Hi, i have gone kerala for vaccation via travel triangle is a trip planner company, they take 600 rs for giving assurance about the quality and there services. One of the agent of him named aryan travel planned my trip.

sikkim trip

I had booked a family vacation to sikkim from april 3rd-10th. Given the sikkim government has shut down tourism in lachen, lachung etc till april 15th and the current coronavirus situation it is impossible for me and my family to travel. I have been repeatedly trying to get in touch with someone at travel triangle for my cancellation and refund, but they keep saying someone will get back once they have the cancellation amount calculated....

I have made a booking from bangalore to male all inclusive trip to maldives with travel triangle by paying 47, 000 inr. But now due to corona virus we want to cancel the trip. Travel triangle is not ready to refund any amount we paid. My trip is scheduled for 19th april 2020. The flights have been booked with sri lankan airlines with booking id: klj3yt. The airlines as well are not ready to refund. This is outrageous....

poor customer service, money not refunded

I have been in touch with random agents at travel triangle since a month now and still the issue has not been resolved. I have emailed my query several times and they keep asking for the same details.in addition, one of the agents lied saying he is the owner of the company (When i asked to speak to someone who can make decisions regarding refunds etc.). unresponsive and nuisance customer support

After finalising my tour itineray, i made my first installment payment of rs. 50000/- ruoeea. I was dissatisfied with the travel advisor allotted to me. Also i could see that the visa was marked as delivered on their app when the visa process has not even started. I dropped an email to their customer services. They would bounce back. I left my dissatisfaction reviews on google, they asked me to email on the same mail which would bounce back....

traveltriangle irresponsible behaviour

We had booked trip to italy from 27th feb to 5th march 2020. But due to wide spread out break of coronavirus we cancelled our trip. Now neither travel triangle nor their 3rd party agent-duniya safari is responding for our refund. It is a huge amount of 2, 61, 000 inr. It is our hard earned money. a trip that I booked

I am a travel agent and booked a trip for my client (A query that i got through travel triangle). As per their terms and conditions, they charge 6.50% commission from the travel agent on the land part of the package sold.
So as per that i kept their commission and sold the package. Now when it came to transferring the amount to our account, they did not transfer the amount completely and held inr 3, 932/- extra apart from the commission...

trip miscommunication and delayed refund

They made an itinerary and didnt stick to it. From the person who talked to me in the begining to their post sales team, everything was bizzare and uncoordinated and i had to follow up even during the holidays.
They forgot to get my tickets and promised me refunds as i had already paid for them earlier.

I have recently taken a trip to seychelles and mauritius. I book my trip with the travel triangle with booking id: 5494123.

My trip has the inclusion of travel insurance (Attached proof).

But with my vouchers, i didn't receive an insurance copy. I lost one of my baggage at the airport, i need the insurance copy to avail the claim.

refund claim

I have taken the land package cost for thailand and cancelled the trip due to the issue of corona virus. I have paid around 28% of the cost but they are not refunding any amount. They are asking extra money as they have made hotel booking.

How a person will travel in such a risky situation. This issue of virus is something exceptional and affecting many parts of countries. Travel triangle as a whole has a wide network of hotels...

There is no response from the tt team. Do we go up and raise the complaint level? I understand this is a pvt forum. Do we involve the right govt organisation??
