We have booked a thailand package with travel triangle which includes hotel booking, airline booking and other travel packages across the entire trip. We have paid the entire amount in 3 installments. Their travel vendor is setango (Kapil was assisting).

Trip start date is 25th jan 2020. It was cancelled from their end on 22nd jan 2020. We have received the flight details and hotel vouchers also by mail few weeks back.

When i called the setango travel agency person, he told that he broke the contract with traveltriangle and that he cannot assure me of the trip. Then, i contacted sangeetha (Poc from traveltriangle) on 21st jan, who was not even aware of this broken contract. She then tried checking on this and given me a fake promise that i would receive all the vouchers and details on 23rd jan.

All of a sudden we received a call on 22nd jan from travel triangle team (Sangeetha) stating that trip is cancelled due to ongoing business issues with setango & travel triangle.
As our planned travel is scheduled on jan 25th 2020, we are trying to reach travel triangle agent (Sangeetha), she's avoiding our calls and not even responding for any our texts as well. Even customer care service is pathetic they were trying to play around stating that we will receive the call by this time or that time. Fact is that no one is concerned.
I wanted to know when we are getting our refund back.

We need this refund immediately as we are planning our travel on the same dates.

          I’m shahbaz ahmed, from bangalore. We had booked a package from travel triangle for my fiancee birthday. It was our first international trip to phuket, thailand. We had paid initial amount of 7k to book the package with a fixed itinerary, & after that 10k. Dheeraj kumar & prerna sharma from your office was involved with us from start. There has been various miscommunication on the day of travel, due to no valid proof, our entire package amount has been taken from us & no refund has been initiated. We had raised a complaint with your redressal team & didn’t get any refund or resolution. The main point is, the package was not at all utilized from tt or the agent for whatsoever events. Not even the airport transfer. Initially on our travel date when things were not booked, tt agreed for a full refund on call when the agent said it. But we were keen on booking it and asked him to book the package from next day as he told it was late. But after reaching there, we were left abandoned and even the amount was not returned even after not using the package. There are a multiple number of events which has happened & i request to tell in detail from a customer perspective. We are middle class working people, & we collect money & travel to international destination. Forcefully we had to user credit card & complete our itinerary in thailand on our own without support of any agent or tt help. It was frustrating. Kindly look into this matter with fairness & request you to resolve this. We are expecting a full refund as its our hard earned money and we have not caused any loss to tt from our side too. There was no booking done from any side, either tt or even the agent. Please get in touch for in depth details.

              The service of the agent of the travel triangle aeroplane hospitality was very worst. Our entire goa trip from 30.12.2019 to 01.01.2020 was ruined by them right from airport pick up.
              We arrived at the goa airport at 7.30 am
              The travel agent is aeroplane hospitality appointed by travel triangle (Booking id 6782382) one mr. Manish was coordinating with me right from sending quotation to finalizing the booking for pick up, drop from goa airport and local sightseeing for rs.12, 000. I informed my flight schedule details to him. We arrived goa airport @7.30 am and tried calling the driver arranged for pick up. He didn't pick up my call for a long time. Then tried calling mr. Manish and he also didn't pick up. We were at the airport without knowing what to do.
              Then i called mr. Gaurav gill of travel triangle around 8.00 am thinking that he will help us. But your team organizer was very cool and asked me to arrange vehicle from airport to reach the hotel and refund will be made for airport pick up from the travel agent aeroplane hospitality. Without approaching the travel agent he was suggesting me like this which i didn't expect from representative of travel triangle
              Then after seeing my whatsapp message mr. Manish called me and told some stories for driver not coming for pick up and will arrange another driver. Another driver came around 8.50 am. We were literally waiting at the airport for about one and half hours in hunger.
              We asked the agent to start the tour after breakfast on the way without transferring us to hotel because it was already late.
              Another driver came to pick us for local sightseeing only @11.00 instead of 10.30 am. That driver was also not cooperative. Somehow we managed that day.
              Again on 31.12.2019 we planned for dhudhsagar falls sightseeing. We were supposed to be picked up at around 5.30 am. No one was responding till 7.15 am. The entire day we were hanging out in hotel. The travel agent aeroplane hospitality was not bothered. No one called us and entire trip we were facing mental hardships. I need the entire amount to be refunded and my mental pressure caused by them to be compensated

                Hi team,

                I want to raise the complain regarding the booking number 6239479. I was confirmed about the booking in abad green forest in thekkady from gsk travels and have made the payment for the same. The invoice received by you gives the confirmation for the same.

