We were planning to visit to singapore in the month of march 2020 through travel triangle. On putting an initial request for the trip on travel triangle website 'wings of fly' one of the partnered agents contacted me with the quote. The representative co-ordinating with me was one ms dolly jain. She was always available at the time of initial bookings. She never guided us properly with our trip. She has booked non refundable hotel for our trip without bringing the same to my knowledge. When i have informed her that we are not planning to travel to the said destination due to outbreak of corona virus, she blatently without putting any efforts frm her end denied the change in booking. After that i directly contacted the hotel and airlines for modification. I have received emails from both the hotel and airlines that they are ready to make the modification. Ms. Dolly never ever co-operated with us and always said we are just trying when the email received from them were very clear with regards to modification. Almost at the fag end, she informs me that no one is willing to modify and therefore none of the money is refundable. I have also tried calling travel triangle agent ms. Vidisha who used to co-ordinate with me at the initial stage, but to no avail. She was never ever available on phone or on whatsapp or on email. Due to the mistake of hiding the facts from customer by ms. Dolly jain all my money has gone into drain.
I am very upset with the services that travel triangle and wings of fly has provided. If my complain is not resolved on immediate basis i will have to take strict action against all the representatives and agent and will make sure that the agency and the respective agents will be held responsible for their irresponsible behaviour towards customers.

    We had booked trip to italy from 27th feb to 5th march 2020. But due to wide spread out break of coronavirus we cancelled our trip. Now neither travel triangle nor their 3rd party agent-duniya safari is responding for our refund. It is a huge amount of 2, 61, 000 inr. It is our hard earned money. Also we had informed about our cancellations atleast 30hrs in advance of our departure.

    Also knowing about the out break their 3rd party agent-duniya safari insisted that we travel or nothing would be refunded. This kind of behavior by the company is in-human. Also the government has already given travel advisory wherein they has mentioned clearly to refrain from travel to italy.

    Inspite of knowing all the above facts, they have not even responded on the amount and the timelines of refund. And have been terming it as willful cancellation. Kindly let me know cancelling a trip to a region where there is a pandemic out break and where the government of india has asked not the travel is "will full cancellation"

    Are we suppose to term travel triangle as fraud that only tries to squeez money from customers and not even respond to them.

      I am a travel agent and booked a trip for my client (A query that i got through travel triangle). As per their terms and conditions, they charge 6.50% commission from the travel agent on the land part of the package sold.
      So as per that i kept their commission and sold the package. Now when it came to transferring the amount to our account, they did not transfer the amount completely and held inr 3, 932/- extra apart from the commission they had to keep.
      Even after providing the flight and hotel proof thrice, still they are not ready to revert to the mails and look into the matter and transfer the amount.
      One of the executive named rohit jaiwal sent me a mai lon 28th jan confirming that we have looked into the matter and the amount will be transferred today & will reflect in our account on 29th jan 2020. Which did not happen. Since then i had been chasing them over the mails and calls, but not getting any reverts from travel triangle team.

      Seeking your help in this. Looking forward for a quick revert and resolution to this..

        I am writing to inform you about the discomfort i am experiencing now because of your travel company.

        Quite regrettably i am again bringing to your notice i was not informed clearly by your agent that

        During flying pregnant women would need fit to travel certificate, by the poor standard of communication provided

        To me by your agency, my whole planning system went wrong your company promises delivers hell in reality.

        I myself don't want to be the victim of your duping.

        However, i am currently deeply aggrieved at the sub-standard and low quality of the promises provided.

        I appeal to you to stop duping your customers. You are responsible for the inconvenience faced by me all this circumstances.

        Do refund the money we have paid you or i am planning to complain against you to the central tourism ministry. Looking forward to hearing from you.

          They made an itinerary and didnt stick to it. From the person who talked to me in the begining to their post sales team, everything was bizzare and uncoordinated and i had to follow up even during the holidays.
          They forgot to get my tickets and promised me refunds as i had already paid for them earlier.
          It has been almost two months, they granted the refund, took my bank details and have been evading calls and emails since.

          This is a fraud place. I have emails and whatsapp chats to prove every claim.

          I have been in contact with piyush bali from CET regarding this. But there is KO response to mails or calls from his end for more than a wen. On 17the Jan I had shared my bank details for the deposition of money. Where my cable car ride was not even refunded even after I confirmed them that I had returned the same to the malaysia tour person.

