This was my worst bus and travel portal experience ever, i have booked the bus from delhi to bareilly on 27th feb 2018 from travelyaari.com in the name of suman pandey, they cost me around 800rs, ticket no[protected] pnr[protected] including there so called tysure from travelyaari.com, where they refund double of the amount paid in case of bus is cancelled. Now when i reached at edm mall near indian oil petrol pump anand vihar delhi i have found no bus there and called several times to the bus operator to locate where should i reach for boarding they give me another number to call another bus conductor, anyways i reached to my bus. After 5 mins one of the bus staff member came to me and said this bus in cancelled i called the customer support at 12:00 am and someone called mahesh picked the call, he was also unaware of the fact that bus was cancelled, he took me on conference with bus operator for no result bus was confirmed cancelled.in few min i receive a call from bus operator that you can go with another bus and we will drop you in rampur 65 away from bareilly what a joke. I have told him i have to go bareilly not rampur please arrange the bus to bareilly otherwise refund my money, he said ok we will process you refund soon. I come back home and call the customer support in the morning to know the status of my refund they said bus operator mentioned that customer refused to board on another bus that’s why we are not processing refund. I don’t know whom should i contact because travelyaari.com is the worst customer support system and they have no clue how to handle these kind of cheats.

    [protected] is my ticket number and i booked a bus from chandigarh to delhi and the same was being described as himachal volvo and i thought that it must be a volvo bus of himachal road transport corporation and i made a booking for a sum of rupees 1000 but after booking i came to know that it is a private owned bus by the name of himachal travels and not himachal road transport corporation moreover i came to know that the bus is no where close to being a volvo bus bus and is a semi deluxe modified bus

      I booked a ticket from yavatmal to pune on 21 feb 2018 but bus didn't come. So i called travelyaari executive and we had a conference call with operator and operator said they don't provide service on that root. So i request to cancel the ticket and refund the money and he was agree on that time. But now no one is responding how long i should ches you guies. Every time they are saying operator is not responding. I have paid to travelyaari not to operator so i believe travelyaari should refund me. Now they are saying raise a complaint we will see there itself. So request you to please look into this matter.

        I had booked ticket from bangalore to pune. Worst ever journey!! Bus had breakdown (Clutch was stuck) our driver and cleaner ran away. Owner had talked to us, and to avoid situation switched off his phone. Travelyaari executive tried fulling said mechanic is working on it. No one has responded for 7hrs till we stopped their bus on the highway which was coming from other side (Thanks to toll). Driver from that bus helped to get ahead with their journey. We called mechanic from 5kms who repaired it somehow after long wait. After getting over with this drama for 8hrs, while riding ahead our tire busted somehow our driver controlled bus. After checking backup tire, we found it was punctured too.

          Yesterday night i was booking online tickets on travelyaari from jalandhar to delhi through free charge but my transaction got failed two times and amount is debited from my account. Screenshot of the same is attached. Kindly arrange to credit my amount back to my bank account from which i have paid for it. Please confirm how many days it will take.

          Hi it's a very bad aap to book the tickets .it always gives issue when you make the payment and no one from customer executive will help you to solve the problem..I lost my booking because of it..please dont go with this portal.very bad people and portal

            Hi,

            I have booked ticket with travelyaari for my journey from pune-amravati with khurana travels multiaxle vovle sleeper and also opted for tysure facility but operator has to cancel the bus due to some unforceful circumstances. Now, as, per tysure facitlity theyshould be giving me the bus of samefacilities or will refund twice the amount that i have booked for.

            Now, to my concern rather than refunding the entire amount they have not even refunded the amount for which i have booked the ticket.

              Sir, i have booked my ticket on 29 jan 2018 with passenger name Yogesh Bhoi, ticket no.[protected], PNR [protected]-1996752.

              i booked the ticket at after noon session after some time passenger got call from respected travel authority and told that the travel has cancelled for today and you will get refund automatically.

              Up till now i didn't get any refund while discussed with your customer representative he told me that we don't have any data of cancellation, i will check and call you after 1 hour but he didn't replied. Name of the representative is tyher or taher like that . He asked me for cancellation request why should i raised cancellation i didn't cancelled it . please look into this matter and solved the issue or else we will meet in consumer court. its
              false commitment .

                Kallada travels sent this to us so they gave the refund to you but you still did not give us. Why are you still having our money? We have every details including messages and mail.                   Hi,
                  I am writing this mail to inform you that due to wrong information provided by travelyaari i have missed my bus from delhi to chandigarh (Ticket no[protected] which was scheduled at 10:45 pm on 30th dec 2017 from counter no 22 but bus got departed from other counter.
                  Regarding this issue i have called to customer care 2 times on 30th dec from mobile no. [protected] and talked to cce hiten and vikas, when i called up first time my call was attended by hiten, he assured me that he will call me back in 15 minutes but he didn't.
                  When i called up 2nd time, vikas attended my call, i asked him to connect me to hiten he told me that his shift is over now and after repeating my issue again to him he told that he will talk to respective authority and it will take around 24 hrs, but still i have not recieved any call.
                  At that time passenger was alone at bus stand and was waiting from 9 pm, she missed that bus and came back to home, if anything happens to her then who was responsible.
                  After writing all these things i just want few things from your side.
                  1. Refund my ticket amount.
                  2. Give training to cce's so that they can give proper information to customers in place of misguiding them.
                  3.in these types of cases who will be responsible for female passengers.