                But today when we visited the property we were told that there is no booking on my name which after calling gsk travels told that booking has been changed to a similar hotel. However i was shocked to see the hotel. The rooms are non-ac substandard with no greenery like the way it was there in abad. The reception guy at thekaddy grand himself confirmed that this hotel is not comparable to abad. That is a premium hotel and it is not. As per company rule if the travellers didn't get the desired property they should be offered something similar or better. The invoice which i have recieved as confirmation from darshika confirms abad green forest then how can it be changed without my confirmation.

                Please note:

                Transferred from a premium to a normal hotel.
                Moved from ac room ac to non-ac room.

                I want a proper resolution on this at earliest.

                Based on our communication you told abad has canceled the hotel because of a high number of walking customers. The abad reception has straight away denied saying it is nothing like that and they have not received any booking in my name.

                Further, our communication with gsk travels it was told that i had to pay ₹3.5k extra for abad which i didn't so they have canceled it. I think gsk travels contradict what they have told.

                The fact is i was asked to pay the differential amount at the hotel reception which i did agree. I don't find any reason for canceling it before me visiting the property as i have agreed to whatever he told.

                Looking for a satisfactory resolution.

I have clearly understood how a fraud company like travel triangle works. A company like this can make quick money but will not sustain in long run. I don't bother about the feedback as there won't be any second time with a company like this. I should have understood this by looking at the number of complaints already booked.

                  Myself dinesh dongare from mumbai. My mobile no is [protected], i have booked my travel package of rajasthan from travel triangel provided by their travel agent carlo travels & my booking id is 6511706. I was started my land pacakge from delhi to agra on 25th dec 2019 till 31st dec 2019. On 25th & 26th dec hotel provided tome is taj vilas in agra was good hotel and as per commitmment. On 27th dec to 31st dec 2019 my hotel booking was made in hotel sugan niwas – a heritage hotel (Jaipur).
                  But sugan niwas_a heritage hotel in jaipur is sub standard hotel & is notas per mention in pacakge i. E 3 star hotel. Hotel staff & owner of hotel was very rude and not provided me deluxe room. They told me that all rooms are booked & only 1 room is balance.in that hopeless suitation i am with my wife & 2 child (One is infant & 8 year daughter) they provide me standard room instead me. But room is sub standard & very poorly maintent. Their is very less space between wall & bed. My child (Infant) was narroly escape from misap (Fall and stuck on wall) happen.
                  So i request hotel staff, owner & carlo travel & travel trangel to replace or provide another room but they all refuse to given me another room or refund my money. Their behavior was very harsh. So same night on 11pm i was left the hotel with my wife, 1 infant, 1chilld & booked another hotel.
                  So i request you to provide my refund money for hotel booking also i want 1 lacs money for my & my family mental harresement.
                  Previous complaint i will will never marked as resolved why r u cheat me.& how this happen. I am also complaint in jago grahak jago for the same. I dont have any communication from travel trangle or anybody. Please refund my money other wise i will register case in court.

                    Hello travel triangle,
                    I have posted request for my ooty-kodaikanal trip plan on around 05th dec19. I was getting various quotes from various travel agencies.

                    On 12th of december 2019, somehow i trapped into a fake travel agency "https://easeourholiday.com" a person named saurabh gupta he told and promised me to deliver a package lesser than travel trianle if i will book through him directly. I just believed in him and went ahead and booked without further investigating. I am not directly complaining to travel triangle but how this person got my mobile number and called for the same travel package what i was looking for. I request travel triangle team to take strict action to the person and similar travel agencies if you have a brand concern.

                    I paid and lost 18751 rupees as a advance and there are no response from the person on the travel date.

                    I am ready to provide all the transaction details whenever required. Kindly assist me to get my money refunded from this cheating/fake agency.

                    This is regarding the booking id 5875624. I have raised a request with customer care of Travel triangle for getting the full payment receipt which includes all travelers to be used for claiming LTA. Its been more than 2 weeks but still they haven't provided the receipt. This is very bad management.

                      We booked the land package for malaysia through kinggsman travels. The trip was totally mismanaged and poorly planned. Not even a single day transfers were on time and we missed a lot of attractions due to this. Ultimately we decided to manage our transfers on our own due to such issues. Even the hotel they booked was not upto the mark. Rooms were too noisy and disturbing that we couldn't not sleep inside.

                      We have paid double for our transfers for our malaysia trip and both the indian and malaysian tavel agent were unresponsive.

