Not following even the channels they have mentioned in their own packages. For example they are not airing &flix channel even though it is present in their package, although &tv is being aired. The local cable operator said the connection is not being provided by gtpl kcbpl itself. There is no response from gtpl kcbpl. Selecting channels individually is costing more and cable operators are reluctant to provide them, so forcing us to select packages.

    Sir,
    I have videocon d2h tv connection. Channel no. 213, name is cine active is not selected by me. And videocon services activate this channel no. 213. Also cine active is part of videocon d2h. So they are activate this channel no. 213 without our permission, and we paid rs.20 monthly charges for this channel. My complaint is that i called many times videocon customer care for deactivate this channel no. 213. But they are not give me solution and i loss rs.20 without my permission

      I'm using videocon d2h service since 2014. It's a worst service provider than any other. Recently i reacharged my id[protected] as per trai norms and choosen my fav channels. But not now channels are not coming and i called call centre they are asking me to pay 200/- service charge to check my signals. If other channels didn't come means i will pay but one of my fav channel is coming. Only some channels are not coming. They are least bothered about my complaint. We are mentally disturbed due to this worst service. Kindly take immediate action against them and try to resolve the issue immediately...

        This is kind of your information i have using tatasky for dth. And i have activated only for tamil regional pack and its monthly tariff for 169 but now i have paid 289rs and as per your orders no need to pay other channels than why i need to pay basic 150rs. And extra 120rs. So this plan for people or others. So i have throughout for my dth to the street and i don't want this # plan. Kindly reduce the price

          Am a customer of tata sky with customer id [protected] and it is not working since last 03 days since 15/03/2018 and for this multiple times complaint to call centre also but no one has visit yet and every time some one have call me and saying engineer will visit in next 2 hrs and most surprising i got the sms just after the call that tata sky installer will visit at give time which is below :-
          18/03/2019 - 21:20 & 21:50
          17/03/2019 - 20:40 & 21:10
          15/03/2019 - 16:00 & 16:30
          Which cleary means he is not coming as tata sky services is from 10 am to 7 pm only

            Dear trai,

            I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[91866757]. Since from last 4 & 5 yenara i m a d2h customer, but now from laat 10 daya i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

            Fresh incident is regarding my services are hee stories and i m unable to watch any channels, of which i should get services for 30 days. Again i have complained to their email id'[protected]@d2h.com, albert. [protected]@dishd2h.com (Nodal officer), [protected]@d2h.com, anil. [protected]@d2h.com but to which they are not replying. These kind of issues happened in the month of april also & i continued their services on their assurance of clean services in future but to my disappointment it has happened again

            As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. Mostly i dont get the visto mee care number as it says a record ed msg starring all lines are busy. By chance if we connect they keep our call on hold for max duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

            Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella.

            I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.

              Dear trai,

              I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

                I would like to inform that i am from 1st naskarpara, sonamukhi road, sarsuna, kolkata-700061 under siti networks ltd. Through manashi cable network (A unit of sristi broadband service pvt. Ltd.) and the operator informed us that under this new rules of trai :
                (1). Under all the bouquet of channels, there is no tv 18 broadcast ltd. Bouquet as such.
                (2). The network capacity charge of 100 channels is rs.130 which includes only 100 fta channels and we cannot take any pay-channels in that rs.130.

                But when i called in trai's helpline number, they informs me that bouquet contains tv 18 broadcast ltd. As well as that we have to take 25 fta channels and any 75 channels (Including pay-channels) under rs.130 network capacity charge. I can understand that our operator is misguiding and misinforming the customers. So, i would request if any strict measure is taken against the operator as soon as possible before 31st march' 2019

                    These service providers always loopholes to make fast and full money by sucking the blood of customers.

                    Trai need to set the things right way to get benefit to customers and block all loopeholes to service providers. Else remove all these service providers and provide best pack thru bsnl.

                    As the base pack which is 153.40
                    Total channel count 0
                    Price 0
                    Applicable ncf*- 130
                    Gst 18% 23.40
                    Grand total 153.40

                    In which it gives 191 + 25 = 216.
                    But no body need that. But we have to pay 153.40 uselessy. Who is interested in all these channels of one particular region. Few channels charges max of rs.50 and few or rs.0.50ps what is this discrimination.. Where is uniformity of pricing. It is creating regional disparity.

