I have been trying to follow up with den from past 2 months, in order to share the plan and get it activated on my cable tv, they have not been helping me. I have to shift my house also from 8 april onwards and i am worried that they might slap a bill to me with out providing me the services required. The issue is that none of the channels that i need are coming. I have raised to their nodal authority as well. This is the acknowledgement numkber they have oprivded me

    I am jisho james from kodenchery kozhikode district, kerala. Am a dish tv customer and i wish to migrate my present plan as per trai's new plan.in this regard i contacted bto dish tv customer care on 2019 february 27 and they told that i suppose to change the alignment of dish tv, and that can be done by their technician for free of cost. However i register a complaint on february 27 and the complaint number was[protected].
    Next day the service technician contacted and demanded for money for changing the alignment of dish tv. And i refused too. And on 2march also they contacted me and told that they are coming, and wait at home, but they didn't address the issue till now.
    I sent a mail in this regard on 10 march to dish tv and they said that the issue will be resolved within 3 business days. Unfortunately no response after that.
    Again i contacted dish tv and register same complaint on march 19 and the complaint number is[protected]. And i came to know that my previous complaint was closed by themselves and says that i didn't attend their one call. And i questioned about vtheir service and demand for money for a free service. Any how they said that a call back will get me soon from their services centre but till today i didn't get any response.
    So i request trai to intervene this issue and help me to migrate my dish tv package as per new tariff package and take necessary action against dish tv for this kind of malpractices.

      I hv 4 dth connection of indepenedent tv.. With all channels including all hd channels.. But recently they blocked my all hd channels without any specific reason.. Cstmr care of itv said thst.. I hav to pay again for hd chnls for which i hd already paid. I. E. 2300 for on year including all hd channels.

        Hi trai customer support team, as per clause 17 of the telecommunication (Broadcasting and cable) services standards of quality of service and consumer protection. Regulations, 2017, “in case, the broadcasting services related to television have been availed by a subscriber with a lock-in period or the charges for subscription of broadcasting services related to television are paid in advance for a specific period by a subscriber in pursuance of any scheme offered by the distributor of television channels, the distributor shall continue to provide such services for such period to the subscriber without any increase in the price of subscription and without altering the other terms of subscription to the disadvantage of the subscriber.
        Sunil k gupta, secretary, trai told toi that there is no question of any new
        Communication when the regulation is “crystal clear”. “no customer can be disadvantaged by the new regime. If they want to continue with a long-duration pack, they can do so till the pack expires. However, if
        They find any other pack to be beneficial, they can switch. The choice is in the
        Hands of the customers.

        But tatasky had forced me today with out notice, out of existing plan in spite collecting money for 1 year annual subscription. Pls intervene here & do the justice. Thanks (My subscription id with tatasky is [protected])

          I am using airtel digital tv..I have taken a tv pack of rs 277 for one month.But airtel increase my pack cast to rs. 277 to Rs. 322.I have already complained twice to customer care of Airtel but they are not decreasing my price to Rs 277.And many people are already facing this types of problem regarding increase price..Trai have to take care of airtel tv customer.Airtel are looting people openly.So please help..

            In december there was balance amount rs.156. Again i paid rs.1200/- on february 01, 2019. Again i paid 1200/- on march 01, 2019. A total of rs.2556/- in my account. The problem is they are not providing any malayalam channels, only news channels. The current amount in my account is 1222/-. I did not understand without giving any channels they are taking amount. I sent nearly 10 emails, they will tell soon you will get all malayalam channels. Kindly advise them to do something, or else i will switch over to other channel company. Please kindly do the needful.

              I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 6months, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

              Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 199.42 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted 15 days for no reason. Again i have complained to their customercare they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of april also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

              As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution.

              Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

              I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h. Now they got new platform to cheat peoples by blaming trai for their issues.

Instead of resolving, they close my complaint numbers without my acceptance and without any services. when we ask them why you close my complaint without my concern about the issue they said your complaint close raise the new complaint. in this manner I raised all above complaints which are still not resolved . still my issue is pending from last 4 months . Why ????

                Is this the way Vediocon D2H is giving service to the customers.

                One of your service boy visited my house to resolve the issue. he just attend the job but he did not finish the job . he informed us that he will come next day and finish his job and took money from me. But he did not come till today i.e 4 months. same thing I informed to the customer service also and they took complaint against him also but no action has been taken till today.

                Why???

                Please stop harassing and resolve my issue with in 24 hrs . otherwise I will compiling to approach legally against vediocond2H harassment .

                      I am subscriber of videocon d2h my account no-6277230, i want to view sum particular sets of channels but i am not able recharge, they are continously forcing to recharge according to their will, according to companys plan it will cost me 500 and i am doing it for 250 accornding to sellected channels, when ever we try to contact them there is no response at all, due to this issue we haven't recharged it and its going to be 3 week now.

