I was informed that a partial refund of 10200rs will be done by traveltriangle. Its has been 3months now. There has been no refund from them yet.

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,
    I had booked an online holiday tour package amount of Rupees ₹24, 100/- from Delhi to Kerala through the travel triangle and booking partner is Rocking Trip. The duration of this package was 11 April 2020 to 14 April 2020 and my Booking ID is 7171886. I had pay for this holiday package booking amount Rupees 14, 400/- though internet banking. Due to COVID19 (CORONA VIRUS) Epidemic situation, I have to decide to cancel to go on this tour and I had informed both Travel Triangle and Rocking Trip through Email and WhatsApp message. Now I want to refund my booking of Rupees 14, 400/- but they both are not refunding me my money. They both are saying this Epidemic situation is not mentioned in our company term and condition. Indian govt and India prime minister also said all the travel companies and hotels will fully refund the booking of our customers but they are not listening then and ignoring this condition. Respected Sir/Madam, I requested to you please refund me my booking amount of money. Please find the invoice details.

    Today, i got a call from rocking trip again they are saying that they will deduct 6, 600/ as cancellation charges.
    why we should suffer due to this pandemic, every travel vendors are refundig full amount.

    Please look into my issue and request you to please resolve this ASAP.

      I had booked kerala trip from travel triangle in april, which is affected due to covid -19. So i had requested to cancel my booking. Initially aarti parsad was my trip manager, after my request, she started not picking my call. Then ms simran kaur came, in mail chain but she is not also picking my calls and even not reverting my emails. They are changing their word and policy on day by day. Please look into my issue.
      This is not the acceptable thing from travel triangle. Even flights are also refunding. Why you guys are deducting half amount as cancellation charges.

        Respected Sir/madam, I had booked an online holiday tour package amount of Rupees 23850/- from Delhi to Shimla and Manali through Holiday Travel Triangle and booking partner Travel Talkies. The duration of this package was 16 march 2020 to 21 march 2020. I had pay for this holiday package booking amount Rupees 7575/- though internet banking of State Bank of India and the booking ID of this tour is 7263938. Due to COVID19 (CORONA VIRUS) Epidemic situation I have to decided to extend this tour program and then after cancel to go on this tour and I had informed both of Holiday Travel Triangle and Travel Talkies through Email and WhatsApp massage. Now I want to refund my booking of Rupees 7575/- but they both are not refunding me my money. They both are saying this Epidemic situation is not mention in our company term and condition.           I have booked the thailand land trip package from travel triangle on february 2020 for the trip which was planned on march but unfortunately my trip was cancelled dur to covid-19 outbreak and lockdown was imposed.

          I tried to reach out the travel traingle team and they said your amount will be processed in 7 days but it is still not processed and they are keep saying the same thing on email.

          I have all the proofs documented with me and i will take it up to the comsumer court as this company is directly breaking the government norms and testing the patience of the consumer.

            I bought a tour package for Mauritius scheduled 18th June to 24th June 2020 from Travel triangle.Due to covid-19 situation the tour cannot be pursued and Air mauritius have already passed an EMD for flyers as a refund. Since I paid 95351 INR and airlines have made EMD of Rs. 84800. TravelTriangle is refunding Rs. 8200 as balance. They are charging me for cancellation and convenience fee of Rs. 2351. Which is not acceptable. They cannot charge me cancellation since I am not cancelling the trip. We cannot go due to Covid-19 situation.They are telling me as it's policy to charge convenience fee and cancellation fee. I am already bearing the fact that Air Mauritius will not refund my money right now. Travel triangle is completely cheating it's customers of cancellation fee and convenience fee.

              Booking id - 6515644. I had cancelled my booking in the first week of march with travel triangle due to pandemic situation. They are not ready to refund my money even after 3 months. Neither have i received any particular date from them as to when they will refund my money. They are trying to fool customers. I know few who have already received their refund to their account in form of cash which was of much higher value then my refund amount.

                I booked my holidays in april 2020 with travel agency called "the desiyatri" via traveltriangle and paid 5, 000 inr as a token money. Due to pandemic and lockdown restrictions imposed i had postponed my trip to september and tried to get in touch with agency to modify the trip. As it turns out the agency completely blocked out me - didn't respond to any messages, calls for 2 months. With this frustration i had opted for cancellation with them as they had no communication with me and they didn't book or made any arrangements for my travel. But they conveyed to me that refund is zero as per their policies. Got traveltraingle involved in this issue and since then not even traveltraingle responded on time i always had to pursue and follow-up rigorously on weekly basis. Such a poor customer service is provided by tt and the travel agencies they partner up with. It's a scam guys, please be aware that they will call and lure you while trying to make bookings by you and later they provide such sick service that you'll be compelled to cancel and leave you with zero refund. My trip id is 6809201 if @traveltriangle you needed to do some business soul searching.

                  I have booked my andman trip in month of march. Where as i payed 37k for same to travel triangle which include land package, airline charges and the conveyance fees. As there are no land package deducted by agency of and man where they booked my hotel. Apart from 12k has been deducted for airlines. So after deducting 13k of cancellation charges which include 12 k for airlines and 1 k for travel triangle cancellation charges as per policy. They should return us amount of 23450 rs/-. But they avoiding our calls and over email delaying our request. Can i get my money back.

