Dear Sir,
I have a DISH TV DTH Connection with consumer No.-[protected].
As one I had received a call from dish tv that "one of our channel name is "MOVIES ACTIVE" which subscription is free for one month so you activate it and after one month it will be charged . But after some days when i check our account then i realize that they deduct Rs. 70 in our account.
After this I continuously calling to DISH TV Customer care but they told any types of reversal can do only our senior person and now all senior person busy on another call so you will receive call back after 15 minute, but still i didn't receive any call from DISH TV .
So kindly look on to this matter and try resolve this issue with DISH TV and I also need compensation from DISH Tv for this harassment.

    Already pay channels pack till date. There are many channels who were stop by dth independent tv and no actions and no any information given by him. Why they stop those channels what is the reason.
    Where is money that i had pay to him. When i call to customer care they said that there is updation nothing in our hand to solve the problem. There is always problem create dth independent tv and services are not good.

        I am a dth holder in panchkula m/s d. S multimedia in sector 8 panchkula i told so many time to collect tha monthly subscription from home but he should not collect, result my dth is disconnecte from last 3 days pl help me what should i do this time & pl take strongly action against him, & i give request also install a new hd connection in same home but still pending it is they said no setup box is available this time from back office.

        After recharging on May 14/03/2019, 301 Signal not found is being written
        After contacting dishtv technician is not come . Who is responsible for that and also tell me what is the charge of technician and dishtv will correct my TV or i have to correct myself with my money.

          As per telecom regulatory order customer can choose any channel they want, but i am using a d2h channel and i am not able to select channels of my own, from last 2 weeks i am getting harassed and they don’t really care.

          Not able to complaint on their site, nodal officer, customer care not responding.
          Whenever i select channels to be seen, a message generates “ same has been successfully done” and we will get back to you shortly “ it’s been 2 weeks no call back and even when i call they hang up saying we will connect to different department.

            Hello sir it's really very sad to say that d2h videocon making fool to customer. My id 88113683 i recharged twice last from two months but they did not update my account. Is that government has given authority to d2h videocon to eat our hard earn money? If not then why you are silent on this? Till today i tried to reach d2h by mail, by call but no proper response.

              I have a airtel dth connection no. [protected] in my name (Govind ram arora). I had selected channels and paid rs.227/- the company has unilaterally change the selection for rs.601.43 without any notice and information. Despite several telephonic calls no proper response has been given. I am fed up. The connection has been stopped by the company. I request you to kindly arrange to examine the issue and take appropriate action against the company.

              Even after payment, tv connection is not coming properly. Hathaway local tv operator is not responding properly(SS enterprise). No response from Hathaway support. Is this what we pay for.
              Hathaway along with local cable operators are becoming nuisance to public 560075

                I am a hathway cable tv customer from rohini delhi, i have selected some channels on[protected] which i am able to view, now the cable operator is calling that my cable will be discontinue from[protected]

                Now they are forcing to use a pack according to them then which will take 2 days to activate otherwise it will take 7-8 working days to activate the selected channels and valid only upto 28th of the following month.
                When i am paying for a month according to trai regulation then why my operator is not providing the channel which is selected by me for full month, which is not as per trai regulation, but they are misusing of their rights.

                Kindly help us on the above issue, so we can use of our rights.

I am using nxt digital service for dth but from the last months the service of nxt digital not seems good. Recently i am already pay monthly plan but from 3 days the network cable is not working.                   I have 3 Videocon d2h satellite cable connections before 2 years back, still now only one connection is used that one connection also not playing from 7 days.I complaint 8 times to customer care service representative but no use .totally those peoples playing with customers.

                  Am a sundirect Dth holder. But they arenot providing all free to air channels by saying that itsnot avilable in their platform. And giving some other chanels which wasnot relevent to me.

                    I am using Hathway cable connection from local services provider.
                    After reporting multiple times still getting worse service.
                    Complaints are as below -
                    1. Though we are paying in advance for recharge, recharge gets expired, then we have to call local services provider.
                    2. Don't pick a call in 1st attempt, picks only after 11am.
                    3. Half of the time technical problem banner appears on TV screen, report that cable connection is loose at hub level, but still no response.

                      I am having dth connection from airtel.
                      My dth id is [protected].

                      After this manual selection of package, i chose only limited channels but after 10 days i observed that there are some channels which are added twice in my account and they are being charged twice in my package.

                      After taking up the matter with airtel customer care, they assured me that they have removed the duplicate channels. And they asked me to recharge again with rs 500 i. E rental for 1 month
                      But today again i. E after 14 days of recharging, they are asking me to recharge again with 930 rs. Also, those duplicate channels are appearing again

                      I request you to take action against this fraud company airtel

                      I am using videocon d2h since long. Due date of recharge is 23rd March 2019 but I have recharged the same but still channels not activated also their customer care no is not working.. every time I am getting the same answer that calli is busy now please try later.
                      City cable kawardha charged me for discovery and more channel but but discovery and more paid channels are not broadcasting.
                      Only few of paid channels are showing.