                        I have selected channels on 10th march 2019 and message of selection is received. From second day i am not geeing the channel which are selected. And i called for the same to customer care the busy tone and busy message received. After 3-4 days customer care connected but they have server problem of fetching the data. So made call continuously and today customer care answered its technical issue. So, i requested them refund my money of this 10 days but they told me their is no process of refund also they told to wait for the selected channel activate.
                        So, i request to help in refund and activate my channel which are selected by me from my operator.

                        I want to include star group of channels in my package, zeetv, colours, &tv, abpnews, india tv, aajtak news, zee news, bihar jharkhand, news, sony tv settv, you are requested to look in to the matter for early rectification of the grievances
                        As per trai service oroviders have to provide 100 channels but tata sky give only 20 channels at price of 153

                          I am resident in bangalore seshadripuram i have hathway as cable network supported by local cable operators
                          1st there is no option for selection of fta channels
                          2nd i am paying extra of rs 50 for selecting 27 channels over and above of rs 153 it is network capacity fee so total bill is around rs 300
                          3rd since hathway is not online i pay rs 40 as service charge
                          TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          I had rechrged my d2h account on 19:55 and channels are not coming

                            I have purchased long term pack on 21 november 2018.

                            As per trai, dth operators should honour customers long term packs if they want to continue.

                            Today on 20 march 2019, tatasky disobeyed this order by cancelling my long term pack without my permission and migrated me to some pack with higher cost.

                            Trai - please direct tatasky to restore my long term pack.

                            Our cable operator not provided free channels and also not showing a piad channel, we call him twice or thrice in day but he always make excuses, it also take minimum amount is different from house to house in our society.

                              As per the new norms introduced by trai that customer need to choose the plan or channel as per their convenience and pocket.

                              Accordingly i had chosen the two broadcast pack and channels and sent message to 566777 as guided by d2h services online on which i was supposed to receive confirmation of activation of the same or a call from customer care representative for final confirmation of amount and activation but to my surprise it did not happen.

                              Then i have been trying reaching them via email and phone on customer support email & number respectively, spent lots of time n money but no avail.

                              They do not have courtesy to call customer and resolve.

                              Now i don't know how to get out from all this nonsense. Hence approached you as you are regulator of these kind of services. Please get it resolved on top most priority as i am being mentally and financially harassed.

                              It is yet to be resolved. Today I received a call from D2H customer service for the complaint made by me I asked her to wait for a second as I was attending my boss call but she disconnected the call instead of waiting then I tried that number so many times but couldn't connect. Being a regulator u need to intervene n take strong actions against those who doesn't care about guidelines prescribed by the regulator if it doesn't happen we shall not even trust on government body

                                Dear Sir,

                                Trying to reach your customer care, it's take some one hour to connect the representative.Also the representative are not trained properly. I have registered complaint and resolution pending past 4 days. World worst service provider award should give it to Vediocon D2H. Last month due to your service 150 Rs lose for me, 15 days Service not provided.This month past 3 days not given service. Asper the Trai regulations, I have the rights to choose my required favourite channels, But after my selection you guys are changing the package without my permission.
                                Day before yesterday I have registered complaint, the attended gentleman assured that the selected package will be restored and today one lady discussed with me and confirmed Vijay tv are activated now still the problem not resolved. Also that lady refuse to transfer the call to the seniors and also they said they don't have the provision to connect the call to the seniors. Today evening one gentleman connected the call to the senior representative but that call was disconnected by them.
                                Really unhappy for this kind of service. If your not willing to give the service as per the Trai regulations. pls cancel and deactivate my account and refund 2000/- for compansation, I will move to either Airtel/Govtsettop box to avail the service.

                                  I am subscriber for dth of siticable and opted for two telugu channel packs if caluclated as per latest training regulations charges comes to rs213/-inclusive of free to air channels. But service provider is collecting rs50 extra making the total to rs263.
                                  Please let me know whether rs50 which is being collected by service provider is as per rules and is payable. If not issue a statement in media that no additional charges are payable so that people like me are saved from the unauthorized collection.

                                      After selecting the desired package with Videocon d2h I recharged for 350 rs for 1 month on 6/3/19 and now the company is telling again to recharge on 23/3/19
                                      To continue my package is only 346/- per month then how they have deducted the amt before 30 days. The customer care of company is also not responding properly.
                                      Please take action against them it is a fraud act of the company, they are harassing customer and also looting them.

                                        We live in shanker nagar, amberpet, hyderabad. This is a residential area and also there are 2 schools here. And in our neighborhood building they are installing a phone signal tower. There are howard talent school and twills high school near us. I don't think it's appropriate to install a tower here as we already have good phone signals and also in school area, how can they install a tower.

                                        When you select the channel they said you request have been submitted and we will contact you soon

                                        City cable in our are are not obeying trai rules.they are making their own packaged and not providing boquet Chanel's or pay per channel option to consumer.they are making their own packs to chose from and are not permitting the consumer to choose channels by their choice please take right steps against them
