I am facing technical issue in my d2h dish, last three days only d2h logo stands on screen and i have not yet to see all channels i have already recharged my d2h still i am not able to watch.. This is the 3rd time they are spoiling my three days. I have tried out calling your customer and also d2h customer care fromlast 3 days but no response.

    Despite of several complaints regarding the channels (Astha - ch. No. 681 and sanskar - ch. No. 682) not being available, airtel is not able to provide solution to my problem. Also, the complaints are marked closed without confirming from the customer if the issue is resolved or not. Regularly they are missing the tat of these complaints and the customer executives have indecent behavior with the customer when chased on regular basis for status updates of the complaints registered.

      I did a recharge of bsnl no. [protected] on 25.03.2019 through truecaller app of rs. 318. The amount has been deducted from my account but no recharge had been done. I have talked to truecaller and bsnl a lot of times but both are not helping me. Both are saying that they cannot do anything. You are requested to help me. My contact no.           Dear Team,
          Since last 2-3 months I am facing lot of issues with my d2h connection. Really pathetic services you are providing and also your customer care is useless and fraud. I was trying to contact them since last 4 days they received the call and said will arrange an engineer at your place and no one comes to visit. Do you think we people are useless and we don’t have any work apart from calling your customer care. You should close your company if you are not able to resolve your customers issues.
          Very very bad experience with Videocon d2h expecting resolutions in short time.

            Last 3 days Videocon D2H customer care there is no response. Channel requests all collapsed. No rectification process. Main customer care number is down for more than week. Without customer knowledge changing the existing channels. Monthly payment done and available channel is only free one. Please take a serious action. Last 24 hours 10 + mail request's and no response yet.

              Here I am having d2h connection of videocon with sub no 98168993 with my mob no. [protected], I have made online payment via online by last Saturday 23 Mar 2019,

              Till now I am not getting any kind of service from this company also when I called on customer care number, everytime they replied that call them after half n hour... Server is down...

                My Airtel d2h not showing any channels last from 1 weeks error code showing 2, despite i am followingup with airtel d2h customer care they are saying only one words system is down im asked them reason why its down, they again saying system is down not showing any info. Now the money i lost unnessary for 1 weeks whose gonna adjust or refund.

                Its my humble request to look into this matter and solve matter as early as possible.

                  I am trying to get the RTN correction for videocon d2h customer I'd[protected]. The number assigned to this is 93460xxxx 1 instead of 93460xxxx 0. Also note that no email id updated for this customer Id.

                  Note 93460xxxx 0 might be in the name of Raju, who was the owner of flat
                  where I rented 3 yr ago.

                  Duo to the mismatch I was not able recharge the account. The selected channel (star sports, Star movies, WB etc) through the local agent were also not getting.

                  There is a quick recharge link in their website. This doesn't allow channel selection. Hence, there is no use.

                  All the given the customer care (toll and toll free) numbers are always engaged.

                  Getting standard message on email ([protected]@d2h.com), which is reproduced below.

                  We regret the inconvenience faced by you while contacting at our customer care, as all our executives were busy attending to other customers. Please note our toll-free number[protected]please dial from your Registered Telephone number only)

                  NOTE : I have problem with RTN, the customer care email giving tollfree number to call from RTN? How foolish it is?

                      I am a consumer of Videocon D2H service provider and I am not able to view proper information when I navigate the My account after login to the website.

                      The website is not user friendly and shows in correct information.

                      1. Even I am not able to identify my subscription information properly, I see various subscriptions and which one is active I am not sure about it.

                      2. One can not edit the channel/ subscription.

                        I am customer of tata sky. They are charging 153 rupees for the channels which we don’t see at all. We we enquire about this, they informed that the minimum amount is charged as per trai guidelines. Because of this, our monthly expenses towards tv has gone up. We expect trai being a government body, works for the beni fit of the public. But we are forced come to a conclusion that you are working for the benefit of large corporates. The tv viewers are not at all benefited by your guidelines. We fail to understand why we should pay for the channels which we don’t se even once in a month. Please do not be party for the corporates to loot the public. Please revise the guidelines immediately and avoid
                        The tv viewers being looted.

                          I am G. Mallesh Kumar (contact No: [protected]) DISH TV subscriber, My VC NO:[protected].I am not getting channels and company technician attended on[protected], He collected money Rs.200/- for service charge and he said that after 30 minutes all channels will come.on that day so far he is not responded and my self call to dish TV and complained daily, the service team was simply closing my complaint with any service.I sent so many mails to dish TV they are also not responded.

                            Customer of videocon d2h, not able to watch the channels. Called to customer care and selection done as per there instruction for the selection of channels. After selection online i am not able to watch the selected channels and also customer representative is not upto mark to rectify the customer problem.                               I am customer of tata sky (Subscriber id is: [protected]). As per scheme tata skys provide 1 month free hd pack for all new subscribers. Due i hv select 6month hd (Cost1998) pack tatasky told me i am not eligible for this offer and my 6month offer is continue. Now i hv received 1372 rs in my account after diduction of 2 month fees... My question is if tataskys unable to servr 6month pack then why i not claim for my 1 month free pack.

                              They dinied to give that pack or refund the amt of 485.

                                  As the rule has been implimented by your end but as a request to my service operator their has been no service of the trai subcription given to me and also the service provider is neither bother nor responsible to take care of my concern so i would request your take my concern as a priority and give me the service and the service proveder doesnt have the concern to make the costumer service to the satisfaction level the service provider ihas intensionally disconnected my calls and is either not willing to me give me the trai service also

                                    Hello trai, the new pricing model for cable television set by the telecom regulatory authority of india (Trai) has tripled our monthy bill. Watching tv has now become unaffordable now. Not sure what sense prevailed in setting the high prices for the channels and what kind of a reform is this. Over that trai charman has rubbished crisil report that stated it will result in higher charges for consumers.

                                      I am having videocon d2h connection (Customer id :[protected] at my residence at sector-27, noida, district gautam buddha nagar (U. P.).

                                      I have not been able to recharge my connection for more than a month now despite my repeated efforts. The “mera wala plan” i have chosen did not include the “movie active channel” of videocon d2h; however, every time i tried to have my account recharged, the channel is shown included in my plan.

                                      I delete the “movie active” channel from the plan several times while trying to recharge my account online; the webpage says “channel successfully removed”; then i submit the plan and the webpage says “your details have been successfully submitted” and that “we will get back to you shortly”. And, that “shortly” never comes. Next time when i try, the same thing happens again, their channel (Movie active costing rs.64.41 + taxes) is shown included in my plan.

                                      Same is the problem with their customer care number. Either the customer is not able to get connected or, even when they get connected, the connection makes them waiting for 5-7 minutes and then abruptly disconnected. Kindly help me to get the issue resolved with videocon d2h.

                                        After the TRAI order on channel selection was implemented, videocon D2H - DTH service provider is harassing us like anything. My Customer ID is[protected]. We are unable to watch the channels that we want to choose. They insist on to subscribe to 185 channels instead on 130 channels as per TRAI order. We are unable to subscribe to HD channels. Whenever we consult customer care umber, they always say techincal problem - which never gets resolved over last 2 months. We are fed up of this as also are so many other customers of videocon D2H. I request you to take tough action against videocon D2H.
