Hi, i have taken airtel dth almost 8 yers back from past 3-4 months i am chasing them to sort out the error coming on my settop box.
In the month of sep, i had requested for transfer request and new remote as old was not working, they charged me 150+100 for remote and transfer but, after that we are facing issue with dish, it always says, your airtel digital tv is unable to receive a single due to bad whether,
I kept on calling them but no response. They have worst customer care support service, one lucky day the call was able to connect, so they said we wil refund your 250 rs.in kinds of recharge as you were not able to watch tv. We agreed upon and as per the promise they recharged also, but they didnt resolve the issue.
Whats the use of recharge then?? How can i utilize the amount, without signal??
And after that i was chansing them for a long time, call never connected, and luckiely after 3- mins wait, if was able to connect with them, the operator used to hang up the call saying we wil take of it for sure, its almost 8 months and stil i am facing this issue.

They paid me back with 250 rs in mid of sep 2018
Today is apr 2019, and stil i am not able to utilize the money and nt receiving proper service from them, request you to look into this matter asap
