forced to pay 10% of the travel cost

I had booked a trip for Turkey and the date of departure is 11th May 2020. My Booking i.d - 7267147.
I booked the trip for two people and the total package cost for two people was approximately 192, 000 Rs.
I have already paid the 1st installment for two people and the total is 68, 000Rs.
My visa had to be filed on the 10th April 2020 but now according to the government guidelines the visa for tourists to travel abroad...

Before making a payment there people are calling 10
Times a day, but now all of them left the company when we try to reach them.
No proper communication & pathetic customer support.
There people dont even have a decent tone or manner on how to talk to customers.

    I had booked a trip for Turkey and the date of departure is 11th May 2020.
    I booked the trip for two people and the total package cost for two people was approximately 192, 000 Rs.
    I have already paid the 1st installment for two people and the total is 68, 000Rs.
    My visa had to be filed on the 10th April 2020 but now according to the government guidelines the visa for tourists to travel abroad cannot be filed now till the 30th april 2020. My travel date is 11th May 2020 and it is quite certain that now i cannot travel because of the Novel corona virus.
    I have spoken to the customer care and the Travel Agent as well.
    But i am "forced" to pay 10% of the travel package cost that is around 9600 Rs each
    And a total of 19, 200 Rs.
    It is not even my fault i really want to go to turkey but the conditions are as such.
    Even the turkey government are not allowing tourists.
    I booked my travel package from SVS travels which is an agent of Travel Triangle.

      Hi team,

      I was looking for a honeymoon package in the month of january 2020.
      I booked a package on 24th jan 20 for bali at 1, 11, 100 rs & my booking id is 7008790.
      I already made a payment of 87300 rs & 22700 rs is yet to transfer.
      But now due to corona virus, bureau of immigration (Ministry of home affair india) statement is issued that:
      All indian nationals are strongly advised to avoid non essential travel abroad. On there return they can be subjected to quarantine for a minimum period of 14 days.
      Due to this we want to cancel the trip as it is a medical risk for us and for all, but travel triangle is not ready to refund the amount we paid to them.
      The flights have been booked with vietjetair.com & booking id is g8hcfs[protected]
      On reaching travel triangle travel agents, they are insisting to cancel the trip without any refund.
      This is outrageous.
      I am taking the trip but due to national advisory its not possible.
      Why do i loose my money 87, 300?
      Its a lot of money i have saved.
      Given the corona virus situation, i need my money back, i dont want to postpone the dates but i need full refund of the initial amount i paid.
      The travel agent are charging 95% amount as cancellation charge without sharing any cancellation invoice from airlines, hotels booking, land booking, nothing at all.
      Making a fool to the customers,

      As per the invoice my last payment is to be made by 19-03-20, then why they started sending mail, payment to be made by 12-03-20 as due date?
      Because an advisory is issued by govt of india on 11th to avoid any foreign trips.
      This is how you want to meet your targets by cheating people.
      Even while rescheduling your people are demanding more money than actual on the airline portal.
      Misleading customers to reschedule tickets on there own.
      Do u think its possible...?
      U booked tickets with your login.
      And asking customer to reschedule.
      Simply misleading and wasting time of the customers.
      No care attitude of the customer support.

          Agent was of the opinion that cancellation is from Customer side and not from Tour Organizer side hence they are charging heavy cancellation charges.

                my booking has been shown as travelled

                Sir,

                We are 2 senior citizens (Aged 70 and 76 years). We had booked our tour to vietnam/cambodia from 7th to 15th march, 2020 from mumbai, through traveltriangle and their agent, s. Viet travel at vietnam - booking id 65492765. I paid the 1st instalment vide their invoice of dollars 490/- + 12 dollars being agent's tour booking charges on 17th january, 2020. My 2nd instalment was due on 20th february, 2020.

                I have booked a trip from travel triangle for mauritius dated 26th april, 2020 to 3rd of may, 2020 after my marriage. Due to current situation of global lockdown, my trip has got automatically cancelled. I have told the ‘red letter staff’ for cancellation of trip on 20th march, 2020 and intimated the same to travel triangle personnel. After that i am not able to contact the persons from travel triangle as well as red letter holidays in call as well as in text.
                Due to current circumstances of covid-19 pandemic and i have also intimated well advance in time, i expect ‘full refund’ of the trip.
                Kindly look into the matter and intimate me as soon as possible.