                      We demand a refund for our transfers atleast.. But nobody seems to be helping. Please advise where to raise the concern now. Seems like all the promises and assurance of 100% service guarantee are fake.

                      This is regarding the booking id 5875624. I have raised a request with customer care of Travel triangle for getting the full payment receipt which includes all travelers to be used for claiming LTA. Its been more than 2 weeks but still they haven't provided the receipt. This is very bad management.

                        My trip to thailand & bali was booked with travel triangle which included hotel booking and airlines booking across the entire trip. The total amount of the trip was rs. 2, 01, 569 which was paid by me in 3 installments as and when asked by their travel vendor called tripwiser. The assisting agent was shivam prajapati from travel triangle.

                        The trip start date was 28 nov 2019. It was cancelled from their end on 27th nov 2019. I received the hotel vouchers and was told by both travel triangle and tripwiser agents on 27th nov that flight details will be mailed by 7pm. I suddenly received a call later in the evening on 27th nov stating that the trip is cancelled due to some ongoing business dispute between travel triangle & tripwiser.

                        I received an automated cancellation email but no one is responding to calls or mails regarding the refund amount and timeline in which i would receive my money paid.

                        I want to know when will my money be refunded.

                          I want to escalate the refund claim matter which is not yet resolved and its been more than a month since i am following with travel triangle and it's partner aadi travels. My travel details are below:

                          Refund amount: 100 sgd

                          Issue: when we asked for trip quote from travel triangle, there were number of travels agents who gave their quotes and we selected aadi travels amongst them. However inclusions from our itinerary like food, site visits etc were not covered during our trip and the person co-ordinating with us (Santosh) ensured that the amount will be refunded once we are back. Now, we are not getting any resolution - the last email from travel triangle said aadi travel has been absconded. Post which we tried to know when would the matter be resolved but we are not receiving any response from travel triangle to any of our email. Also the person from travel triangle (Arzoo chabria) who was coordinating with us while booking and with whom we finalized the travel package isn't picking our calls nor responding to our messages (Screen shot attached). Request you to look into the matter and take actions please. The customer care listens to the issue and hangs up the phone. The

                              I took a package from Travel Triangle for Thailand where everything was on private based and hotels which were promised were 4 star. But nothing of that delivered.

                              1. The hotel in Phuket ( APK RESORT & SPA ) where we stayed had cockroaches . We had 2 day stay in that hotel and both the days we encountered 3 cockroaches. The staff there was very rude. ( See videos )
                              The second hotel " Mountain view " was also a disappointment, though their hotel staff was very good but we were not able to go in the balcony as there were monkeys and insect's.

                              2. We booked private transfers from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport, including private transfer from Krabi to Phuket - the driver they provided was smoking weed and was talking on phone very loud on the whole trip ( see video )

                              3. They didn't come to pick us from the airport and was very rude when we called them to, specially one of there agent Navneet ([protected])

                              4. Though everything was included in the package except the national park fee but we had paid around 1200 Baht at various places excluding national park fee.

                              But our overall experience was very very bad with Travel Triangle. I would never recommend anyone to take any travel package from Travel Triangle.

My mobile no is [protected], i have booked my travel package of rajasthan from travel triangel provided by their travel agent carlo travels & my booking id is 6511706. I was started my land pacakge from delhi to agra on 25th dec 2019 till 31st dec 2019. On 25th & 26th dec hotel provided tome is taj vilas in agra was good hotel and as per commitmment. On 27th dec to 31st dec 2019 my hotel booking was made in hotel sugan niwas – a heritage hotel (Jaipur).
                                But sugan niwas_a heritage hotel in jaipur is sub standard hotel & is notas per mention in pacakge i. E 3 star hotel. Hotel staff & owner of hotel was very rude and not provided me deluxe room. They told me that all rooms are booked & only 1 room is balance.in that hopeless suitation i am with my wife & 2 child (One is infant & 8 year daughter) they provide me standard room instead me. But room is sub standard & very poorly maintent. Their is very less space between wall & bed. My child (Infant) was narroly escape from misap (Fall and stuck on wall) happen.
                                So i request hotel staff, owner & carlo travel & travel trangel to replace or provide another room but they all refuse to given me another room or refund my money. Their behavior was very harsh. So same night on 11pm i was left the hotel with my wife, 1 infant, 1chilld & booked another hotel.
                                So i request you to provide my refund money for hotel booking

                                  We(2 girls) approached Travel Triangle (https://traveltriangle.com/) for 7D/6N trip to Rajasthan 2 months back. The iterinary mainly involved - Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Udaipur primarily and then Pushkar, Ajmer if we want to visit them.

