Pack. And i did 5 times in past 10 days create pack. But still it's not
Updated. Then i call your customer care team minimum 10 time. But they not
Solve my problem and every time just say it's update automatically. And
Still it's not update. Please resolve my issue and update my pack which i
Create my self. I chose 244 sd channels and 6 hd channels. I also registered one complaint on customer care no. Complaint no.[protected].

    Sir, i'm using tata sky since long time. Due to new guidelines of trai tata sky team changed my pack without my permission due to some reasons i have not changed my tata sky plan bcoz i have taken annual pack which deactivate in oct 2019.
    My i'd no. Of tata sky is [protected]. It is requested that plz confirm me that if there is any rule that they can change my plan without my permission. Kindly confirmed me as per your guidelines.

    My Videocon d2h customer ID is 65610649 after selecting channel I am unable to see all my choose channel, such as channel no. 516, suddenly few channels stops viewing after choosing channels does not start after 48 hrs no one replied on customer care and even not replied after 24 hours of mailing

    They provide me all thing for new installation. A persion came from airtel he installed setpbox . He told ACTIVATE 40 minutes but 10 hours is over still given error msg B003
    That person phone([protected]) is switched off. And customer care not taking responsibility.

      Hi,

      My service provider is digi cable. I stay at charni road, mumbai.

      I have two set top box connections. I have already provided my channel/bouquet selection list for both stb to my cable provider since last 20 days, however he says he cannot load those in the system and is forcing us to select a package designed by him which is worth rs.444 per month per stb i. E. Rs. 888 per month in total.

      I would like to launch a complain against him and would request you to provide me the path of getting the channels of my choice.

        Dear sir/ madam,
        I have an airtel digital tv connection, last month only i have recharged it after ideal. So for that ideal they took some amount from my last recharge and they reduced the days for that month and said that connection will be disconnected by 2 april, so i have made a payment of 1249/- on 1 april and activated for 6months. But without any intimation they disconnected the connection before 2 april itself. I made complaint regarding this to airtel customer care but till now no solution from them. I made several calls to them but they still asking time. For past 3days dth connection is in ideal, for this they simply saying they will add these days extra, but am not accepting it because that much mental stress i have faced. They are trying to cheat the consumers just like this by saying some reasons and collecting the amount but not providing the service. They are not at responding for any of the consumer complaints instead they are telling some time, now also they are that there server is not working so told to call by 1pm. Airtel dth service is worst and if the executives are not able to answer the query of consumer they simply disconnecting the call. They are very harsh and cheating the consumers and making mental stress to them. So kindly take necessary action on them and protect the consumers.

Ande there customer service centre no is very bad they doesnot respod our call and they disconnect our call...             I am totally frustrated from airtel last one month my concern is last month 3 of march 2019 as my bill generation date airtel add 100 gb data in account as my plan my regular uses is near about 30-40gb in month but just in 12days on 15 march 2019 my all data near about 160 gb suddenly gone laps i will contact to customer care of airtel and ask for my data usese detail they with in 24 hour they will mailed but they don't after i contact to nearest airtel store a employee name devesh told me you have data but there is some system issue and he me to upgrade my plan for till next bill date after updation i got 10gb and 10 also give by airtel customer care on 16 march right now also same issue happened with me today's 3 of april my monthly bill ganareted but my data is zero then i will contact to customer care they give satisfactory reason as usually they you use all data 100 gb just in same day how it's possible
            There is not a concern of data it's concern of customer trust and airtel totally rude and unprofessional staff they only bounce back to customer other one i am totally frustrated my airtel services please notice my concern what i do in that situation

              I have a videocon D2h connection on the name of vijay kumar. Customer ID of this connection is 92990200. My complaint about cheap service of videocon D2h. I was recharged my ID by 328 rs on dated 27/03/2019 through payzapp application. This is a application of hdfc bank which can be use by hdfc bank account holders only. I was recharged my Customer ID[protected] by 328 rs on dated 27/03/2019 But my ID balance not updated yet & I can’t see any channel bcz my customer ID shows insufficient balance. I was talk to customer care then they told me there is no recharge completed in my ID please check the details from your bank side. I was talk to my bank customers care & they told me that your recharge has been completed & 10% cashback (32.80rs) also credited in my payzapp account against that recharge.
              After that i will try contact videocon d2h customercare but no reply coming from that side.
              I never thought that videocon D2h services is very poor. I am very disappointed to videocon D2h services.

                Sir,
                Kindly check customer care number of Videocon d2h for more than 30-40 mins it keep us in hold or keeps ringing but we don't get appropriate solutions for our problems.
                They said to activate our favourite channel we need to send SMS in 566777 but after through all the process it is not getting activate and when we enquire related to this type of problem they tell to wait for 24 hours but then also it is not solving.
                Please check into this matter.
                Every penny counts neither anyone give as a gift nor it grows in trees.
                We get it after those 30 days of hardworking.

                  I am having multi tv connection with hd facilities in both the tv's which i have recharged for complete year when the offer for 11 +1 month offer was there. To amount recharged was around rs 11 thousand odd. The channel was ultra package. Now suddenly from yesterday some channels are disconnected.in this regard i have contacted several times to tat sky executive but all in vain.                     D2h customer care 50 to 60 rang them every time firstly there number not connect once connect for 40-50 times they said our customer care executives are buzy with other customer.

