We have booked a package through travel triangle back in january for dubai from hyderabad and our travel date was 7th march 2020 for which you agent charged us 129000 for two people. Due to this sudden situation and out real of corona virus we was not able to travel in march and decided to postpone it to april 4th for which again he charged us 19280 just to postpone.
Now the situation has got worse all over the world and we ain't able to travel in our upcoming date which is 4th april and decided to cancel the trip due to this situation.
Now here comes the pathetic service from your team it's been 3 weeks now we had been dealing to get things cancelled and get the money and for cancellation as well they are charging us 63800 which is like crazy.
These people are giving us all run around and not even bothered about their customer, while it was about booking through them they used to call 10 times a day now that the customer wants a refund they are least bothered.
This is a horrible experience with travel triangle and we would take this up further absolutely disgusting.

I am co passenger for this trip, travel triangle made us pay extra for postponing the trip, and now they are not refunding that amount back. you people are absolutely garbage.

    I planned to travel to kashmir in april b/w 12th to 17th. I was supposed to travel with wife and 2 kids. Due to the current situation, the pandemic, i have no choice but to call off the plan. With the booking id # 7144137, i have paid 10, 000 inr upfront.

    When saurabh ahuja, accounts [protected]@travel triangle was asked to cancel the trip he slapped with cancellation charges worth 10k.

    I wonder if they really understand the gravity of the situation. It is not a choice as my family may put others in jeopardy!

      Hi team my name is rohit and my trip id is trip id: 6753899 and i am planning to travel in the month of april 21st but due to corona effect no flights are allowed and travel triangle them selves confirmed that this is not ideal time to travel and i have made full payment of 4, 50, 000 and now they are again charging extra for postponing the trip and for cancellation they are telling only we will get 2, 70, 000 and we need your help to solve this issue

        We had planned our bali trip with travel triangle trip id-6890261 and the travel agent is ludo consulting. Our trip is scheduled between 19-mar-24. Due to the outbreak of covid-19, we have planned to reschedule the trip and airasia has announced that it will allow for one time rescheduling option prior to 3 days of the date booked. We have informed the same with our travel agent by 12/03/2020, but no prompt option was taken place and we were informed that the flights are not refundable. And the confirmation with the airline happens after pushing it for two continuous days and the airline have confirmed that they will only charge the fare difference on 14-march. So we have given them the new dates and asked for estimation details. But nothing happened till 18-march and on 18-march suddenly they informed us the fare difference was 29000. When we checked our pnr and our booking date has been changed to new date with the change fee of 15, 580 + fare difference. We have requested a week earlier and airline allowed for one time rescheduling prior to three days but no action was taken on that. Despite the change fee of 15580 we were informed 29000 as the fare change. There is no clarity of information and no person knows the difference between rescheduling/refund. Change fee will be included only when it is reschedule and we were not looking for refund. Even when the free rescheduling option was provided we were not given that option and finally they are informing us that this is the fare we got from airline after so much delay. Despite the money, amount of stress is relatively higher

          I want to have more clarification regarding my upcoming trip to dps (Bali) from new delhi, india which has been booked via travel triangle /wings of fly (Booking id 6108776) and amounts to 76500 inr of which i have already paid 41000 in 3 installment.

          Amid covid -19 outrage since tourists visas has been cancelled at bali and recent guideline by travel advisory
          Of india and bali thatt "incoming travelers are advised to avoid non-essential travel and are informed that they can be quarantined for a minimum of 14 days on their arrival in india", traveling has become quite volatile situation. According to health ministry data, as of this morning, indonesia has 172 confirmed covid-19 cases and it is still on the rise and in india also no of cases who has a travel history of bali is on the rise as well.
          At such tough times tt should support their customers and align to their best interst/saftey insted of making few buks. The impact of covid 19 is huge and clearly affected us all in some way or the other which is why i think tt should consider waiving off cancellation charges or reschedule charges.
          Even after i have put lot of mails to them no one from tt is able to clarify the same and to my surprise they are not able to revert to my concerns as well.
          It is quite difficult to fathom that at the time of booking we have encountered 1000 calls and 100 emails by tt but during any concerns the no. Drops down to 0.

