forced travel during pandemic and inhuman behaviour

I'm writing this to you to share my worst travel experience so far and the inhuman treatment i got from travel triangle for my honeymoon tour to bali.

I had made a booking for honeymoon bali trip from mumbai from march 16th to 22nd, 2020 through flytrail backpackers tour travel opc private limited agency tied up with travel triangle. I had made full advance payment of rs. 63, 100/ by february 10, 2020 in 4 installments.br...

no customer care for cancelling trip

I had booked a trip to Bali on travel triangle.
It was booked by Shruti Singh.
I had paid 104000 for the same as the first installment on 14 the Feb.
But recently the whole scenerio has changed due to corona virus pandemic.

. I wrote a mail to them to cancel the trip and refund my money due to the present global circumstances of corona pandemic.
There is no response from them and they don't pick...

We had booked a tour for 6 senior citizen people for my family with travel triangle for bangalore (1d) tirupati (1d) mysore (2d) ooty (3d) madurai (2d) rameshwaram (1d) kanyakumari (1d) from 13th march 2020 to 26th march 20 and total duration 14 days & 13 nights. My booking id is 6894076. They quotes me inr rs.155, 200.00 and told me to pay in 3 installments.

1st installment date and money was 17th jan 2020 – rs 62, 000.00...

travel booking not providing refund

I am writing this email to express the issue which i faced in my recent travel booking for kerala.

I am currently resident o[censored]nited states, i am planning to get married on the month of may 2020 in india but due to covid 19 virus issues i postponed my marriage date to december 2020. There is no air flights are flying to india from unites states.

trip to dubai

We have booked a package through travel triangle back in january for dubai from hyderabad and our travel date was 7th march 2020 for which you agent charged us 129000 for two people. Due to this sudden situation and out real of corona virus we was not able to travel in march and decided to postpone it to april 4th for which again he charged us 19280 just to postpone.
Now the situation has got worse all over the world and we ain't able...

I planned to travel to kashmir in april b/w 12th to 17th. I was supposed to travel with wife and 2 kids. Due to the current situation, the pandemic, i have no choice but to call off the plan. With the booking id # 7144137, i have paid 10, 000 inr upfront.

When saurabh ahuja, accounts [protected]@travel triangle was asked to cancel the trip he slapped with cancellation charges worth 10k.

I wonder if they really understand...

We booked a trip from travel triangle and had been facing issues since day 1 of our landing to andaman. Breakfast packets not handed over or when served than it was all cold breakfast. Travel agent is not picking up the call since 2 days as i have book my trip through duniya zamana.com. I alsowhatsapp that guys but he is neither picking up my call nor reply of my whatsapp msgs further i wanna mention about corona virus which is spreading around the india also in world.
