I Have made bookings with travel triangle for my trip to Manalil for May 2020. Paid partial payment. They extended till 1st Apr 21 but with Current situation they are not extending further nor providing refund. The company is befolling people and are not providing options to extend also with current scenario . pls dont book with this company. everyone in the company are just for the sake . They are fraud peoples not able to understand the customers.

    Based on the current situation and on going crisis I would like to cancel my booking made last year 2020 for Delhi - Amritsar- Agra- Delhi and my booking ID is 5599144 I have paid in total Rs 32k, even I was very keen to travel but my own brother passed away due to COVID 19 on September 2020 and my parents and in-laws are not allowing me travel anywhere and requesting you people to cancel my trip and kindly arrange for the refund, so that it will help me during this time,

      Me and my friend initiated a vacay with your company for Goa for April 2020 which we were not able to go due to Covid 19 which was known to everyone. We have paid ₹20, 700 approx which includes the fee your company takes for providing services to us. After April we didn’t receive any intimation about the flights or the trip (for which we have paid ie the services to be received by your company) which we assumed your company is taking care of. On 25th July your company provided the credit vouchers of which we accepted worth ₹17, 258 which they said we can use anytime before March 21. On Aug we again mailed for rescheduling the trip which was left unanswered by your company.
      On September again we tried to reach out for the same and they communicated the same story of March 21. Today on 07/01/2021 when we are asking your company to book tickets with the voucher they say that we never got refunded from the airlines. We have initiated this trip with your company so that they can takecare of all the bookings. Why is our money not refunded after many reminders. If it was to be done by our side then why do we need travel triangle for. We were not given any intimation about the flights. How are we supposed to know. Who was taking care of our trip? We are said that we should have called the airlines. All I want to know is why ? We have paid travel triangle for services. If tickets were booked by your company then why is it not refunded why did your company not take action. Why is our money not important that your company didn’t try to help us. Why do we as citizens need such an app when it can’t help us at time of need. And most of all why were we not communicated about the same that tickets can’t be canceled.I am disheartened by the services provided by your company and need you to take action and help in refund. There is no help from your company and we want you to intervene as, if this is what we get from travel triangle then we should also spread the word so that it doesn’t happens with anyone else. Need your support. Kindly refund the money as this is lack of services and mental harassment we have to go through for one single trip, feels like it was a mistake trusting your company. We are looking forward to you support and help.

        I Have made bookings with travel triangle for my trip to nanital but after full payment they are not picking my call and also not reverting to my mails. The company is befolling people and are not providing tirp. pls dont book with this company. everyone in the company are befolling peoples. They are fraud peoples. Travel agent name blissful india. i have made bookings before lockdown and got my trip restructured due to lockdown but now they are denying to provide me with trip. date of booking 28 feb 2020 travel date 20 april2020 restructured due to lockdown

          Dear Team,

          I am Bhaskar from Hyderabad, I made an Enquiry from Travel Triangle for Dubai Trip and Ms. Faima from Itiba Travels contacted me,
          Initially, she was calling me so regularly until I made 1st installment der was no contact from her, I had to follow up on Everything.

          I initially Paid 1st installment of 5000 Rs - She told me Hotel Orchid View hotel is booked and she shared a voucher, Just 2 days before my departure she says Hotel is in waiting to list some other hotel we need to pay Money Extra 2000 Rs /-
          I asked her to share me Payment link for travel triangle she shares me Gpay number, How can i do a payment of 10k to an Unkown person, I had asked for a link but she couldn't and later she end up saying She cant book a hotel,
          Everything I have done from my end agent didn't help me with anything

          I am Expecting 4100 Rs return
          As I paid 5000 Rs and 900 is der Convenience charges

            We been provided with the 10 days trip plan and none of the booking went as per the plan. In this complete journey Travel Triangle never bothered to intervene. I always tried to loop in T.T tour guide but he was never interested in it. The complete experience with the T.T was horrible. They never valid or verify what kind of vendors are associated with them.

            If a vendor says 3 star property is book but they provide 1 star property. Travel travel never has any interest in looking at it.

              I had booked hotels (25 Dec to 30 Dec) in North and South Goa both for 2N and 3N in 42 days advance (on 13 Nov). But one day before the trip, that is, on 24 Dec I was told that the hotel for South Goa is canceled. Despite many requests, no compensation was given, even I was asked to pay an additional amount 3, 000/-. Since I had already booked flight tickets so I had to go for the trip else I would have canceled the tour.