            Hello,
            I have made a booking for Nepal trip from Bangalore for April 2020 through Holiday package agency tied up with Travel Triangle. Before and at the time of booking in February 2020 the complete crew of Traveltriangle and Holiday package were as sweet as sugar. Once booking done with a couple of instalments there was a change in the tone and attitude.
            Due to the Coronavirus outbreak which was unexpected to spread and become Pandemic I had to cancel my trip well in advance and requested the agency and travel triangle to refund Rs. 20, 000 that i paid as 2 instalments (which is a part of the complete package cost - Rs 64K).
            As a victim when i spoke to Mr. Abhinay Singh requesting him a refund as I do not want to take risk keeping my family's well-being in consideration, the response from Mr. Abhinay Singh was "It is not my problem". When i spoke to Ms. Ashwani Sharma from Travel Triangle she sounded rude and said she cannot help in any ways and it is the agency decision to take necessary steps. I emailed Travel triangle and agent with a refund request and as a reply they asked me to pay the next installment with Rs. 30, 000 and finally sent me a WARNING EMAIL with booking cancellation since i did not pay 30K. How un-professional and rude!!
            I sent out a request email to Travel triangle’s CEO and still there was no amicable resolution. It clearly shows that the agency is taking advantage of the outmost situation. There are similar situations faced by many people across and some of the travel agencies like Make my trip are refunding their customers.
            I am also seeing similar complaints from other customers of Travel triangle and Holiday package that the refunds are not been provided and issues not resolved. It is sad that the agency is not at all customer centric and is eating off the payments made by the customers and simply cancelling the trips without refunds.
            I really hope through this forum my concern is looked and a resolution is provided to me in terms of partial refund if not full.

            There is no resolution to my complaint so far.
            It is very disappointing. It now confirms that travel triangle and their agents are fraud and look for a way to cheat people.
            Now since there is a Nationawide lock down and travel within and outside country is impossible and risky why cant I get a refund?

              We booked a trip from travel triangle and had been facing issues since day 1 of our landing to andaman. Breakfast packets not handed over or when served than it was all cold breakfast. Rooms have no proper amenities as per the rates they charge. Hotel which was given for choice, before payment, it was changed after the payment was done, saying other option is sold out and bla bla. And also sight seeing here was almost zero the day we went to neil island. Inspite of our requesting to cover site on the day we landed the local tour guide here never heard us and did the plan on his own and after which we couldn't see the natural bridge which is main attraction of neil island. Since yesterday we are packed only at hotel, and not even any local places we are taken for visit. Whole out thousands worth of tickets, hotel booking and all money and time is wasted. I want all refund for this such annoying experience of my first travel with this company.

                Travel agent is not picking up the call since 2 days as i have book my trip through duniya zamana.com. I alsowhatsapp that guys but he is neither picking up my call nor reply of my whatsapp msgs further i wanna mention about corona virus which is spreading around the india also in world.                   Hi,

                  We had planned a 6-days trip to thailand scheduled on feb 23 2020. We had already paid 2 installments for the trip which would cover the flight, hotels and some land charges. Due the novel covid-19 outbreak, we decided to cancel the trip as the numbers in thailand were increasing drastically. We had informed the agent and the travel triangle coordinators as soon as we got the news, by the end of jan regarding this. After this, the agents started giving reasons saying they have left the company, met with an accident etc to get away from the cancellation process.

                  Though we received input on the cancellation charges and the amount that will be refunded once we sent email looping in all the travel triangle cordinators, there was never a refund processed. Instead, in the email chain, the agents would say that the cancellation charges are increasing which does not make any sense as the delay is from their end. Since then, we have got no email response and no one responds to our calls, which is a clear indication that they are least bothered about the refund and just want to make money.

                  Have raised multiple complaints on traveltriangle customer care and it's more pathetic, have not received a single response email/call yet. Requesting you to process the refund asap. Booking id:6599381.

                  The best possible resolution cant be avoiding customer's calls. We are said that the hotel which was booked is not ready to give refund. On asking the agent to share the hotel contact number so that we can request them personally, the agent refused to do so. As we have already lost the complete flight charges, the agency should put some efforts to get the refund atleast for the hotel and the land trip.

                    Hi, i have gone kerala for vaccation via travel triangle is a trip planner company, they take 600 rs for giving assurance about the quality and there services. One of the agent of him named aryan travel planned my trip.
                    During my trip in alleppy they provide me a delux houseboat as mentioned in the package but that house boat is worst than delux one. The services provided in this is worst one. When i have complaint this to travel triangle they refuses to do anything and also talked very badly.
                    And aryan travels remains saying that sir i will do something for this. Please complete your trip then i will do something but they didn't do anything after a week of trip.

                    In houseboat, as mine package is honeymoon one so for this they provide me :
                    1. They provided plum small cake. Which feels they are treated like we are kids
                    2. Also insects found in food which shows the quality you are providing me
                    3. As in deluxe houseboat ac will work 6pm to 9 am but in my case ac did not work whole night.
                    4. Found cockroaches in the room.
                    5. Other same category houseboat i. E delux one is far far better than me.
                    6. Flower decoration is worst ine i have ever seen.