                  I'm writing this to you to share my worst travel experience so far and the inhuman treatment i got from travel triangle for my honeymoon tour to bali.

                  I had made a booking for honeymoon bali trip from mumbai from march 16th to 22nd, 2020 through flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited agency tied up with travel triangle. I had made full advance payment of rs. 63, 100/ by february 10, 2020 in 4 installments.
                  My honeymoon destination and the entire itinerary was surprise for my wife.

                  Seeing the severity of the coronavirus - covid 19 outbreak which was unexpected to spread and, become pandemic in such a short time and the instructions of indian government to refrain from travel and various new actions being taken each day to curb the spread of virus in india, i had requested both traveltriangle and flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited to postpone my trip a week before the departure i. E. On 9th march 2020. Till then i hadn't received any booking vouchers from travel triangle. I had received booking vouchers on 11th & 12th march 2020 at 10:04 pm.

                  Travel triangle wasn't even bothered to respond to the messages sent through their mobile app and their appointed travel triangle trip executive i. E. Pooja gautam had resigned from the organisation and was not reachable on the call (I got to know about her resignation on 13th march 2020 when she messaged me on whatsapp).

                  Hence, i had to contact the agent flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited executive i. E. Mr. Indranil, who said that we won't be able to postpone the tour on such a short notice as there is no harm in traveling to bali as it is not affected by virus nor any ban is imposed to travel to bali. Hence, it's your choice to travel or not, we can't postpone or cancel the tour. Thus, i was forcefully traveling to bali as i was not getting any refund nor my tour was being postponed due to pandemic.

                  2 days before the departure i. E. On 15th march 2020, i again tried to contact travel triangle (For call back as assigned executive i. E. Pooja gautam was not responding) and flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited to postpone my tour as government of india started imposing ban on travel departure and arrival in and from various countries. That time flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited executive mr. Indranil said we could have postponed the tour one week before, which i had asked him to do earlier on 9th march 2020.

                  With no choice left i took the risk to travel to bali for honeymoon with a fear of coronavirus and anytime imposement on travel by bali or indian government.

                  On the very first day i. E. 16th march 2020 when we were taken to rhadana hotel i was asked to wait in lobby for 2 hours as the check-in time was 2 pm and we were informed in the itinerary that check in time was at 12 noon (Which is the check-out time of the hotel). We rested for the day after waiting for 2 hours in the lobby.

                  On the second day i. E. 17th march 2020 we traveled for sightseeing as per the itinerary.

                  On the third day i. E. 18th march 2020, indian government imposed ban on travelers coming from or via kuala lumpur and hence our return flight mh 194 (Booking id: nn[protected] with malaysia airlines on 22nd march got cancelled and then the entire breakdown of the tour started, as this is what we were predicting to happen and discussed with mr. Indranil.
                  We informed mr. Indranil about the scenario of ban on travel and flight cancelation. Upon that he asked us to check return flights first and then focus on tour. As per itinerary we went for water sports hardly for 2 hours, hurriedly completed it (We wanted to do few extra activities which i had discussed with mr. Indranil before the tour as we won't be coming to bali any time sooner which we couldn't do).
                  Then we were taken to airport to check on flights, and there was no response at airport due to all flights grounded and huge number of indians stuck there. Hence, we went to malaysia airline office raised a complaint and then we went for cruise sunset dinner in hurry.in this entire mess we didn't get time to have lunch.
                  On cruise i was busy checking flights and news from india and couldn't enjoy a bit of the cruise with my wife. Entire day was wasted and i was in tension. While i was on cruise, the flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited team asked us to catch first flight to india next day and get out of bali as they got the news that bali government is also going to impose travel and hence we should leave bali on immediate basis. These all predictions we had discussed with mr. Indranil who smartly avoided them and made us travel and got us stuck in nowhere.