            Hi,

            I have recently taken a trip to seychelles and mauritius. I book my trip with the travel triangle with booking id: 5494123.

            My trip has the inclusion of travel insurance (Attached proof).

            But with my vouchers, i didn't receive an insurance copy. I lost one of my baggage at the airport, i need the insurance copy to avail the claim.

            Please help me to recover my loss due to baggage loss.

              I have taken the land package cost for thailand and cancelled the trip due to the issue of corona virus. I have paid around 28% of the cost but they are not refunding any amount. They are asking extra money as they have made hotel booking.

              How a person will travel in such a risky situation. This issue of virus is something exceptional and affecting many parts of countries. Travel triangle as a whole has a wide network of hotels so they should work for the betterment of their customer.

              They also claim that it is safe to travel and no government orders issued so far to stop the tourist getting in.

                There is no response from the tt team. Do we go up and raise the complaint level? I understand this is a pvt forum. Do we involve the right govt organisation?? I see there are so many similar cases on this. Shall we all gather together and raise one single complaint of claim?? This will impact the company and i think then they will react? I suggest people to get their google rating down n post on fb as well. The reaction time is very taken for granted.

                  I have opted for couple tour package (6 nights and 7 days) for costa victoria cruise and thulhagiri island resort vide booking id 6529709 on 07.12.2019 for an amount of rs. 2, 14, 250.00 (Rs. Two lakhs fourteen thousand two hundred fifty) through asis holidays, nagpur (“firm”).in that period, i have received various quotes ranging from inr 1 lakh to 2 lakhs for 6 days and 7 nights. However, the major attraction of quote includes oceanview premium balcony cabin in cruise and as a complementary guest services, honeymooners will receive a fruit basket and a bottle of wine on arrival and non motor water sort activities.in thulhagiri island resort maldives (In short complimentary “activities”). Such quotation with activities allured me to opt for quotation of asis holidays, nagpur. Accordingly, my trip was scheduled from22.01.2020 to 28.01.2020 as mentioned in the attached quote (Annexure-1).

                  (I) on 22.01.2020, after my arrival in costa cruise i was provided with ocean view cabin instead of oceanview premium balcony cabin and when i tried to contact our agent (Asis holidays, praveen and rukshar) they never give reply neither any response.

                  (Ii) on 25.01.2020 after my arrival in thulhagiri island resort, i have enquired from the hotel representatives about the activities and honeymooners basket and bottle of wine but they have denied the same from their end. The actual conversation took place between me from maldives and your agent asis holidays (Praveen and rukshar) however, in vain. Accordingly, the concerned hotel representative of thulhagiri island resort informed me that the services
                  (Non motorised water sport and bottle of wine) are chargeable and not included in my package.

                  (Ii) travel traingle who framed the tour itinerary and accordingly, the control of asis holidays vests in travel triangle. Due to negligent in services and lack of proper communication of the concerned firm, travel triangle shall also be equally responsible and accordingly, i would request to refund the compensation for financial loss suffered by me in the foreign country for services, which i have already paid for. It was the ulterior motive of the concerned firm and your firm to harass their customer and after coming back to india i tried to contact asis holidays they behaved very rudely with me.

                    We have booked a hong-kong tour package in traveltriangle. Trip date - 21 mar - 24 march 2020. Request id:6875670. The total amount to be paid is 2, 85, 500. As of now we have paid rs.2, 06, 000. Due to corona virus issue the places which was mentioned in our itinerary was closed. The agent has notified us about this. As the places have been closed they don’t have any option other than cancelling the tour. But they are not ready to refund the whole amount. They will be deducting 34, 500 as cancellation charge. We didn’t request to cancel the tour, due to the emergency situation in hong-kong it’s getting cancelled. It’s not our fault. Also they didn’t book the flight tickets only the hotel is booked, which can be cancelled without any charges. Kindly check on this issue and help us to get our money refunded.
                    Note: before paying the amount the agent ensured that if any critical situation comes in they will refund the amount and gave assurance, only then we have paid the amount

                    The travel triangle team is threatening us that if we won’t agree to their offer (34, 500 deduction from the paid amount) today, they won’t refund the whole amount. Instead of trying to solve the issue, They are fixing a deadline for us. Customer is not getting valued. There is no fault from our end then how could they deduct 34, 500. Request you to check and do the needful to get our money refunded.