                      I booked the trip using travel triangle with agent cherish 2 holiday, the flights were getting cancelled and the agent nor the travel triangle informed me about the flights cancellation, also when i come to know my flight cancelled i have to reach them from front and still no one has informed me that the trip is going to cancelled or not, not updated on the portal, the travel triangle agents looks to be frauding me, the flights refund has not been given to me still.

                      Also after the flight cancelled they still asked me and mail me to deposit the rest amount for the travel tour which were on installment so they can collect rest all amount,

                      If this matter would not resolve quickly will lead to consumer court.

                        I had booked a family vacation to sikkim from april 3rd-10th. Given the sikkim government has shut down tourism in lachen, lachung etc till april 15th and the current coronavirus situation it is impossible for me and my family to travel. I have been repeatedly trying to get in touch with someone at travel triangle for my cancellation and refund, but they keep saying someone will get back once they have the cancellation amount calculated. I don't see why i have to pay any fee for cancellation when it is the state government order to shut down tourism in the period of my travel! I am really disappointed in the customercare services and i want my full money back!

                          Hi team,

                          I was looking for a honeymoon package in the month of january 2020.
                          I booked a package on 24th jan 20 for bali at 1, 11, 100 rs & my booking id is 7008790.
                          I already made a payment of 87300 rs & 22700 rs is yet to transfer.
                          But now due to corona virus, bureau of immigration (Ministry of home affair india) statement is issued that:
                          All indian nationals are strongly advised to avoid non essential travel abroad. On there return they can be subjected to quarantine for a minimum period of 14 days.
                          Due to this we want to cancel the trip as it is a medical risk for us and for all, but travel triangle is not ready to refund the amount we paid to them.
                          The flights have been booked with vietjetair.com & booking id is g8hcfs[protected]
                          On reaching travel triangle travel agents, they are insisting to cancel the trip without any refund.
                          This is outrageous.
                          I am taking the trip but due to national advisory its not possible.
                          Why do i loose my money 87, 300?
                          Its a lot of money i have saved.
                          Given the corona virus situation, i need my money back, i dont want to postpone the dates but i need full refund of the initial amount i paid.
                          The travel agent are charging 95% amount as cancellation charge without sharing any cancellation invoice from airlines, hotels booking, land booking, nothing at all.
                          Making a fool to the customers,
                          Before making a payment there people are calling 10
                          Times a day, but now all of them left the company when we try to reach them.
                          No proper communication & pathetic customer support.
                          There people dont even have a decent tone or manner on how to talk to customers.
                          This is how you wanna grow your business?/
                          As per the invoice my last payment is to be made by 19-03-20, then why they started sending mail, payment to be made by 12-03-20 as due date?
                          Because an advisory is issued by govt of india on 11th to avoid any foreign trips.
                          This is how you want to meet your targets by cheating people.

                          Pathetic service.
                          Recommending customer only to reschedule the flight bookings on there own.
                          Then why took the whole amount earlier for the complete package when this is how you treat the customer after taking all the money.

                          I was Looking for a Honeymoon Package in the month of January 2020.
                          I booked a package on 24th Jan 20 for Bali at 1, 11, 100 Rs & my Booking ID is 7008790.
                          I already made a payment of 87300 Rs & 22700 Rs is yet to transfer.
                          But now due to corona virus, Bureau of Immigration (Ministry of Home Affair India) statement is issued that:
                          All Indian nationals are strongly advised to avoid non essential travel abroad.On there return they can be subjected to quarantine for a minimum period of 14 days.
                          Due to this we want to cancel the trip as it is a medical risk for us and for all, But Travel Triangle is not ready to refund the amount we paid to them.
                          The flights have been booked with VietjetAir.com & Booking Id is G8HCFS[protected]
                          On reaching Travel Triangle Travel agents, they are insisting to cancel the trip without any refund.
                          This is outrageous.
                          I am taking the trip but due to National Advisory Its not possible.
                          Why do I loose my money 87, 300?
                          Its a lot of money I have saved.
                          Given the corona Virus situation, I need my money back, I dont want to postpone the dates But I need full refund of the initial amount I paid.
                          The travel agent are charging 95% amount as cancellation charge without sharing any Cancellation invoice from Airlines, Hotels Booking, Land Booking, Nothing at all.
                          Making a fool to the customers,
                          Before making a Payment there people are calling 10
                          times a day, But now All of them left the company when we try to reach them.
                          No proper communication & pathetic customer support.
                          There people Dont even have a decent tone or manner on How to talk to customers.
                          This is how you wanna grow your Business?/
                          As per the invoice my last payment is to be made by 19-03-20, Then Why they started sending mail, payment to be made by 12-03-20 as due date?