                  On fourth day i. E. 19th march 2020 we checked out of rhadana hotel at 8:30 am on just breakfast, went to airport to check for available flights which were scoot airlines (Only online booking option available and there was no surety on online booking as it would get canceled anytime which flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited team informed us) or singapore airline (Which was charging heavy rates which was not affordable for us). With no help at airport we went to indian embassy where we were again asked to leave bali on immediate basis as indian government had declared full lockdown from 21st midnight and starting of 22nd march 2020. This is what we were worried and had discussed with mr. Indranil when he denied to postpone the tour.
                  Hence, our this day was occupied and wasted on checking tickets at domestic & international airport as half of the airline offices were based on either of the airports and embassy. My wife was getting ill due to all running over the place in bali with empty stomach and scorching heat over the head. At this point at 2 pm i gave up on any flight booking via airport, hence, thought to go to hotel and check in and have some rest and relax and check for online ticket available at the risk of getting canceled at any moment.
                  At this point i had a call with mr. Indranil where we had a fight. He was rude saying that i was more concerned about completing and enjoying the tour. This is what he said - mein dekh raha 2 din se aapko tour jyaada important hai. Aapko return nahi jaana. Sab samaj raha hai mujhe. Being his customer is this the way he should talk when i have booked the tour, i am in problem and stuck stranded because he denied to postpone the tour, i am running everywhere to get out of bali and was tired because of all this mess and wanted to rest for sometime. And i hung up the call.
                  Later he again called and asked to go for spa and again go to airport and check for tickets. I don't understand when i already went and checked at airport why i was forced to go there and direct instructions were given to driver to take us to airport only. I had to force him to let me go to hotel and check-in, i will book flight online and leave bali and then mr. Indranil agreed.
                  We reached amatara abirama villa after having spa (Out of the entire day itinerary) at 6.30 pm. We went into the room and by 7:30 pm we got call from the reception to go and get health certificate from clinic that we are fit and fine to stay and travel anywhere which costed is additional rs. 3, 312/- which could have been avoided if the tour was postponed. We had our dinner and left for clinic informed by the hotel at 9 pm on bike given by hotel with unfamiliar dark roads, with no traffic on road and surrounded by thick dense forest which was risky. We got checked by doctor, paid the amount and got certificate, simultaneously we booked tickets, reached hotel submitted the health certificate and packed our bags we had to check out from hotel at 7:15 am to reach airport well in time as there might be rush for departure.

                  On fifth day i. E. 20th march 2020 we left for airport early morning and our next 3 days itinerary was wasted with ambiguity on refund on the canceled days. I tried to understand from the flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited team on the refund for the remaining days and all the canceled itineraries to which they said we are not sure, right now you book flights and get out of bali, refund can be checked later if possible.

                  Hence, my entire surprise honeymoon tour for my wife was spoiled and ruined because of travel triangle and flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited.

                  Inspite of them, having the information about the pandemic outbreak, travel tirangle and flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited team insisted that we travel or nothing would be refunded. This kind of behavior by the company is in-human. Also the indian government had already given travel advisory wherein they had mentioned clearly to refrain from travel.
                  Inspite of knowing all the above facts, they have been terming it as willful cancellation and no refund will be given if we don't turn up. Kindly let me know cancelling a trip to a region when there is a pandemic outbreak and when the government of india has asked not the travel is "will full cancellation"?

                  I suppose that travel triangle is fraud and they squeeze money from customers and not even respond to them.

                  Travel triangle and its agent flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited denied to postpone the tour.
                  Hence, i didn't complete my tour and didn't enjoy the tour. Instead i faced mental stress and trauma and also had to pay additional charges for doctor visit, new return flight booking and various other things.

                  I am expecting travel triangle to give me full refund of my honeymoon tour to bali (Booking id: 6297356) with all the additional payments made by me of rs. 3, 312/- for doctor's health certificate and return flight charges of rs. 57, 689/- which i had to pay because of your mistakes and denial to postpone the tour.

