My customer id is[protected] with videocon d2h. Its been 2 months, i eequeated for new revised pack. Pack has not been changed yet and on top of that its getting updated all unwanted chanel.

Tried calling customer so many times but its not reachable even i wrote several mails but no reply.

People at customer care are very unprofessional, must get some reply but everytime i get auto reply.

Today i recharge of Rs. 400 and I got message that next due date is 16/04.

How they can reduce my number of days.

Our cabel operator is not giving us option to select channels which we want to see. And he is saying that there is no such system of selection and just pay rs 400 for all channel..this is the only offer we are getting from our operator..

    As per trai rules, we need to choose 26 compulsory dd channels and 75 pay or free channels, but videocon d2h is not giving me such option to choose, according to videocon d2h, i have to choose compulsory all fta channels which is 186 channels, i requested them to remove the free channels which i don't want to watch, but still they are telling me it is compulsory and channels cannot be removed... I don't understand when i am not interested to watch those channels, they are forcing the customers to view those... They are telling videocon d2h don't have their provision to do that...

    From 9/02/2019 Asianet Cable TV is not providing the selected TV Channels. They charged
    Rs 2500 from me towards the coast of set top box. Which was originally supplied bye them.Their complaint booking system was not active for long time.Ticket No GA 04320000 for the complaint booked director at the office on 1/3/19.My customer ID is
    GA92015500.
    In last month, I was actived my monthly pack Rs. 350 in TataSky. But this time pack increase automatically Rs388 for 1 month.I also complain to customers care but he is not helped me.

      Dear sir,

      My airtel dth no-[protected]

      Issue - i recharged my account date 6 aug 2018 of rs 3466/- for one year but in feb it was discontinou and rest of amount will be refund to me.

      I lodged a complaint in date 24/02/2019 and complaint no was 86206907 for the refund and account activation. My account was activated but still i have not rec. My refund. As per your customer care i will rec my refund through chq till 5march2019. But still not rec.

      For activation of my account, i recharged my account.

      Now i lodged again a complaint date - 18/03/2019 and complaint no is 86977540 and now your customer care is saying that refund amount will send to u by chq till 30 march 2019.

      Please do needful for the balance refund

      Videocon dth cusom9 care number are out of service till 11th March..very poor service by them..I want to.change connection to another dth ..and take refund amount form Videocon dth
      Videocon D2H not showing channels as per my request, particularly FTA channels. I requested three times within last ten days.

      Also no response to customer care phone nos as well as to repeated email complaints.

      It is causing monetary loss to me
      I am not seen some of channel for which i have paid. when i try to contact videocon customer care. no telehone contact to videocon customer care. always reply busy. we have tried last three to four days

        I am unable to view certain channels of my tata sky id - [protected]..i have been contacting tata sky about this since December but the issue wasnt resolved n i finally gave up on following it.. Come March im still facing same issue and every time i call they just send a technician at home charge me but the issue isnt resolved. These are some complaints numbers give to me by tata sky 1) 1D-67UM4G 2) 1D-6W8P7W 3) 1D-CEKC80..all they ask is for service charge without giving complete service

        The videocon d2h does not taking the custmor care phone call and videocon d2h removes any channel at any time which are included in the pack which Ia
        have. There is enough amount in the account. Please take action against videocon d2h services.

          I have been Airtel customer since more than 6 years having customer ID [protected].I have last recharge of Rs.315/ on 19.02.2019 as monthly subscription/ pack as reflecting in Airtel app against customer ID.But it is very painful to inform that my service has been stopped on 12.03.2019 I.e only in 22 days. When I called Airtel customer care executive they explain that ac suspension charge of Rs.15 has been deducted from Ac and also stated that my daily deduction is Rs.11.10 if I am going on in Airtel way still it should have continued for at least 27 days(300/11.10=27days approx) then why it has been suspended 5 days ago.i called 3 times to customer care executive but after wasting time of 15 minutes everyone cutt the call without replying that why it has been suspended 5 days ago and deny to lodge complain.Its very hurting that despite wastage of 1 hour my issue has not been resolved.Thereafter I mailed the issue to [protected]@ Airtel.com from here I was given an assurance /reply through mail having ref No.[protected] on 14.03.2019 that extra deducted amt Rs.80/ will be revert back and will be credited by Airtel within 24 hours.But it is matter of grave concern that after lapses of 8days amt yet to be credited in my A/C and service yet to be resumed.Kindly do the needful for taking suitable and strict action against Airtel and reversals of extra/illegal deducted amt.

            We took new connection on 2 march 2019. We were told that with new connection will be able to view any two packs fee for one month, by paying rs. 1800/- which includes instillation and activation of the device. But on 14 march the service got deactivated and we were asked to pay for reactivation. So after calling the distributor and the call-center several times there reactivated and but again after three days on 18 march it got deactivated again and when i tried to call the distributor the just gave me the call center number and asked me to directly contact the customer care. I tried the same but till now my problem is not solved. Kindly resolve this issue and kindly reactivate for the full month as we were told or we request to take the device back by repaying my deposit.               As per trai rules we are chosen our channel pack last month but our videocon operator did not show all channel as we selected.
              We are also unable to contact with them. Their toll free number always getting busy tone. What should i do?
              Please take any require action on this we are not satisfied with new rules & regulation of trai authority also.
              We are unable to see our tv shows, news, entertainment channels.

