I am having videocon d2h connection (Customer id :[protected] at my residence at sector-27, noida, district gautam buddha nagar (U. P.).
I have not been able to recharge my connection for more than a month now despite my repeated efforts. The “mera wala plan” i have chosen did not include the “movie active channel” of videocon d2h; however, every time i tried to have my account recharged, the channel is shown included in my plan.
I delete the “movie active” channel from the plan several times while trying to recharge my account online; the webpage says “channel successfully removed”; then i submit the plan and the webpage says “your details have been successfully submitted” and that “we will get back to you shortly”. And, that “shortly” never comes. Next time when i try, the same thing happens again, their channel (Movie active costing rs.64.41 + taxes) is shown included in my plan.
Same is the problem with their customer care number. Either the customer is not able to get connected or, even when they get connected, the connection makes them waiting for 5-7 minutes and then abruptly disconnected. Kindly help me to get the issue resolved with videocon d2h.
