No transmission of channels available for the last 15 days despite paying you rs 2000 for the last fortnight. I have tried calling you on your customer service mobile no who says that they have enabled the services and ask me to wait for 10 minutes but again the same error is coming that you do not have enough recharge. Without providing me any service you continue to debit my account and my charged amount has com down to 1500 now.
Effectively you have stolen my money and continue to steal it every day without providing any relief.
Even the nodal office gave me the same reply through email saying that after switching my stb box for 15 minutes on channel 149 the service will resume and calling their customer service no[protected] but nothing happened.
Pathetic customer service and the authorities are just turning blind eye.

    Dear sir,

    Since november 2018, i am not getting satisfactory service from d2h videocon dth company. We could not watch channels, even though we are paying regularly recharge fee.
    After emailed the complaint to the company, service man from the company visited to our house and suggested to replace set of box on 7th december 2018, as per his advice we replaced the set of box and paid the charges for new set of box and also service charges of the service man.
    From march 2019, once again problems started... When we switch on the tv... We are getting the messages : 107-4 : please wait... Verifying smart card... Or... E04-4 : smart card not inserted properly...
    All customer service telephone numbers of d2h videocon dth are getting continues engaged... So, we could not contact them. Hence i emailed the company and informed the our problem.
    They, today on 29 march 2019, send service man to our home... He advised us to replace the set of box again... With cost, because set of box is faulty... And three months warranty period is over... So we, customer have to bear the charges of new set of box.
    From last fifteen days we could not watch the tv programs... Even though we have paid the charges... Company's customer service phones are getting everyday engaged... So why we should bear the charges to replace the company's set of box... D2h videocon dth must replace it free of charge...
    If company's set of box is faulty, why should customer bear the charges... You are requested to advice on the same...

      I am having an issue with the D2H connection where there are few packages got added with out my knowledge and raised so many complaints and the issue is not resolved.

      I recharged an amount of Rs 500 on 19-Feb-2019 and selected the base package plus few channels of my interest and the total amount it showed was around Rs 346. As per this per day it should cost me around Rs12 but today due to issue on videocon D2H side the amount which is getting deducted was more than Rs 45.

      Based on the discussion the customer care i tried to create a package of my channels and still see the same issue. I tried both web site and mobile app which was suggested by D2H team.

      I requested them to reset to the base package till the issue is resolved and refund the amount which was deducted from my account.

      It is almost nearing 2 months that i am following up with Videcon D2H connection and raised so many complaints and the issue is not resolved. I am following up with this issue for last 2 months no one is bothered to resolve this.

      Please look into this issue at the earliest.

        I have multi tv connection and my services were stopped by videocon d2h. I am trying to select my channels and bouquets since 20th march on the website but it does not work. Seems i am forced to recharge what has been selected by service provider. Tried customer care number [protected] and it just does not work. The other number [protected] also does not connect. There is no way to reach them. Is this what trai expected from their new rules? Consumer has no freedom to select channels or bouquets and perhaps trai should have a look at how their new rule is being worked.

          We are trying to renew our dish tv subscription to the new trai
          Packages and we are being told that we have to re-align our dish
          Antenna before it can be activated. However, we have filed requests
          After requests to get a technician visit for antenna re-alignment and all these
          Requests have been closed. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks and our connection has now been disconnected.

          We would like to know if there is any other solution available to us
          Besides filing another futile request.

            Dear sir, i have multi connection on vediocon d2h. One is normal and another is hd box. Last one month ago i have been recharged rs near about1025/. But suddenly without any information channels could not provide on both set top boxes,
            After talking with customer care they have provide channels on normal box and another hd box closed. When complained they provide on hd box but that time normal box closed.
            After channels choosing done on both box but normal box has no channels, only hd box are going ok now. But my money which was recharged it is totally colapsed.
            Sir please do the need full for provide channels on both connection.

              I have changed my pkg according to new rule 3 times but company change 3 times without my knowledge and deactivated my setup box as well, after complaining 6-7 times it got resolved but again videocon d2h change my selected plan as per their wish and after several complain problem not resolved, unwanted pkg activated which cost i am paying extra.
              Requested mirror pack for secondary box is also not activated.

              I am totally harassed by videocon d2h service provider and their customer care as their customer care number[protected] is not responding.

              I activated two channel kids rhymes activ and kids toon active but these bot channels are not working. Deduction for rs.40/month initiated but
              I am not getting service. I got cheated by videocon d2h.

              Need to resolve my issue, refund my money back for extra channel/combo activated without my information.

                Dont know wht is happening in cable tv industry... They are charging huge amount as per their will for less channels

                Previously we are getting all channels under rs 300 in heathway cable operators but now they are issue plaan which is seriously waste like under 300 to 400 plan mostly channel belongs to news channel and most important thing is under this price renge they are not providing all channels as earlier they are giving

                I had complaint to trai, is this your facility you are providing less amount for cable tv now every cable operator charging as much as they want, this increase cost to our pocket not decreased hopefully trai take serious action against all operators and making plan under rs300 for all channels as previously plans are working

                  I am a subscriber to dishtv for many years. Last month, when trai changed the rules of subscription of channels, i tried amending my package online from end of february onwards, and on march 5th i informed dishtv customer care that the website was not accepting the change in pack. They reverted to me to keep trying. I again lodged a complaint on march 6, 14, 20th, 25th and 28th. On 20th they told me they had fixed the problem on their end, so i was told to register the change in pack. This time i was successful in registering the change on the website and got a token no. However, the pack did not change on the tv. On 25th in response to my complaint they siad my dish has to be aligned and a technician will call. He did not call. On 28th again i was told the same and they made me reregister again. Till now, nobody has called and my pack has not changed.

