Sir/mam i ama customer of videocon d2h since last 10 yr. Yester day i come to know that my package has been change without my knowledge. When i want to complain they did conectarte 3 times but not provide me a complaint number. This is the monopoly of videocon d2h. As per your new dth rule which i understnd maximum ncf is 130+gst.Distv charge ncf 190+gst for 100 free channel inspite of trai' s 130+gst.kindly look after the matter

I am using the GTPL Setup Box. When India matches time, DD spors channels shows no signal but before and after match dd sports shows the normal channel. last three matches this problem is running. Why does such a problem happen?

As per TRAI regulations customer can select 76 free channels and pay channels as customer likes. Asianet and Tata Sky has not made necessary provisions in their site. They are offering only packages.

Hi! we have all the listed packs of broadcasters whose content we carry on our platform. You can visit www.mytatasky.com to know which broadcaster pack offers which channels and is the most suitable for your viewing requirements. However, in order to prevent the hassle of understanding and choosing from so many broadcaster packs, I suggest you have a look at Tata Sky Recommended packs which have been curated to best suit your viewing requirements. Your selections will go live as mandated by the regulators.
TV channels tariffs- Before set up box I paid 150 rupees monthly. Next I paid 2000 rupees for setup box and paid 165 monthly. Now for getting same channels I paid 291 rupees. Why TRAI put financial burden on common people? This new tariffs benifit for corporate companies only not for us

Hi! These changes are being made in order to comply with the "Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) services Tariff Order 2017" issued by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). The said order is applicable on all broadcasters (such as Star, Sony, Zee, etc) and distributors of content such as DTH operators, Cable operators and Internet Protocol TV (IPTV).

I took a SIM number [protected] in 2006
The company said that it was a lifetime SIM-LIFE time incoming call-free. Now you can only get an incoming call if you recharge at Rs. 35 / - and you are requesting me to take steps to prevent it from happening.

Videocon D2H main recharge karaya pay chanel magar aaj 3 din ho gaye or 6 din se jayada ho gaya band kiye hue koe bhi chanel nahi chal raha or jab bhi call karte hai customer care to 24 hour main ho jayega bola jata hai aaj 3 din se yahi bola ja raha hai es ka kya solution hai or jab call karte hai to connect nahi hota

    I am residing at 58/g/1502, at mhada colony, ekta nagar, kandivali west, mumbai-400067. I am cabel tv subscriber of sai cable network residing at bldg no, 26, room no. 105 at old mhada, ekta nagar, kandivali west, mumbai-500067.in feb 2019 i filled and given package of channels as per latest govt, rules to the sai cable tv operator. Yesterday ie on 12th mar 2019 i called them to ask that i am unable to see paid channesl. They insisted me to select pack and pay the subscription. I paid rs.400/-subscription for mh jumbo pack at 6pm on 13th march 2019. Cable operator assured me that within two hours i will get all paid channels to see on my tv, but till late night i could not see them. The said cable oprrator cheated me. Necessary legal action may please be taken against him at the earliest. I have already applied for local consumer court for further necessary action. Please do needful at the, earliest.

    Videocon D2H is not following TRAI guidelines as I had submitted new channel list 2 weeks ago but till date I have not received any update from Videocon D2H and i am forced to watch the existing channels provided by D2H.
    Sir, at dujana village pin 124102 we are a customer of SSB Cables Beri.
    But he is not providing us DD SPORTS channel which is said to be mandatory.
    Please look into the matter and accordingly.

    I selected my channel as per trai rule but d2h service are some channel remove from my pack. D2h service was not satisfactory answer for me. Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.
    My pack- 3 bouquet but these channel was missing my bouquet plan.

      We as a family are very unhappy with the new tariff rule trai has imposed. Our cable bill is increasing by at least 400 rs per month with so limited channels. We selected only those which we watch regularly and still our bill amount is so high comparatively to the previous scheme as we watch different channels as per our interest.
      We don't want the new tariff rule and we, as a consumer should have the right to choose what we want. With increase bill amount and half the available channel, where is this beneficial to us?
      Requesting the telecom authority to look into the matter diligently and make some remedial measures for those who do not wish to take this new tariff-scheme.

        Hi
        I am a resident of hyderabad, i have a cable connection with local operator who provides services from hathway. After the changes in rules i have contacting the cable operator for activating the plans but they haven't responded properly and made me to contact them many times. This has been happening since 2 months. When ever i ask they say that hathway is causing trouble. Please consider the complaint do take appropriate action.

          My cable service provider is hathway. With the new rules imposed by the trai my cable bill is increasing by 500 rs per month, with least number of channels. Despite choosing the desired channels that we watch, still the bill amount is increasing than the previous bill where all the channels were available. Since we are a large family we have different interest in watching television and this new rule is thus curbing our freedom to watch t. V.

          I request you to change this new rule and make this available only for those who are genuinely benefiting from this revised scheme and the others can opt for the previous one if they want.

              I have tried this number several time but no one is picking up the receiver.

              4. Number [protected] motioned in your website for sms, i have sent sms but there is no response from your end. I tried calling this number [protected] many time, each time it use to tell this number is temporarily out of service.
              Please register complain against number [protected] as it's not working and you have mentioned in your website.

              5. Many free channel are coming several times repatedly and its distubing us. Just for example 1 chenel is appering in between 101 to 200, the same channel appering in 201 to 300 and 301 to 400. I dont understand what is the use of showing same channel 5 to 8 times.
              Please register complain for showing same chanel repedly many times at various chanel numbers.

