I've been using your services from past 1.6 yrs. I had a very tough time reaching them and its so irritating.

There is so much that they need to improve as a service provider.
1. There is no active application for your services.
2. Secondly none of your customer care numbers work. Then how can a customer contact you for any anyother assistance.

I keep getting calls if i don't recharge my number, when u guys are so active on the recharge. Why is that the organization not so keen in setting up a application or proper customer care team.

I think their licenses have to be cancelled after seeing the number of complaints registered against them.

    Before we are rechargeing for only 99 and we are getting full regional channels. How if we won't that we have to pay above 300 rs. This rule is not use full for public and it is burden for comman people. By making this rule whom get benifit is it government are business man. We are not at all benifted with this please make rules which are use full to public but not giving surffing. Please change this rule.

      Channels not coming after new DTH plans TRAI rule

      We are paying 250 rs for plan but channels not coming and our service provider asking for 400 rs, previously all channel were coming in 250

      Please tell us why there is so much burden on us when price of total pack should be reduced, it is now increased.

      Also, with current back we are Not getting channel for base fare as well even DD National not coming which is free and mendatory to view.

        Our cable operator is forcing to select fta channels at a cost of rs. 130/- + 18% gst and also rs. 100/- maintenance charges. If we select additional channels of our choice, the cost is working out to rs. 500/- plus per month as against rs. 350/- earlier. If this is true, then you have nicely cheated the people by giving false promise that we have to pay only for the channels we want.

          Hi

          As per new trai guidelines its just unfair regarding towards consumers we like to suggest the policy framer to sit in front of tv and choose the channels and observer how the dth providers are charging the channels, i can see monthly they are over charging customer because of new guidelines like airtel monthly they are increasing the charges and there is no proper response from the customer care, i am a middle class employee however i tried to select the channels it exceeds 300 rs ncf + tax, nice policy by trai.

            I have got the worst service from past 3months, i am more time putting the complain but but not found the proper resolution and response.
            Vedeocon is deployed the alternate number-[protected]
            [protected]but customercare is not picking the my call i am more time try to calling my registered mobile number but not any vedeocon concern person picking the call.
            Note-kindly request to you please take the action against vedeocon operatior and give me resolution as soon as possible.
            Vedeocon is provide very worst service to the customer. He is directly deducted the money in my d2h account.
            I am tired for getting this service.
            I have putting the mail [protected]@d2h.com but i have not get any response from vedeocon side.

            Because I. Am more facing issue.already I have doing the recharge of my channel but some channel is not going on, please take the action, supposed you want not take the any action let us know I will directly go to the consumer court.So far you should take action.

              Dear sir/madam,

              We would like you to intervene and get the user selection as per your portal selection forwarded to "tata sky" which will cost us upto rs.350/- whereas they charge us rs.522/- pm.

              Its almost 15 days we have generated the list & forwarded it to the service provider but the service provider has failed to comply as per your set guidelines in trai.

                We have tried lot to register under TRAI as a :NEW TELLE MARKETER" but the domain mail id don't have the page,

                please help us how to register new telle marketer with all details and contact no

                we are unable to register as a new telemarketer agency, as per TRAI we have to obtain the license and registration from TRAI.

                  Hi,

                  We have opted for videocon telecommunications for our d2h and requested a pack for sun tamil prime which comprises of 9 channels. Out of which only 3 channels are coming for us. When we contact customer service, they are asking us to refresh few times. Then if it still not working, asking us to log complaints with the service charge of rs.200. An engineer came to our home and said it is rectified. But later we got to know that he changed the plan to tamil gold prime pack which costs 325rs.
                  When we contacted customer care again, they asked to reset the packs by deleting existing packs and asked us to add the bouquets again. So we did the same yesterday and now facing same issue and asking us to log complaints which costs rs.200 again within 10 days of time.

                  Kindly check why they are charging more and tricking us by saying some reasons and we spent around 500rs in 10days. I don't feel this is the right way to deal with customers. Please look into this issue as high priority.

                    I'm ravi kamurti from solapur, mh.
                    I'm user of sun direct dth. I'm buy s a zee talkies channel which is ₹2 declare by tri rules, showed by channel in advertising & my sun direct app which is confirmed by sun direct dth service as ₹ 2.
                    But sun direct dth customer service telling me the zee talkies channel is ₹12 (Without including gst).
                    I'm complainting them many times but doesn't care me.
                    So, please solve my complaint and refund my money

                      Airtel is changing my pack automatically without my information my running channels are getting blocked when i am connecting with customer care they are saying they will call back but not logging any complain and calling me back.

