I had booked a trip to Singapore with Trip ID:6808320, with travel Triangle using the Agent Smiling Trips And Holidays Pvt Ltd in January, 2020.
I have paid Rs. 2, 57, 000 for this booking with travels dats in April, 2020.
Due to the pandemic, this trip was not possible and was later asked to be rescheduled to April, 2021. The last communication from them was in October, 2020 mentioning that Airlines will give them credit note only for Dec, 2020 and they are trying to reschedule it to April, 2021.
Now I am unable to contact either Travel Triangle customer care, or the Smiling Trips contacts. There are no responses or communication over emails either. Please help on how to resolve this issue and save my money.