              I had paid a total amount of Rs. 21, 300/- but the voucher showed 17, 700/- only. Why is this discrepancy? Please explain or refund the extra amount charged.

              Travel Triangle has spoiled my tour completely. I'm fully dissatisfied with the service. Now I want the resolution and my money back.

                    We booked our Honeymoon trip to the Maldives from 20 - 23rd Dec 2020 at Varu by atmosphere. It was booked through quotation served by Travel Triangle agents - Kashish Chaudhry and Gaurav Chanana. During our discussion, we were assured to have the below-mentioned benefits during our 3N and 4D trip to Varu by atmosphere by Kashish and Gaurav. But once we reached the property, all of the mentioned benefits denied by the property mentioning their hotel policies and lack of any information from Travel Triangle to the property to arrange any such activity.

                    01. Aromatic Bubble bath
                    02. Floating Breakfast
                    03. Fruit Basket
                    04. Bed Decoration
                    05. Candle Light Dinner.
                    06. Spa Treatment
                    07. Complements for Honeymooners.

                    When we raised the concern with Kashish and Gaurav, it was very rude behaviour from both of them. Initially, they didn't respond to our calls for 1 completed day. Later on, they keep on saying they are in touch with the Hotel management and they will do something on the last day of our trip to compensate for the above mentioned activities.

                    It was very much disappointing to book a trip with your company. Our honeymoon was completely destroyed. I will never book any further trip with Travel and Triangle.

                    Mr. Gaurav has committed us overcall that he will compensate us with money for the activities which were not done. We have spoken to him once we returned back to India. He was very rude and even do not have basic etiquette on how to talk to a customer.

                      I had booked my trip to Himachal through travel partner of TravelTriangle - Tripsailer to Shimla-Manali-Dalhousie-Dharmshala from 22nd Dec'20 to 29th Dec'20.

                      On 17th Dec'20, I met with an accident and have fractured my Hand due to which we have had to Postpone this Trip to Feb'2021

                      I have been following with your travel agency, Tripsailer for the same & have shared all necessary documents [Doctor's prescription/ Certificate & my hand image with the plaster] however they are not helping me. Nikita [Contact No.[protected]] from Tripsailer says that Hotel bookings are non-refundable. However, when I asked for payment details & hotel contact numbers so that I can speak to them, she has not shared the same with me. She is also not answering my calls nor is she replying to my messages.

                      My Trip advisor from TravelTriangle, Sumit Dogra (Contact No.[protected] is also not replying to my calls & email.

                      Is this the kind of services you give? I have paid Rs.30000 which is my hard earned money which was arranged after a lot of difficulty to Travel Triangle in 2 Installments. I am not even asking for refund. I just want you guys to postpone my Trip to Feb'21.

                      I hereby request them to kindly help me & resolve my complaint on priority.

                        We booked our goa package through travel triangle from 21 dec 2020 till 27 dec 2020.B ooking id:7661964

                        I must say that it was our worst experience ever this time with travel traingle.They alloted us a very bad agent .We were looted due to heavy cost being incurred of almost 60-70k just for local goa stay for 5 days.
                        Agent name:GoRelaxe.

                        The agent forced us to stay in grandeur d sanchi claiming it to be a great hotel of 4 star rating.Upon our arrival we were shocked to see the condition of hotel .It was not even 2 star hotel.All the residents staying were complainsome and complaining of it's fake rating on google.It seems the hotel offers good deal to its agent for bringing the clients there.The agent was so rude while we complained about the stay.He feared as if we officially complain on travel traingle and request for hotel change then extra money will be charged by travel triangle.We were looted and had to change our hotel immediately to a known 5 star hotel by paying so much excess money to the agent and this money was wasted which we already paid for the stay at grandeur d sanchi.

                        On arrival at the hotel we were shocked to see the conditions of the rooms and maintainance.The rooms were stinking with dampness in the whole room.The tv was not functional. The exhaust in the toilet was not functional.The room was not clean properly.This hotel gives its agents some special packages so the agent forced us to stay here claiming it to be a great hotel.Only its entrance has been decorated a bit n room quality is v bad.The breakfast was average types.Upon discussion with the staff they asked to stay in that room only since they didnot have bettr vacant room.We could not sleep in that bad smelling and unhygienic room.They looted us by taking huge amount of money n giving third class room.We immediately changed our hotel and have incurred huge loss.

