I had an planned trip to mauritius on jun 2nd and due to covid -19 situation it was cancelled and i had an word with the travel agent and they said i will be getting the credit note on the flight changes which i had already paid for. And it's already been 2 months and there is no updates on it. All the phone numbers which where active are switched off and even the email address are not reachable.

Kindly request you to provide my credit note on the amount i have already paid on the trip please.

    I have done a booking for a trip to srilanka (Trip i'd 6319558) for the month of april 2020. But the trip got cancelled due to covid. But since then i am calling them continuously for the refund of the flight tickets. Previously they were telling they will get back soon. But now nobody is responding at all. Kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund of my flight tickets

      I am tired of # travel triangle. It sucks they are fraud thaey do not respond to any of my mails.. Ultimately you have to jangle everything yourself.
      I have dropped around 100 mails and phone call, mail to customer care and calling at toll free number.. But nothing. Its just fraud. They have more than 2 lacs of my money and they sitting and chewing on it. Specially that # gaurav balyan and his cheating assistant pooja sharma. There is limit to endure but these people dont know any limits

      I am doing all the tasks on behalf of Travel TRiangle. It seems I paid them just for mental torture and harassment since clearly they are not capable of doing ###. I cancelled my flight cause they were not able to do it - Gaurav Balyan.
      Last time he cancelled my booking when I had asked to reschedule. Can anyone believe this? They are the ones working in travel agency and I am able to get all information befor ethem and correct information.
      When i asked to get hotel booking rescheduled - they told me it would be extra charges, I called up hotel and was told there are no extra charges and that I can get it rescheduled free of charge . Only unfortunate thing is I need to come via the travel agency since booking was done through them. They tried to fraud me, mentally torture and harass me and loot the money in every possible way.

      Now when I asked them to cancel my booking and refund the amount still they are trying to eat up my money and there is no response and no update from fraud Gaurav Balyan even after multiple follow ups. I am not even sure they will refund me anything considering the experience for the last 8 months.
      Again writing here after being fed up of the ### agent I know Gaurav Balyan from Travel Triangle.
      After I confirmed the cancellation of my trip they again pathetically failed at doing their job.
      First they gave me incorrect cancellation amount which was 3000 more than what the flight cancellation charges were.
      Then ultimately I cancelled the ticket from my end to tell them what the correct amount is and how is it calculated.
      Surprisingly, even then they don't want to do anything. The refund was processed on 6th August and they are lying to my face till date that they have not received any refund. Its been 19 days for God's sake.

      I don't know what all they will do with my actual refund. They will again say that Oh we transferred the amount and then ill be stuck to just wait for their response which btw I never get.

      I am really done with all of this ###. I want this to reach at every possible level so that no one even dreams of booking via Travel Triangle and has to endure all this nonsense and mental torture from the fraud company.

      I have been following up for refund since so many months now.. still I don't have any ETA or update or refund. Not sure what the hell are they doing with my money.

      These people in Travel TRriangle - Gaurav Balyan, Pooja Sharma are all frauds.
      Receptionist - Piyush Bali and so called CUSTOMER Care is just pathetic and managed by dump people.

        I had made a booking for two to the maldives through travel triangle website and had made an advance payment of 10900/-. The trip got cancelled due to the covid 19 situation as all international flights were cancelled. They claim that the entire amount is the cancellation fee and i am not eligible for even a single rupee as a refund. I understand the application of the cancellation fee in case the user initiates it. This was not the case here.

          Hello,

          My booking id is 7190211 and i had planned a trip to andaman for 5 days and 4 nights. From the current situation we see that covid 19 corona virus has spread across the country and we cannot find any opportunity to travel at this moment.
          I have been calling the customer care customer care continuously and i don't get any support from them nor even a single message for my refund concern.

          Travel agent is : sky tours and travelcom.. Now i see that even these people are not providing the any information.

          I wanted the full refund as soon as possible and don't want to see any more delay

            I have paid advance for the goa travel (Booking trip id 7329179). I was supposed to travel in the month of may 2020. Government had stopped travel at that time. And they forced me to reschedule to september 2020. Again considering the current situation, there is huge increase in covid-19 cases. The company mentioned that they would give me 100% refund if i cancel the trip. Now, the company is not responding.

            Do I have a tentative date by when this will get sorted out. I am sure there is no confusion regarding the travel at this time.
            Gosh! Can't believe this scam. Initially you told you will refund holding the cancellation fee and now you are mentioning that this will be a credit note to be considered till next year ? I wanted to travel with my wife and what if she is pregnant next year ? Do I need to travel with someone else ? This is insane !!

            Till the money is credited to Travel Triangle, all is fine. And after the money is credited, the scam begins! Wow !!

              Hi

              I have booked 1 honeymoon trip on jan 17th 2020 for thailand but because of some medical emergency at my family i have rescheduled it for 15th march 2020 and for that i have paid 20k extra as rescheduling charges (A part from package cost), but now this time because of corona situation government banned all the international flights and due to that we have to cancel our trip and since march i am chasing travel agency for refunding my money but i am not getting any satisfactory answer or not getting my money.