                    I got sms from HPMYDTUH that my d2h a/c xxxx244 has been suspended . reahchrage with Rs 404 & get Rs 606 in ur d2h a/c.

                    When i recharged it with Rs 404 but in my d2h account received only 404.

                    Fake promotion by d2h videocon . please help to recharge.

                    Cable service stop Jane 2019 but cable oprater demand me charges of February -2019.there are unrespectve behaviour and organtly language with me by there employees and check the CC TV phutag in time 2 to 3.30 pm .how can I pay the charged amount when oprater stop the service.

                    Instead start from 1st pay channel from Rupee 1 onwards

                        Option of selection of channel is not opening for customers.

                        When contacted customer care they told it is technical problem and they have referred to technical team but no response from them.

                        Also wrote mail to them but response.

                        Earlier i was paying rs. 99/- + service tax. + channel opted cost. Around 153 rs. Monthly.

                        Now they have added monthly rs. 153+additional channel cost.

                        Minimum package option selection is not enabled.

                          Dear trai,

                          I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[39891489] more than 5 years.
                          I am facing no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions etc.
                          Now regarding trai regulation i want to create my own package. Every time when i went to d2h site ang log in there was open a dialog box of my old package. I can not close this dialog box and can't create my own package. So, i am not able to view television because on 1st april 2019 was my recharge due date.

                          As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.in their site i apply call back option, but they don't bother to call back.

                          Please suggest me how can i recharge by creating my own package.

                          I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                            Sir, i had activated my dishtv on 13 march 2019 by paying 229 rupees after a lapse of 2 years. My dishtv started working but with very few channels. Through internet i selected new packages as per trai guidelines on 21.03.2019. Till date my selected channels are not coming. Inspite of many oral and written compalints to dishtv customer care no proper response is forthcoming. The customer care service people are simply give assurances will be set right in 24 hours but no action is taken.

                              Independent tv has stopped to show hindi movies, english movies and entertainment and hindi sports, cartoon and infotainment channels which i have subscribed and paid at the time of installation, now they are asking extra charge to show these channels, in context they are showing paid and expensive non hindi/english channels like tamil, kannada, oriya, marathi, telugu etc which languages i can not understand, i don't want to see these channels.
                              Please make available hindi/english channels which i have subscribed and paid at the time of installation which independent tv has shown in theire list of tv channels.

                                I recently bought airtel digital tv in the month of march. I bought a few hd channels from hindi entertainment category (Hd), 2 hindi movie channels (Hd), 2 english movie channels (Hd), 3 english entertainment channels (Hd), 2 sports channels (Hd), 3 news channels (Sd), 4 telugu movie channels (Hd), 4 telugu entertainment channels (Hd), 4 telugu news channels (Sd). I didn't buy any infotainment or music channels. The total price came up to 528 rupees per month in which channels cost is 348 rupees, 130 rupees net capacity fee and the rest is gst. Please bring down the net capacity fee to zero rupees from 130 rupees for people opting for pay channels especially hd channels. Please help consumers and bring down the prices and don't help big corporations.

                                Tata sky has a few packs of broadcasters that are costlier than the published price by TRAI and the broadcaster website, this needs to be corrected immediately as customers are forced to pay a higher rate than the published rate card.

                                More than twenty days has passed but till now den tv has not accepted my request Of selected channels.and they always gives a technical error or something like that. the cable operator is also not cooperating and starting my selected pack, they forced to purchase costly pack made by Den tv. look at this matter, my VC number is[protected]

                                  Without informing me they renew my package on February.
                                  When I visited operator office they tell me first u pay February month bill then we will continue your service.

                                  Without my permission how they can upgrade my package.

                                    Maine ek 175 ka recharge karvaya tha airtel digital tv me. Usme muze kaha gaya tha ki 100 channel apko ayenge aur star sports 1 hindi ayegi. Recharge karne ke bad channel to chalu ho gayi fir adhe ghante bad sport ki channel nikal di gayi. Maine complaint ki to bol rahe hai pack change karo to pahle muze. 175 ka bolke recharge q karvaya unhone. Complaint karne par call cut kar dete hai airtel vale. Customer id [protected]

                                    We recharged with an amount of 266/- for one month for 1.Zee prime pack, 2.Star value pack, 3.E-tv bouquet, 4.Disney bouquet 04/03/19.But account is disconnected 0n 19/03/19.Also star sports 1, star sports 3 are showing no balance from 04/03/19.Kindly reply and resolve this issue as early as possible .

                                        I have already selected channels as per trai. It was working for couple of weeks. All of a sudden the subscribed channels are not coming. I checked and i have required balance in my account but still wondering why channels are not coming. While calling customer care no one is picking up the calls and always busy. I have sent numerous emails but there is not even single response on that. I have not seen such stupid service providers. Seriously no one is taking any step to resolve the issue. Pathetic service providers.

                                        I'm doing recharge & select plan from talking with executive but my channels not play showing problem.
                                        Regularly interact with customer care but any time some ridiculous answer given & not resolve the problem.
                                        4-6 Hrs wasted of my days with interaction with customer care but till problem not resolved.