                I am a videocon d2h user. My customer id is[protected] and my registerd mob number is [protected].
                I recharged on 27 feb 2019 for an amount of 475. My recharge was successful and i got the message that your recharge due date 28 mar 2019. Suddenly on 17 mar my all the channels were blocked including free channels. My d2h is still showing recharge date as 27 mar and balance amount around 150 rupees.
                When i rang d2h customer care they told me that my balance is zero and that you are shifted to best fit pack costing around 717 rupees per month. I dont know without informing me and intimating me how this happened. Since two days my d2h is blocked.
                I want justice. How my balance was made zero. Why all the channels were blocked. I want refund my amount.

                    I have recharged with 3200 in january 2019, with 9 month subscription for new connection. Since from the subrictiption i am getting issues with d2h, i am calling to customer care but my call was connecting with the same.
                    Since from last month i am getting resolution and single issue i am unable to see any channel as the screen was appear blank. And i am not able to fill the complaint to videocon due to poor customer service.
                    Kindly help me out to resolve the issue. As already i invested 3200/- for d2h.

You can complaint any were, and no body (Mera kuch nahi ukhad sakte). I have voice recording of complete discussion.

                        Dear sir,
                        My conection of reliance digital tv was installed on 04 feb 2019 after trai rules. At the time of installetion dth provider told me about my plan and said that all the channel will never stop as per your plan.
                        But now in march 2019, service provider stop channel one by one at that time they stoped 21 channels. While i was contect to service provider for that complaint then they said to me that these channels are not my plane now. So said to him for return my money and close my connection but they told me that they will not return my money.
                        So please interfair in that metter.
                        TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        Hathway started to charge rs. 50 extra to every customer as service charges.

                        Their attitude now become again same before 10-15 years earlier, because now they are taking cable charge in advance.

                        Their staffs / customer service are so useless that never picking a call for complain etc.

                        Trai must see them as they are harassing customers.

                          Good morning sir/madam,

                          I'm arun kumar, i've purchased sun direct dth on 08-june-2018 with an amount of rs.4990/- which includes one year activation for all hd english movies, all hd hindi movies and more than 6 hd telugu channels. The activation is valid till 07-june-2019. My details at sun direct dth are: customer id: cr[protected] and smc#: [protected].

                          But now, the sun direct has directly changed my activation plan to something else rs. 199/- plan without asking me. They are saying that they according trai rules they have changed it. But i've already paid rs.4990/- for one year which means rs.415/- per month. The customer care executive of sun direct dth is saying that money is not refundable or returnable. I asked them to at least, un-subscribe the addons of malayalam, tamil and kannada which i can not understand and increase the english and hindi channels. They said they can not. My question is who is responsible for my loss?

                              Sub : selected channel not seeing after being payment done.

                              I, regret to inform you that we had done recharge of rs.475/- on saturday evening, but selected channels are not seeing still. Only free channels are seeing. I had tried to contact your customer care no many times but they are not responding. Also send request to another customer care, but automatic reply machine said they had send command to start but doesn't work till today. No reply from you end, but your customer care are not picking phone.

                                I am using videocon d2h after the trai sceme has been applied i am facing issues.I had add on channel from executive but i didnt find it relevant though.They told me to recharge of Rs 515 with telugu, sports, kannada and hindi channel But they dont activate telugu channels and when i am calling them they are not receiving call once they received a call i told them so they instead of adding my channel they deactivated kannada channel also.Please help me as i am facing these from last two months.My id is 33606661

                                  Dear sir my airtel digital tv [protected] i have selected my package 28 january 2019 and msg by me trai number i received 1 msg but i have not confirmed. Msg then after today 4 pm one msg by company reselete package so you can help me i have reselete my package resend by me for you you can help me tv channels are zee tv sony max zee cinema star gold

                                      Actually I have done a recharge of 350 on 16.3.2019 for my videocon d2h and after some time it was showing that there is an technical issue. I tried to call mANY TIMEs but the call was not connecting to CUSTOMER CARE and every time I here that I don't have sufficient balance .

                                      If videocon d2h does not want to provide the services then why the ### they are running their company

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I have a complaint regarding to my dth operator company tata sky. Sir my registered mobile number to dth is [protected]. I made a recharge on date 02/03/2019 with rupees 195. This recharge includes 153rs. And 42rs. For sports channel. According to new rules this recharge was for 30 days. But before to complete 30 days, my operator disconnect my tv.
                                        When i try to make a complaint to my operator they did not give the valid reason and after that they abused to me in a very dirty manner. They did not resolve my complaint. They do not talk properly on phone.
                                        So please resolve my problem.
