Sir,
I'm complaining regarding my d2h connection. My d2h account monthly rental 318 ruppes and a super gold combo pack + channel no 407 star sports hindi charge 19 rupees per month. But my connection issue with channel no 407 . This channel not working on my d2h id and i continue connecting with d2h customer care but every says that an technical issue so we have not chacked your id . I contect 4 to 5 time every day with d2h customer care but every time tell me same problem as technical issue. I am very furrusted and harrasmented by d2h sevice provider. So please sir take a immediate action regarding d2h sevice provider.

    Please take a note that, since the day internet installed it’s getting disconnected daily. I have called customer care many times but no permanent solution. I have registered a complaint three to four times and service person is visiting my home however without solving the issue ticket is been closed with fake report. Service person checking the issue but not giving the solution. No seriousness in the troubleshooting, just doing it time being escape mind set.

    worried about the poor connection and service.

      I did recharge of RS 225 of Airtel DTH through there my Airtel app money got deducted immediately but it is not reflecting . When I called customer care there only response was sorry for inconvenience. But there was no proper solution and they made me wait and they were transferring call her and there, but no solution provided. This not 1st time. We only get frustrated. We have to pay also and we have to suffer also. Please help us so that it won't happen with other customers.

        I have a videocon d2h connection.[protected]
        Earlier there was having smooth flow of getting signal and surfing channel.

        However now after new trai regulation on selection of channel, i am either select the combo pack or select ala cart channels.

        In case i want to select the specific channels addition to this any of the combo pack from there list, there website is not allowing.

        This is unfair practice that i should able to select the channel in a such way to get the combo pack + new additional channels from there list.

        Also minimum channel amount fee is showing and charging double.

        This is a worry to customer.

        In case any channel is selected for some duration such channels are not automatically discontinue, and service provider expect to call from customer to stop those channel.
        If the channel is selected for specific duration then this should automatically stop appearing on screen...

        Please look into this to have better support form service provider

          Dear Sir, . /// Top Urgent ///

          I had opted for your Omni Hd package for both my primary and secondary connection and same was confirmed by you and I had accordingly paid for one full year. Proof of same attached. Now suddenly without informing me you have voluntarily revised my package to Omni Plus HD and increased my subscription fees exorbitantly and the reason given to me by your supervisor was that this was in accordance with TRAI. This is a blatant case of cheating and malpractice by your company. You have arbitrarily withdrawn my package and increased my price without notice to me.

          Please advise urgently as to why you have done this. As per my agreement with you my subscription is valid till 29.01.2020 and I must get all the channels as agreed by you when you offered me the Omni HD package.

          Please reply by return and confirm reinstatement of my Omni HD package for both my primary and secondary connection till 29.01.2020. if you do not do same I will take up this matter with consumer forum and also have copied this message to TRAI. Your supervisor has now forced me to opt out for diamond sports HD combo for both primary and secondary connection with additional add on of Zee Marathi which was free on my earlier Omni HD connection. Even this is working out higher at Rs.1145/- per month which again does not add up as it should be only Rs.846/month for both connection. My complaint no.[protected] DTD 08.04.2019 is pending with you.

          I am simply unable to understand your calculation which is full of cheating and misleading.

          Please do the needful. Take this as my final notice.

            I am using NEO cable operator in mathura and after the price changes in Channels pack NEO cable dealer is taking fixed Rs.155 charge after they are charging for the pack you subscribe.
            It will cost us lot rather we are paying previously .
            Request you to kindly take action again it .
            Only what we watch we have to pay for that only no additional or compulsory charges should be included.

              As per TRAI FAQs published on their website in Clause 11 necessitates DTH Operator to honour active subscription of Long duration pack till its expiry.

              I had an an active pre-paid long duration pack (annual subscription) running from Jan-19 with DTH Operator TATA Sky.

              However, in violation of the above mentioned TRAI guidelines, DTH Operator TATA SKY has forced me to migrate to new TRAI regime.
              As a result I am forced to pay 55% extra for the same set of services which were subscribed in the Long duration pack.

              I hope I have provided all necessary information required.
              Please let me know in case any other relevant information needs to be provided.

                I have recharged rs 460/- on dt 06/04/2019 online from sbi through
                www.dishtv.in.but i couldn't able to get any channels. I contacted customer care. They said to wait 24 hours. After waiting 48 hours i again recharged rs 100/- by sbi debit card. But the channels are still unavailable. I am waiting from 4 days.

                  I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected] for last 4 years. Since from last 1 & 1/2 weeks, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation,

                  I have select platinum marathi hd combo for my primary connection and diamond kids marathi combo for mirror connection its still not
                  activated and call centre have no idea what going on.

                  These kind of issues happened in the month of april also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

                  As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it. Customer service is very very Poor!!

                  Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                  I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                      I had recharged with long term recharge plan. Which was valid till aug 2019
                      But dth has changed my plan
                      As pr trai's guideline, if i had long term recharge and dont want to change my plan they will have to provide the service.

                        Had subscribe for omni hd package by paying 4999. However when tria came i called again to know if there is any change in the subscription. But they said no but if there is any change we will let you know. I didn't get any intimation and you have changed my subscription and i'm paying 700 per month where in when i subscribe it was 435. What do you get in cheating your own subscriber? If we are not there then how can you do business?

                        Now my regional channel have been removed, i'm not getting hbo channel. And icing on the cake im paying 700 for it. I have also been charged double which is raised in the complaint number[protected] but no action has been taken till now. I haven't got any refund.