                  I would like to bring to travel triangle notice that we have booked sri lanka tour through you, where your agent agreed to postpone the tour without any additional charges considering the pandemic outbreak. Hope you consider this and check in your records for the same.

                  I also checked with other tour operators if any guidelines or advisory was shared by government of india from refraining travel to any countries for their clients and i got to know that government had share a notification. While we were in bali, news was shared with us by tour operator about a notice issued by bali government on travel impose. Most of the tour operators had agreed to postpone tours of their clients by charging same amount or by additional difference amount which i had agreed to do but i wasn't given that option at any point.

                  Dear Mr. Prasad,

                  Hope you and your family are in good health.

                  As per the communication, an option to cancel/postpone the trip was offered to you by the agent. However no immediate refund was possible in this case pertaining the following reasons:

                  A) Your option to cancel the trip was received just 3 days before the trip start date. At this point rescheduling the trip was also not possible without foregoing cancellation charges.

                  B) Travel ban had not been imposed on India, Malaysia, Indonesia by then, hence no refund could have been received from the concerned suppliers.

                  In this case, the regular cancellation policy of the agent/supplier would apply.

                  Post understanding this situation, you voluntarily decided to go ahead with the trip and availed committed services and there was a constant on-ground support from our agent/suppliers for you throughout the trip.
                  We have re-reviewed the case with the suppliers and unfortunately could not be able to offer any refund in this case.

                  We humbly hope that we are able to answer your query.

                  P.S. We are still constantly in touch with the supplier and trying to get as much refund as possible. However, this may take time due to large cancellation volumes.

                  I have not received any call or email from your end where you have reached to me to DISCUSS IN DETAIL on my complaint. Stop fooling around.
                  You have spoiled my honeymoon, you have wasted my hard earned money, you have given me mental stress, you simply neglected Indian Government instructions and upon that you have audacity to say that you won't be able to offer any resolution. Then why do you say you are customer centric organization?

                  You haven't replied to my official email sent to you on [protected]@traveltriangle.com on 25th March 2020 at 1.10 PM, where you mentioned that you will get back to me within 24 hours. Today is day 9 since I have sent you that email.
                  And in all these 9 days you could manage to send me only a tweet with rubbish message that you can't resolve my complaint.

                  You have no respect for customers and Government of India.

                  All emails which have sent to your team have bounced back. That might be one of the reason that you have no explanation and resolution for my complaint.

                  You need to give me satisfactory reason and solution for my complaint or else this matter will get ugly.

                  Seeing the severity of the Coronavirus - Covid 19 outbreak which was unexpected to spread and become Pandemic in such a short time and the instructions of Indian Government to refrain from travel and various new actions being taken each day to curb the spread of virus in India, I had enquired with Mr. Indranil from Flytrail Backpackers Tour Travel Opc Private Limited about the news of corona virus in bali news, cancellation and other procedures, etc; to which he said cancellation is possible 30 days before the travel. Even at that time he didn't mention that tour can be postponed. this conversation took place on 15th February 2020.

                  Later again on 9th March 2020 i requested Mr. Indranil and TravelTriangle
                  to postpone my trip a week before the departure seeing the severity of the Coronavirus - Covid 19 Pandemic outbreak which was unexpectedly spreading all across the world in a short time. At the same time Indian Government instructed to refrain from travel and circular regarding the same was shared on all information portals as well as with the travel agencies. Impose on ban was initiated by Indian Government to curb the spread of virus in India.

                  Travel Triangle wasn't even bothered to respond to the messages sent through their mobile app and their appointed travel triangle trip executive i.e. Pooja Gautam had resigned from the organisation and was not reachable on the call (I got to know about her resignation on 13th March 2020 when she messaged me on whatsapp).
                  Hence, i had to contact the agent Flytrail Backpackers Tour Travel Opc Private Limited executive i.e. Mr. Indranil, who said that we won't be able to cancel or postpone the tour on such a short notice as there is no harm in traveling to Bali, as it is not affected by Virus nor any ban is imposed to travel to bali. Hence, it's your choice to travel or not, we can't postpone or cancel the tour. Thus, i was forcefully traveling to bali as i was not getting any refund nor my tour was being postponed due to pandemic.

