Booking id 6442236 no support from agent of andaman great holiday and travel triangle agent as they have given us hotel in jungle, we spent whole night in fear as no one was around us. Totally silence with no facilities like cab. Medicine.
They said that the hotel is 3 star but it was a lodge.
Both travel traingle and andaman holiday agents are fraudd. Check thier reviews from quora.

Late night my wife got sick then i was calling them repeatedly for help but they ignore bcos they dont care about customer. Only money matters to them. Book hotels on your own, dont go for package bcos they will cheat you and ur family will enter into trouble. They are spoiling the name of andaman.

Even they have not uploaded true review. Travel triangle is supporting fraud agent. I uploaded in you tube and quora. And spreading truth bcos they didnt take any action

    Trip is being cancelled because of political turmoil in north east. Our flight partner cancelled flight and there is no way to reach there. Still traveltriangle is deducting money for cancellation that too for traveltriangle cancellation charges (Inr 500 per person).in this case atleast they should not impose any cancellation charges. I understand that agent charges is something which they can't avoid but at least they can waive off traveltriangle cancellation charges.
    Also, on phone they are committing that situation in guwahati and assam are fine. They are putting their customer in a life risk. This is not the right representation of a company to customer.
    Their manager (Md. Faruque abdullah) also mailed me with below message -
    "as we know, cancelation policy is made to make things easier & smoothing. Before payment everyone goes through the cancellation policy hence there is clear consent of the parties. Sorry, we can't go against the cancelation policy."
    What kind of message they are trying to give their customer?

        They ve taken advance from me stating tat they ll refund my money later if the trip is cancelled now the travel agent named abhishek says it’s impossible to refund the money now they ve changed their statements completely please don’t believes these looteras they r here just to loot money. My trip was not yet decided nd the date was not mentioned by me now they say tat they ve booked the hotel for which date nd for which place they better know it since the day i paid advance amount i neither recieved call for confirmation of the trip nor did they bother to respond my msgs nd calls i called them in october ending nd said tat hold on i m planning for another place nd the date is not yet confirmed so tat let him not go forward nd take any step he said mam u don’t worry even i[censored]r not willing to travel we ll refund ur money without fail now he is totally changed his statement nd he says we ve booked hotel for mauritius without my confirmation nd they r forcing me to travel to mauritius without any date confirmation from myside. These ppl r playing soo cheap

          I have faced an issue with travel triangle immediately after my payment is done. Seriously these people just want money. Once the money is paid no care is taken.
          1. An agent promises few excursions. However when that person was removed/left job. Others declined any such promises.

          2. No coordinator was provided. We were supposed to go from one island to another island resort. But till the date no coordination done by them. They did not provide any information on how to go to another resort. Although on the telephone they said they will whatsapp or mail. But did nothing. Finally, i had to struggle a lot to make own arrangements.

          3. They booked flight tickets with their contact no and email. But when the flight got preponed by 11 hrs, no such information was provided. One tourist met me that told me about that. Later i contacted travel triangle for the same but of no use. Finally, i had to again talk to airlines and make another arrangement.

          4. There is lot to talk about agent and company not giving response. Even when we were in the middle of our trip and when we still could not receive any reply or guidance, we send several whatsapp messages agents were online still did not provide any reply. They kept ignoring our query.

          I wonder why i choosed this when i my self had to talk to hotel, airlines, ferry people, excursion people.. There was no use of travel triangle. I just wasted my money on them.

            Dear travel triangle team,

            This is one hell of a testimony from your customer who regrets booking a trip with one of the worst travel aggregators travel triangle portal when i had my offers and credits available with makemytrip and yatra. Out of curiosity and to give a try hoping startups will deliver, i have booked a trip to utthrakand for 4 adults and 2kids trip id 5866346. All three installments were paid and the travel agent is somewhat supportive and we have some queries from our end regarding the trip. We were provided with a responsive and receptive relationship manager mr. Mohd ameed who never picks the call or calls us back even after repetitive calls. Our trip is to start in another two days and if some issue arises in middle of the trip and if we call this person then we will be at stake. Again we tried contacting your customer care directly seeking help in this regard and one kind enough lady representative attended and heard all my stories and assured a callback within 2 hours from senior executive but that 2nd hour is yet to come and no call was received. This is where startups fail. Retaining a client is always easier than getting a new client. I should have gone for makemytrip where customer care people calls us within 15 mins if a query has been raised which i regret now. I even know no one in your team will ever care this email and give a call back. Kudos to your service level.

