Dear all,

This is sagar jalan s/o sanjay jalan (Airtel dth number [protected]). I had given rs. 700 to a shopkeeper for recharge at the same dth number. However the same was done by mistake to dth number [protected]. The same was complained on the same day itself and the shopkeeper sent an email to airtel enquiring about the same. They had replied that the cash transfer will be made to the appropriate dth customer id, as the reference number for transaction was correctly recieved by them. However its been more than 30 days no transfer has been made.
Also when i had tried to talk to the airtel desk at the bangur avenue branch kolkata, west bengal pin 700055. They had said me that airtel digital tv is oustide their purview, they game me an airtel employee's number and said that he will take care of it as its his department.
Then that guy on telephonic conversation had informed me that this is not an official airtel matter and that he can be of no help and he disconnected the phone abruptly. Since then the shopkeeper has also denied of any liability henceforth, also airtel is not helping anymore.
This may be a petty issue for them, but i am a general middle class guy and to me 700 is also worth its value. I dont know where else to go.

    Sir,

    I reinstalled my videocon d2h dish vide customer id:[protected] by paying rs.450/- to the technician as spoken with customer care vide [protected]. And on next day recharged my account with rs.300/- whereas my subscription was rs.320/-p. M. The videocon d2h had fraudulently deducted my total balance and not playing any channels on my account. When called to customer care [protected], they informed that it is of reinstallation charges, even after paying the charges to the technician they did it. On questioning, they raised complaint vide no.[protected], with a promise to refund the amount within 8 hours of the complaint and to activate the channels. But it was not refunded, so i again called to customer care, they misrepresented and closed the old complaint and generated new one vide no.[protected]. I recharged it again with rs.300, and they again fraudulently deducted the amount from d2h account, so i again called to customer care and they misrepresented same as they did earlier and again raised a complaint vide[protected]. But no use, and whenever i do calls to the customer care, they just misrepresenting and raising a new complaint with a fake promise to solve it within 8hours.
    Then i raised complaint through mail, regarding above issues to their nodal officers and customer care i. E. B. [protected]@dishd2h.com,

    It passed 12 days, no one had responded nor solved the issue, not refunded my account balance of rs.600/-. They simply theft my balance of rs.600/- from my account and not playing any channel on my account.

    its been 42 days being posting a complaint against the videocon d2h for their fraudulent deduction of Rs.600/-, but still now there was no reply from Videocon d2h and also not refunded the amount. its been too unfair.

    Dear Sir,

    Its been 2 months, still no responce from VIDEOCON D2H team and in the second week of may, 2019. The VIDEOCON D2H again did fraudulant deduction of Rs.200/- from my D2h account. when i spoken to their customer care @ +91 [protected], they again created a complaint with a promise to solve it in 8 hours. But still now they not refunded the amount. Its been my 6th complaint against their fraudulant and unfair deduction of amount Rs.800/- from D2h account. They simply doing unfair and fraudulant deduction, even after raising the complaints, they were not intend to respond to solve those issues. They are habituated to do unfair and fraudulant deductions from the customer's account. They were not intend to solve the issue or refund the fraud deductions.

    Even after posting complaint in the consumer complaint.in, they were reckless .

    respected Consumercomplaints.in, i request you to please fix the time bond to solve the issues, so they can solve and close the complaints on time and also try to display the status of the complainant. Moreover, I request the TRAI to instruct the network operaters to display the deductions and statement of the respective account of the customers which can be viewed by them.

        Dear sir/madam

        I recharged my airtel tv[protected] from rs400 and created the own channel pack and qr code sent to 54325, but my channel pack was not activated, i complained to [protected], i received a phone call from [protected] and said that you send list of channels by wattsap.
        After sending the channel list by wattsap ([protected]), my channel pack was not activated, but the other channel pack was activated and all my money was over.
        Now i have a message that[protected] your balance is ending, please recharge.

        I have complained this in the national consumer, the complaint number is 1235019.

        Please help.

          I recharge vediocon d2h after 4 year on 29.3.19, i phone to customer care mobile no some time they not pick the phone and some time they responsed but our d2h connection still not start for three day. I recharge with hope that i enjoy with family but my though is not right because vediocon d2h not provide the facility, so please refund my amount form vdiocon d2h provider

            Hi, my name is naresh m gopalani and my airtel dth account is [protected]. As per government rules, i want to make my own plan and list of channels i want to view. I have done it through sms, tried contacting them through emails and also visited 3 airtel stores. Everytime they say, it would be done and they are not allowing me to switch to the plan i want. I received an sms from them on 14th march that it would be done but it never got done. Can you please guide?

