I have booked for boathouse on 25th of December for that I made advance payment of Rs.2600 on 9th November but till date I have not received any voucher for that till date and the Kerala expedition agent named Himanshu is not responding to me

    The pathetic service provider/travel agent(Timeless travels). Here is my Booking id: 7591648
    At the outset, I would like to request all the travelers who are looking for hassle free bookings and arrangements then please don't even consider travel triangle.
    They only waste your time and money. Although if you try to follow-up with the agents then it is of no use as them.
    I tried to raise a complaint to their CUSTOMER care- But no luck
    I tried to engage their senior management(Pooja Sharma Team Lead - Sales & Operations) - But no response and No luck.
    At the end, they just send an apology. That's it.
    The starting day when I though to book my travel was 3rd Nov-2020(Official) and today(16-Nov-2020) still struggling with it.
    I believe they don't even give a ### about their CUSTOMERs.
    Also attaching the screenshot of not receiving any response(From NAKUL). Sometimes I got response only if I send a follow-up email.
    And sometimes they don't even care about the follow-up email.

      I have booked a trip to Kanyakumari in April and paid for the trip a month ago i.e. in February . Due to the ongoing pandemic and lockdown we had to cancel the trip. It wasn't due to a personal reason and is totally because of the COVID lockdown. I have emailed the team numerous times and there was no reply since two months.

      First few responses were to ask us to wait until the lockdown is lifted and even after the lockdown is lifted no one has ever come back to us even after numerous attempts through mail or through calling but there is no resolution

        My wife and I booked an Iceland trip for April 2020 with Travel Triangle. Twilight Escapades, vendor from Travel Triangle pushed us to reschedule the trip claiming that even though they are unable to conduct the trip due to cancellation on flights, their vendors will not refund us any money if we delay in rescheduling the trip.

        Even after back & forth email communication as well as phone calls, we haven't received our pending refund from TT as well as agent who handled our Iceland booking, rather we are being given a credit voucher to be used within Dec 2021 for the amount of Rs 112000 and the agent wants us to pay double the amount (Rs 2.5 Lakhs ) for a trip which would cost equal & sufficient with the credit note which they had given to us.
        Travel Triangle claims that they have no responsibility here and is trying to close our ticket saying so and leaving us with a credit note, and a vendor who had been extremely rude to us.

        Twilight Escapades had been very hostile and they even told me not to talk / reply in emails since my wife is the one who booked ! Also, they even claimed in email that our calculations are of no value and we should just go with whatever they say since they are the business. (Please find screenshots and evidences for these).

        I have absolutely no trust on the vendor any more and with Travel Triangle saying they are not liable, I am left with a vendor who holds my money and doesn't seem to be accountable for the same. Please help us.

          Hello,

          This is regarding my Trip ID 7006287,

          Even after back & forth email communication as well as phone calls, we havent received our pending refund from TT as well as agent who handled our iceland booking, rather we are being given a credit voucher to be used witjin Dec 2021 for the amount of Rs 112000 and The agent wants us to pay double the amount (Rs 2.5 Lakhs ) for a trip which would cost equal & sufficient with the credit note which they had given to us.
          The Agent twilight escalapdes isnt even cooperating well with us now hence we dont have any trust in making any bookings with them.

          Your customer care agent is not giving us any resolution but forcing us to accept a credit note which is only inclining towards the benefit of the vendor by giving us no other option but to accept the T&C’s which is not favouring us.

          The vendor has been talking to us very rudely and I am really not certain if the vendor is actually going to give us a trip which is worthy of the credit note or we are just gonna get cheated with the trip that she has to offer as we could see that she was charging an exorbitant amount for something which we could rather get at a much lesser rate, had it being planned by us.
          The lockdown being imposed was probably a blessing in a disguise or an eye opener for us to find out what the actual rates are really for an Iceland trip and that the vendor is just charging us an exorbitant amount.

          You can’t really force us to agree to whatever T&C’s the vendor imposes and then call yourself a customer centric company. If we agree to the credit note, then you too have to come up with a solution where the T&C’s protect our needs as well which unfortunately is not the situation right now.
          There has to be mutual benefit for both the parties here instead of it being just one sided.

          I needed a resolution/refund which looks justified.