            If some senior management team sees this mail by chance and before moving this to deleted items try and educate your relationship managers to treat their clients the way they need to be treated. Also tt is not the only player in this segment.

              We booked a trip to Bali. Tickets were booked by the agent on travel triangle. He booked the tickets without baggage allowance and failed to inform us. When we asked he confirmed on email that it will cost INR 3800 but we ended up paying close to INR 19, 000. We've been seeking a refund since it's not our fault. If we knew it would cost us so much we would have cancelled our trip. Travel Triangle confirmed that they will help us with the refund. However, Travel triangle and the agent both haven't resolved our issue yet. We've been trying to reach them over phone and email but they've been unresponsive. We were trying to reach them even while we were at Bali but again they didn't respond.

                My trip to thailand & bali was booked with travel triangle which included hotel booking and airlines booking across the entire trip. The total amount of the trip was rs. 2, 01, 569 which was paid by me in 3 installments as and when asked by their travel vendor called tripwiser. The assisting agent was shivam prajapati from travel triangle.

                The trip start date was 28 nov 2019. It was cancelled from their end on 27th nov 2019. I received the hotel vouchers and was told by both travel triangle and tripwiser agents on 27th nov that flight details will be mailed by 7pm. I suddenly received a call later in the evening on 27th nov stating that the trip is cancelled due to some ongoing business dispute between travel triangle & tripwiser.

                I received an automated cancellation email but no one is responding to calls or mails regarding the refund amount and timeline in which i would receive my money paid.

                I want to know when will my money be refunded.

                This has been a mental harassment to follow up constantly for the refund. This is a highly unacceptable behaviour from TT and without providing any solution, how can the complaint be marked resolved.

                  Reference Booking # 5756156
                  I booked a Trip to Singapore (Only Land Package as Flight Tickets are booked by my own) and the Vendors itinerary Changed post booking payment is done. I raised this issue several times to Traveltriangle but they are unable to handle it as expected. Every day I am listening that the issue will be resolved tomorrow and then again tomorrow and so on. My Travel date is approaching and no one is bothered about it. I even gave them an option to refund the money if they are not able to work on my Itinerary but no result. If today I will switch to other company for a package, then it will already expensive and it will continue further.
                  Also, if this is a problem before the start of travel, i am not sure what will happen during the travel. Its a breach of Trust, Breach of Contract and Breach of Commitment.

                  Really dissapointed and it feels I entered in a Trap of Travel Triangle.

                    I had paid approx 5000 to trip sailer in regards to my trip plan but within next 24hours i cancelled my plans as my leaves were cancelled.

                    Until then nothing was book but the agency denied to refund whereas they never mentioned about the non refund scheme.

                    Because of this agency your reviews are getting worst and people see the review and change their mind so act now.

                    I need my refund.

