As per trai we have earlier selected chanel packs.
1. Afterwards, on 8 mar 2018 online, we modified our pack by adding zee family marathi pack s. D.
(Bouquet) cost rs 39 for 20 channels.in our existing pack.
2. On 9th march by keeping the tv on the home channel for 1 hrs, but we observe that the said pack was not
Activated.
We repeatedly call customer care toll free no. Also [protected] (More than 50 times in 2 to 4 hrs
But the number was busy or not reachable. Also tried for a full day also.
Also, we requested call 6 to 8 times online. But there is also no reply. Only once there was a reply
I. E. On the second day
3. The standard reply is, it will start, keep the home channel for some period. Or keep it & call
Customer care no. But we observe your customer care is always busy or not reachable.
(As per our opinion the videocon d2h are purposely keeping phone numbers busy or due to a lot of complaints the number is busy for 24 x 7 days. The service response is only 2 to 3 percent. As
We can able to talk with customer care or connected only 3 or 4 times, after dialling more than 150
Calls).
4. Three days later we check online, the old activated plan was not changed it remains as it is.
The new pack was not activated,
5. Then again after two days, online we have a prepared a new pack by clearing our
Old existing pack. & submitted. We receive your standard reply online thank you,

But the number was busy or not reachable. Also tried for a full day also.
The history repeated thrice. But the problem is not solved yet.
6. We have made the complaints from another mail. Id also.
We have done everything as per mail send by rakesh. But no result.