                        Dear sir, i am using hathway cable since 3 years, march 2019 due date was on 10 even i made the payment on 11th of march first 2 days i didn't got any channels on 14 th it started coming only 6 channels which was selected by me in fact i have paid total amount of rs.248 including the net work fee the free news channels which was suppose to come or not coming

                        After complaining to the local operator mr. Siva he came after 4 days and says that you are not selected the free channels while paying the bill than he activated the same from his end and said it will come from tomorrow if it's not activated you need to select the same from the hathway app. Even after operator did the activation also we are not getting the channels the same was communicated to local operator and he said there lot of issues going on it may late for me to attend this is happened almost a week back and i have selected the free channels from hathway app still channels are not coming

                        I tried to reach the nodal officer on [protected] which was never connected
                        And the local customer care number [protected]/23 never picks up the phone or continuesly busy tone and the toll free number [protected] never connected to the customer people to speak we need to wait for 10 minute automatically the will disconnect i tried to complain the same from their app end even after selecting the complaint colour it leads to error very time. You pls guide me i have tried all the possible chances i don't have any other option left rather complain.

                        Videocon d2h not showing broadcaster pack of TV 18 (HD), SO I am not able to make suitable or value for money pack in d2h.as per trai noms broadcaster shows every pack but they misguide the people and make their own plan which not showing hd channels .
                        Videocon d2h, customer care not responding, I am not able to select my pack, they left with very few chanels which we not interested watching. My rtn is not in operation now and not able to register new mobile no., my customer is 46481683. Please help.

                          As per trai we have earlier selected chanel packs.

                          1. Afterwards, on 8 mar 2018 online, we modified our pack by adding zee family marathi pack s. D.
                          (Bouquet) cost rs 39 for 20 channels.in our existing pack.

                          2. On 9th march by keeping the tv on the home channel for 1 hrs, but we observe that the said pack was not
                          Activated.

                          We repeatedly call customer care toll free no. Also [protected] (More than 50 times in 2 to 4 hrs
                          But the number was busy or not reachable. Also tried for a full day also.

                          Also, we requested call 6 to 8 times online. But there is also no reply. Only once there was a reply
                          I. E. On the second day

                          3. The standard reply is, it will start, keep the home channel for some period. Or keep it & call
                          Customer care no. But we observe your customer care is always busy or not reachable.

                          (As per our opinion the videocon d2h are purposely keeping phone numbers busy or due to a lot of complaints the number is busy for 24 x 7 days. The service response is only 2 to 3 percent. As
                          We can able to talk with customer care or connected only 3 or 4 times, after dialling more than 150
                          Calls).

                          4. Three days later we check online, the old activated plan was not changed it remains as it is.
                          The new pack was not activated,

                          5. Then again after two days, online we have a prepared a new pack by clearing our
                          Old existing pack. & submitted. We receive your standard reply online thank you,

                          5. We repeatedly call customer care toll free no. Also [protected] (2 to 4 hrs
                          But the number was busy or not reachable. Also tried for a full day also.
                          The history repeated thrice. But the problem is not solved yet.

                          6. We have made the complaints from another mail. Id also.
                          We have done everything as per mail send by rakesh. But no result.

                            👉last 20 days i had been trying to contact vediocon d2h customer services but no reply.
                            👉i created packs through its mobile apps, send email, sms etc but no respose comparing to other dish services. I recharge 284 for ipl but cannel not working
                            👉minutes before i last send an email to zonal office fingers crossed.
                            👉looting of hard earned money is acepted by vediocond2h but very poor and worst service rating 0/10
                            👉not even alloted free channels.
                            👉either vediocond2h make a press statement about the company's future because its not only me but the hate is reflected in the reviews.
                            Please rase my complaint and other wise refund my 284 recharge back in my account.

                            If you not resolve my problem then i want to disconnect d2h dist to other providers.

But even not coming any Chanel's or I'm calling in customer care before 10days but not respond and when respond then deniyed that we can't do anything. Tell me what can I do.                                     I am facing technical issue in my d2h dish, since last 2 days (25/03/2019) only d2h logo and Signal Not available message stands on screen. So oftenly I tried to call customer care (Approx. 20-30 times) but denied my request by saying Application/Server down. They are spoiled my three days.
                                    Customer care phones always shows busy tone and its very difficult to reach customer care executive.
                                    Its clearly showing Negligence of Service by D2H.

                                      Dear sir, we used to pay around 250 to 300 rupees each month for more than 250 channels which now we pay more than 350 for around 100 channels. Even then we don't get to watch required channels. This is in a way costing us more. Is your idea meant for people who want to watch only 10 channels? What is the idea for such wrong process? Kindly take some action or rethinking on your tv selection idea

                                        Sir, my dish TV vc no [protected], on 16 th march 2019, starports 1 was selected unwanteldy thorough ivrs while calling dish TV customer care number for signal problem. Later I again call to customer care no for remove star sports 1 channel on[protected]-[protected] but yet now they are not removed star sports 1 channel ( this is unnecessary bueden). For calling to customer care no i lost money but problem yet now not resolve. Please solve my problem sir