                  3 days before the tour i.e. on 13th March 2020, i again tried to contact Travel Triangle and Flytrail Backpackers Tour Travel Opc Private Limited to postpone my tour as Government of India started imposing ban on travel departure and arrival in and from various countries. That time Flytrail Backpackers Tour Travel Opc Private Limited executive Mr. Indranil said we could have postponed the tour one week before which i had asked him to do on 9th March 2020. I had requested him to share with me email conversation of him asking hotels to consider my tour postponement request because of the Pandemic. On this he said he has already checked with hotels and they said no to postpone and sent me an email screenshot of some other hotel for some other customer of some other date.
                  Till date he has not sent me the emails of him asking my hotels for postponement of my bookings. My hotels are Rhadana and Amatara Abirama Villa Ubud. He didn't even tried to postpone the tour.

                  While i was on cruise, the Flytrail Backpackers Tour Travel Opc Private Limited team asked us to catch first flight to India next day and get out of Bali as they got the news that Bali Government is also going to impose travel and hence we should leave Bali on immediate basis. These all predictions we had discussed with Mr. Indranil who smartly avoided them and made us travel and got us stuck in nowhere.

                  Inspite of them, having the information about the pandemic outbreak, Travel Tirangle and Flytrail Backpackers Tour Travel Opc Private Limited team insisted that we travel or nothing would be refunded. This kind of behavior by the company is in-human. Also the Indian Government had already given travel advisory wherein they had mentioned clearly to refrain from travel.
                  Inspite of knowing all the above facts, they have been terming it as willful cancellation and no refund will be given if we don't turn up. Kindly let me know cancelling a trip to a region when there is a pandemic outbreak and when the Government of India has asked not the travel is "will full cancellation" ?

                  Travel Triangle and its agent Flytrail Backpackers Tour Travel Opc Private Limited denied to postpone the tour.
                  Hence, i didn't complete my tour and didn't enjoy the tour. Instead i faced mental stress and trauma and also had to pay additional charges for doctor visit, new return flight booking and various other things.

                    I had booked a trip to Bali on travel triangle.
                    It was booked by Shruti Singh.
                    I had paid 104000 for the same as the first installment on 14 the Feb.
                    But recently the whole scenerio has changed due to corona virus pandemic.

                    . I wrote a mail to them to cancel the trip and refund my money due to the present global circumstances of corona pandemic.
                    There is no response from them and they don't pick up calls.
                    They have blocked my no. On WhatsApp also.

                    I want to immediately get response on the same and get my trip cancelled.

                      We had booked a tour with travel triangle for kashmir from 4th april to 9th april vide booking ID-7173297 Unfortunately due to covid-19 leading to a country lockdown we will not be able to travel and asked for a refund of the initial payment made of Rs 7250 towards this trip.However travel triangle has refused to give any refund and is allowing extention only from dec 2020 to mar 2021 . Since we are service class and the period being last quarter of financial year therefore getting holidays would be a challenge for both o[censored]s also flight price during christmas vacations are 3 times the rates i had booked and woukd go completely out of our budget. We need a refund for this amount as cannot take a monetary loss of Rs7250

                      Request your help in getting us a refund for this trip.

                        Hi : i booked for 7 nights and local travel with travel triangle. I had specifically requested that i need cancellation clause incase we are not able to travel due to covid19. Tjhe booking was done by shivangi johri.

                        I was asked to pay in 2 installments and i paid my first installment. Due to covid 19 i requested to cancel my trip and refund the money. At this point i was told by mr niraj kumar that my trip has been cancelled and refund will be done in next 10 working days.

                        After 7 days i followed up with niraj and i was told that my cancellation has been processed and my money should be in my mode of transaction. After that i tried to follow with niraj and shivangi but they are not picking my phone.

                        I raised a complain in customer care through email but they have not responded or contacted.

                        This is a very poor customer service and if this is the way they work govt should shut down their business for such unethical way of working.