                        I would like to request you for full refund so that i can change the subscriber to dish or airtel. Or i belong to lawyers family then will talk in the consumer court.

                        When called the customer care give us wrong information as to the subscribed package is active but never mentioned the change in the package in spite of asking many times.
                        Now i want to change the package they are not letting me to do even that. Now matter how many times i select the package is not changing.

                          i am having dish tv connection bearing vc no.[protected]. Dishtv have migrated my plan of hindi language to new plan of kannada language. I came to know about this on[protected]. Dish tv has unilaterally changed the plan without my consent.

                          In terms of trai guidelines, the customers are required to select their plan. I have tried to change the plan through the website of dish tv on many occasions. I regret to say that website is not supporting the change of plan. I have lodged complaints on customer care platform many a times, written e-mails thrice on [protected]@dishd2h.com and lodged complaint with ceo of dish tv having complaint id-105730 but to of no avail. They cannot change plan on their own.

                          The operator is taking unilateral decision and intervention of trai is required to stop such acts which are not in the interest of customer. The operator is trying to take advantage and mincing more money from customers without consent of customers.
                          Kindly arrange to resolve my problem at an earliest and as a regulator, take an appropriate action against the company so that the harrasment meted out to me by the dishtv cannot be repeated with anyone.

                            I have long term 1 year rechargedfor omni hd and mirror pack from videocon d2h vide customer id[protected] on 18/12/2018 & ends on 13/01/2020 for my both the tv. On 07/04/2019i got mail in which they have reduced my validity period by 3 months. When i have inquired they says that by trai order they have converted my plan to new omni hd and mirror pack plan. On 09/04/2019 i have contacted their customer service helpline instead of solving my complaint they have disconnected all my hdpaid channels from my 1sttv. For that i have tried many times to contact their customer care executive for resolution of my complaint but in vain. After hearing my complaint tell me t"wait for 10 minutes then your channels will start". But till this time didn't start they have cancelled my original plan which i have opted. Kindly do needful.

                              I am a dish TV subscriber from Kerala state.
                              I tried to select individual channels I need as per the TRAI guidelines, dish TV acknowledges the selection and gives a token no and the message says we need to make adjustments to your existing antenna to process your channel selection, a technician will contact you.
                              This happened every time I try to select my individual channels.

                              Now dish TV has migrated me to a plan of their choice and charged me more money than what I would have paid if my selection was activated as per my choice.

                              I called the customer care number, they told me that to make individual channel selection we need to make direction change for the antenna.
                              We can only provide you with with the bouquet selection until then.

                              I think dish TV is cheating me.

                              They booked a service call for me, so far no body had come to fix the direction of antenna.

                              We had been watching the selected channels in the present direction of the antenna for years.

                              Does anyone has any experience like this?

                              Dish tv customer service was very prompt, they addressed the issue quickly, technician came home, re-aligned the antenna.
                              now, i am able to select individual channels as i need to watch.

                                I am a customer with ID[protected]. My balance in account is Rs.4871.46. The plan is for two television at Rs.1359.20 per month. I am not being provided Star Sports Channels despite I am doing everything as they instructed through their customer care executive. I am surprised that they have not asked any choice of channels from me and they have added channels of their own choice and I am clamouring for Star Sports Channels for last three days. My e mails have also fell flat on them. Their service is the Worst. Please help me in getting the channels I want as early as possible. Please suggest me how can I get back my money, if they continue to cheat me this way. Regards

                                  They do not give channels as per my plan and charged me i am able to watch only two channels in 157/-
                                  when i tried to connect CUSTOMER CARE they misbehave as i borrowed something from them
                                  they talk me like i am nothing to them before connection they talk me like a gentleman and now they treat me llike a ### i want a strict action against them
                                  they even don't pick up mobile call and also don't reply to emails that i made to them
                                  i am a senior software tester i Infosys Pvt. Ltd.
                                  i don't have much time for this type of stuff if TRAI don't do anything then i will change my connection.

                                    Inspite of having paid for the videocon d2h hd channels till the month of june, 2019 the channels are not available. It has been 3 days since we are facing this problem. No adequate action has been taken regarding it which is very disappointing. There is no response on the contacts provided by videocon. The problem has been occurring quite frequently now. As a consumer we are feeling helpless and ignored. Kindly look into the matter asap.

                                      My Videocon Customer id is 46551784. My Registerd mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged my account with OMNI HD one year plan on 28-Oct-2018. From 08-Apr-2019 onwards, iam not getting channels. I mentioned TRAI ACT 8. The Authority further reiterates that subscribers who have taken long term packs will continue to avail the services for the contracted period.However, they have freedom to choose the channels of their choice under the new regulatory framework and in case if they exercise this option, money for the remaining period shall be adjusted for their future use.I complained to Videocon Customer care, they didnot respond properly and cut or dropping my calls. Please take action on this.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        According to TRAI rules d2h services company take 153 Rs charges as Network Fee and payable channel amount with 18% gst, But Videocon D2H take 130 More amount from my account.

                                        When I select my channels and proceed that time show my total amount is 295.88 Rs but when I recharge this amount and call to Vidiocon d2h customer care and asked why we received only 15 days validity then he asked me 153 is not show when you select your channel it is applicable for all and 130 is mandatory for all...then we asked where is TRAI rule so he not reply any thing.

                                        I am also attached screen shot for your reference.

                                        Please do the needful as soon as possible.
