We have booked trip for maldives which was scheduled to start on 4th of may 2020. Due to covid-19 issue we requested for trip modification. Travel triangle team confirmed to us that credit note worth of full trip amount will be released to us. There was no credit note provided to us till now despite of requesting this on 17th of march itself. Now, whenever i try to reach any of tt representative they are ignoring our calls and just saying some nonsense things.
This is very irritating to just keep following up on such things.

I would recommend others to not make any bookings through travel triangle. They have no sense of customer service.

    I have been writing to mohd. Tanveer (Acm operations) for the status of my refund for the booking i'd 6875440 of my dubai trip which was scheduled on 2nd april but we could not go due to outbreak of covid 19, as airlines has suspended operations,
    He has been writing that refund is pending from airlines.

    However, i got the confirmation email from air india airlines that the refund is already refunded to travel agent boutique on 24th march.

    They are such a big fraud and never expected from travel triangke.

    A1 tours who are travel triangle travel agent and ankur jain who manages their operation is big liar..

    I called to their customer care but no proper response

    If i donot get the response i will file a complaint against them.

    It is highly dissappaointed how travel Traingle deal with their customers, I am following up with Mr. Tanveer but not getting any response, he is simply writing mail to A1 -Tours for refund, I made the payment to Travel Traingle online, I donot know A1-Tours .

    Get my transferred, it more than 3 months now otherwise I have to proceed with legal action now against all of you.

      It's 48 mails in every mail they came up with new stories to eat up our money we paid as advance to kerala trip, if i'm not wrong they definitely start their new stories here also just keep watching for updates, we need support from consumer complaints to teach lessons to these cheaters.

      They are playing games asking noc to eat half of the money we paid, infact noc concept was not there in their cancellation policy at the time of booking, instead of give full refund due to this lockdown they are adding crap like noc to customers to escape from law and mentally harassing from more than two months

            Issue number 1: - with reference to the current covid-19 issue, we wanted to cancel our india to bali tour that was going to happen on 26th apr 2020. Agent was of the opinion that cancellation is from customer side and not from tour organizer side hence they are charging heavy cancellation charges.

            Issue number 2:- without reaching out to the hotel in bali, they were charging me with full accommodation amount. But when i contacted hotel in bali, they also confirmed that they are not operational from 1st apr 2020 and i can contact directly with my travel agent for full refund.

            Issue number 3:- now in spite of no tour happening, agent is still deducting cancellation charges. And asked me to provide my account details where refund can be credited. This communication was held on 07th apr 2020 that refund will be credited within a month to the account which i provided.

            Issue number 4:-out of curiosity, when i tried following up with tt on 01st may 2020, on 04th may 2020 they told me that they have received credit note from package provider that can be used until 30th june 2021.

            Issue number 5:- in spite of clearing telling them that i don’t want to now go with them even in future they are holding my money and still pushing me to avail their service in near future.

            I have already shared my account details with Travel Triangle and their Service Provider ‘Journey Routers’

            So far I have made payment INR 52, 000 and have received ZERO service from above both.

            As per the commitment I received on 07th Apr 2020, my account should be credited back on or before 06th May 2020

              Without any resolution the case was marked as resolved. Where is the refund of our trip? None of the services were used, how come you can say that it’s resolved?
              The team contacted me initially, where they told there is no proof against any o[censored]s. Did you even see what have we used from your services??? None, my trip has become double the amount because of this expense. We were stranded in thailand, none of the services were used and you have taken the entire money for the booking. There are so many loop holes in the entire communication. How do we file a legal case on this matter? I will make sure the rating is down, n as well spread the word among my entire travelled followers.

                Travel triangle is asking for cancellation charges.
                I booked for maldives.
                Due to covid-19, flights and property both gave full refund.
                I have mail from airlines as well as property.
                Then why is travel triangle is asking for cancellation charge of 13000 including agent as i have also not cancelled the booking. It has been cancelled due to covid-19.
                Never trust this websites.
                Not at all reliable and customer friendly.
                What is my mistake if covid arises.
                What u will do of my money asking as cancellation charges.

                Dear TT team, for what you are asking of cancellation charges when property have refunded full amount without any cancellations and airline has amount secured for 1 year.
                Attached are both proofs.
                This cancellation is not from my side. this is due to COVID - 19.
                What is my mistake in that? Also, If neither property nor airline is taking any charges, then why are you asking for a cancellation charge of Rs. 13, 900 including travel triangle charges.
                Bifurgation - 6000/ person *2 = 12000 of Agent
                900 = Travel Triangle charges.
                500*2 = Travel triangle cancellation per person

                Calculations -
                I have given Rs. 1, 50, 000
                So as per attachments, my amount Rs. 36, 732 is secured with GoAir.
                So as per calculations 1, 50, 000- 36, 732 = Rs. 1, 13, 268

                Rs. 1, 13, 268 - Should be Refunded as given by me without any cancellation charges.

                    I had booked trip for kerala from 18th to 23rd april & paid rs.11800...
                    Because of corona virus issue government has closed everything still they are not ready to give refund. They are saying cancellation charges apply but its not my fault i havent cancelled my trip...
                    All travel agent has revised their policy including government has also asked to refund but traveltriangle is not ready to refund..
                    In such crisis like medical emergency situations also they want to earn money.
                    Kindly refund my money as earliest as possible.

                      I have dropped mails and reminders to customer care but not even a single time they responded. Feedback link of google doc coming in message is also not working.                         This is regarding my request to cancel my ticket for trip to mauritius. They have said that refund is initiated the refund and i get it as soon as possible. It's almost 30 days now, but the refund is yet not credited. They're giving false information about the refund to be credited. One time they are saying it will take a week, after that saying it will take another 7-8 days. My booking id is 7284250. Please help here.

