Dear sir,
I want to change my current pack of dish tv but dish tv website is restricting to do so with a message of “you have a special connection and for now, change of pack is not allowed on your connection” it is pertinent to mention that this connection is no more corporate/special and dish tv is receiving monthly payment/rental through my individual bank account from a long time (Many years).in view of that i requested them to allow me to change/customize my tv but they have not replied. When i am ready to modify and pay, what is problem with them?. Requested you to address my problem.

Dear Sir,

    I have been tried to choose my package through website, app, and though customer service, but i am not able to choose the package, when i try to contact them the said only one reason that there is problem in there system so they can not do anything, i have tried to contact them more then 10 times, but stilll my problem is not resolved.

      I am trying to change my base pack of airtel dth, but their website is not working. All the pages of website are working only the last page to enter is not working. Please note, from the very first date, trai introduced new guidelines, i am trying to set my basepack, but neither it is working over tv set, nor over website and neither over airtel app. At last the service provider have added my pack for rs 400/-+ monthly and that too for channels i am not interested for.
      I want my pack for around rs 230/-.

      I am trying to reset the pack but today again their system is not working.
      The service provider should be banned for telecasting in india with such service. They want to impose their terms forcibly.
      Please look into the matter and do needful.

        Hi,
        I am a customer of tatasky for the last over 10 years and have also used multitv with additional set top box purchaed from them.
        Recently, in february, i had requested for temporary disconnection of the multi tv as they disproportinately increased the subscription.
        I wanted to start using the multi tv connection and requested customer care. To my surprise the digicom i was using for multi tv is not listed in my account!!
        I spoke/wrote to cc, nodal and they only give complaint numbers. Noone bothers thereafter. After wasting a lot of time and effort, i am writing to you expecting a resolution and reinstatement of my existing set top box into my account so that i can use the multi tv whenever i decide.
        A suitable compensation should be given to me for total deficiency of service by the tata brand who are exploiting millions of customers like me on various areas.

          Im using videocon dth services. I'm recharged new senthamil pack on jan.28.2019 as per the videocon executive the package is valid for 1year when i recharged he only insisted me to do that amount. But yesterday evening channels im unable to see. When i call to the videocon customer care executive on 8th april he said due to technical error automatically gets disconnected, he also refreshed and problem solved and "i asked the validity details he said it gets over by aug 2019. This pack is valid for 6months because of new trai rules. I recharged before the new rules of trai. As per the new rules videocon executive said the old package duration is reduced by 6packs (Instead of 1yr duration). I recharged before the new rules. But the videocon dth services making the customer fool again and again. Once the new rules came means from that date only the packages and duration need to change for the customer, how they have the right to change the duration for the existing recharged customer. How they have the rules to cut old package duration as said earlier as 1year to 6months."

            Dear team, am having airtel dth account no. [protected], 40 days back it was suspended, after 10 days have recharged with 200 rs first to maintain balance which was showing in minus, after that i recharge with 350 rs, my plan is of 335 rs per month, on 6th of april my validity expires so i recharge with 100 rs & try to change my plan, but still my account is showing suspended because of minimum balance, i am trying airtel west zone customer care continuously but no one is responding to call

              I have trai to customer care about one connection stop otherwise executive is telling i can't stop your one stb because you recharge the amount and change the package i have already many times submitted but problems not resolved request always pending is showing i have recharge two box but one box is running and one box is your card is vailedating and error code is e-30-4 i have mail to d2h for complaints but not responding

                Why in new rule by trai, the ncf slab starts directly from 100 channels? Which costs 130+gst, what if customers just want to see 20-30 channels? Why there are no such slabs like,[protected], or if that is very low than whay not 50 channels slab is there? Why should cosumers pay for 100 channels ncf even if they just want to subcribe only 20-30 channels? Which can reduce subcribers bill from 130+gst

                  Dear sir,
                  I am tata sky dth customer since last 4 years.in august 2018, i hv been transfered from my last location to new location and at this new location i have called tata sky customer care for installation of setup box and antena. They send their representatives who has done this. At that time i hv subscribed for annual pack and paid the subscription fee in advance. Now as we now new trai rule implemented for dth services. So on 5 march 2019 my subscription was terminated by tata sky asking me to choose pack as per my choice. While selecting the pack i came to know that they have activated multitv option to my pack and it was since aug 2018 without my consent and knowlede.
                  Even still i not aware who are other with this multi tv pack with my subscription.
                  So i have called tata sky to stop this multi tv pack option from my subscription and set it single for me. But despite my frequent call, mail they have not done.
                  I am upset and feel cheated by them as without my consent and knowledge they are providing multi tv facility to other one whom i dont khow. Not know their background, their record.
                  So as a customer i request you to take cognizant of this matter and take appropriate action.

