Dear sir,
My consumer id is 5234210, customer of videocon 2h.
I had recharged with long term recharge plan. Which was valid till march 2020.
But d2h has changed mu plan.
As pr trai's guideline, if i had long term recharge and dont want to change my plan they will have to provide the service.
I tried contacting their nodal officer but for no response is there.
Please help

    I am user of siti cable having vc no. [protected] in noida sector 137. I have selected channels pack as per trai guidelines from 1st feb, since then facing problem with the pack. Pack got deactivated by operator without any information.in april month i have paid the renewal amount but still pack is not renewed and facing problem.
    I am continuously following with siti cable team on mail, and still no permanent solution provided.

      I have bought 1+3 i. E. One primary and three add on connections from tatasky after paying rs17000.00 with validity of one year and pack was ultra hd pack a few months ago but now tatasky has changed the same into monthly pack without any information and now i am unable to watch many channels.

      Suggest me what to do know as trai had informed that the same package would be continued till the validity period is over.

        Dear sir,

        Earlier it was announced that we can replace the additional channels from our base pack except of the 25 dd channels but this facility is not provided to the customers and un-necessarily customer's have to see the unwanted channels. If we add further paid channels, our pack price will increase in a huge amount. I think the trai and all the dth operators are having some collaborations internally and they are not giving the benefits to the customer directly. The customers is being robbed by the both trai as well as dth operators. The packs and the buckets made by the trai is not convenient according to the customers need and additional burden on customers side.

        To whom me make our complaints because nobody is taking care of end customers, it is the worst decision made by trai and do not take care the concern of the customers, in spite of that the previous packs was good as compare to the new plans after trai's decision.

        Trai has to take note on it and review the same again.

            This bring to your notice that i have been chosen my plan as per trai notification last month (Mar-19) by d2h app. Which was successfully done and message appear on screen. Successfully done and contact you soon but till date no one contact me, instead of it plan has changed as per your choice. The channel selected by me are not there like (Food-food, epic etc) and plan price select by me was rs 307 appx with tax. The plan which was running as per your choice is high price. I want to enable my plan which was select by me last month. I don't understand how it is possible you ignore my selected plan and run plan as per your choice, why you manipulate it.

                    I have a d2h connection of videocon. I am facing problem regarding viewing My Cust id 19546515 .None of the customer care phones is in working conditions. Despite lot of efforts my problem remains same. Nobody cares about the problems of cuzomers. I have reharged but facing a blank screen on my tv. Please take necessary action against these fellows. thanks.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I am the user of Videocon D2H and having 2 connections on one ID. My customer ID is 825125. I have been informed by D2H team that NCF charges for primary connection is RS. 130 + GST and for secondary connection is RS. 50 + GST but they are charging me RS. 130 + RS. 130 and GST for both connections. I have complaint twice to Nodal team as well but have not got any solution. Would request you to please get this corrected.

                        My VC no of DISH TV is [protected]. I have selected channels and family pack according to new tariff rule of TRAI. But today DISH TV cuts many channels like Sony, SUB TV, zee news, NDTV and many more. When I called Customer care of DISH TV to resolve the problem they were asking me rs. 200 +GST to rectify the same. I Request TRAI to take strict action against DISH TV and put penalty against the company so that DISH TV stop harassing the consumer.

                          We are using Videocon d2h set top box with two connections (customer ID[protected] on 1st April 2019 I have recharged my account for 6 months for both the connections for 'Platinum HD' plan. But since yesterday we are not able to see major channels on any of our connection. In one connection only free channels are visible. I called four times to their customer care and explained my problem, but I could not get proper support and help in resolution to this issue. I have also send mail to on this, but till now there is no revert from them. My account balance is showing sufficient balance and we want to select our own pack for both the connections, but no one from customer care team is able to help us.

                            Dear Sir
                            It was on 29th March that I spoke to their customer care and reported about some channels taken off from my connection without any prior intimation to me.This has been done inspite of their messages being flashed on their screen that those who have already paid full years subscription will not be affected by the new system introduced.
                            Still I told their customer care executive on 29th march that I am willing to pay for the three channels which went off and their cust care exec confirmed the charges and also confirmed that these channels will resume shortly but till date no action has been taken by their people. Rather, some more kids channels have been blocked again without any prior info.
                            May I request you to look into it and take immediate action to help me by getting restored the blocked channels.
                            I would also like to mention that emails sent to the Compliance officer and Nodal officer yesterday have resulted in no response.

                              Dear trai member,
                              Before applying new rule (Channel package) i am using rs. 699 basic plan per year, plan offer via dish tv, but after new rule i am paying 153*12=1836 for basic plan per year. This rule is for consumer benefit as you show in your add, but in fact this is beneficial for company not for consumer.
                              This is not only my problem, my whole friend and family member are facing these problem i. E. Extra expense to watch television.
                              So request to you please do need full so i can watch tv at previous prices

                                Sir my airtel dth costmer id is [protected] ..
                                i m trying to choose my own pack..after selection submited the request and i got the qr code... sent this qr code and airtel dth service came with the reply "Thanks for selecting new pack on your airtel DigitalTV! We have received your request and we will send you a confirmation SMS once your plan is activated"
                                but few minute later they send me the msg stating
                                Your request could not be processed. To opt for new pack/channels, please visit channel number 998 of your Airtel DigitalTV or download my Airtel App.
                                i have repeated this time consuming process time and again but i failed to get my own pack..
                                i even tried through airtel app ..but they send the otp on old number..which i have requested to change...cosmercare guys say they have changed the no.. but it still send the otp on old no..
                                i have complaind many times ..but sometimes they say thier server is down...but failed to resolve the issue...
                                i have wasted my much of time and money towrds the channel i dont want to watch...
                                kindly take the strict action against airtel and help me to solve my problem

                                    Tatasky is charging rs.[protected] channels) over and above paid channel charges. Against this, Tatasky is giving about 153 FTA channels. I had requested them to delete about 102 FTA channels which are irrelevant to us for viewing. However, they have categorically denied to delete any of the 153 FTA channels( and thus making the total package bulky) under the pretext that these 153 FTA channels are shown as per TRAI and not a single FTA channel from these can be deleted. Requested to clarify the issue.

                                        I want to throw some light on the poor service provided by karan cable networks in mayur vihar ph-iii delhi 110096.

                                        First of all he has raised price from 275 to 360 all of a sudden, secondly he is not providing the list of the channels there in the pack provided. He has made some packs as per his convenient.
                                        Many channels are not clear. And if someone inquires about the same he replied in very rude manner.

                                        Its my humble request to take disciplinary action against him so that the customer may have a relief from his despotic conduct.

                                        RS 4864/ already balance in my account. I m complaint many times but they didn't get services. I request to close my connection and refend my balance amount.
