Hi,
Recently notice that airtel dth adds additional channels (Apart from 25 dd channels) on their own, which incurs more ncf charges.

Found it with 3 of my airtel dth connections.

Please note that the ncf charges depends on the the number of channels selected. So even if i am selecting only 12 channel, total number of channels goes to more than 125, causing me to pay 190/mon instead of 130/mon (For upto 75 channel).

It is a pure fraud!

    I had mailed so many times, call so
    Many times but my issue not resolved yet by videocon dth. My dish not
    Working from 18.03.2019. Now i want full service plus refund of amount for
    Non working days. Please penalize them so that they take seriously to
    Customer issue. I already complaint to consumer court but still no response
    Given by videocon dth. Please help to disconnect the service or resolve
    My issue with refund of amount with harassment.

      Meri complain hai. Mai d2h i'd[protected] ka customer hu sir meri d2h ki service nahi mil rahi h d2h ka mere dono mobile numbers se tollfree per call nahi lagta h sir mai eski maine complain d2h ko email ke dwara thi lekin sir uska mujhe wanha se bhi koi samadhan nahi mila. Sir d2h mujhse manmani paisa bhasul raha hai sir mere dwara selection wala plan ki service nahi mil rahi h.

        I have contracted with dish tv for long term pack dish prime hd pack (All hd+sd channels) on 24.10.18. For 1 one year for rs 4999/-. And next recharge date was 22.10.19.
        Trai has permitted long term pack users to continue with their pack till it last video clause no. 17 of new tariff regime.
        Dish tv has revised my pack @ rs 728/- and next recharge on 12.09.19, reducing my validity by 40 days.
        Please help consumer's right.

          According to TRAI 9th march was last date for submitting our channel list which i did on the 9th march n paid 1200 as per TATA SKY subscription service which asked 1175 included 1 primary n including my 2 secondary tv boxes on 5th april 2019 it showes me my recharge date expired nd deactivation of my services pls help 30 day recharge turned to 25dy

            1st not pay for monthly rent.
            now why sood rent over the consumer.
            Dth new rule are fraud for consumers.
            Yet dth new Bill are almost dubble then old trai is regulate nom's only for consumers not for dth operator's.
            This is not right new mom's for consumers. Only new headch for consumers.
            Actually not any noms are regulated for indian consumers, only for service providers.
            Actully Trai noms are generate only and only for rise dth amount.

              I am a Tata Sky DTH user. I had bought annual mega pack for 1 year in August 2018 and purchased all of their channels(I selected every channel on offer). From April 1st they have stopped airing SD and few HD channels for me and have also changed my due date for next payment by 1 month to July 2019. I cannot understand TRAI's ruling for existing contract done in August 2018. These decisions cannot be retrospective.
              Please intervene and resolve the issue.

                I am consumer of Tata Sky DTH service.
                New broadcasting regulatory and rules are looting customers pocket.
                e.g. If we select 10-15 HD channels (regular channels viewed in most of families) manually, it will cost you around Rs 250- 300.
                It will then add Network access fees.
                In short for very less number of channels you will be paying around Rs 400-500.

                Previously service providers were giving lot of channels both including SD and HD say in Rs 500.
                Almost all available channels we were getting in Rs 300-500.

                Now it is not at possible.
                New rules are really unnecessary burden to consumers.

                I hope someone think over it and rollback new rules of broadcasting services.

                  I subscribe your connection on[protected] at a time i paid 2400 rs for one year subscription of independent all tv channels including hd channels also.
                  That sentence is given by your employee who is set-up my independent tv.

                  After 3 month hd channels and 30%of hindi channels are not available on my subscription pathetic service from your call center when i call and nothing will resolve this issue.

                  If you can't resolve this issue i take a complaint against in a consumer forum and trai for this issue.