                          We had booked a tour for 6 senior citizen people for my family with travel triangle for bangalore (1d) tirupati (1d) mysore (2d) ooty (3d) madurai (2d) rameshwaram (1d) kanyakumari (1d) from 13th march 2020 to 26th march 20 and total duration 14 days & 13 nights. My booking id is 6894076. They quotes me inr rs.155, 200.00 and told me to pay in 3 installments.

                          1st installment date and money was 17th jan 2020 – rs 62, 000.00 [paid]
                          2nd installment date and money was 03 mar 2020 – rs 62, 000.00 [paid]
                          3rd installment date and money was 17 mar 2020 – rs 30, 000.00 [not paid]

                          I had paid 1st and 2nd installment on time which amount was rs 1, 24, 000 and 3rd installment not paid because of suddenly got message from travel agent due to covid-19 leading to a country lock-down we will not be able to travel. That’s why i didn’t paid 3rd installment.

                          Before start travel
                          Travel triangle agent called me (Agent name pallavi sharma) and informed me your whole trips will be managed by shoppers trip and shoppers agent name rakesh will help you. If you have still any issues so please contact with me (Pallavi) and her senior manager jyoti gupta (Travel triangle).
                          Scenario
                          Before started this trips i asked to travel agent rakesh (Shoppers trip) is everything fine? He told me yes sir, you can start trips as per schedule (13th march 2020) from bangalore and trips has been started as per our plan.
                          My family was started travel from 13th march from bangalore and stay one day and after went to tirupati 14th march and stay tripati 15th march. Again i talk with agent rakesh (Shoppers agent), due to covid-19, lots of state lock-down, is this fine to continues travel. He told me, lot of our ppl are travailing there, so there were any no issues, continue it. I requested many times it is dangerous to continues travel but then rakesh told me we are not going to cancel your trip, so we decided continue it, after then my family went to mysore 16th march 2020 and stay in hotel which was booked by shoppers trip.

                          When we reached mysore and see everything was lockdown due to covid-19 and we stay in hotel 16th march and 17th march, again i called to rakesh and asked him what is going on? You told me nothing is lockdown and here everything is lockdown and again force to my family go to ooty as per schedule and cabs driver comes to hotel pick-up my family date 18th march 2020 in the morning and rakesh called to me and told in ooty nothing is lockdown, so now continue your family trips. But when my family was started travel for ooty and see after few km gone, cab driver told to my family, sir everything is lockdown in ooty also and hotel will not allow check-in. So he told now we are going to bangalore.

                          After all this scenario i called to senior manager jyoti gupta (Travel triangle) but she didn’t pick-up my phone, then called to pallavi sharma (Travel triangle) and she told me jyoti left the job. She provided me other senior manager kunnal’s (Travel triangle) number. I called to kunnal and tell the entire scenario, he told me give me few minutes going to talk with rakesh (Shoppers agent) and update you and also tell me you can also call to rakesh and ask about it.

                          When i called to rakesh and asking this situation his behaviour was suddenly changed, telling me we are not going to do anything and not going to continues your trips, only i can suggest you please arrange tickets for your family and tell him go to home. I was really socked because of his behaviour and attitude, really this was very bad behaviour from rakesh (Shoppers agent), never accept it. I don’t know how to say. But it was really unacceptable, here not going to write what he told me.

                          After this entire scenario, i called to kunnal, and asking update, he told me sir please arrange ticket for your family and we are going to provide on free hotel in bangalore for 1 night. When i asked to kunnal what about my trip? They told me we will refund it. After then i booked ticket for my family and they go back to home.

                          Next day i called to kunnal date 19th march 2020, but he didn’t pick-up my called, then called to pallavi sharma, she didn’t my phone after then i go to travel triangle website from chat i try to talk with all of guys, they replied me on chat, we are informing you, refund is not possible. No amount going to refund. Again called to kunnal and pallavi both from other phone number and they picked my phone and told him, i know unfortunately due to covid-19 leading to a country lockdown we will not be able to travel and asked to rakesh for a refund of the rest payment, he told me refund is not possible. Both guys (Pallavi and kunnal) told me, we can’t do anything because shoppers trip not refunding your payment. So that’s why we are also not going to refund any payment. I told them, i paid in your account and responsibility talk with him and refund my rest amount. Pallavi and kunnal cut phone call and last few days trying to talk with them but not respond from all guys (Rakesh, pallavi, kunnal).