                    I have a similar experience with travel triangle. We had made a booking for April 27, 2020 to sikkim gangtok. Before paying the booking amount, we had confirmed with them that in case of any decision by government for corona whether we will get refund. The agent had confirmed that yes we would get full refund. When lockdown was till 14 April, they were not agreeing to cancel the booking.Now that lockdown has extended, they are still not giving full refund. It is not our fault that we would not be able to travel. They are saying we would deduct cancellation charges, which does not make sense. We should be receiving full refund as comitted before.

                      I canclled this trip due to false promise made by travel triangle poc abhimanu kumar.
                      He told me after booking i'll get myntra and flipcart voucher of 8000 rs. But thr voucher given are totally different and useless to me.
                      So, i request you to please refund my booking amount 5000 by deducting your convenience fee. My trip check in date is 15 may which 80+ days from today.

                        Travel traingle,

                        Your company is doing a great job and i was myself one of the biggest client of yours and i always prefer your website before planning any trips untill recently when one of your staff named rakhi nautiyal handled my request for a trip to vietnam. I understand much of our time has been invested in this trip but due to some issues at my end i cacel the booking. I very farmly denied that i am not taking her offer but she being so rude and unprofessional on her part. She started dropping rude messages which has no logical reasoning.

                        I would like to know if any customer approced you and later on due to one or the other reason cancel the booking with you is this the way you treat to your clients?

                        I am very disappointed by this behavior of your staff members. I want that lady to apologise me for such rude behavior otherwise you know i have various other modes to escalate the matter to a different level.

                        Let me know if you want to know any other information from my end.

                          My travel id was 6815932 the travel triangle rep. For my booking was ms. Priya. And she promised me a discount of rs.600 while i was doing my first payment. But no discount was applied and i have paid the full amount and now she is not reverting me also no response of the mails to customer care. I have paid them the full amount of my package but as promised discount i should get my money back. But the company is not even bothered to give me a call back and address the issue. I have mailed the company twice but no response.

                            He told me after booking I'll get myntra and flipcart voucher of 8000 rs. But thr voucher given are totally different and useless to me.

                              1. Booking ID:[protected] Flight on 22nd Jan 2020 night. Got information on 21st Jan 2020, 11 pm from Sangeeta Rawat (Travel Triangle coordinator) and Rahul (from Setango through whom we had our bookings) regarding internal issues between them. Sangeeta informed us, they are trying to resolve the issue else will hand over our trip arrangements to different agency by 10am -12 pm on 22nd Jan itself(day of the flight).
                              2. On 22nd Jan 2020- Called more than 50 times and whatsapp + messages sent but no response at all. Called travel triangle customer care and then received a call from Sangeeta at 1:30 pm 22nd Jan with no updates and she asked for more time (asked to call at 2 pm). Again called more than 50 times and sent messages but no response at all. Then again called customer care. At 3 pm 22nd Jan 2020, received a call from Sangeeta's senior, Miss Khushboo Kumari from Travel Triangle who straightway said that they failed to do the arrangements and our trip will be cancelled.The tour money will be refunded and so, we also asked for our flight cancellation charges because it was all done from travel triangle end and we were not responsible for this failure, but this(fligh refund) was denied. Panicky and Harrassment increased since 21st Jan 2020 night.
                              3. Khushboo dropped the call and stopped responding. Upon calling at customer care again, got a call from Khushboo, who again denied to refund our trip amount and promised they will arrange the same trip with same hotels and same itinerary. At first, we did not trust but she assured us of the same so, we agreed believing that travel triangle is a renowned brand.
                              4. After multiple unanswered calls/messages and harrassment, we got a call at 6 pm (22nd Jan) from Khushboo that we should leave for the aiport as hotels were confirmed (same hotels but lower in room category than what we had paid for/promised for). On phone she suggested that all the bookings for our shows/visits/transfers have been done, they just need to send the same in pdf which will be done by 7-8pm 22nd Jan. Till 22nd jan 11pm our calls were not answered nor our messages were responded. At 11pm Khushboo called back and said they will be creating the whatsapp group for Thailand and cab/transfer/driver/visits etc will be shared on that before we reach Thailand. Before boarding our flights at 12 am midnight, no group was created nor we got any response to our calls and messages. Although we created a group and added Khushboo with us so that she would share the details of the driver atleast as we had no contacts/ schedules shared with us even after we reached to another country completely dependent/relied upon travel triangle. We reached at 4am on 23rd Jan Thai time (India 2 am). We did not have any number/contact so that we could seek help. It was more of a panicky/harrassment trip and loss of patience along with such unjust behaviours. Still we sent whatsapp messages/calls to Khushboo but she turned deaf ears towards her clients.
                              5. We still waited for the cab to see our names atleast although no info/details were shared for our trip. At 9 am Thai Time on 23rd Jan, one whatsapp group was created and we had conversation with Lavleen from TravelBullz(as informed). She started blaming us that we missed our cab at 8 am which we were completely unaware of. If this was the arrangement then we should have been informed earlier or the whatsapp group should have been created before 8am Thai time to share the same. Lavleen talked very rudely and asked to arrange our own cabs. We asked our relatives to reach Khushboo for the problems we were facing, but she did not pay any heed. Suddenly at 11 am IST (1 pm Thai time) Khushboo messaged that Lavleen should have shared the itinerary with you and when I called she talked very very rudely which was unexpected. Upon complaining for the cab she said it will be reimbursed for the transfer from Bangkok to Pattaya hotel which accounts to around 2500 baht(6000 INR)(we paid in PVT already for the trip while booking and twice again we had to pay during our trip!).
                              6. At 3pm, we received our itinerary that was completely changed from what we had been promised and many of the visits were missing like Chaophraya cruise, Art in Paradise, Sea Ocean world etc. After many phone calls and messages, we got bookings for some and some were denied to get served. Khushboo promised that our money will be refunded for Art In Paradise at Pattaya. We requested to Khusboo/Lavleen to cover Art in Paradise at Bangkok but it was denied and post this not a single call was answered or message was responded. We had cake/decoration included in our bookings but that also was not covered. So, we are eligible for the refund of cake/decoration as well.

