customer care but every time tell me same problem as technical issue. I am very furrusted and harrasmented by d2h sevice provider. So please sir take a immediate action regarding d2h sevice provider.