                            This is regarding Booking ID: 7592213 in Travel Triangle for trip between Jan 3-7 2021. Due to covid issues a couple of my flights got cancelled for trip from Chennai to Dharamshala. Also with increase in COVID cases in Dharamshala and Mceoldganj, we wanted to postpone/cancel our trip.

                            We had paid Rs 15000 as installements for booking hotel rooms. However Tripsailors (the agency which Travel triangle refrerred) is refusing to refund the initial installement. If I had booked via other travel portals like Agoda or Booking.com I would have had a free cancellation right now as I had been trying to initiate for a refund more than 3 weeks prior to trip.

                            Please help with the same as Rs 15000 isnt a small amount to lose

                              Dear Sir,

                              I arranged honeymoon trip in MAXIS HOLIDAY via Travel Triangle & advance amount was paid on 4th March 20 amt: 2626.00 rupees to travel triangle as per Maxis Holiday representative guidelines. Our trip schedule was 25th Apr 20 to 29th Apr 20. But during trip schedule time we are in lock down due to COVID-19.

                              That time onwards i followed by Maxis Holiday Team regarding for my refund request. But no one not supported & not answered my calls. But suddenly Travel Triangle declare that paid amount was consumed for cancellation charge.

                              No one inform the cancellation charge ( T&C) during payment time.

                              My humble request to support on this issue & help to get my refund.

                                  I had booked a trip to Singapore with Trip ID:6808320, with travel Triangle using the Agent Smiling Trips And Holidays Pvt Ltd in January, 2020.

                                  I have paid Rs. 2, 57, 000 for this booking with travels dats in April, 2020.
                                  Due to the pandemic, this trip was not possible and was later asked to be rescheduled to April, 2021. The last communication from them was in October, 2020 mentioning that Airlines will give them credit note only for Dec, 2020 and they are trying to reschedule it to April, 2021.

                                  Now I am unable to contact either Travel Triangle customer care, or the Smiling Trips contacts. There are no responses or communication over emails either. Please help on how to resolve this issue and save my money.

                                    No basic facilities provided in the hotel like water, tea or even milk power... same breakfast (idly & dosa) for 2 days.. friday night food is the worst of all for which I paid Rs. 600...
                                    After I complaint these to the hotel office in chennai through phone then the next day onwards everything becomes good suddenly...

                                    2) False Sight seeing Itinerary:

                                    Places mentioned in the itinerary by travel Triangle are all closed from March due to covid pandemic...

                                    3) Poor Transport service:

                                    Car driver was initially too friendly but the last day he left us at 2.50 pm to have lunch & trip ends.. thats it...
                                    But our bus was at 7.15 pm ... We don't know what to do & we were standing in road side due to rain for almost 4 hours...

                                    So with all these faults my vacation becomes miserable due to poor arrangements & false commitments from Travel triangle...

                                    I lost the trust in Travel triangle since no one supported.. every one just said let me check & nothing else...

                                    I request you to refund my amount as compensation for all the sufferings we had due to your poor arrangements..

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have booked a Tour of Dubai Abu-Dhabi through travel triangle (Booking ID 6842566) which was booked for 25march 2020 to 30 march 2020 but due to worldwide pandemic it was not executed and rescheduled to 26 May 2020 to 31 may 2020. again it was not executed due to worldwide lockdown. I have asked to refund my amount as per Director general of Civil aviation full refund has to be given by airlines but still i have not received any of amount from Travel Triangle even they are not responding on mails and none of their employees picking my phone,
                                      request you to please look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible as already 8 month has been passed.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        Booking ID is 7075445
                                        I am M Jeevan, have booked a tour for the period 1st Week of April 2020 but due to Covid, the same was postponed to May 2020 and was communicated by your executive from be tourist agent. For the tour, I had made an advance payment of INR 18, 000 in 2 Installment which is lying with your account. Later I was in Dilemma to Postpone or Cancel the Tour while discussing the issue for full refund but from your side tour was cancelled in the Month May 2020 without confirming me. After one Month, I received a Call from Your Staff Kunal Bishnoi stating that ur Trip was Cancelled Please Provide Account Details.Has A Kind Heart accepted Ur Cancellation Charges in Covid time.After accepting the Cancellation Charges form my Side from 6 Months not refunded . I Have contacted through Phone and email to Kunal Bishnoi and Baldev for refund process, But No Response

                                        Kindly settle my payments as I have not availed any of your services and not likely to avail any vacation in the near future. I have communicated the same with your executive for several times and was advised to write a mail to your official mail. Please take necessary action to remit my money back.
