After the TRAI order on channel selection was implemented, videocon D2H - DTH service provider is harassing us like anything. My Customer ID is[protected]. We are unable to watch the channels that we want to choose. They insist on to subscribe to 185 channels instead on 130 channels as per TRAI order. We are unable to subscribe to HD channels. Whenever we consult customer care umber, they always say techincal problem - which never gets resolved over last 2 months. We are fed up of this as also are so many other customers of videocon D2H. I request you to take tough action against videocon D2H.

    Dear sir
    I have gtpl cable tv connection and i recently asked for chanel packs which gtpl offer to customer. I surprised by their answer that they do not offer any type of chanel package to cutomers. They only given one plan with higest paid money. Its very redecules and openly cheat cutomer & disobey tri rules. Pl do needful.

      Dear sir i am a customer of videocon d2h service but
      From last four month i am suffering from so many problems associated with d2h service provider they can not registered my complaint and not given a satisfied answer to me and he or they increase the plan value without my information so please sir do something well
      I am mentally harassed by this company and i am not satisfied the services of this company provided to me this company increases my plan will you without my information and according to rules of trai i am unable to choose the proper channels to whom i want to see

        I have paid rs 265 which includes rs.130 for basic amount (Free channels) and rs.135 for paid channels for my hd tv to hathway services on 14 march 2019. Payment was made online. For last two days i am not receiving free channels. When i contacted my cable operator at begumpet, hyderabad, he informed that they are not responsible for such type of problems as i made payment online. My cable operator advised me to contact hathaway tollfree number which never responds.

        I request you to instruct hathaway services at beaumont, hyderabad to restore my free channels immediately else refund my money.

          Since its been mandatory from trai to choose own plan & blaaa...
          The d2h providers become very relaxed like vedicon whose tag line is khusiyu ki... Bip bip...

          I have chosen the required channels as per trai in vedicon d2h
          Bu till now i m not getting any updates or feedback from them.

          Mr. Trai please try if you can teach them how regulations can b obeyed
          Requesting you to please make consumer more power in terms of it & authority be oz they cannot change base pack as your trai regulations
          I hope you people solve my 10 days wasted work on to solve my required channels.

          It's very pathetic from vedicon

            Videocon d2h i'd no :[protected], after recharge still not working channel & very frustrated for the customer care support. There call is also not connecting & when ever connected not get any support, all saying different answers. Sir, who will bare my loss of amount, not able to watch channel's. Due to this we are planning to withdraw d2h service. Every time they are sending engineer to make income only for all basic things.

              I have installed d2h dish (Earlier videocon d2h) at my residential premises at h. No.569, sector 14, gurgaon (Haryana). I have 3 set top boxes installed. After the orders of trai to select channels i am facing a huge problem. Only 2 set top boxes show the requested channels. On my 3rd set top box i am receiving no channels. Despite calling the customer care depp a hundred times no resolution of my complaint has been done. I have written so many e mails also to the customer care deptt. Of d2h but no response.

                Some of my subscribed channels are not running so i complaint to the d2h executives since 1& 1/2 months repeatedly one answer coming that "our system showing error you may call after 30 minutes". So i followed not less than 35 times but same answer is coming even today. I have told the executive that please send a technician to solve this problem also getting same answer. Andthe most importtant is they blocked my no & i dail to contact him with another no, it may known to all that who difficult once to connect with customer care but i still trying not less than 35 times. But my problem not resolved yet. I am paying for the channel which is not showing at all.

                Please do the needful action & also mail me wheather portability of this d2h to other service provider is available or not.

                  Dear trai,

                  I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                  Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 189.42 for which i should get services for 30 days but they are not providing my selected channel sevices without any intimation. Again i have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com, albert. [protected]@dishd2h.com (Nodal officer), [protected]@d2h.com, anil. [protected]@d2h.com but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of april also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

                  As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it. Many times toll free no. Can not connected if connected they say their software issue call after an hour. Agree one when i call their no. Can not be connected.

                  Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

                  I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

                    When i learnt abt selecting channels and creating own paln i logged on hathway to select my choice chsnnels but i saw 1000 showing dabit in my account.!
                    So i enquired to mumbai nodal email of hathway what that 1000 rupees is and i am not able to select channel n make payment online..? But my email was ingored and i never received any reply.
                    Then i enqired same with feild rep rupesh parab he sed there is glitch n error in online system. Wait for some time they are trying to resolve.
                    I kept following up with rupesh he gave me one form and told me to select channels and told me to whats app clicks of the form n he will manually get the new plan activated..

                    Nothing was done and on holi festival day 21st the cable was disconnected..
                    I called all numbers no number was active. Not even toll free number.
                    They have taking customers hostile like this since many years

                    There is no proper system to address troubles of consumers. These people are taking timely money from us but providing us pathetic service.

