Sir my dth no is [protected] in airtel tv, from last five days they are not provide service but money deducted daily, when i contact customer care they did not reply properly. So please take necessary action. They are not giving me proper information and always saying technical issue is there, company not giving proper service so please take fast action on them.

    My name is Pankaj [protected] and my account is 85243712 I requested for relocation and my de-installation is done but my re installation is pending since 4 days they also took all money from me but now no one is responding calling or informing about whats going on.

    I have also sent them many emails at [protected]@d2h.com and Nodalofficer.[protected]@dishd2h.com but they are not responding.

    Customer care number[protected] IVR is also invalid as when we press 0 and then 5 for customer care it says keep you setup box on we will send the command and the call gets disconnected.

      I am using airtel dth and have done my recharge at 27.Till now im not able to view the chanels after recharging too .I had contacted Airtel customer care 10 times but they are not taking any action.So I kindly request you to get touch with my problem and this bad service of airtel.so kindly take the immediate action as soon as possible it would be helpful to me.

        Hello, i am gtpl cable tv consumer in bhandup . As per new rules consumer has right to buy his fta 100 channels and then also chargeable channels as per his requirement... But gtpl dont allows consumer for individual channel selection... They have made their own package nd every consumer will have to choose from that only... Consumer cant select on his own... Kindly guide how to complain against gtpl..

          Tatasky has changed my service plan without my consent. I had an annual subscription plan which is changed by tatasky. According to new TRAI REGULARITY DTH providers cannot change previous annual subscription plans for any customer without there approval or if they want it to do it. Please help me to get my previous pack back.Tatasky customercare is not helping at all and saying even if you complain in TRAI they cannot do anything about it. We are the one who decide not TRAI. PLEASE RESLOVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

            Mobile no.[protected] was ported out in September 2017 to Airtel and bill for Airtel was paid through Amazon.in recharged but by default the payment got processed to vodafone for Rs.278 but I fact it should have failed.
            First of all if the no.is airtrl how could it processed to vodafone by default?When vodafone was called up they said the payment for Rs.278 was adjusted to some outstanding bill for the same no.for Rs.325.37 in the name of Vinod Kumar Yadav.The porting was done due to unreasonable and false charges and no support from Customerxare-we were told that the executives didn’t have access to our accounts.The number belonged to Pranay Dhandhania at vodafone and AIRTEL both and if porting our was done then how can it be showing as belonging to some Vinod Kumar Yadav?

            Why TRAI has not taken any action against vodafone which seems to have issued the ported our sim no.to another person and why no action has yet not been taken to force vodafone to refund the amount unduly retained by them on the false pretext of outstanding bill and later that no dues are pending

              Hello...I have transfer amount 352 on 29.3.19 as sbi transaction attached..now I am regular calling 15_20 times from 29th...but still not start..even if transaction failed..amount not refund.. otherwise if transaction failed amount will be reverse in my account. Even calling they told we have not received any amounts..even I have send transaction no...and they have send reference no.87417655 dt. 29.3.19...what should I do..I am helpless to see tv..my Airtel I'd is [protected].

                My Airtel Digital TV Customer ID is [protected].
                I sent for activation the selected channel packs worth monthly subscription of ₹565.22 ( screenshot attached ) and accordingly recharged my account on 25Feb, 2019 with ₹570/= in round figure (scanned receipt attached) which by any commonsense should have been valid till 24 March, 2019. But surprisingly enough, my connection was suspended on 15 March, 2019 itself, i.e., even before the expiry of the validity of my recharge. An SMS was sent to me saying that my monthly subscription was for ₹814/= and this figure appears on my Airtel Apps also. But how come ?

                I would certainly want to know from Airtel authorities why has it happened, and also clarify the value of the my pack I subscribed and recharged for ? The Airtel Digital TV Customer Care/Support Platform presently is just inadequate to address issues like this and many more such problems that customer may come across.

                I look forward to your immediate response in this regard and hope the issue would get resolved soon.

                  Hi,
                  I have a Videocon D2H connection and my Customer id is[protected]. I had selected the list of channels on 11 march 2019 and accordingly i recharged for one month but they charged me as per old plan and disconnected on 29 march 2019. when i called the customer care why it disconnected as it is not even one month. Customer care manager Mr Ajay Pawar told me sir your selected channels are not approved in our system, you have to again select the channels and then recharge. Again i did the same on 30th march 2019 but still it not showing my plan which i had selected. now all the customer care numbers are not reachable.
                  I have not recharged my TV as they are not giving me the option of selecting the channels which i want to see. This is a fraud they are doing it. Please let me know what is the solution, should i change DTH operator??