                              Our overall experience was extremely poor and I am speechless what to say in feedback to such brand. Our trip was full of harrassment/ stress/ agony/ frustration and waste of money. We have been to many parts in India and never faced such issues, might be just because we did not choose Travel Triangle, but this very first experience of our foreign trip with Travel Triangle has horrified us and we want our money to be refunded asap. Kindly respond to our emails and phone calls is the biggest request and suggestion for you to run your company.

                              Problems and cheats:
                              1. No transfer from Bangkok to Pattaya hotel provided and asked to arrange the same.
                              2. No arrangements for Art in Paradise Pattaya and it wasn't covered.
                              3. One whole day wasted in Pattaya, nothing was covered inspite of mulitiple requests and phones.
                              4. No cake/decoration was provided inspite of having the same mentioned in the itinerary and paid for the same.
                              5. Complete harrassment and no support from travel triangle.
                              6. Completely changed itinerary without prior info and no cooperation to adjust.
                              7. Phone calls not answered and itinerary shared post reaching the destination that too post one day(23rd Jan 2020 @ Pattaya) completely wasted.

                                I have booked a trip to kerala from travel triangle, bookings was for 4 people (2 couple).

                                Trip was very bad, agent assigned for my trip was sent us false information and we came to know when boarding to our destination.

                                Kindly don’t book any trip from this app. I feel like they have fake agents and do fake promises and charge more.

                                  Because of Corona virus outbreak in Vietnam we have cancelled our trip.Other than 10 % cancellation amount they are charging extra claiming that local flight booking within Vietnam expense we have to bear.

                                    I have opted couple tour package (4 nights and 5 days) for Mauritius vide Booking ID 5789011 on 11.09.2019 for an amount of Rs. 1, 43, 000.00 (Rs. One Lakhs Forty Three Thousand) through Rocking Trips, Noida (“Firm”). In that period, I have received various quotes ranging from INR 1 Lakh to 1.46 Lakhs for 5 days and 4 nights. However, the major attraction of quote includes Hotel Side as a Complementary Activity: Boat house, Aqua Gym, glass bottom, boats, kayak, pedal boat, Tennis Beach, Volley Bocce Balls Table Tennis etc. in the boarding Hotel Azure Paradise (in short “Activities”). Such quotation with Activities allured me to opt for quotation of Rocking Trips, Noida. Accordingly, my trip was scheduled from 01.12.2019 to 06.12.2019 as mentioned in the attached quote (Annexure-1). Further, the attached quote indicates Seat in Coach (for all the transfers) Airport-Hotel-Airport transfer Full Day Ile Aux Cerf Tour with speedboat transfer Full day North Tour (Port Louis, Fort of Citadel, Grand Baie and Caudan Waterfront) Full day South Tour (Cruepipe, Seven Coloured Earth and Ganga Talao). The three time installment payment has been made on actual days.
                                    (i) On 01.12.2019, I have enquired from the hotel representatives about the Activities but they have denied the same from their end. The actual conversation took place between me from Mauritius and your concerned person Shri Aman (contact no. [protected]) however, in vain. Accordingly, the concerned hotel representative of Azur Paradise vide e-mail dated 05.12.2109 informed me that the services are not available at the hotel.

