My old idea cellular postoaid no. * was discontinued and i want to reactivate that number. I had portable that number to idea cellular from tata docomo postpaid but because of due amount of rs. 300 around was not paid to them, so they had disconnected the above mentioned number. They transferred it again to tata docomo. Idea customer care executive informed me to contact to tata docomo to get back you old number but tata docomo is not providing there service in vadodara. So its my humble request to help me out regarding this issue to reactivate my no. *.

    Dear sir /madam,

    I am a resident at yelahanka new town. I am a customer of hathaway cable broadcast, sri durgamba satellite telecast and broadband is the service provider. We haven't used domestic cable since september.

    Today (23/02/19) we have enquired about the pakage. They are informed that we have to pay additional charges for january and february months which we have not requested and used also. To be prompt, cable hasn't telecasted to us in the months i have mentioned.

    This problem is not only for individual service provider is recovering the money from each and everyone.

      I was trying to update my videocon d2h custom pack from their website and infinity app but they are showing only foolish message"thank you your details has been successfully submitted. We will get back to you shortly"

      I called many time to customer care service of d2h but they are not giving proper answer, they are only providing their sop's answers.

      Also i am taking followup via email but they are also unprofessional replying only sop's answers.

      I asked to talk with their senior but they don't.

      I have already recharge with rs. 165/-

      I think this money is gone.

      This happening since 2 feb 2019.

        I recharged my videocon d2h on january 17 for 84 days with 900/- rupees but the transmission was stopped on march 17 with d message of insufficient balance. The duration was not completed. 26 days of transmission is still remaining. Subscription of 84 days was not completed. This z illegal. They are not entertaining my complaint also. Kindly look into the matter.

            Videocon d2h is the worst possible service provider.
            Their website and app both don't work and all the customer care number provided are either invalid numbers are don't connect. On writing to them they give you solutions which u had said are problems that don't work.
            I have selected my own pack but it is still deducting money according to old package.

            Suddenly some channels are does not exist.

            No one picks up the call.

              Sir,
              Our dth cable provider collected rs.250 per month till last month saying that it is post paid.
              Infact, he was collecting rs 200 or 225 pm earlier on post paid basis.
              While enhancing the monthly charges to rs 250/- he said we have to pay in advance and collected rs. 250 as prepaid. But now, since last month, he has been claiming that it is post paid and collecting charges.in the process, we have ended up paying one prepaid and one post paid charge for the last month.
              Now, again, with new trai rules, he has again come to collect "a-la-carte" charges as prepaid minimum rs 300 plus.
              Is it mandatory for us to pay base pack charges of rs.153/- in advance?
              He has not been giving us even the free to air channels since 5th of this month.
              Whether he is right? Are we supposed to pay for the entire month though we have been without connection for the past more than 15 days.?
              Please clarify immediately, sir.

                Hi I am from Madh Island Malad w We have Hathway I have a query or compliant that the billing amount as soon on the Hathway app is around 302 but the service provider is taking 335 RS from usand as from Maharashtra Hathway doesn't have any Marathi packs it is useless where we used to pay 300 RS for more than 200 channels now for not more than 50 channels we are paying so much money

                    We have selected a pack in dishtv portal or mobile application and on website of dishtv www.dishtv.in and we has the option to select channels and combo packs the channels we select in any one combo has not shown in individual pack selection list that makes confusion to the consumers and they will select that channels twice, 2) again if we select a combo package of channels including gst it through their portal that me charge again gst on whole combos package i. E. They were charged us two times gst on that selected channels.
                    Hope you understand the consumer problem and will solve this immediately, and ultimately punish them.

                      It's very very unfortunate that call centre of Videocon d2h are not assisting and not providing the requisite service as desired.

                      Since last one month my father-in-law who resides in koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai consumer no 19502550 in the name of Sapna Mukerjee, is trying to settle down the channel he is interested in but when we contact call centre they say it do choose online. When we choose online nothing happens and all remains as it is.

                      Similar is my case. When I m trying to add channels the call center says that services are down and tell us to contact after an hour, since last 3 days same things is continuing. My consumer no. Is[protected] in the name of Sanjay Chatterjee.

                      Kindly provide us the solution at the earliest.

                        Nowadays there is no small recharge pack in our india 🇮🇳 there r alots people can't afford of higher amount of recharge all operates r keeping a higher of recharge.
                        In our india there poor people also using mobile but keep mobile for incoming call but sometime they try go small recharge pack is not available & nowadays there fews changes r very bad if they don't recharge more than 200 rupees in month service getting stop ✋
                        Plz make change every person can't recharge fulltalk time it's really doing a partiality rich nd poor.
                        Rich people can easily higher they get fulltalktime nd nd for poor people nothing get
                        Plz change the mandatory for 200 rupees in a month nd make small recharge available

It's not working and i m also try number of times to contact Videocone d2h Customer care no [protected] but they did not pick my call . I recharged on dated 8-3-2019 for one month pack. I want to strict action against videocone d2h for this fraud. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.

                            Dear Sir, I am Hathway subscriber in Hyderabad, having paid advance usage-charges for one year upto September 2019. The service provider says that I have to lose the balance from March to September, which is more than Rs.1000, a sizable amount for a commoner in India even now. The plans recommended by them do not suit us with none or few of our requirements included. We should have full freedom not to be bound down by what the Cable Operator forces on us. Before the public is put to ransom in the bargain, clearcut guide lines should be framed for the service providers to invariably follow, with legal implications, including cancelling their franchise, and for information of the public, with only limited restrictions placed on his freedom to choose any of the channels he chooses, at affordable rate of not more than Rs.1000 to 1500 a year, as different members of the family have different tastes and the TV is meant to cater to this aspect first.

                            This suggestion may be taken as a serious public-interest item for immediate solution in favor of the public whose real average income is still at is lowest ebb in our country, the low paid pensioners also included in his category.                                   My cable tv operator akash sutra, a franchisee of gtpl, forced to accept their predefined channels and bouquets. The cable tv operator has three packs, power pack (Rs 299), power plus pack (Rs399) and royal pack (Rs499). They do not issue and money receipt, as it is not clear whether they pay get or not.                                     I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[ 12188449]. Since from last 1 month when my package was

                                    Migrated (As per trai rule) to amt 461 from 472 (Previous), i am facing no. Of issues regarding services

                                    Of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, many regional channels (Marathi) service

                                    Disconnected.

                                    As per instruction from videocon i have selected again new pack from their provided website. After

                                    Selecting my pack, when i click on proceed there was no amt displayed. Please see attached screenshot

                                    For the same. This has been happening many times. Hence i sent them many mails and informed about this

                                    Issue with the screenshot attached. Still i did not received any help from them. I only receives the

                                    Mail regarding migration of package and to select new pack form websites. I also made many calls to

                                    Customer care# but each time its busy.

                                    As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again

                                    & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min).

                                    Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid

                                    To reply it.

                                    Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use your services but unfortunately i have invested

                                    Money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top
                                    Box & umbrella.

                                    I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against people who

                                    Is responsible in videocon d2h. Below is the main chain with your team.

                                      Sun direct has provided list of channels and amount for each package, we have paid amount and now they are not providing the channels that we paid for, when we call them and ask for the reason, they said they won't provide the channels and they are not able to listen our concerns. Now they are saying we can't provide the channels right now, hence they are closing my request for the same.

                                        But number didnt recharge. When i talked to paytm customer care they told me that recharge confirmation is given by bsnl you should talk to bsnl

                                        When i talked to bsnl they dined that recharge not done on 9 march you should tall to paytm

                                        They (Bsnl and paytm) make me shutel cock and no one help me on this matter