                    Trai has came up with new rule and regulation in the dth connection field. Trai never thought and focused on the people who are using annual subscription from particular dth provider. I am tata sky customer and i have took annual subscription on my account but when new rules came into picture whatevere channels i subscribed for annual pack got cancelled and now very less channels are coming. Before implementing this trai should think about customers like me. It's a loss for us as we are not getting channels what we subscribed. For people who had annual subscrition they should be allowed to watch those channels until there subcriptioj ends. Kindly look into this.

                      This is prabhakar reddy, i have faced a problem from 26 march 2019 reg of tatasky set to box. I called customer care they told to me tomorrow will solve the problem. But still day they did not resolve the problem. Still i contact tatasky customer care continuously but they did not provide service. I lost my patience and i lost entertainment. I paid 2000 rs for another new dth connection. Please take an action on tatasky dth service and i will give details of proofs below

                        I want to complaint about independent tv (Reliance big tv). They have taken 1 year pack charges of selected channels and now after taking the pack charges they have removed hd channels and are reducing the number of channels day by day.

                        This is a kind of cheating as the customers are being cheated by not providing the required channels and also by not returning the money.

                        Same problem in Tatasky after they take anual charge now they remove more than 60 channel and choose channel according to them and now also give service less than 1 year without giving any information..they cheated us...how can we solve this??

                          Kirpya kar jaldi karyawahe kare सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं मेरे पास वीडियोकॉन d2h आईडी नंबर 7693 2647 है जिसका रिचार्ज 219 मैंने 18 मार्च 2019 में क्या था mere recharge करने ke baad वीडियोकॉन d2h वालों ने मेरे आधे चैनलों को बंद कर दिया और मैंने जब कस्टमर केयर पर बात करनी चाही तो काफी देर तक कस्टमर केयर नहीं मिला वह मिलने पर उन्होंने कहा कि आपका टीवी में चैनल आपने सेलेक्ट नहीं किए हैंतो फिर मेरे कस्टमर केयर पर चैनल सेट करने पर भी डिश टीवी नहीं चला तो उन्होंने कहा कि हमने आपकी कंप्लेंट ले ली है और कंप्लेन का झूठा बहाना बनाकर मुझे बेवकूफ बनाया गया और फिर दोबारा अगले दिन दोबारा मैंने कंप्लेन के लिए कहा तो उन्होंने कहा कि एग्जीक्यूटिव आपके पास आपका सेट टॉप बॉक्स देख जाएगा और कोई दिक्कत होगी तो उसे ठीक कर जाएगा और आपसे कोई पैसे चार्ज नहीं किए जाएंगे और फिर भी लगातार मैं कस्टमर केयर पर बात करना चाहता हूं तो मुझे कोई रिस्पांस नहीं दिया जाताकृपा कर आप से अनुरोध है कि मनमानी कर रहे हैं वीडियोकॉन d2h वाले इनकी मनमानी को हटाया जाए en par karyawahi करवाई जाए और डिश टीवी टाटा स्काई एयरटेल यह सब चला रहे हैं और यह अपने कस्टमर को पूरी वारंटी देते हैं अगर कोई दिक्कत आती है जब मेरे d2h में आधे चैनल आ रहे हैं तो वह आधे चैनल क्यों नहीं आ रहे जो मेरा यह इतना नुकसान हो रहा है इसकी भरपाई टीवी वीडियोकॉन d2h द्वारा करवाई जाए अन्यथा इन पर सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई और पैनल्टी की जाए जो किकंज्यूमर के मन को ठेस पहुंचाना aमाननीय है अब मैं विकलांग इनके हेड ऑफिस ओखला भी गया और वहां से मुझे कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिला तो हार कर मैं आपसे कंप्लेंट कर रहा हूं कृपया कर आप से निवेदन है कि इन पर सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए धन्यवाद

                                On 27 march 2019 i have connection of dishtv.Parent connection starts working but child connection was not working.Technician told us that set top box is defected i will change it yesterday.Today he changed the set top box and vc number, but till night vc number shows invalid.I called the customer care but they continuously told us do this do that, we have arranged tge call back but i didn't recieved any call.They have very poor service.My parent vc number is [protected], child vc number which he installed yesterday was[protected].And today he changed the set top box and vc number is [protected].If they are unable to resolve our problem than pls Refund our money that we payed yesterday that is 1200, +1200+600+652+200.we don't want dishtv connection.

                                Thanks i solved my problem on my own by calling customer care.For continously calling they give me the number of service head of my area vivek kumar, he cooperate very well and afer 24 days they solved my issue.

                                      Sir,
                                      As per the new trai rules I had selected my channels for airtel DTH, and the value of pack is 330 but after 2 month when my recharge would not go for the expected time, I had gave a call to airtel customer care and ask the reason of deduction and they told me that your previous pack is also charged along with my chosen channels so I asked them to refund my amount but they deny and still they are charging the same amount even after my request .
                                      Sir the channels are almost same which was earlier in pack so why would I pay double charges
                                      I would request you to please pay attention on my problem because may be similar problem would have been faced by other airtel DTH customers

                                        Dear trai,

                                        I am a videocon d2h (taken over by Dish TV) user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing number Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions. event i am not able to change plan.

                                        their customer care number are not working. nobody replying over the email. call so many times and sent email also on below contact numbers and email id (which are on their website - https://www.d2h.com/contact.php):-

                                        These kind of issues happened from Feb 2019.

                                        As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for a long time and no response on call back request. most of the number are not exist. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

                                        Now it is not tolerable, even I don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money. I want my money back that I invested in recharge.

                                        I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h (dish tv).