                          After then again i opened travel triangle website and go to chat room and dropped message inside chat “i am going to consumer court against both of travel triangle and shoppers agent”.

                          They replied me like this - “sure, you can, but at last and finally we will say amount is non-refundable and non-refundable. We will not be able to reply you on this further. Thanks “

                            We had booked a tour with travel triangle for assam & meghalaya from 2nd april to 8th april. Unfortunately due to covid-19 leading to a country lockdown we will not be able to travel and asked for a refund of the initial payment made of 18k towards this trip or extention of the same for a year with the same price. However travel triangle has refused to give any refund and is allowing extention only till 31st dec 2020. Since we are service class and kid has educstion commitment, it is not possible for us to reschedule the trip anytime except vacations. The flight price during diwali & christmas vacations are 3 times the rates i had booked and is completely out of our budget. We need a refund for this amount as cannot take a monetary loss of 18k.

                            Request your help in getting us a refund for this trip.

                              We have booked for a delhi trip and total amount of 21600 has been paid. 7246125 is my booking id. But now travel triange agent jegendar ([protected]) is forcing us badly to cancel the trip and warning that if we won't cancel he will cancel himself and refund only 3000 out of 21600 paid, what the hell is this, if we call him, he is disconnecting the call. We are facing a bad issue here, dint liked his behavior, we need a solution for this as soon as possible before i file a case against travel triangle, i need to talk to higher authority, my contact email [protected]@gmail.com. I need someone to take initiative on this. I don't know who the hell gave him a job. I am going to file a police complaint on him.

                                I am writing this email to express the issue which i faced in my recent travel booking for kerala.

                                I am currently resident o[censored]nited states, i am planning to get married on the month of may 2020 in india but due to covid 19 virus issues i postponed my marriage date to december 2020. There is no air flights are flying to india from unites states.

                                It's difficult for me to travel to india in this circumtences. I requested my travel agent (Details below) to cancel my booking but as per the policy of the package they are charging me 25 present of the money for cancellation.

                                But this is a geniuon reason for me to cancel the booking. The other travel companies like indigo they provided me the full refund.

                                  My trip was cancelled because of covid19 and i was charged as follows

                                  Total amount paid to travel triangle = 1, 27, 434/-

                                  Flight cancellation - 31, 550/-

                                  Travel triangle & customiseyourtrip cancellation - 12500/-

                                  Payment towards land part to europe dmc - 25000/-

                                  Amount to refund = 1, 27, 434 - 69, 050/- = 58, 384/-

                                  Above mentioned charges are without any booking and cancellation proofs. Charges must include following details with its proof of booking and cancellation i. E.

                                  A) sightseeing
                                  B) transfers
                                  C) hotels
                                  D) travel triangle commission
                                  E) flight transactional vouchers.

                                  Moreover, cancellation is not initiated by me as embassy of france is not allowing to have travel visa due to pandemic covid 19 so how i am eligible for so much cancellation charges.

                                  Furthermore, i am reiterating again that all my flights and hotel bookings were refundable as i opted for insurance while booking.

                                  I expect logical answers from travel triangle such a reputed travel industry as not taking any responsibility of there own services provided

                                  I want to add further that your vendor customiseyourtrip is big fraud as her statement for my above mention quotes were that whole industry is bearing loss due to COVID19 so understand and you have to bear some loss as well.This statement doesn, t mean that more than 60% of loss that is even on partial booking as my two more installments were pending.

                                    Hi team my name is anubhav rai and my trip id is trip id:7014408 and my mobile no is [protected] i am planning to travel thailand in the month of march 27th but due to corona effect no flights are allowed and travel triangle them selves confirmed that this is not ideal time to travel and i have made payment 40000 and now i am cancelled my trip on 5th march 19 days gown but no reply no refund no apologies nothing and no response by customer care please help me and guide me to how i file case in consumer court