                                  We reached Jaipur and visited a few places there where we found out that the driver has no idea of the city. We informed the same to Rajveer who seemed to be the boss of the driver, Satyaveer. Rajveer introduced himself as the local representative of our trip. We also asked to see if he can get a new driver before we leave the city. Rajveer apologized and assured that we will not face any issues. Later, we traveled to Jodhpur, Jaisalmer where we did face a bit of a problem with the driver but we managed with google maps, zomato, trip advisor and other online portals.

                                  Meanwhile, we did not receive any call from any of the agents mentioned above to ask if we are fine and safe. And we both we completely ok about them not calling us.

                                  It was 5th day of our trip, we reached Udaipur where the driver asked us to complete the last installment of the trip which was 12500/-(we had already paid 75% of the total payment before the trip). The driver also said to transfer the money directly to him instead of Travel Triangle. Meanwhile, Raj from Carlo Travels (https://www.carlotravels.com/) called us and confirmed that we can pay the last installment directly to the driver.

                                  We agreed and we decided to transfer the amount through Google Pay so that we have proof of payment. Unfortunately, the payment did not go through immediately and the status was “processing”. We showed the status to the driver and shared the screenshot to Rajveer and Raj to let them know to wait for some time. And the worst situation started from their!!! Suddenly, the driver was feeling tired and instead of taking us to “Hathipole market”, he didn’t stop the car and took us directly to the hotel (Rupis Resorts), where we were staying. We had a round of argument but no point, after all the driver was the one driving the car. He forcefully made us stop the trip for that day and took us to the resort. Rajveer, his boss supported him and we went to the resort.

                                  Next day morning, we just started from the resort for our sightseeing at Udaipur from 8.30 am and then the driver drove for 20mins and in the middle of an empty road, he stopped the car and said: “Madamji gaddi nahi ja rahi hain, jab tak payment clear nahi karate ho” (Car will not go further unless you clear the payment) - with a smirky smile. I cannot explain what we felt. We explained again that we already did the transfer but it’s processing and again showed the current status. We, again and again, explained to wait for some time but the driver didn’t move. Then we called up all agents mentioned above, few didn’t pick up, few said: “Maine car rokne Ko nahi Kahi” ( I did not ask to stop the car). It was a complete blame game going on. We explained about amount under processing and shared the screenshot but neither we got a resolution from them nor they asked the driver to move the car. The car was there at the same spot and definitely we cannot get down also (our feelings, unexplainable). When we saw this is wasting our whole day of itinerary, we interacted with Raj - who is apparently some head at Carlo and explained the situation. It was decided and agreed that we will pay 4000 in cash and rest 8400 by evening if there is no status update on the money transferred through Google Pay. The driver stopped the car in nearby ATM and we handed over the cash to him. We went ahead to the tourist spot, we were very angry and disappointed. Our main concern was what the google pay amount gets deposited to them with the rest of the money, it will be a double payment. So in the end we reached out to Apoorva, who was our POC from Travel triangle and explained the whole story to her. We even shared the screenshot of the transaction to her. It was discussed, decided and confirmed the following:
                                  We will pay 8400 through NEFT to Travel triangle.
                                  Also, if the amount that was under processing through Google pay gets successful, then travel triangle will refund us the money

                                  These all we decided verbally and via email. We transferred the rest of the amount immediately after the email agreement mentioned above. The email was between Carlo travel agent POC - Sudhanshu, Travel Triangle SPOC - Apoorva and Nishant. We also got am email confirmation from Apoorva that Travel Triangle has received the payment successfully. So, at last we were on the same page and we thought everything is sorted now!!

                                  But NO, the story doesn't end here...

                                  On 7th day we were traveling back from Udaipur to Jaipur early in the morning as our flight to Bangalore was at 5.30 am the very next day morning. Travel time from Udaipur to Jaipur takes around 7.5- 8 hours. On the way, we planned to stop at Ajmer to collect a parcel and to buy a charger of the mobile as one of our mobile was off as the charger wasn’t working. Also, we planned to stop at Pushkar to buy rose water. So our total time estimation to reach Jaipur was 9-10 hours which was doable.