            Address: Travel triangle and agent is classic holiday kashmir

            Team,
            My booking id is 7189879.

            Due to covid 19 and my wife personal health issues we not able to make this trip even after next year.
            As per the quotes and voucher shared by classic holiday kashmir on feb 2020 and cancelation policy mentionedover there (attached snippet) the advance full money has to return if cancel trip 15 days earlier and unavoidable circumstances of kashmir.

            I have spoken to this agent and they agree to refund two weeks before. But for last two weeks they not did transfer advance.
            Whenever I contact I not get genuine response from them.
            Today again I called they asked me to drop a mail.
            I paid advance based on good hope on travel triangle and classic holiday kashmir and policy made in quotes which shared on Feb 2020. Be in your words and do not lose travel triangle team dignity by cheating customer .

            Moreover in the quotes which shared by classic holiday kashmir they mentioned the full amount refund if cancel before 15 days. I have attached the snippet for the quotes and cancelation policy they shared to me.

            So please help me to get refund

              We have booked a honeymoon trip with Travel Triangle from[protected] to[protected] i.e. (5 days and 4 nights) to Andaman and Nicobar Islands. On the day of[protected], an official from travel triangle has sent us a government declared document at A&N islands stating that the islands have suspended tourism facilities from[protected] to[protected] due to COVID pandemic. So we decided to cancel the trip and we talked to the authorities for a refund.

              Mr. Yash Mourya ([protected]) booked the ticket with us and have disappeared without a trace to talk about the refund. He informed me about the refund and have given me no details what so ever. We have been chasing these members for so long and all we receive is an "out of reach" on their mobiles. Its been 8 long months and no sign of approach to our request.

              We deserve an explanation with an appropriate apology and an urgent refund from the company which is working without basic ethics to attend a customer's request. Absolutely disappointed with the executive's response to customer's request. WILL NEVER BOOOK WITH TRAVEL TRIANGLE AGAIN.

              I still didn't get any refund. I don't understand why is it so hard to return the amount? How fair is it on your part to withhold our money?

              How long do you need? It's been about 9 months since we booked with you. I expect an immediate response to this or we will definitely consider legal action.

                  Booking was made in 2019 but got postponed initially because of flood situation in Wayanad. Later Travel agency DiscoverMyTravel postponed the trip and provided credit note for the paid amount but again when we about to planned our journey then COVID-19 situation arises and we unable to avail the journey within stipulated time. When we contact travel agency they said all trip has been extended till March 2021 but they have not provided anything in written. Now they saying please reach out to travel triangle. Please assist here ?

                      I booked the trip for April 2020 and I rescheduled it to Oct 2020 as pandemic corona hit the country resulting in lockdown of complete India. Now it's been 6 months and virus spread has gone to peak and still many flights has not yet started its service.

                      Because of the lockdown due to pandemic, my salary has been cut down and I am facing financial instability. My family too got affected with Corona and we are all under savere depression.

                      Based on the current situation of Corona, we are not in a situation to travel anywhere as it's a risk of life.

                      So I requested them to cancel my booking with full refund whereas travel triangle have deducted 6.1k as cancellation charge which is not at all acceptable.. They have kept my 50k amount with them from past 8 months and now returned it by deducting 6.1k. They are supposed to pay me interest for my amount rather than deducting extra amount as cancellation fees..

                      So I hereby request you to revert back the cancellation fees and pay 6.1k to me orelse I will have to give complaint in consumer court against you and make you pay penalty for causing so much of inconvenience to a customer.

                        Cancellation Request ! Booking Id: 7116062

                        This was a Bhutan trip booked via Travel Triangle which got cancelled due to COVID.
                        The Bhutan tour Operator promptly refund all in time.

                        Travel Triangle seems they are misusing the situation. I didn't realize until I saw all these other complaints too.

                        First of all they have given me a AirAsia reference number saying it's the voucher credit. But after a couple of months based on Govt ruling I verified with Airline that the refund is already provided to travel triangle. For months they were lying that it was a credit voucher. Now after checking they are giving excuses that their vendors have not paid them back... Complete misleading of information and handling of issues. They are looting people.

