Dear sir,
Since november 2018, i am not getting satisfactory service from d2h videocon dth company. We could not watch channels, even though we are paying regularly recharge fee.
After emailed the complaint to the company, service man from the company visited to our house and suggested to replace set of box on 7th december 2018, as per his advice we replaced the set of box and paid the charges for new set of box and also service charges of the service man.
From march 2019, once again problems started... When we switch on the tv... We are getting the messages : 107-4 : please wait... Verifying smart card... Or... E04-4 : smart card not inserted properly...
All customer service telephone numbers of d2h videocon dth are getting continues engaged... So, we could not contact them. Hence i emailed the company and informed the our problem.
They, today on 29 march 2019, send service man to our home... He advised us to replace the set of box again... With cost, because set of box is faulty... And three months warranty period is over... So we, customer have to bear the charges of new set of box.
From last fifteen days we could not watch the tv programs... Even though we have paid the charges... Company's customer service phones are getting everyday engaged... So why we should bear the charges to replace the company's set of box... D2h videocon dth must replace it free of charge...
If company's set of box is faulty, why should customer bear the charges... You are requested to advice on the same...