                    Now yesterday when i checked the amount had come down to 706 rupees from 1000 rs outstanding.. I wanted toknow what that amount was for but neither rupesh nor nodal officer was able to tell me.

                    Now i have made this payment of 980 rupees sothat my mother can watch

                    As usual the selected channels and signal is not restored yet.
                    It will be done at whims and fancy of the hathway pathetic unproductive staff.. They are incapable of handling online systems yet they force us to make online payment..?

                    I reqyest trai to take strict action on hathway. Also they should be charged penalty for making consumers troubled for no reasons.

                    they have not yet bothered to explain why they have charged 700rs from me..? i have paid last in jan19.
                    From feb the basic pack of 130rs is on.. They wat is 706 rs they have taken from me...?

                    Also note their online website is so pathetic n bad it does not allow to select and add channels and free channels also it does not allow to add.. ?? is there law n order in india is anyone going to take note of this looting and cheating by hathway..?

                      Sir, i have booked a online reliance big tv dth connection on 04 mar 2018 for a registration fees of rupees 500. After that a msg received on my phone that your registration has been done and connection will be installed within 30 to 45 days. After 09 month an independent tv opertor come in my home and installed independent dth tv connection. I asked him to that i have request for reliance big tv connection but this is not that. He told that reliance big tv convert in independent company. After that he installed the tv connection and taken rupees 1500 for balance amount and rs 250 for installation charges. The opertor told that your package in one year for all channel and next four year only for free chanel. On installation date 30 nov 2018 all channels are running in my tv and after 30 dec 18 no channel runing in my tv except 04-05 channel.in this regard, i have compaint several times in independent tv custome care and they told that wait 24 to 48 hours your compaint has been registerd. But no responce received from company. You are requested to assistance to solve the matter or refund my amount.

                        I had contineously call for dish tv service provider last 20 day for change my pack i have 3 connection 1800 rupee monthly. I want change my pack bt service provider cant response n always ask me this service is not available... Why??? If they donot change my pack within 24 hrs then i will go to consumer court.. Dish tv provide such a poor service...

                            *expiry date-feb 15 2019

                            Jan-25- 2019.
                            This problem facing from 3months. But not solved till.
                            But iam recharge to d2h every month. Last reacharge was 24th march 2019. With 270 rupees.. But there is no showing any details. How to i know my expiry date and extra. D2h costumer care employees are very neglect answering to me.

                              Videocon d2h is the worst service provider.
                              Their website and app both don't work properly and all the customer care number provided by them either invalid numbers or don't connect properly. My setup box do not get signals properly just because of their poor spectrum or frequency level and whenever i call for customer care they do not give proper response its my hardest request to you please took strict action against them.

                                I have an airtel dth connection number [protected]. I had made my dth plan & submited the same on 9 february 2019 but the service provider (Airtel) has automatically started some other plan on my connection & deducted my all existing balance. After a lot of reminder & complaints they have given me assurance that my money will be refunded but yesterday refused to return the balance & misbehaved over phone.
                                So please look into the matter urgently and arrange for refund asap.

                                  I renewed my hathway pack on 21 march as hathway bouqet pack. I am not getting any of the english paid content channels which were promised as part of the pack.
                                  Still getting only free to air channels.
                                  Toll free number is putting on hold and repeatedly cutting the line when i try to register a complaint.

                                  I renewed on their digital app and have emailed receipt to hathway nodal, customer care, billing, [protected]@trai.gov.in and called trail and registered complaint.

                                  It's no use.

                                    As per recent trai order, i had submitted my channels list to airtel website facility of rs 419/- on dated 23.03.2019 for my airtel digital tv customer id no. [protected]. My submission was acknowledged by a txn id 671886. Still my selected plan was not activated and after calling customer care cell they did not respond properly and were unable to provide satisfied answers.
                                    I want that my plan should be activated immediately for next 28 days and the activated time should be considered from the day they start the package with submitted amount of rs. 419/- and not from the day of my submission of amount.
                                    Trai, i believe has given a tool in the hands of the dth owners to harass the customers rather than making it convenient. I hope this matter should be resolved at the earliest and i am saved the agony of calling the operators time and again with no solution.

                                      My customer id is 92712151 and account number is 9225772

                                      Since last two weeks i am trying to change my pack from popular to diamond combo but not happening though online

                                      When ever i called to customer care

                                      First time they told me my account balance is not sufficient so recharge it

                                      When i recharged (Even sufficient amount was there for shift the package) they kept me hold for 20-25 mins hold and disconnected me

                                      20-30 times i called on number but every time either it was busy or kept me hold for long time and disconnected

                                      I also tried callback number but not received any call.

                                      Please tell team to disconnect my connection and return my money back

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Since new cable channel selection rule is applied we are not able to view channels properly. We have reported repeated complaints to our cable operator who is not even answering our calls. Also we are not allowed to select single channel only package is allowed. We have given complain to incable net ad well. But all in vain. Please help us.