                    I have a Fastway setup box from last two years.I am feom sector 18 gurgaon haryana.

                    When i asked my cable operator to apply SILVER pack whi h cost 300 Rs on fastway site, but my cable operator is charging 340 rs for that pack.

                    So please tell me why should I pay 340 Rs instead on rs 300.

                    Please help me out. I donor wanna to pay high prices so please resolve before i am going to mail to any high authority.

                    And returing only 200 rs but when i contact to fastway team they told me that operator will pay 75% as you havn't use more than 2 years.
                    And saying do what ever you can do. We will not listen to anyone.

                      This is regret to inform you that your services by customer care and toll free no are very pour, we have D2H services at our promises vide ID no 76375055 in the name of Ashish Jaiswal, in the account there are balance amount is there but we are unable to watching screen due to some error from your end and for the same we have connected toll free no so many time but the receiver kept the customer on hold for long long time and close the phone without any solutions.
                      These happened so many times and D2H do not care about the customer, our pain is that we have only solution to destroy the TV...

                        Pl note after TRAI regulation new set up for subscription individual channel the satellite tv companies are making foolish customers . 1st thing - DD channels are free maximum 100 but if you want to choose 25 only free and 75 paid so that you have to pay for less money for 1st 100 channel that you will not be able to do as per their website . same i do and fix with Rs 388, , there after after 24 hrs one free channel 813 ABP ANANDA FREE and after 36 hrs 515 INDIA TD FREE are dropped from my service. They are taking double GST ...most interesting thing that system does not allow you to fix minimum 100 channel with minimum subscription ...If I am wrong you please check...there is no answer of my mail regarding this query from nodalofficer.[protected]@d2h.com Nodalofficer.[protected]@dishd2h.com and nodalofficer.[protected]@d2h.com why this channels are dropped when i subscribed already My subscrion Number[protected] d2h service registered mobile number [protected] in the name of shyamali ghosh

                            Extremely terrible cable service. Payment for 6months is made, yet every month 1week cable connection dissapears and no proper customer care. Request to put ban this spam service.
                            Tv cable is expensive, with that they do not provide proper service.
                            Needs immediate action as this company is takes money under the name of cable service and cheats people by not giving even basic customer satisfaction.

                              Id[protected] in my videocon setup box there is no fault no break and recharged... After that it's always shows no satellite signals... When i call customer care they said that u have to pay 200 rupees for complaint request... Then i raise complaint they said that engineer will come to it home in next 24 hours... Now 72 hours gone and no one come... Worst service by videocon

                                Hi,

                                I have raised complaint on 26th mar for not able to login to my account for changing the package as per new trai norms.

                                They have deducted amount on a daily basis based on my existing old package. I have highlighted them saying that to fix this technical issue of login. But in spite of repeated follow up there is no positive response and they keep on delaying.

                                I want to have a fair judgement in this case and would need them to refund the amount deducted from my account since the time complaint was registered.

                                  I have write this mail to your trai authorities to give information about how the tata sky dth service provider give arbitrary and unjustified service to customers without any information.

                                  The issue is that i have recharged anuualy for specific channels and also done whole payment for year. They give me commitment that they will provide me the all specific channel which they are mentioned.

                                  So now i just received the message from tatasky yesterday that they didn't provide me channels for 1 year and also they deducted the more than 60 channels which i required without give me any information. This is unfair.

                                  So i just called the tatsky but they didn't provide me solution. I also told them that it's is unjustified answer u want to provide me slected channels at the time i recharged as per your commitment for 1 year, but they didn't listen any thing and told me that we now provide you service less than 1 year with channels we selected.

                                  So, i request your authorities, please take this complaint against tatsky for providing unjustified service seriously and provide me solution.

                                  Hope you will provide me solution as soon as possible.

                                    My tatasky id no. Is [protected]. As per new norms i selected channel which i previously viewed on trai site. When i selected channels each bouquet was of 10 to 20 rs high rate. Which exceeded my bill upto 200 rupees like for happy india platinum hd-rate on trai website is 90.00 and on tatasky site amount is 106.20. For same pack i was supposed to pay 17 rupees more similarly other packs contain more rates than that of trai site.

                                      Very worst service provided by dish tv.

                                      I tried updating my plan as per trai rule with my rmn n also online to update my plans i got only ticket numbers but dish tv not updating. Their customer care numbers are not working n always seems out of order/ wrong number.

                                      I had to recharge as per my old plan.

                                      (Their best fit plans are not matching my liking)