                                    (ii) On 02.12.2019, my trip was scheduled for Seven Coloured Earth and in the attached quote, nowhere it has been mentioned that I need to pay extra amount. However, La Vallee Des Couleurs (The valley of colours) charged me 2050 MUR (for one couple: INR approx. 4100) which led to embarrassment in the tour. (Annexure-4). The receipt was shown to Shri Aman but he intentionally did not replied.
                                    Travel Traingle who framed the tour itinerary and accordingly, the control of Rocking Trips vests in Travel Triangle. Due to negligent in services and lack of proper communication of the concerned firm, Travel triangle shall also be equally responsible and accordingly, I would request to refund the proportional amount of Rs. 37, 000/- as compensation for financial loss suffered by me in the foreign country. It was the ulterior motive of the concerned firm and your firm to harass their customer.

                                      My son, sanchit goel had booked andaman nicobar islands package for 25th dec.'19 for whole family (4 adults & 1 infant), but due to cancellation of goair flight we could not go. Myself & my wife (Mrs. Priti goel) both senior citizens, specially travelled from noida to bengaluru to join our son, sanchit goel & his family, for trip to andaman nicobar islands from 25.12.19 ~ 30.12.19. On 24th dec.’19 night (After 10 pm) we got the massage that goair flight has been cancelled. Almost through out that night we kept searching for alternate flight but could not get. Flight cancellation was immediately informed to travel triangle. Inspire of lot of pursuation meager amount of rs.8900 out of rs.124000 has been refunded.
                                      It may be noted that we enquired from all the individual hotels at port blair, neil island & havelock, they have confirmed to having the refund policies & they normally refund full amount after deducting 10%. Even ferry also refunds 50% within 24 hrs. Of cancellation. But inspire of all these only 7% of the total amount has been refunded. This is pure loot. Moreover the cancellation is not due to our fault. Travel triangle has not even considered this. We had given an option to reschedule the total package but extremely sorry to state it was also not considered. Under these circumstances there is no other alternative except to initiate legal action and tell all through social media.
                                      You may take up with the management & convey our concern regarding such a negative attitude of the concerned and our horrible experience.

                                        We have booked a thailand package with travel triangle which includes hotel booking, airline booking and other travel packages across the entire trip. We have paid the entire amount in 3 installments. Their travel vendor is setango (Kapil was assisting).

                                        Trip start date is 25th jan 2020. It was cancelled from their end on 22nd jan 2020. We have received the flight details and hotel vouchers also by mail few weeks back.

                                        When i called the setango travel agency person, he told that he broke the contract with traveltriangle and that he cannot assure me of the trip. Then, i contacted sangeetha (Poc from traveltriangle) on 21st jan, who was not even aware of this broken contract. She then tried checking on this and given me a fake promise that i would receive all the vouchers and details on 23rd jan.

                                        All of a sudden we received a call on 22nd jan from travel triangle team (Sangeetha) stating that trip is cancelled due to ongoing business issues with setango & travel triangle.
                                        As our planned travel is scheduled on jan 25th 2020, we are trying to reach travel triangle agent (Sangeetha), she's avoiding our calls and not even responding for any our texts as well. Even customer care service is pathetic they were trying to play around stating that we will receive the call by this time or that time. Fact is that no one is concerned.
                                        I wanted to know when we are getting our refund back.

                                        We need this refund immediately as we are planning our travel on the same dates.

                                        I don't think Travel triangle is concerned about this.

                                        No body is lifting our calls, No one is responding for the emails.

                                        You guys wanna bluff everyone by making this kind of comments. You guys promised that we will be getting the refund today. But till now no one called us and stop playing around.

                                        Initiate the refund and get it done in next couple of hours.