                            I booked a trip to Dubai with travel triangle but due to unforeseen circumstances of covid, all flights got cancelled and trip got cancelled.
                            As per last discussion during may, Travel triangle told me that flights have created credit shell and I can use as per my need by consulting directly with them.
                            Recently I discussed with SpiceJet and they have offered complete refund for that flight but after that travel triangle customer care is not responding and the lady from their customer operations team is not picking my calls/not responding to my mails.

                              I never book any trips from these agents, but I got good feedback from friends about TravelTriangle and hence I booked for hotel through them for April 2020. I have paid 1, 05, 00INR in total and now they are not providing any option to get a refund.

                              I've been asking about cancellation charges to Pooja Sharma and not getting any prompt updates. They expect me to get a credit note and book it later until Dec 2021 but until then they will have the money and get interest on it.

                              I want a refund and nothing else. If there are cancelling fees I'm okay with that too.

                              I have been sending emails to this Lead called Pooja, But I doubt she is a Team Lead.

                              Coz I have asked for cancellation multiple times and she only talks about credit note which I do not want.
                              Also I'm lodging a complaint with National Consumer Helpline (NCH) on this predatory behaviour

                                My name is Bidisha Das. I have booked a package of EGYPT for 7days 6nights from 8th November to 14th November, 2020 for 5 people from Travel Triangle. We have booked our flight in EGYPTAIR. My booking ID is 6851752

                                Because of this COVID situation - Our EGYPTAIR flight got cancelled automatically from their side on 15th of October but we are still ready to go to EGYPT.

                                Now, My Egypt package for 5 people was 2, 81, 500/-.( Per person - 56, 300/-). Among the entire package I have paid 70, 000/- on February 2020. Now, since my flight got cancelled I want to reschedule my EGYPT TRIP but they are saying we need to pay extra depending on the travel date which is completely unethical since we already have a written deal of 2, 81, 500 (For 5 People) from TRAVEL TRIANGLE

                                Since, they are asking us to increase the money we didn't have any choice other than cancelling my EGYPT package. Now, they are not even cancelling & asking us to pay extra amount of 40, 000 per person to cancel. Why should I pay 40, 000 more? When I have already paid 70, 000 to them & want to cancel & get the money back.

                                Either reschedule my EGYPT TRIP PACKAGE on my desired travel date on the same package cost which is 56, 300 per head that was officially decided else cancel my package and refund my RS 70, 000 on an immediate basis.

                                I have all the call recordings with me where they are demanding extra cash. I have all the documents, emails & invoices as well. I also have tried to contact them y no call or response from their end.

                                Hello Bidisha, Had a word with my team, As per the agency terms and conditions, the package is non-refundable hence the agency is not liable for any refund. Even though the package is non-refundable, the agency has agreed to reschedule your trip understanding the current circumstances, but providing the same package at the same prices is not possible hence it's completely ethical of the agency to charge the rescheduling fee - Harshit

                                There were no terms & conditions till we ask the agency to cancel the trip & refund our money. If the trip was non-refundable why didn't you mention the same in the beginning when we booked the trip from "TRAVEL TRIANGLE". There should always be a cancellation policy of every company. If the agency has not shared any document with us during the time of booking they should not impose new rules & regulations - Just to harass the customer or looting them or taking the advantage of the COVID scenario. This is not only unethical but punishable offense since they have neither shared any documents with us mentioning any of the cancellation policy or any terms & conditions. Now I doubt "TRAVEL TRIANGLE" is also a fraud since they are supporting such king of agencies which don't have any governance structure or methodology. Instead of supporting us & helping us returning the money you people are justifying the act of the "AGENCY" who has done wrong. The "AGENCY" till date has not given anything in writing about the rescheduling package or cancellation policy. They haven't even showed us the booking tickets & when I have asked the same from them they are giving excuse & ignoring the same - I want in written then if I reschedule the trip then within how many days I have to arrange the same & also want in written the amount we have to pay for 1st December 2021(If we reschedule). I want supporting documents that where my 70, 000 has been spent & i have the right to know what you people have done with my money. I have all the call recordings for proof. ...But till now no documents from the agency. RIDICULOUS

                                  Booking Id: 6347322 I am keep trying to contact with travel triangle team from last more than 6months till yet i haven't get any response from there side, agent of traveltriangle and Optimus trip (Package seller company) none of them not picking up my call even not giving replies of my mail and whatsapp messages.
                                  They are keep ignoring. What a pathetic services are given by travel triangle to there customers.