                    The current plan for dth is very expensive. Earlier where we could watch approximately 280 channels with monthly cost of rs 500, now in same price we are receiving hardy 25-30 channels which includes mandatory package of rs 154 which is of no use to us since no one watches those channels anymore.
                    I sincerely request trai to look into this added expense and come up with a better and reasonable plan so that even middle class and lower class people in the country can receive the benefit.

                      Our customer id of airtel digital tv : [protected]. We being an old customer never had such harrasment by the company., but from past 2 months just getting harrased by selecting this selecting that. Sending qr code to this no. That no. As directed by the customer care executives. After selecting all channels on 998 channel and submitting it through sms. Still the channels were not activated. And now the company is saying to go on website and do the process or download application. So i think the company wants me to get an expensive package in return of intetional harrasment through them.                         Hi,
                        My dish tv (Vc no : [protected] & registered mob no. [protected]) antenna need to allign inorder to get south zone channels due to new rule came. Its a free of cost service and service team have to come here and allign the same. I already paid the new channel pack including hd for the same but i am not able to use it till now because of this allignment issue. I called more than 14 time subsequently for the same to customer care for past 3 weeks but nobody came. They are providing the worst service a service provider can give. Every time they will tell that it will resolve in 24 hrs.. But nothing's happens. Iam fed up with their services.

                          I wanted to port from tata docomo to bsnl and i gave application in bsnl 20 days ago but no updates till now on the porting status. When i check in bsnl they said it is in waiting stage. I dont know when it gets approved.

                            This is to bring to your notice that our cable operator in-digital cable is harassing customers by not activating the free to air pack of channels on my set of box nos [protected] & [protected] even after the payments etc is complete. Our calls are being ignored. Initially i have submitted the channel package online which has not been considered for activation so far and it seems some packages are activated of indigital whims without even customer knowing it. This gets reflected after you check the status of your packs online. I have been following up for several days before even raising this complaint but no one seems to hear the same. A drama has started from the company nowadays is they will say local cable operator has not activated it but local operator says they have no access to activating the channels. The local cable operator in not accessible and we feel harassed.

                            I earnestly request that i must get the refund of the full amount for the period the channels have remained inactive for no fault of mine.

                              I subscribed to tata sky annual platinum pack hd. After the trai order, i have been migrated to new plan where my monthly charge has gone up by 20% for same number of channels.

                              I thought the idea of implementing trai order was to reduce or keep the same monthly charge for the equal number of channels.

                              I was expecting that at least my monthly charge will be protected. That is not the case as of now.

                              After i spoke to tata sky representative they said that many people have raised similar concerns.

                              Request trai to look into this. This is anti subscriber.

                                  Sir, we have kamalanagar cable vision's connections 2 numbers in my home. We requested them to give only free channels or basic charges of rs.130/- + taxes (Comes around 160). They said ok. But when i contacted this month for confirmation they insisting to pay rs.240/-minimum i have paid rs.160/- and they said it is not possible. I told them to disconnect the 2 connections if not possible. Is it true i have to pay miniumum rs.240/-, if not, please take action to provide free channel only. Their contact number and address is -

                                        Though i have recharged for star bhart hd as per dish tv price. I have not been able to see this channel since last 1week. I have attached the photo copy of the error text shown in the tv while accessing the channel. I have contacted customer care she was saying to send the technical person for checking signal issue if any which will cost rs200. If signal issue is there then how come i can see other channels. I have been givening such type of charges many times. Kindly intervene in this case this a clear cut cheating dish tv.

                                        From today morning I am not able to see any channel & same error text is coming on every channel.