                      Travel triangle is a nausikhia/ immature company with school students, trying to fool people, no experience, no expertise in planning, nor they know the places and destinations, they prepared a totally cross itinerary, wasted my time just traveling, total confusion and no coordination between their agents, agents take them for a ride and also fool you., they have fraud companies as their agents, who will assure you many things but will give you just few, they will suggest you dharamshala type hotel's with good photographs, and would be taken aback when you actually see them.. Never rely on them or pay money to them before the trip they will not listen to you once you have paid and you will be trapped..
                      My bali trip was planned by them (10th nov to 17 the nov 2019) and assured me of the hassle-free trip, through experienced planners and was suggested the name of craft holiday planners. They started screwing up my holiday by giving me a totally wrong picture. First was the flight, assured was malinda, but gave me air asia, assured me of inflight veg meals which never came and had to serve on just juice and water,. Next came to the hotel room. Assured me of a room big enough to fit 3 beds, but, got a cramped room which had barely any space in the room after the third bed was put, it was a dharamshala room.
                      To top this up the itinerary was goofed up, the 6-day stay was divided into two hotel's 4-day stay and 2 days stay.
                      4 day stay was conveyed as 3 day stay to the local agent, and itinerary of destinations near other 2 day hotel were crossing the destinations near 4 day hotel so we were going far and wasting our time in seeing destinations, which if, had been planned with the stay at another hotel would have turned out more productive,
                      No guide was provided, in fact, the drivers who came did not even know anything about the importance of the history of the destination, they came as fools and never showed any interest in showing us around or guiding us.
                      They misguided us on the indian restaurants as well and on the cost of meals. Whatsapp group created by them to interact and sort out issues was useless as no issue was resolved in time and only assurances came which turned into apologies. As nothing was in their hands, they were puppets and they screwed us, left-right center... It was a family holiday for relaxation but turned out to be a chaotic, stressfully lingering outing which was paid by me, to torture me and my family... Worst people to deal with, worst suggestions of travel agents who are actually fraud companies with made-up reviews.. Don't fall trap of these guys.

                      My hotel in Maldives could not be booked by Bucket Voyage. I have paid Rs 59000 against the same. I am speaking to Dheeraj of Travel Triangle at +[protected]. Also mailed him and he asked my bank details on mail which has been provided to him again on email. Still not getting information on the refund as promised.

                        I had made booking for maldives as per booking id: 5127152 for 26th oct. Due to some serious medical emergency i was not able to travel.

                        I was detected with dengue on 21st oct. I was admitted in sakra hospital on 25th oct and discharged on 28th oct. As per my conversation with travel triangle they asked me medical proofs which i sent. I was told they will check with resort and get me whatever refund possible as it’s a medical emergency case.

                        But unfortunately i was told nothing can be refunded out of 2.5 lakhs which is really shocking. I would like to attach all reports again and escalate and hope this can be resolved in a suitable way. Please find attached all reports.

                          I had booked a trip to dubai for a group of 6. I was suggested for an sic cab which is economical and budgeted. I agreed to that because the sales agent told me that the coach would be of 8 passengers so you guys are 6, there are high chances that there will be no one accompanying you, so this will be as good as private. I agreed to the option however when i reached there and started the trip, i was getting a minibusses/buses, where space was to be shared with a lot more people. Also, i was told that for the city tour gold/spice souk will be included however the same was not covered (Not even in the city tour). I tried explaining the issue to the agency but no one resolved the issues. Sales team blames operation, operations team inturn blamed sales team. I even wrote emails to travel triangle executive but he never replied. Finally when i gave them the poor rating on the survey email, i recived a call from guy named himanshu. He ws equally empty headed and defensive. Instead of solving the issue, he kept on favouring the agency.

                            Apne marzi s local type bus book krde.3 hrs ki journey to 8 hrs ka bnaya. Plus viza k printout k liye tk vha charge kiya gya near about 500 rs.. Plus is situation n mental torture alag kiya it took 2 hrs for whole process.

                            Yh agency he fraud h mene pta ni kitne reviews padhe same experiences k logo k... Hmara hotel plus flight or bus ki tickets ka jo bhe diff h vo refund kijiye otherwise consumer court m case file krne m tym ne lagega hmne..

                              Hello sir/mam,

                              This email is to raise a fraud complaint against your employee gaurav. I had booked a ticket through him in hotel 'estrela do mar'. Initially on message he rejected for the asked price. But, later on the call, he accepted. I had clearly mentioned him on the call that the booking will be for 3 days for the price of 12k, and i would be checking in early around 9 am, and he accepted that. I asked him for the receipt after payment but he said it's not required in hotel. Later after reaching to the hotel, they asked me for the receipt. I called him many times but his phone was switched off. Also i texted him on whatsapp, and he read those messages and did not reply! I waited outside hotel for 4 hours!! I got the check in at 1.30pm. Later we were asked to check out on 12th at 12pm even though we had booked till 13th. I was asked to pay an extra amount for late check out and another 600 for convenience fee which he had not told earlier. When i enquired he gave unnecessary reasons and said, it is compulsory or else room would not be given. I paid it somehow to get the room, as i was exhausted with this nuisance. I demand that strict action be taken against the employee and refund me back the extra rs. 1000 which i paid. I will wait for the refund for 24 hours, and if not refunded, i will post this fraud of your company in all the social media handles, tagging your company, and the leadership team. After that, wrt consumer protection act, i will file a fraud complaint against your company.