              6. Some of the free channel i dosen't require, it disturbs us when we watch them.
              Please register complain for no option is given to remove free channels which we dosen't like to appear on our tv.

              7. Colours, zee, star, and many combo pack/ value pack advertisement are given by them like 1 month pack at 31 rs. 25rs. Etc. We are not finding option to select such pack from your website.
              Please register complain related to not providing packs which are forwarded by colours, zee etc.

              8. Some of the channel i have selected have not appeared for example as i selected sab hd and not sab, but i'm getting sab.
              Please register complain related to not providing proper channels as it was selected.

                Asianet digital network private limited, kerala don't include the basic tariff package in thier subscription order form. So that common men are forced to take a package with at least 2 pay channels and have to pay more for the same. The company purposely do this to loot the common men. I think most of the people already took the kerala economy package with 2 pay channels. So that they have to pay rs.30 extra for this. Please do the needful as soon as possible..

                  Sir my videocon d2h i'd is.[protected]. I recharge my account with rs.300 on 22 feb 19. But my account suspended with in 15 days. I approached to customer care they told me your plan has been upgraded to approx 600 rs plan from super gold of rs 300 without any permission of me. Now i want a proper justification how they can upgrade my plan without my permission. I want to know they no need to contact the consumer and i need my money back. Thankyou

                      User id 94120485. I had opted for diamond sports combo pack on 28.02.2019 in stead of hd platinum which they have not yet effected except sending message on 12.03.2019 about implementation of the same.

                          As per trai we tried to choose our plan on airtel digital tv but after 100 nos of channel selection the system says to choose more channels above 100 nos, you have to choose online.
                          But the portal of airtel is very complicated & we cant choose our plan.
                          So called cc on saturday 8th march 2019.
                          They told us to first recharge minimum amount of rs.200, then your plan will be activated. Then we do as they said.
                          But now again we got msg from them your due date was 14th of march recharge soon.
                          I called cc to resolve my issue of plan selection, but miss namrata ghadage who attended my call was very arrogantly spoken with me & not told her emp. Code also, as i said i hav eto raise complent against you also.

                          Request to do the needfull as earliest & resolve my plan selection problem.

                              On march 4th 2019 kannada pack got activated for 3 months till jun 1st 2019 after that remaining balance was 640, suddenly i got message your package got changed and complete amount got deducted. No one is responding from sundirect customer care, they are telling pack got activated so amount deducted. It means money got deducted two time for same package

                                I have been paying only rs.200/- per month for my favourite tv channels but now i am asked to pay rs.250/- pm. For a senior citizens like me, who live on pension & also tv being the only source of communication, it is very unfair on the part of trai to impose such steep hike in cable tv charges. I request trai to immediately reduce the base tariff from rs.130 + gst to less than rs.80 pm. To benefit all consumers.

                                We have recharged d2h plan on 1st March 2019 itself. But Not able to see any channels.Plan still haven't even been activated and there is absolutely no response from them but they have charged for the whole months with no services provided
                                Their website and app both don't work and all the customer care number provided are always busy.

                                  I have not been using my airtel dth from past few months and every time i check the app and i have been charged for what? I don't know.

                                  After suspension still, i am getting charged. Strange

                                  Multiple times i have raised a query to support team but there is no action from them.

                                  Also, i have a voice recording for the reference with the support team.

                                    I have complained a lot of time to jio customer care that in my location jio network speed is very much poor, i never get 4g speed even i get internet speed less than 2g speed, but they never take action for it. They always show excuse that we are working on network in that location but never improve since one year. When they launched jio, it will provide 4g speed in free of cost but now we are paying for it they never give speed. Jio cheat people in name of 4g speed.

I have lodged a complaint on 7th of february 2019 regarding non functionality of volume control when hd channels are being played. Technician visited on 1st of march he reset the settings but problem remain as it is. He tried his best but not able to solve the problem. He assured me that he will look into the matter and maybe the setup box needs to be replaced. He assured me that he'll call back and try his level best to solve the problem but he didn't turn up. I called him again and he informed me that still he didn't find any solution and the problem will be solved very soon. Again i called him but i didn't get any answer from his side then i approach the customer care again on 7th and i have asked them regarding the same problem the customer care people assured that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but no one turned up on 8th of march i again called the customer care people and they asked me that the problem will be solved within 24hrs then on 10th of march i got a call from the technician and he told me that many people are experiencing this problem and it cannot be solved. Then again i called the customer care people and informed the same to them and it was to my surprise that the first complaint was closed with the remarks that the remote has been changed (Not changed in reality) and the second complaint was closed with remarks that there was a problem in the led where he hasn't visited the site second time. I have informed the same to the customer care and i also ask them to keep the complaint open because that has not been resolved till date but in spite of my repeated requests they are lodging a new complaint every time. Now again today i check the status of the complaint and the complaint again has got closed and to my surprise every time for the complaint is closed even without the consent of the customer and even without informing me. Even the complaint which i narrated was not lodged by ms poonam singh. She has changed the contents from what i dictated to signal problem. That i'm requesting you this is a very serious concern kind look into the matter and resolve my problem at the earliest.

                                        My name is harshit poojari. I stay in bhayandar east, 401105. I use hathway tv cable services.
                                        I am here to inform that even after taking gst in all channels last month itself the amount exceeds to 398 rs (Inclusive of all gst 18% charges), now they are asking 50 rupees more as services charge.

                                        Please check and let me know whether this is illegal or not??? Why after paying all gst charges on each channel, why they are charging us more gst...???