                Refund has not been processed by the travel agent since may despite repeated calls and reminder.. Agents have blocked my number and not responding now..                   Hi,

                  Its been almost 2 months since i have cancelled the trip and the refund was supposed to happen in 15 days. From then on, all i hear is that it is in progress and it would take time. I am not able to get any update on when i willl get my refund. No one is helping. All your agents are not answering phone calls. You cannot hold my money for so long.

                      I have booked the package of thailand for rs.103000 on 13 jan'20 and paid rs.43000 (First instalment for flight cooking) + rs.1100 (Convenience fee). Also, at the time of booking i have confirmed that my wife is pregnant. She is allowed to travel but if due to any situation, i might need to cancel. Agent confirmed that is such scenarios, 100% refund will be given.

                      On 6th feb'20, due to covid-19 situation and as my wife is pregnant, i have cancelled my trip. Got the confirmation same day that it's cancelled and they have offered the refund of rs.10000 only. On speaking with the agents supervisor, it got increased to rs.15000. They asked me to share the bank details for refund which i shared but i didn't give my noc as they denied to share the cancellation summary like how much they paid for cancellation for flight and hotel. I checked with indigo and hotel on my own. Indigo confirmed on email, that they have refunded 41, 734 out of 43000 they took for booking. Also, one of the hotel confirmed no cancellation charges, however they are only refunding 15000. No response even after so many chase emails. Can someone help?

                          My booking i'd is 7084259.
                          Hi team are you guys doing fraud to customer. I was in touch with concern person meenakshi from tt to get my flight amount refund. As per refund policy it should be 13200/- but they are providing me amount 12300/- at the end i was agreed to amount. Right now concerned person meenakshi and abuzar both are said they left organization. Your email ids not reachable. Mail delivery fails. I just wanted my money back. Customers care no is also not reachable. These is not acceptable at all. I want my money back. Almost 5 months i was follow up for my money. U guys not even looking into it..

                            My booking id 6147974, actually my trip was scheduled on march 22nd-27th, later the trip got cancelled due to increasing cases of covid-19 in india. I have been requesting for refund for the past 3 months, still no response from them. I have done lot of follow ups emails and calls but not received any response. I understand due to lockdown the processing gets delayed, but since june 8 everything is started and still my balance refund is not being processed. For the remaining amount to be refunded i am still waiting from travel triangle, but not getting any response from travel triangle and nor from vendor.

                            After complaining on 27/06/020, I got a call from Travel Triangle executive on 29/06/2020 and assured me that you will get your money in two weeks but now It's been more than two weeks and no money has been received yet. There is no answer even after calling Travel Triangle. For the remaining amount to be refunded I am still waiting from Travel Triangle, but not getting any response from Travel Triangle and nor from vendor. What else can be expected from such a crappy and cheap company.

                              It's a fraud company who take money from you and just disappear, they are shameless people who won't respond to any of your mails or calls.its been more than 6 months for me following up with them but they have no care for your time or money.they cancelled my booking without even asking me then not even giving me any refund.First Pooja then Gaurav Balyan...most pathetic and cheap people ever.i don't have any update or refund..they wil take months to respond..and months to get an update and forever literally forever to take any action or they actually expect you to give up so that they can eat up your money.i am fed up of these ###

                                Hi team,

                                We have planned Thailand trip for 3 couples in February Month, for which the amount of rs. 3, 06, 000 was paid to TT. Later the trip got cancelled due to increasing cases of Covid-19 in Thailand.
                                On mutual agreement with Vendor and TT team, this trip cancelled and 427 USD (in INR 30, 744 /-) was charged against cancellation. For the remaining amount to be refunded I am still waiting from TT, but not getting any response from TT and nor from Vendor. We have done lot of follow ups emails and calls but not received any response. We have all email communication and recorded calls for record.

                                    I have booked a tour package for northeast in march, but due to lockdown i had to cancel my package.

                                    I have paid 1.5 lakhs for the package of 6 people in advance.

                                    Out of it only 32000 was refunded from airline and no more refunds are being processed. I am following up since last 3 months. I understand due to lockdown the processing gets delayed, but sice june 8 everything is started and still my balance refund is not being processed.

                                      Booked mauritius trip through travel triangle for last week of march 2020. However, i had cancelled my trip completely on 3rd of march 20 much before lockdown due to covid as the news of the virus was just rising, my air ticket was cancelled from airline end. They are not refunding my airline money, even though the money has been received by them. Total amount-1, 69, 000rs. Amount 152000rs. (After 17000 cancellation charges) to be refunded, amount received 95800rs. Amount not refunded 56200.

                                      I have been trying to talk to them and have dropped many mails with respect to my money. However, they have failed to attend my calls. It has been 4 months now and the company is sitting over my money even when they have it. I have all the email communications to prove my case.
                                      It is requested from you to help and take the matter at prority.

                                        Hi team,

                                        This is related to my flight cancellations which happened 3 months back but i didn't get any updates after that when can i get that money back. This flight details was related to my honeymoon package but due to covid19 it's has been cancelled and my vaccation shifted to september as per discussion with travel triangle.

                                        I have been in contact with harshit and rushabh from travel triangle but it seems from last month i didn't get any replies over my mail for refund.

                                        Can you please let us know the details when can i get my money back. Please contact at below number if needed