                    And if we add any new channel it will cost the base price + 20 rs more for *ncf*- which make the channel more expanse.
                    Ex.-
                    Network capacity fee (Ncf)
                    ₹ 130 for first 75 pay channels + 25 mandatory doordarshan channels
                    Additional ncf of ₹ 20 for every block of 25 pay channels
                    In case any subscriber wants to avail only fta channels, the ncf will be ₹ 130...

                    My humble suggestion is trai should fix a price for say 100 channels rs.150/- and 100 channels should be of customer choice and over and above that max to max rs.5/- per channel let addons should go.. With this any commonman can easily can select multilanguage channels from 100 and still he desires to add and efford he will do addons...

                    But presently it is costing us around 500 rs monthly. Even for a middle and common man that to no choice of channels except service providers choice still...

                    Please change some points of rule,

                    If customer has full control to add or delete any channels. Then why we should for 153.40 unnecessarily.

                    According to me - give full right to add or delete the channels that we need.
                    No basic pack or extra -*ncf* charges.

                    Please do something on it.

                        Yesterday my videocon d2h was reinstalled and i paid re-installing charges of rs. 450/- immediately after registration. Later, i have recharged the d2h but the services ware not started till.in this regard i have sent email and contacted the customer care of videocon d2h so many times but no action was initiated by them but they keep changing on my account. Hence, suitable action may be taken against the service provider.

                          There are some lose polls in the rules which the d2h service providers are using and new packages are more expensive than before.

                            My customer id is 40249967. I am user of d2h (Previously videocond2h).

                            Issue1 - they have activated one addon 'thriller active'. I raised multiple reqeusts through call and mail but they did not stop that addon and keep deducting money.
                            Moreoever, after 2 mails, they said they deactivated it. But when i checked it is active and it is still active.

                            Issue2- i have selected few channels on their site to make my own channel pack. They have activated the hannels which i requested but other channels like star channels are still active and they are still deducting money.

                            I also mailed them that stop 'thriller active' add on and also stop other 'extra channels' which i have not selected and stop deducting money. But no response from them. I also mailed that i will complain to trai but they are fearless and not doing anything and keep deducing money even today.

                            I have selected 'BST East' but they are still keeping BST pack. On top of that, they have NO OPTION in their website to remove any addon or to stop it by sending sms.
                            They have ONLY given option to activate any pack but NO OPTION for deactivation.

                              I am the cable consumer of bcn network of kakinada, east godavary dist, andhra pardesh network capacity, the desired channels could be in a-la-cart, fta or pay or bouquet cable operator oose this channel, he has said compalsary all 100 channal fta, consumer not freedem choose any pay channael within ncf, consumer choose any pay channal extra his take more ncf charges. Banquets very costly starting from rs.300 to 900. Earlier we used to pay rs. 200 now we have to pay rs. 900. Trai decision is misused by cable operators and customers are punished severly. Trai is not having any mechanism to monitor it. Trai is totally failed to check the cable operators. Trai local support to customer is big zero. There is no possibility to contact trai officers in hyderabad and notified land lines are always busy and no body will respond. Trai help line is help less and they can not speak english properly to guide the custormer. Request to publish the contact mobile number of officers in hyderabad. Finally i would like to summarise that trai is not at all bother to monitor on the ground reality of the cable operators are harassing the customer and referring to all the time useless/ baseless/ thought less / rudder less guidelines of trai.

                                      About a year ago we have taken cable connection from 'hathway cable services' operating in name of 'raj cable networks' having office at veerabhadra swami layout, 3rd cross doddanagamangala, electronic city post, bengaluru - 560100

                                      Almost every month the services were interrupted and these people were not even ready to listen to complaints.

                                      With all these issues, we are asking them to remove their cable connection and return our deposit. From past fifteen days they are asking to come tomorrow.

                                      We need to disconnect the services provided by them and get our deposit back. Also, we are facing personal threats as we belong from other state and the owner seems to be local goon.
                                      TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        We recently made cable connection of tata sky. Due to signal problem, channels are not coming. We contacted many times with customer care, but they are not rectifying our problem. We also contacted with the local technician, who was given the connection at first time. That person also not responding. Kindly provide us the solution as soon as possible.
