[Resolved] Trai — complaint against tv service | |||
Hello i am a coustmer of videocon. I have recharged according to the new rule but i am not getting service from 5 to 7 days regularly. The coustmer care is also not receiving my calls and not replying to my mail. My id no of d2h is 61706723 plz help me from this prblm and i would also protest against the days which i didnt get the services though after paying the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am serscriber of den cable TV. Operator refuse to give me freedom to choose my package instead of he suggest us to see their pack that is 350 rs per month and zee TV is not their. I complain several times from Dec . Now they cut my connection