                  First of all accept our sincere thanks for framing well detailed guidelines for broad caster as well as to service provider.
                  I forwarded list of channels/bouquets made out of your site and forwarded to service provider i e dish tv on 23 feb 2019.
                  I am trying by all modes of communication since 23 feb 2019 to pursue to dish tv for accepting same list for for my viewing against vc [protected] but no action from their end. However i am also apprising trai as well through mail id ap @trai.gov.in
                  May i request to pass suitable instructions/orders to dish tv /service provider for following.
                  A) acceptance of trai list:-
                  To accept list of channels/bouquets if framed from trai site must be treated to be broadcast list of consumer and implement same as per trai guidelines...in my case same list is not yet accepted by them
                  B) channel/bouquet cost :-
                  Channels / bouquets cost must be kept dynamic.. Means if either broadcaster is increasing or decreasing its cost then it should be implemented in their site... Here i am writing them to check from broadcaster site and implement for example for zee prime hd english bouquets cost rs25/- for five hd channels where as dish tv is charging rs35/-. I also wrote to them that when zee hindi family value pack cost as reflected by them in their site as rs39/- which is matching with broadcaster bouquet cost ie rs39/- then why zee prime hd english cost can not be matched. Same is not being amended but they kept ignoring till today inspite several communications
                  C) broadcaster bouquets/channels:-
                  All the broadcaster bouquets are not included in their dish tv site inspite of writing and communicating to them for ex tvtn, ndtv bouquets are not given.. Pl direct them to include all broad caster bouquets.
                  D) free to channel (Fta) :-
                  Dish tv is providing fta channels to their consumer to opt as one one of the five bouquets made of fta channel list instead offering their customer to opt fta channels from the fta channel list as per trai guidelines

                    We are an indian citizen, want to leave with peaceful mind, but you (Trai) & the government are jealous of our peace & happiness!?
                    Because of your totally bogus & unthinkable thinking regarding the changes in television charges, we are very much disturbed.

                    We don't know what is in your mind!!! But let us tell you that the channel packages have become costilier then before...
                    Now we have to pay double the charges for the same package!!!

                    You trai & government people may be getting free packages, so that you may not be aware of this fact.

                    So please get rid of your this whimsical thought of changing cable charges, make it as before & let us live peacefully

                      As a common man i am complaining regarding cable operator in our area as it was hapenning all over india and every inadian is suffering in this point. Coming to the point before new tarif implemented by trai every month we are paying an amount of rs: 200/- to the cable operator some how we are happy with but after implementing the new tarif operators are directly charging rs: 300/- and they are providing the useless channels to us we have no option regarding this. On behalf of this i am writing this mail please consider this as a every indian family problem.

                        This mail is with regard to the asianet digital network private ltd subscription that i have subscribed to. My subscription number is ga91042159.

                        Subsequent to trai notification on channel selection by consumers, i had subscribed to select ala–carte channels on 8th february 2019. My total subscription cost came to rs 378 per month and i made payment of rs 400 vide transaction id[protected]sng130.

                        After a month of viewing, on 7th march 2019, i changed channels, replacing some of my ala–carte channels with bouquet channels provided by asianet. My new subscription cost was rs 309 per month and i made a payment of rs 350 vide transaction id[protected]sng883. Hence, i was supposed to have a balance of rs 63 (Rs 22 of february and rs 41 of march) in my favour with asianet.

                        However, on 11th march 2019, i received a sms from asianet asking me to clear rs 195 dues in my account. I was surprised as i had surplus amount in my favor in the account. I contacted asianet customer care +91-[protected] on 12th march 2019, and the customer care executive promised to look into the matter and resolve the issue. No complaint number was given to me for reference. As there were no more responses forth coming from asianet, i again contacted the customer care on 15th march 2019, and was informed that there was no complaint registered on 12th march. The executive then registered a complaint on 15th march and provided me with a complaint number ga06200083. The executive then informed me that the problem arose as i have been invoiced twice for the network capacity fees – one with the previous selection of channels and one with the new selection of channels - and this had led to the issue in my account. The executive intimated that the issue will be forwarded to the concerned department to resolve further. I also asked for a statement of accounts as i have not been receiving any bills from asianet and the same was promised by the customer care executive.

                        There has been no response from asianet till date. I have called asianet customer care on +91-[protected] numerous times in the last few days for updates but the customer care executives are unable to help. I tried contacting regional customer care in-charge mr. Janardhanan on +91 xxxxxx1247 (As provided on the asianet digital website) but he has never picked any calls from my number.