                                    I have made a booking for a trip to Mauritius for the dates 26 April 2020 to 2nd may 2020. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, my trip was cancelled. At that time I requested for full refund of the amount Rs1, 96, 700/- paid my me. But at that time TT gave me a credit shell with validity upto 31 March 2021 and for airlines credit shell validity is uto 31st December.
                                    As I am a govt employee, I have to intimate my dept at least 75 days before going to international destination.
                                    In no way I will be able to travel by december 2020 or March 2020. Kindly refund my full money paid by me.

                                    I have not received any update from your end. Moreover at that time no body was attending calls and they provided me credit shell instead of refund. Now my credit shell is expiring on 31 st December 2020. Kindly refund my money.
                                    My money has been blocked since January and its a long time. So refund my money as soon as possible. Also its the govt order to give back money to the passengers. I have still not received a single penny till now.
                                    Also my friends have booked packages through other agencies like yatra, goibibo and they have got the money back. So travel triangle should also do the same.
                                    I have still not received any update from your end.

                                      This is regarding my Trip ID 7006287,

                                      Even after back & forth email communication as well as phone calls, we havent received our pending refund from TT as well as agent who handled our iceland booking, rather we are being given a credit voucher to be used witjin Dec 2021 for the amount of Rs 112000 and The agent wants us to pay double the amount (Rs 2.5 Lakhs ) for a trip which would cost equal & sufficient with the credit note which they had given to us.
                                      The Agent twilight escalapdes isnt even cooperating well with us now hence we dont have any trust in making any bookings with them.

                                      Your customer care agent is not giving us any resolution but forcing us to accept a credit note which is only inclining towards the benefit of the vendor by giving us no other option but to accept the T&C’s which is not favouring us.

                                      The vendor has been talking to us very rudely and I am really not certain if the vendor is actually going to give us a trip which is worthy of the credit note or we are just gonna get cheated with the trip that she has to offer as we could see that she was charging an exorbitant amount for something which we could rather get at a much lesser rate, had it being planned by us.
                                      The lockdown being imposed was probably a blessing in a disguise or an eye opener for us to find out what the actual rates are really for an Iceland trip and that the vendor is just charging us an exorbitant amount.

                                      You can’t really force us to agree to whatever T&C’s the vendor imposes and then call yourself a customer centric company. If we agree to the credit note, then you too have to come up with a solution where the T&C’s protect our needs as well which unfortunately is not the situation right now.
                                      There has to be mutual benefit for both the parties here instead of it being just one sided.

                                      I needed a resolution/refund which looks justified.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have booked maldives pacakage through travel triangle
                                        I have paid 83788 for Booking on time, due to the Corona outbreak, everything was cancelled.

                                        On Apr 26: I got mail from TT that I will get a refunded amount as Rs.80688.rs 3100 would be debited as a convenience fees.
                                        Check Attachment as SS1 as prrof.

                                        On July 22: I got mail from Puja about the partial refund of Rs.36928 initiated and I got the money within a week.In that mail it is also mentioned Rs.43760 will be refunded by airlines. Check Attachment SS2 as proof.

                                        After that I followed up with Puja for Airline refund.

                                        On Sep 19 : I got mail from Pooja that they got Rs 38080 only from Airlines and needed my approval to initiate the refund.Check attachment as SS3 as proof.Then i asked where the rest of amount i.e Rs 5680 is debited.She said it is royalty fees of airlines.
                                        I checked with srilankan airlines policies there they clearly mentioned if flight is cancelled by airlines no amount is debited.

                                        Now its been 5 month i am not getting rest of he amount that is Rs 43760 from the Travle traingle.they are not replying on email, not reachable on phones and message.

                                        Kindly check this as i need money, there is some medical emergency in my family.

                                        Thanks for your prompt response.As per mail, the refund is initaited on 28 september and its not credited yet in my account.there is no clear information yet.Now as per your reply, i will wait. But please check with finance team why there is so much delay as after initiation of partial amount in July it will credited within 4 days, now its been 3 week and the concern person is not reacheble.

                                        Please help me in this issue and keep me posted about the same. This would be great help for me.