                      I tried customer care 6 times in 2 days and they are disconnecting my call.

                      Plz solve my problem ai an paying but my channels are not working

                        I called dishtv to clarify the same but they are telling me that trai told us to charge its mandatory

                          The cable operator has disconnected many channels like comedy central, star world since february 2019. It goes against trai regulations which states that we have time to select till 31 march 2019.
                          He is even refusing to send over the forms for channel selection despite repeated reminders.
                          He states that compulsorily we have to select a fixed channel pack which comes to 130+ taxes. Over and above which we can select other channels. Trai doesn't state so.
                          It's been pure harrasment since february.
                          Please look into it and do the needful.

                              I am trying to contact customer care since last one and a half months to change my channel selection but not able to contact them. Initially the line always remained busy. Now when i get the connection it plays a pre-recorded message and then line gets disconnected. Don't know what to do to get my desired tv channels. They are even not responding to emails.

                                Den Kashi Networks says that 100 channels of Rs 130 are free-to-air if you take a paid channel or a wanquet, then it will start counting from 101, and you have to pay FAC charge Rs 20, on my saying Only 25 DD channels are mandatory, 75 will remain my choice, they do not accept, so I have started the Star's Benkwat, Cartoon Network, Aaj Tak with 130 + 20 FAC Charges, channel Charges and GST, So that pleased me and providing right to justice while it me and other people with my money. Thank you.

                                    Our cable service provider is forcefully applying their vas pack to it's consumer which is not actually legal. As per trai rules, we have to pay 130+ gst as cable rent and then we can select our desire channel packs but it's not like that. Fastway is asking us to pay minimum rs.200 and then select other packs.

                                    Note: fastway is also not providing 100 free to air channel include all dd's channels... They have cut down all government channels. Please look into this asap...

                                      I am a subscriber for star network's digital tv & internet services (Hathway services) housed at #87, road no.3, surya enclave, trimulgherry, secunderabad - 500015 telangana state. (Contact details: 27990910 / [protected]).

                                      Cable operator has stopped telecasting etv and several channels since yesterday and forcing us to opt for paid channels inspite of having sufficient time for us to choose channels (Understand trai has extended due date till 31-mar-19 for selection of preferred channels).

                                      Cable operator is not adhering to trai's due date and refused to register the complaint and recklessly replied to hathway head office is blocking the channels and informed we are free to complaint to any regualtory authorities.

                                      Appreciate necessary action on the above cable service provider.

                                        I am using d2h-videocon dish tv for more than 3 years.
                                        As per recent trai guidelines i requested channels of my choice in last week of jan-2019. But they have not given my channel of choice and imposing thier choice of channel.
                                        I agreed that 25 dd channels are mandatory and remaining 75 is our choice.
                                        But i called them more dozen times and one taking my request and they said that what ever the channel they have given authorised by trai.

                                        For example i can see more that 50 channel which is not my choice in the merawala plan. These channels are kannada and malayalam channel and few channel which related to religion related which i am not requested.

                                        I requested them to give me authorization to select my choice of channel.
                                        But unfortunately neither their website is working and app is not working properly. They will even take complaints right from feb-01-2019.
                                        I think they are purposefully doing this. As a result i am forced to pay more than 100 rs per month additionally.
                                        Hence i request to audit their website why the website is not designed customer friendly. Why customer is unable to select channels.
                                        Also purposefully the bouque activation access is disabled to customers to exploit customers to take more money.

                                        Hence request to audit this d2h and also all other dish tv service providers and make sure the fruits go to all indian citizens.

                                        If trai doesnot know how to do it or implement the please reach my on [protected] definitely i can support on this issue.

                                        Kindly request to forward this complaint to either minister concern or secretary so that this issue can be addressed as this can address the exploitation of cable tv provider.

                                        I want to deactivate the account but the customer care executive tell there is no procedure such like that. I don't want this service since they are cheaters, till today (9 Mar 2019) I was able to see channels suddenly some channels we're disconnected though they were coming without any interruption.they simply saying it's not part of your package
