I am using d2h-videocon dish tv for more than 3 years.
As per recent trai guidelines i requested channels of my choice in last week of jan-2019. But they have not given my channel of choice and imposing thier choice of channel.
I agreed that 25 dd channels are mandatory and remaining 75 is our choice.
But i called them more dozen times and one taking my request and they said that what ever the channel they have given authorised by trai.

For example i can see more that 50 channel which is not my choice in the merawala plan. These channels are kannada and malayalam channel and few channel which related to religion related which i am not requested.

I requested them to give me authorization to select my choice of channel.
But unfortunately neither their website is working and app is not working properly. They will even take complaints right from feb-01-2019.
I think they are purposefully doing this. As a result i am forced to pay more than 100 rs per month additionally.
Hence i request to audit their website why the website is not designed customer friendly. Why customer is unable to select channels.
Also purposefully the bouque activation access is disabled to customers to exploit customers to take more money.

Hence request to audit this d2h and also all other dish tv service providers and make sure the fruits go to all indian citizens.

If trai doesnot know how to do it or implement the please reach my on [protected] definitely i can support on this issue.

Kindly request to forward this complaint to either minister concern or secretary so that this issue can be addressed as this can address the exploitation of cable tv provider.

I want to deactivate the account but the customer care executive tell there is no procedure such like that. I don't want this service since they are cheaters, till today (9 Mar 2019) I was able to see channels suddenly some channels we're disconnected though they were coming without any interruption.they simply saying it's not part of your package

I'm a Den Cable customer. Recenty, my cable operator told us that the free to air channel are compulsory, whether you watch it or not.I don't want those channel as they taking place for other channel. Exceeding 100 no. Of channel leds extra cost. So, My complaint is this that is it true? If not please contact me.

    Dear trai,
    I am one of the customer i'd no[protected], sir since from 15 days i am trying to reach this videocon d2h executives but it's very worst, non of them givesproper response they keep us on line for 30 to 45 min on line and at last the mine gets disconnected or else they say us to call again after one hour, this is the service we get from this bloody d2h, yesterday i spoke o a lady meena she said within 8hrs there person will come but still no one has turned up. Since from today morning i am trying to reach them after 30 times, one executive named varsha she-again started asking me from first and even she kept me on line for 38 mins later she said me that their manager is very busy and said me to call me after 1 hr, i was totally pissed of and lost my patience, she transferred the call to pavitra she started arguing with me that there manager r very busy and same their executives too, and said me to wait for one more day. Sir i have their call recorders too. Plz take an serious action on it. Its an humble request to take and serious action immediately.

          We are watching star english channels through tata sky stb.

          Star has two english packs:
          1) english mini hd
          2) english premium hd

          Both these packages are not listed in tata sky website although same is mentioned on star tv own website..

          Is there any way trai can communicate tata sky to update star broadcaster packs, so that all customers can see in their portal and choose english packs.

          I have personally spoken with tata sky customer care and they are unresponsive over this matter.

          Can you do the needful here?

            1. Recharge from web site not reflected in your account.

            2. Multipal times ask otp while login. (Incident dated 13/03/2019)
            3. Select channels but not reflected in same day. (Incident dated 13/03/2019)
            4. When you login again ask for select channel although already selection was done. (Incident found daily - once you login it will ask)
            5. No current channels or pack reflected in my account.
            6. D2h web site have option to complaint but captcha not showing letter. So unable to place complaint. (Incident dated 13/03/2019)
            7. I called call center 200 times in 2 hr. Not single call got picked up.

                We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of billagram, p/o - barabelgona, aushgram 1 no. Block, east burdwan-713141 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                Our complaint is specific that, one mr. Joydeep mukherjee, s/o - ajit mukherjee resident of billagram, p/o - barabelgona, aushgram 1 no. Block, had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of billagram.

                When residents of billagram came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said mr. Joydeep mukherjee for termination of leave and license agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body.

                As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas. Even we went our local panchayat office to lodge a written complaint but they refuse everytime.

                We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above place in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

                    As Jio mention that it provide 4g speed every where and a good speed at every location but as my complain about Inernet speed problem in my location before 2 years when i complan it still i have that kind of problems and jio custmer care always say that we are taking action about that and he says like that a limited service area and we are working for this but still there is not any solution for my complain and that's very disappointing for me. sometime i required internet then i connect my jio internt but i can't acces any king of websites and there is trouble about to open it . my request to you take some action about it

                      Im a customer of Airtel DTH having CID- [protected] since i connected airtel dth, it has been dropped the channels without any msg or communication but the same amount has been taken from me monthly as prepaid. Nobody hear me after being appealed many times. Would be your kind honor if you could help me resolve the issue asap. And unnecessary channels preferring to view which is free in service. That even has to drop. Apart from that regional channels have also being adjusted without prior notice and not even listening if said to drop the free channels which is not require. I have selected the unnecessary channels they have provided to drop and regarding this i have dialled a lots of time but they are unwilling to listen nor action. And the means of communication to Airtel DTH is such a worst class as it has been paid more than to get connect with them.
                      Sincere request you to rectify and regulate them by which i shall ever be beholden of you firever.