                                As my booking at adaaran club rannalhi says that i booked a first-day standard room and for the next two days i have booked a water villa at the resort.

                                Due to mismanagement by trivolia, when i reached the resort i came to know it was based on availability and as beach room was fully booked so for the first day they have given me water villa for the first two nights and for last day they have given me beach villa.

                                When i asked the management to change then they simply refused and said we have informed this to your agent in advance that it is based on availability. When i had a word with trivolia representative he said they are not aware of such a conversation.

                                No complimentary was arranged as mentioned in the mail like cake, bed decoration, etc.

                                When i discussed these three issues with the trivolia representative he assured me with the solution that the hotel has assured him that they will take care of the mistakes and will provide other complimentary from their side. (All proofs available)

                                However, after taking regular follow up (I want to remind that i was on my honeymoon) nothing was arranged from the hotel side. I told trivolia a person to take action but nothing was done.

                                I am unhappy with my stay at adaaran club rannalhi as they did not bother about the mismanagement caused by them:

                                1-they said that honeymoon package was not mentioned by your travel agent.
                                2- your timing was not conveyed to us, we were informed that you are directly coming on your own from kaani.
                                3- after promising complimentary no one did nothing and disappointed us on our honeymoon.

                                The question i would like to ask traveltriangle now-

                                Is this the reason the client has to pay the whole amount in advance so that he becomes helpless and can't do anything?

                                Honestly, i feel like checking out on the last day when they gave me beach villa as they treated us the way that we cannot do anything.

                                I am looking forward to the compensation caused for all the problems caused by the hotel management.

                                  Travel triangle did not take responsibility of the trip and the poc was rude (Dhanak). He disconnected the call when we asked for resolution multiple times. Recordings of the company can be checked to verify the same. Our hotels were not booked. Last moment they gave us a below class hotel even though we booked it before some 3-4 months. Last day trip did not happen at all in darjeeling as they did not send anyone to pick us up. Just not the compensation but we demand blocking of the agency (Trips to nature) based out of siliguri. Also we need travel triangle to take action against dhanak (Our associate from the company), he didn't pick calls for our last day issue or never called back. We are already extremely frustrated about it and filing complaints everywhere possible.

                                    I booked my trip with travel triangle in jun 2019 where i paid 15000 in advance as per timeline provided by tt. Even of many call they were not pick my call and after many complaints they changed my travel agent and thereafter new agent also repeated the same story i. E no response. No upadte regarding my tour was provided to me after all one month prior to departure they increased amount of rs 11000 in my package without any information with out any reason. Ie from 59000 to 70000. They never gave response to cuatomers.

                                    Now i am requesting him to please cancel my tour package and refund my amount as per standard refund policy. They never pick my call and not cancelled my package till date nor refund my money.

                                      Requested and booked trip for 6 pax with 3 rooms for andaman but after confirming the trip they say 6 pax - 2 rooms

                                      Options given to me is either pay additional money for additional room or cancel trip by applying cancellation charges.

                                      As earlier sikkim trip i had smoother experience, i dint have conversation proof in mails, pathetic experience.

                                        I am requesting to cancel since 10 days before Kerala trip to refund my money. Out of 20000 rupees, they are telling me to return only 4000 which is complete loss for me and direct income for them.

                                        They are not showing why they are looting.

                                        They are also not ready to keep my money deposit and instead telling me "no postpone and nothing would be refunded". During festival time I am taking follow up with them on email and phone multiple times and they are saying in any case they will not refund the money.

                                        It is totally unacceptable.