                          After delaying my request for month now they r saying that the air mauritus airline has gone bankrupt and i ll not get the money back

                          I invested my money on there faith and because they kept on delaying my request for a month my money is lost
                          They waited for the airlines to get bankrupt and wn i asked for refund in 4april with 72hr it should be done

                          Its travel triangle fault. I need my 80000 approx money back

                          Travel triangle has to givenin a manual cancellation charge as customer should not be kept loss as its there tie up with them

                          Im very furious and in panic. This money means alot to me and i dnt see any effort made by travel triangle

                                I had booked trip to paris and switz with full payment with traveltriangle and memorable hoildays (Noida based) with the full payment of 257000inr.
                                I had cancelled my trip before 48hrs and memorable holidays told refund will get processed very soon
                                It has been more than a 45 days and i still not received any refund.
                                The travel triangle team hardly replies to my email and when they respond they don't give clear picture.
                                Pooja rani who is account manager at traveltriangle she told me 10 days back that the amount will get credited within 7 days.
                                But i have not received any single penny and now she is telling me the airlines did not processed my refund. They keep giving me false information and not providing any clear picture.

                                  Trip id is 6783921

                                  Due to pandemic (Corona) issue, all trips are cancelled. I had booked land package from travel triangle (For 10 people) and airlines by my own.

                                  Airlines (Indogo) gave me full refund with convenience fee. However, travel triangle applied cancellation charges.

                                  I paid total rs. 184, 320 for thailand trip. And they refunded only rs. 163, 320.
                                  They deducted rs. 21000 as cancellation charges. This is so ridiculous and not acceptable. I personally didnt want to cancel trip. Thailand and india both cancelled international/local travel. Entire world is going through this situation and you guys are running behind cancellation charges. I didn't bring corona to this world. Please get in touch with china and ask for my cancellation charges and not to me.

                                  I was happy customer of yours, if you really wants to do this to me. I need to further escalate this. And i will have to look for other travel agencies for my future trips.
                                  Please check and refund my cancellation charges as well.

                                    This is in regards to the booking that we had initiated using travel triangle and sharing travels pvt ltd - delhi based travel agency. (https://www.sharingtravels.in/about.php)

                                    Total cost of the trip was rs. 128900 of which we have paid rs. 75900. Now due to the covid19 outbreak, the airlines and the resort where the booking was done have cancelled the booking. This was not informed to us by sharing travels pvt ltd (Which should have been the case) instead when i was expressing my worry to travel in such situation along with our 1.5yr old kid, the agent was pushing me to go ahead with the plan and there is no risk involved and didn’t give any importance to my worry. Also, was continuously pressurising me to make the further payment and was harassing me mentally and emotionally to the core. Then i tried to contact the airline and resort authorities that’s when i got to know about the booking cancellations. When i showed these proofs and demanded for the refund of the amount paid they are now saying since i didn’t pay the remaining amount the booking have been cancelled automatically and i am not eligible for any refund.

                                    We were to travel to maldives, the maldives government has temporarily suspended all the on arrival visas on 25th march, effective 27th march. But the sharing travels pvt ltd have given me a false information that the maldives government has taken the decision on 27th march and my booking was cancelled on 25th march.

                                    Right from beginning they have been hiding important updates and providing me wrong information which i feel is a completely unfair practices.

                                    Now when i posted about this behaviour of theirs on social media’s and told them about legal actions they said to go ahead and complain to anyone we want.

                                    Smith from sharing travels pvt ltd told me to get confirmation from the hotel regarding the cancellation and the complete refund. If i get this then he will process my complete refund. I got an email from the hotel confirming that the booking is cancelled without any penalties. But now smith is going back on his words and trying to beat around the bush and coming up with all lame excuses. This is a clear case of deliberate cheating and fraud.

                                    I don’t know how many more people are suffering by paying their hard earned money to this fraud travel agency.

                                    Now the agency has said they will not even reply to any of our emails and we will have to take it up with traveltriangle further. So far traveltriangle has not even replied to any of my emails or communications on various platforms. The travel triangle, through which i got the contact of this sharing travels are also not helping me to sort the issue.

                                    Travel triangle is cheating big time and not refunding the amount. I want my complete refund.

                                      Due to pandemic situation entire globe is in a fear. So we have planned not to travel. So we informed to postponed or refund amount paid.
                                      But at this time these travel triangle services saying no refund. Please cancel & go away.

                                        Incident details : I have planned a 6d/5n trip to Port blair-havlock-Neil island (accommodation and local transfer etc as in quote) through TravalTriagle and partner YOUR DREAM JOURNEY (http://www.yourdreamjourney.in/) from 10 April 10, 2020 to April . Due to COVID19 pandemic situation and Prime Minister office advice, I requested travel triangle through mail on Fri, Mar 13, 4:09 PM to cancel my trip. I get response from travel triangle on Sat, Mar 14, 6:28 PM and I quote "As per the cancellation policy, you'll receive the refundable amount in your bank account within 7-9 working days."
                                        In order to understand current unprecedented situation I patiently waited till Mar 27, 2020, 3:06 PM for my refund, then I mailed travel triangle again. They told me that your travel time frame is out side loackdown (24 march-14 April 2020) period so please wait till government next announcement for full refund. I again patiently waited till April 14, 2020 and once lockdown extended till May 3, 2020 I asked them to refund my money. In order to response my mail they replied and I quote "With regards to cancellation or refund, we cannot really give you a accurate date if Month as we are also stranded with no funds. So the refund may take 3 months, 6 months or more we would not able to promise the same. "
                                        This is unethical business practice and consumer forum should look into it. I request you please help me to get full refund as earliest possible.

                                        I am still waiting a response from Travel triangle. Looks like I have to file a case.