                                  We checked out from Udaipur and covered 50km, then in the middle of a village, the driver again stopped the car and said he would not move as he did not receive the payment. Again I can’t explain how unsafe, humiliating, pathetic we felt. We told him to check with his boss because we have completed the payment. By the way, it was his boss Rajveer’s instruction to again stop the car which we found out later. We again called up Apoorva and she had no clue why this has happened. She told the driver to move the car because Travel triangle received the payment, but the driver wouldn’t believe Apoorva. And later we had to put Sudhanshu, Apoorva, Rajveer and the driver in a conference to sort that out. I want to stress more that they were just blaming each other for not knowing that the payment was done. We were quietly listening to them because we were alone in the village and we are helpless. The car didn’t move for 2 hrs. In the end, these agents blamed us for not calling them and letting them know that we completed the payment.
                                  Why we will call each of them to tell that we have completed the payment even after getting confirmation via email?
                                  Why didn't they called us back to check with the payment and used this technique to take money from us? What was their intention?
                                  Why the car always stops in the middle of an isolated area rather than in front of an ATM or a place where every options are accessible?
                                  Why did they repeatedly harassed us like this way even after we completed the payment? Is this because we were 2 ladies in a new state?
                                  After all these, the driver tells us “mera dimag na kharab karo, utarna chaho toh yahi utar jao” (don’t eat my head, get down here if you want). During the trip, we were getting calls from Sudhanshu, Raj and they were blaming us because we didn’t call them up after the payment and that’s why the vehicle was stopped. I couldn’t stress up more that rather than making a simple reminder call of the payment, they chose this as their weapon. These are some more incidences happened throughout the journey:

                                  Sudhanshu calling up and saying, his internet and out going calls were not working so he didn’t knew we did the payment and he blamed us the we should have called up and informed about the payment. BTW just to mention, he was available on whatsapp in between
                                  Raj calling up and saying driver will stop the vehicle because he did not get the pay. Had been the payment done before, this wouldn’t have happened

                                  Driver was driving the way he wants. He says he will 1st have lunch and then move even if it’s late. We asked him, have we stopped you from eating. He replies you cannot stop even if you want to.
                                  Driver started driving in 50km
                                  Driver took 1 hour to eat lunch, which normally would be max 20 min
                                  During lunch time, we asked him to go for lunch but we will be in the car as we were not feeling like eating. But he wouldn’t leave us in the car with AC on because it’s his diesel that will go.
                                  He wouldn’t stop to buy a charger for my mobile. If he stops, his phone will be busy and we had to wait until he ends up his call to coordinate with where he has parked the vehicle.
                                  Nishanth, calls us and asked if we reached airport safely at 3PM. He has no idea about our trip when he was marked in every email.

                                  So everyone was doing what they want. It was 12 hrs of journey and the whole time we were praying that we should reach Jaipur safely. Only bad incidents were coming in our minds about the acid attack, kidnap, rape, harassment, and whatnot. We did not eat and the fact was we were not feeling like eating anything from the last day experience. We were very much distressed.

                                  We finally reached Jaipur and checked-In to the hotel. The hotel was 23 km from the airport and away from the city. We took a bit of relief. We called up Sudhanshu and requested to give us a new driver to drop us to the airport in early morning at 3.00 am. Simultaneously, we talked to the hotel and asked them also to check for airport drop. After an hour Raj calls us and asks us to continue with the same driver as it is JUST a matter of airport drop. I really don’t understand how can anyone even think of asking such a question when it was a matter of women safety, late at night travel of 23kms. Will the same agent allow his family members to travel with the same driver again?? Then we understood that the entire management does not care about anything.If after all these they are asking the same then they are definitely unapologetic.

                                  Meanwhile, we still kept these options open as the hotel guys were unable to get a cab at the last minute. We also heard that getting an Ola or Uber was difficult from that location. Later, Raj got us information about a new driver and we both called the new driver, and he said he will come.

                                  But this is not over... We waited till 2.45 am for the driver to arrive at the hotel but we didn’t get any calls. So we again called up the driver and we were again in shock. He picks up the call and he was either fast asleep or drunk before we ringed him. He was unable to talk. We asked “Bhaiya aap kidhar ho” (Brother!! where are you). He said, “Jaisalmer mein hoon” ( I am in Jaisalmer). We said, “Apko Jaipur hotel mein Ana tha na airport drop karne “ ( you were supposed to come for airport drop in Jaipur). His reaction was as if he doesn’t know. He said I am sending my brother and he started snoring while talking to us. That time my friend and I were in tears coz we thought we cannot leave Jaipur. We called up a few drivers through the internet and got a guy who asked a lot of money for the drop. We said yes, withdrew cash from ATM on our way, reached the airport and completed the security check. At that moment we finally believed that we are going home and not staying at Jaipur. We sent an email to Travel triangle and Carlo agents about No show of the new driver but its 48 hours and they haven't called us or emailed us to apologize or to check if we have reached safely. They all are just money suckers, they are not bothered about women's safety or any customer issues. All they want is money, money and money.