                    I have 2 connection in 1 disk, using 1 only another is not in use for 2 yrs, i recharge on 18 mar for 235, tv does not start, cus care says to select channel, but before i select it, default plan rs. 450 fixed to my account, but tv does not start, again i check 5 apr balance zero c care said as default plan was fixed and not it is zero, but i have not selected any plan airtel their side do this all, tv not started and plan selected and balance zero..
                    Now again i recharge for rs 500.in airtel payment bank, but before i select any plan to any connection balance moved to nonusing conenction and balance shows 485, again after few minuts it shows balance (On airtel website and recharge also done from airtel website online) rs. 469. Still i haven't select any plan but balance deducting within minuts. I want justice how can any company do this with any customer. Pls do needful
                    My conneciton no. Is[protected] and non use no is.[protected]. Also to look airtel customer care persons asking for transaction no to do anything which is to find myself, airtel does not provide any transaction no, then do not answer where it is avaiable and which trans. No. Just say you have to find from where you recharge when i said i have recharge from airtel website and it is open till tell me where is that they said it is not there get it from bank, not in bank email or sms of balance deduct. Not the way airtel is getting money of customer and misbehaving and misguiding. Kindly look for the same against airtel dth company and do needful. Thanks n regards

                    Today as I check on Airtel website my Balance shows Rs. 458.50.
                    Balance deducting more and more without any TV Service. How is it possible. what Airtel is doing..

                      Hello trai,
                      I am totally unhappy with the new guideline of pay per channel. And do not want to go with the new guidelines. But existing pack was migrated as per new guidelines by my dish tv operator and as a result i have to pay more now.
                      Earlier i was paying 316
                      But now i have to pay 521..

                      But you claim that the overall cost will go low...

                        Unfortunately I am Videocon D2H customer and my I'd is 84990621. I relocated my d2h from Bangalore to Madurai. While relocating I paid RS.400/- to engineer. But it's not informed to Videocon customer service team and he cheated my money. My account was closed with negative balance. Now in Madurai, I struggle with Videocon people for reinstalling the device. Here I paid rs400/- for reinstalling and recharge for RS.250/-. I can't able to view the channels. Engineer said negative balance. Then I tried customer service and telling the same story to around 10 people's, but all are vain. Again later they asked me to recharge for rs.300/-. After that also I can't able to view the channels. Worst service and frustrating me very much, now I thought of selecting Videocon d2h service is worst idea. You people cheated money and no service to customer. Till now noone asked my new address, see how you people are working in corporate office.

                                On 30/11/2018 i subscribed for independent tv's 2000 rs recharge + 150 instillation scheme and they have promised to provide all channels and some hd channels also.

                                1st they removed hd channels
                                Now they are removing utv action and sony ten1, hbo etc..

                                Previously it was part of my subscription but now they are saying to pay more,

                                Please take strictly actions against this

                                  This is totally unfortunate happened with the aam admi. A person sit on the table and take the decision for new dth channel subscription. How middle &poor people will face problems no any one think. A person view the same channel on tv just rs. 250 and now they are paying 300 or more for same pack.
                                  I think this order should be withdrawn or review by the trai. Basic amount should be minimize for free channel. You should not think like upper class thinking.
                                  Please review you order because aam customer is suffering from your new oder for dth.

                                  New guidelines and rules from TRAI is just a looting mechanism for Government and DTH service providers.
                                  Why should AAM ADAMI suffer from this.

                                    Suddenly since 3-4 days most of channels shut down by tata sky at my home.. And my subscription amount reduced.. I think this is cheating with us...                                       While selecting channels, all major channels are advertising their channels @ rs. 31/-, 49/- or so.
                                      Now when we go for selection videocon d2h is asking for minimum rs. 150/- rupees of channels selection.
                                      We do not want to pay such a huge amount. Than also d2h operators like videocon d2h is asking for minimum rs. 150/=
                                      And on the contarary trai has no control on this issue.
                                      Is there any answarable officer?

                                        I have subscribed to tatasky dth provider. Few months ago i subscribed to tatasky bundled packs which consisted of south india channels, hindi channels and english channels with hd. Now after 2 months they have removed some of the hd channels in english including news channels. On contacting the dth service provider's helpdesk they are asking me to modify my pack and add those channels which i had already paid for. I do not have snapshot of the channels that were part of the plan when i purchased but i used to view these channels on daily basis until i started receiving messages on hd channels asking to pay to subscribe.
                                        Isn't this cheating? If this is how the dth providers operate then what happens to consumers like me? I paid for the channels now it is removed.