                  Hi Team are you guys doing fraud to customer. I was in touch with concern person Meenakshi from tt to get my flight amount refund. As per refund policy it should be 13200/- but they are providing me amount 12300/- at the end I was agreed to amount. Right now concerned person Meenakshi and Abuzar both are said they left organization. Your email IDs not reachable. Mail delivery fails. This is fraud company I have ever seen. I just wanted my money back. Else I will raised a fraud complaint for your organization. Customers care no is also not reachable. These is not acceptable at all. I want my money back . Almost 5 months I was follow up for my money. U guys not even looking into it ..

                    Hiee i booked a package of 9 people.
                    Due to covid same could not be completed.
                    Travel triangle and dream journey are sending us here and there and not refunding hotel charges.
                    Also it’s been 2 months to hear same thing.
                    Initially they said refund will be done as soon as lockdown open and now saying they don’t have money.
                    Not ever replying now.
                    Plz help my family members money is also in it

                      I had made a booking with traveltriangle in feb. And had requested for cancellation in march. Booking id 7118071.
                      I was supposed to receive rs.10, 000. It has been 2 months since, but no refund yet.
                      When questioned, they are saying a payment was made in april. And making false promise of providing me the transaction id.in reality i haven’t received any payment in the past 2months even after so many emails & requests.
                      I urge to take action against this.

                        This complaint is about the money which is not refunded even after paying the cancellation chargrs in covid-19 senerio. Travel triangle guys making fool to us everyday by saying that we'll process your amount in next 5 days 6 days and its happening from last 2 months need help in this.

                          I would like to inform you that i had booked trip for kashmir from 12th april to 17th april 2020 and paid an amount of rs. 50298/- to travel triangle and the booking id is 7121991.

                          Because of covid-19 the government of india was implemented lock down all over india from march 20th 2020. I have requested shri. Saurabh ahuja, accounts manager - sales and operations twice over phone, to refund the amount of rs.50, 298/-.

                          But, till today i have not received refund from travel triangle. I once again request you to kindly refund the amount and i don't want any credit shall for which i don't have plan to fly in next one year.

                            I chose travel triangle as my travelling agent for the andaman and nicobar island trip, dated :19-march-2020. Unfortunately due to pandemic covid-19, the trip was cancelled. Refund process was started on 18-mar-2020. It's now 3 month and i am still struggling to get my refund back. It's the worst company i have come across.

                            Everytime when i ask for an update, they start playing the game of refund will be processed in 7-10 working days. But no luck.

                            They have even stop replying to my mail. Kindly help here in getting my refund back from this pathetic company. Who will now choose travel triangle as the travelling partner.

                              I booked trip to Thailand for 04 April -09 april, but due to COVID-19 crisis i had to cancel this.
                              on March 05 2020 they said refund will e processed with in 2 weeks but its more than 2 months now.
                              Every time i call customer care response is useless, they ask me to call the person who booked the tickets and all.

                                Sub : refund of cancellation amount.
                                Sir, my cancellation letter has been submitted on 18/03/20. After that so many reminders sent to travel triangle for trip cancellation due to codid-19. Now, travellers are not interested to refund my amount & asking for balance trip amount.

                                Hope, crores of rupees cheated by travel triangle from customers.
                                Hence, please refund my cancellation amount, save & maintain good will as earlier. Thanks. Sreedam chandra sarkar

                                  We have booked trip for maldives which was scheduled to start on 4th of may 2020. Due to covid-19 issue we requested for trip modification. Travel triangle team confirmed to us that credit note worth of full trip amount will be released to us. There was no credit note provided to us till now despite of requesting this on 17th of march itself. Now, whenever i try to reach any of tt representative they are ignoring our calls and just saying some nonsense things.
                                  This is very irritating to just keep following up on such things.

                                  I would recommend others to not make any bookings through travel triangle. They have no sense of customer service.

                                    I have been writing to mohd. Tanveer (Acm operations) for the status of my refund for the booking i'd 6875440 of my dubai trip which was scheduled on 2nd april but we could not go due to outbreak of covid 19, as airlines has suspended operations,
                                    He has been writing that refund is pending from airlines.

                                    However, i got the confirmation email from air india airlines that the refund is already refunded to travel agent boutique on 24th march.

                                    They are such a big fraud and never expected from travel triangke.

                                    A1 tours who are travel triangle travel agent and ankur jain who manages their operation is big liar..

                                    I called to their customer care but no proper response

                                    If i donot get the response i will file a complaint against them.

                                    Hi Aditi,

                                    It is highly dissappaointed how travel Traingle deal with their customers, I am following up with Mr. Tanveer but not getting any response, he is simply writing mail to A1 -Tours for refund, I made the payment to Travel Traingle online, I donot know A1-Tours .

                                    Get my transferred, it more than 3 months now otherwise I have to proceed with legal action now against all of you.

                                      It's 48 mails in every mail they came up with new stories to eat up our money we paid as advance to kerala trip, if i'm not wrong they definitely start their new stories here also just keep watching for updates, we need support from consumer complaints to teach lessons to these cheaters.

                                      They are playing games asking noc to eat half of the money we paid, infact noc concept was not there in their cancellation policy at the time of booking, instead of give full refund due to this lockdown they are adding crap like noc to customers to escape from law and mentally harassing from more than two months

                                        Hello Team,

                                        I had booked a Thailand package from travel triangle from Journey Routers agent on 13th Jan 2020. I paid 2 instalments of Rs. 69, 400 till 27 Feb 2020. Before paying 3rd and last instalment as corona virus was spreading in Thailand as a precautionary measures i decided to cancel my trip even the agent said that he will charge 20% amount as cancellation charge.

                                        I went ahead and cancelled my package...