                                  We could not go to the police station at that time as our mind was blank and all we wanted is to reach home safely. We decided to voice out now as we felt it is unfair to us and to several other women travelers who must be looking for trip advice. Please stay safe!! We can completely understand what those girls must be feeling when they face so many other tragic incidences.

                                  Now, we are asking for compensation on all the trauma they have given us. If they wanted the last installment, they can call us up, they can even take us near an ATM for cash, why did they took us in the middle of the isolated place and asked us money. And why did they repeated the same act again after we paid the money without checking their bank statement? Why did they do this mental torture through the journey?

                                  So to sum up,

                                    Hie i have booked a package for gangtok darjleeng the accommodation and sightseeing dates are from 08th jan 2020 and return on 14th jan 2020.. Accordingly the payment was made.. Flight booking also done by your team for 08th jan 2010 and return on 13th jan 2020.. And i was given rates for 08th jan till 14th jan as per my land package dates.. I want the flights date to be changed to 14th jan 2020 as per the itenary.. I will not bare any additional charges the booking are done at your end.

                                      Hello,

                                      Itinerary will be provided as per the customers requirement and needs. It has to be checked whether it can go accordingly or not at the time of preparation of itinerary
                                      Once the travelers are here and expect to follow the itinerary, driver comes and tells not its not possible, how is this acceptable?
                                      As you told after sunset driver cannot drive the car in munnar roads, how did he take us to the hot air balloon, chocolate factory and the hand loom stores and restaurant for dinner by car after sunset?
                                      Next day as we told we are not comfortable with his driving, he denied to take us to dinner.
                                      But the duniya zamana.com person ankit told us that driver will take you to dinner as he dropped you 2 hours early before the itinerary, he informed about dinner to driver
                                      I am on trip with kid and how long can kids wait for food carving?
                                      I waited for 40 min but none of them turned up neither ankit or driver
                                      As per government rules we are not supposed to use mobile phones unless and until its hands free, but the driver uses it regularly
                                      He is supposed to stop car to the side and then answer the call
                                      Did he stop the car to answer the call and we dint allow him to answer?
                                      First day of iternanry is changed, but it happens on the second day too
                                      National park is mentioned in the iternary but the driver says we have to take a rtc bus and go the park,
                                      Do you really think so we should go by bus after booking a private car by paying the amount you quoted? If the driver is not taking us by car, why agent we informed at the time of booking?
                                      The driver rides the car using accelerator, break, clutch, gear and horn, but simultaneously he should check weather the travelers are comfortable or uncomfortable with all jerks and sudden breaks for every 10 min and with overtaking of vehicles on dangerous turnings when there is no hurry, driving the car doesn't just mean we drove them to the destination, you have to drive them safely
                                      He drops the car in all path holes and overtakes, what is the purpose of having a roller coaster ride and reach the destination where you are completely tired, what will one enjoy after having a pathetic ride that too with a kid in the car.
                                      If there is any view point we ask him to stop the car to take pictures, usually other tourist vehicles are been stooped but the driver simply denies.
                                      Duniazamana.com guys told us that he will be a driver cum guide, but he never tells us anything properly
                                      The driver should be aware of all the routes mentioned in the iternary if he doesn't knows the the route he is supposed to find it out, but no he asks us to find the route and tell us
                                      We are in kovallam for today, there is lot of humidity where we are facing problem ask him to increase the a/c he tells once he is on the correct route he will the a/c
                                      Is this the comfort one requires? When one ons the car engine after 5 to 10 sec we sat on the a/c, but here its a no
                                      When we were in munnar the driver he himself told us that he is suffering with fever, do you think travelling with the person who is ill n conjucted with cold and cough is safe to travel with a kid?

                                      Last day of cochi we planned as per our convince we booked the flight so that we can meet our friends and do some shopping, now the first day of iternary is postponed to last day because you should complete your sight seeing, but what about our time
                                      One will be tired travelling it for so long with such an mind-blowing driver
                                      The driver is very unprofessional

                                        2 weeks before agent called me & said that your flights tickets are ready & will send you by end of day & ask for advance payment & afterwards i paid the advance payment for hotel booking stuff.
                                        After payment i have not received any flight tickets & agent said everyday we will provide you end of the day.