                            My booking id 6651261. We booked bhutan trip in the month of march 2020, due to corona outbreak they cancelled the trip... But still no response from travel triangle... I have called them, mailed them, sent message in watsup but still no reply... How to get our money from them? I spoke to that bhutan agent they said we refunded full amount from our side... Only travel triangle have to pay you.. Before booking we get more calls from tt.. After payment no response... Worst site i have ever seen... Please help if anybody know how to get money..

                              Hi team,

                              I have made a booking from bangalore to male all inclusive trip to maldives with travel triangle by paying 47, 000 inr. But now due to corona virus we want to cancel the trip. Travel triangle is not ready to refund any amount we paid. My trip is scheduled for 19th april 2020. The flights have been booked with sri lankan airlines with booking id: klj3yt. The airlines as well are not ready to refund. This is outrageous. I am taking the trip why do i get to lose 47, 000 rupees? It is a lot of money i had saved for my 1st anniversary trip.

                              Given the corona virus situation, i really need my money back i don't need to postpone the dates but i need cancellation and full refund of the initial amount that i paid. The travel agent - travel brat is not agreeing to the cancellation and not ready to give back 47, 000 rupees i paid.

                              Please raise a complaint on them and get me back my 47, 000 rupees.

                                To start with i was dealing with vikas and he organised the trip. The breakup of payment scheduled as discussed with him was as below

                                Brys cave room rent - 11400 per night - total 22800

                                Taxi - gurgaon-corbett - gurgaon - 8500

                                Safari - 5000.

                                For safari my preference was bijrani gate and it was my clear instruction not to book it if there is some other gate availability. Also as confirmed by vikas that bijrani is not available and i specifically told him not to book any safari for any other gate.

                                Moreoever i also requested vikas to refer my known taxi operator for the trip. I was asked to speak to mr. Saurabh aggarwal (Vikas supervisor). An extremely shrewd guy with no knowledge of how to talk to customers, also after denying my request he also hung up the call on me. Anyways i decided to go on with the taxi provided and fortunately i did not face any problem.

                                Safari was not done during the trip however upon checkout i was forced to pay the amount of safari aswell. On speaking with sourabh he again tried to use shrewd statement like safari is for only rs 2800, however it was agreed for rs 5000. Also confirmation recording is available with me.

                                I have written an email to there senior management however still no resolution has been provided. Now the guy sourabh keeps on writing that only 1200 is refundable even when no safari has been availed

                                  We cancelled our trip to maldives for 12 people because of the ongoing corona virus scare. The cancellation amount per person shared by the agent was 7692 +100 inr (Per person) while the charges shared by the airlines were 4100 inr for bengaluru return ticket & 4300 inr for delhi return ticket (Per person).

                                  In the initial invoice details, it was clearly mentioned that airlines cancellation charges will be as per airlines refund policies. Unfortunately we had to go forward with the cancellation as the travel date was approaching & the travel agent threatened us that in case of 'no show', nothing will be refunded.

                                  We seriously feel duped of our money and want a refund of the difference amount - 50, 600/-

                                    We booked our singapore trip along with cruise on last week ofjan 2020 thru travel triangle salesman ragul mehra. By7th feb the singapore govt issues oranle alert for corona virus in the country. I asked ragulmehra on 7th feb to cancel my trip as we do not want to take any medical risk.
                                    Our booking id is 6994459.

                                    I have paid initial amount of rs 61058/.

                                    Even after many follow-up i have not received the refund amount. I can see that airline tickets have been cancelled. Still no visibility of actual refund of money.

                                    This is pathetic service.

                                      I have been in touch with random agents at travel triangle since a month now and still the issue has not been resolved. I have emailed my query several times and they keep asking for the same details.in addition, one of the agents lied saying he is the owner of the company (When i asked to speak to someone who can make decisions regarding refunds etc.). I have emailed [protected]@traveltriangle.com 3 times and still no response to my query. I will never use travel triangle again to book my trip or recommend my friends & family to book through them either. If you are thinking o[censored]sing them, please do not - extremely poor customer service and communication.

                                        I had booked a trip with travel triangle booking id: 6976727 and paid the booking amount as the agent asked me to pay to confirm the booking. At the time of the booking the agent told me that they will refund 100 % amount if i cancel the trip.

                                        After paying the booking amount the agent was not receiving my calls or responding to my calls. So i decided to cancel the trip and asked for my refund.

                                        When i am asking about my refund they are not refunding the amount.