                        We have siti cable TV and I paid on 11th March 2019 through siti cable website 215.35 rupees but on 14th March 2019 the local siti cable operator deactivate my service, when I ask him local operator he said you paid online so your money is gone, contact him only. Request you to serious action against local operator. I complained at siti cable customer care and My complaint number is 5458782

                          I am related to a cable tv distributors family, I have noticed that the LCO are finding the whole change as punishment, 1. Broad generalization...they use to get RS.250 per connection .after paying the MSO the LCO have the income of RS150 per point
                          2.now the LCO are getting RS 80 per point.
                          3.as LCO's income has shrink ...this will result in giving pink slip to the employee .
                          4.there is no motivation to this class of businessman who are basically ill-literate with their business skill ...who does not know computers

                            According new trai rule of dth and cable network was appy but in case of multi tv connection issue problem was facing cable network agency charging both connection of ncf that was wrong we decuss about multi connection but they not agree they charging all of set box with ncf that was wrong in single house hold they multi connection all was pay the ncf so please sort this problem den local cable was misleading the people

                            Please don't think for us, because u r not helping us. You are doing bettermet o[censored]r self. This new rules has not good for us. Previously we used to watch all TV Channels @₹350 per month now our cable bill has increased. So please don't think about us.
                            NDTV and NDTV ENGLISH, both channels are unavailable since last seven months and above. Our cable operator GTPL (from Khopoli, Taluka: Khalapur, District: Raigad, Maharashtra) is not providing all facilities.
                            The GTPL subscription form does not have NDTV option in it.
                            Our cable operator GTPLKCBPL is forcing to take their packages . They are refusing to give the channel as per your scheduled chart.

                              मैं वीडियोकॉन डी2एच का इस्तेमाल कर रहा हूं। ट्राइ के नये नियमों के अनुसार अपना चैनेल पैक चुना लेकिन कंपनी इसे लागू ही नहीं कर रही है। पिछले कई दिनों से उनके ग्राहकसेवा मोबाइल नंबर [protected] पर लगातार काल कर रहा हूं और हर बार एक घंटे के बाद पुनः काल करने के लिए कहा जा रहा है। मेरे द्वारा चुने गए पैके के अनुसार बताया ही नहीं जा रहा कि मेरी रिक्वेस्ट कंपनी ने स्वीकार की है या नहीं। मुझे कितने रूपए का रीचार्ज करवाना है यह भी बताया नहीं जा रहा। चार दिन से डी2एच सेवा बंद है। घटिया सर्विस की हद हो गई है।

OTPs, forgot password, user registration is not working. Customer service agents are not taking any complaints. completely helpless

                                I told their customer care many times that the selection is done they told OK and after 3 days too the Videocon set top box shows that This channel is not part of subscription after it I call them then they told that there is no help for you it is a technical problem then if I call them then they not pick calls and the recharge of dish is going waste .Please report it 😓😓

                                  They are keeping their own packages.in order to get five telugu hd channels and 5 kids channels i have to pay rs.510 with their own packages.
                                  Because of your decision they got their own wings to get money. Plz roll back previous monthly amount paying system.

                                    I have been a customer of idea company for more than 15 years under mobile number [protected]. Previously my plan was corporate plan which was changed to 99 plan before a year and was agreed upon by me.
                                    Today I have received a message from the company that my plan has been changed from 99 to 249 plan by the company which is without my knowledge and consent. This is a gross violation of the consumer rights and a restrictive trade practice adopted by the company. The company will be earning crores of money from the customers of its own country simply looting them by the change of a plan. It seems that the company is following the rule of Britishers on Indian customers and looting them with out any fear or action against them by any authority.
                                    Being it a restrictive trade practice I contacted Customer care of the company who did not gave any help and denied even for registering may complaint on the issue.
                                    Being it a restrictive trade practice firstly I requested for registering my complaint which was denied but after my hard persuasions the gave me a complaint no C1 - [protected].
                                    Not to have any financial burden on the plan which does not fit to my pocket I wish to continue my 99 Plan for which the company is denying as per the customer care representative.
                                    It is therefore requested to take action against the idea company for the restrictive trade practice under the laws and direct them to continue my service on 99 plan given to me before one year. Also it is requested that I should not be charged on the new plan activated by the service provider i. e Idea at its own.

                                      I have den cable service and i subscribe as trai guidlines and select channels as i want but service provider gives some channels as they wish.mainly my complaint towards dd sports.serviceprovider not give dd sports channels which is compalsery .pl do needfull sir.
                                      DEN is not providing the services as described by TRAI to choose individual channels rather they are offering some determined plans to choose and they are costing me twice the amount I used to pay before this amendment. As a ressolution, I want to choose individual channels .

                                      Customer care not responding. Selected channels are not activated yet. Service provider is Charging more for channels. Website to select channels is not working.
                                      Tried contacting the customer care several times but calls get disconnected in the middle purposefully.

                                      I paid for one year subscription in sun direct on November 2018, now they changed my plan to some other plan without my notice and giving less number of channels and they informed me that plan will expiry at June 2019 itself

                                        Cable operator does not provide channels as per selected list
                                        Cable operator apply extra charges

                                        as we are paying fees for channels for subscribing them, then why we are forced to see commercials/ advertisement, please provide do not disturb facilities same as telecom. Otherwise channels should be free to air if broadcaster wish to show commercials/ advertisements.