                        Request your support to

                        1. Resolve the issue in my asianet digital network private ltd subscription ga91042159.

                        2. Take necessary actions to ensure that monthly bills are sent to the subscriber (Either electronically or physically, however electronic means of communication would be preferred)

                          It has become my daily job to report telecallers and this is never stopping process now almost 5yrs yet this continues. I can also see that the reported numbers are disconnected but these unofficial telecallers keep coming back with new numbers. How can i get rid of these? Is there a way i can escalate this issue? How can one person keep buying new numbers, isnt there any limit?

                            Dish TV are fooling people around the selection of channels, no proper support from customer care as well and giving incorrect information to the customer.
                            As per TRAI the consumer/customer has right to select his own channels, but Dish tv restrict that and made mandatory to select his own proposal to accept Dishcombo channels without which you can't opt any other channels. many times approached DISH TV customer care but no resolution, finally i choose some of al-carte(add on) selecting one basic pack of dishcombo, the selected channels were not coming and when approach to customer care then got response that they will send the technician to fix it for a charge of 200/- INR, it is fault of Dish TV why should i bear this expense without my fault then he responding rudely then they can't help it.. even told them to connect with their higher authority/manager only response everyone will get is they are BUSY and will inform that we will receive call back, but when we receive .. i need to hold for nearly 18/20 minutes ... what kind of service they are providing and no one to approach the right person.. krish.[protected]@gmail.com

                              I am continuously requesting dish tv to activate the new plans as per trai but they still not bothered to attend our requests/complaints either by phone call or by online. It would be great help if you can help me out on this.

                              They are overcharging me with jumbo family plan (Which is a old plan) of rs. 235 (199 plus gst), wherein i have been requesting them for best fit plan for basic plan. They still continued to overcharge the customer even though trai has implemented the new rules.

                                I ANNIE DIAS common girl who loves watching tv was happy before your rule of selecting channels which we want. We as viewers were enjoying until your stupid regulations came out to select the channels in which we have to shed ample amount of money and before we were oly paying limited amount of money to watch all the channels. Why do your government full of corruption does not allow common people to live in peace and happy I won't blame my service operators I am blaming your TRAI and your Modi government for making our life miserable.

                                  Hi, i have taken airtel dth almost 8 yers back from past 3-4 months i am chasing them to sort out the error coming on my settop box.
                                  In the month of sep, i had requested for transfer request and new remote as old was not working, they charged me 150+100 for remote and transfer but, after that we are facing issue with dish, it always says, your airtel digital tv is unable to receive a single due to bad whether,

                                  I kept on calling them but no response. They have worst customer care support service, one lucky day the call was able to connect, so they said we wil refund your 250 rs.in kinds of recharge as you were not able to watch tv. We agreed upon and as per the promise they recharged also, but they didnt resolve the issue.

                                  Whats the use of recharge then?? How can i utilize the amount, without signal??

                                  And after that i was chansing them for a long time, call never connected, and luckiely after 3- mins wait, if was able to connect with them, the operator used to hang up the call saying we wil take of it for sure, its almost 8 months and stil i am facing this issue.

                                  They paid me back with 250 rs in mid of sep 2018

                                  Today is apr 2019, and stil i am not able to utilize the money and nt receiving proper service from them, request you to look into this matter asap

                                    I am user of home cable network but they cost me 130+gst for free channel... Onword that cost challens added. This going expensive cost 350/-month. Before i have to pay 230/months for all challens this is lose for me and so many people like me. The trai must look into its... If do not want to see free channels then why should i pay for that... The operator must have collect the money for that channel which i want to see...

                                      Tata sky dish tv service is india's 3rd class service. Because customer service centre and provider does not understand any problems of customers as well as do not received phones of customers.
                                      I have been called a service center for the last four days but they do not received my calls and also avoided customers problems. Tata sky service installers is provided aslo bad service.

                                        I have hathway cable in which hathway is unnecessary, charged extra amount to my by rs.194.97 which is technical mistake from their end, last 5 days i have followed for the same but still no action taken by them.

                                        Below are the email details for your information along with my payment receipts.

                                        I have activated, on my account on (Transaction id hat193063ff1c1de) 17.03.2019 in the evening at 6.23pm for which i have paid through my debit card of hdfc, later we had a talk with your service team and who suggested me that this amount is in wallet and you click this again for payment and activation of your channels,

                                        Later again same evening 7.41pm on more transaction (Transaction id hat19306dcc15d3f) is done by some technically which till date not activate on my set off box all aapla choice are working correctly. Also i have not paid for transaction (Transaction id hat19306dcc15d3f) because i have already viewing my aapla choice 2.

                                        I am requesting you to kindly remove extra charged amount from my account with immediate effect.

                                        I have enclosed both the receipt for your reference.