                    I had book jujjar volvo from ludhiana to chandigarh 3.20 pm on 26th dec 2017 vide pnr no[protected].
                    I had informed the conductor of the bus well in time that i will be boarding from such n such time. On reaching i had find that my seat is allowed to some body else even there was no seat left for me. Upon my protest they refunded my money, but this a unethical practise which will effect the book8ng side reputation.
                    As a matter of fact i am a regular traveller of jujjar volvo bus service.

                          Hi team,

                          I had booking for bus travel with pnr number[protected].

                          During this travel i had very bad experience. Seats i booked were already full. I was asked to seat on some other seat which i was avoided during the booking. Please note i was travelling with family and had ladies along with me. I tried to get my booked seats but failed as was not in position to continue with the matter. So i adjusted on the seat where bus staff asked me to settle.

                          Also the bus condition was worst. It was in a condition to push start. It was running 4 hours late than the actual time. Seats where i settled down had no cushions in it. This is not all, just before the travel date bus operator called me and asked for additional money to pay otherwise ticket will be cancelled, he stated. To avoid last minute changes/hurdles in plan paid that money as well.

                          So what is your responsibility in this case? Where does travelyaari stand if a customer is cheated like this?

                          Please provide me resolution for this issue and refund me my money back.

                            I did book an ticket on 21 November 2017 Madurai to Chennai .I cancelled the ticket before a week from the given date but I have not still been credited any amount Ticket No[protected]
                            PNR -BSPT[protected] .Waiting for the reply.Kindly please do the needful .I have already called to the customer and made a note that I had cancelled the ticket . I was informed that within 7 to 10 working days I would be credited with the amount but still now I have not been credited .

                              My self amitkumar mutyalwar, actualy i was booking volvo bus from the u r online site www.travelyaari.com fare was 780 rupees with discount, my plan was traveling from chandigarh to shimala, boarding place was chandigarh from 143 sector isbt at 1:15 a. M. On date 12th november 2017. I have been reach chandigarh on time near about 12:15 a. M on 12th november 2017. I have called the number that u providing at online booking site, then he told me that volvo bus was cancel and arrange other bus, he also told me that his person came and pick me near about timing at upto 1:45 a. M... I said ok and wait upto 2:00 a. M but not his man came to me and also not called me.
                              I have called again at 2:00 a. M but he again told me wait upto 2:30 a. M my man will came and pick up u, but again same thing happen his man will not came... I have call again that time ring one time his phone and cut my call and switch off his mobile phone.. I have try his call and wait upto 3:15 a. M. After that one more time i have tried then he responding and told me that he arranging seat on to the government bus h. R. T. C (Loacal bus) whose fare 361 ruppes only.. I said ok refund my remaining rupees but his man told me refund is not happen.. Ask to the upper authority... My complain is only that he will not inform me before unless and until i have called he and he will not provide suitable arrangement that i have paid.. I was very upset u r services and u rassociate providindg service. I want my remmaining rupees which is 419 rupees and take action regarding my complain on respective travel service provider. The name of travel service provider is boom shankar travels punjab his contact number [protected]. I have also provide my booked ticket and h. R. T. C bus ticket... I hope u take action my complain thanks

                                We reached predefined location at 11.30 to but no information about bus and contact person, i called [protected] to enquirers about our bus, they give a number of mr. Atul [protected].

                                Then i called mr. Atul about enquires about bus, he give me bus name “sliver moon, bus no - hp-01-3617” and contact person phone no-[protected]. Again i called him he also confirm about the same and said bus will be late about 1 hr.
                                Bus came at around 1 am, when we try to on board but driver refuse, he said we don’t have any information about you, then we called mr. Atul (Chamunda tour), then atul told us to contact travelyaari we dont have information, we try to call your customer care but no one pick our call.

                                At the end we call 100 (Police) for help around 2: a. M police came to help us, during 1.30 hr call to customer care not pick call for help us, mr atul don’t pick our calls, we are in the middle of nowhere.

                                I want to know who you give seat number without knowing about bus?
                                If we booked ticket from chamunda tour they transfer to other agent what we are?

                                You don’t care about passenger

                                We are so scared and panic at last we get last seat on same bus.

                                  I was book ticket in swagat travel bus my ticket no 5643 date 12 nov 2017 fare is a/c sleeper bus rs 6090 and members 9 only but driver and tt will make this bus is local bus service
                                  He will take money other extra person and in give permission to extra pesenger but volvo bus is already full but he give permission total 14 members extra and bus is like as local bus. Some were smoking in the ac bus. It is like hell. I was thinking that i will pay my money is wasted. Please note my complaint. And give punishment to driver and tt. Bus way and carpet is full no one will walk to out in bus

                                      I regret to inform you, that till now the refund amount not yet credited in my account. If you not send the refund amount Rs.346 to my bank account. I will take action on travel yari. I will just not keep quiet with loss.

                                        Dear sir/mam,
                                        I booked my ticket from travelyaari.com
                                        For todays journey i. E. 22.10.2017 from chopda to vadodara in patliputra travels.
                                        But when i reach to pickup point, i came to know that there is no bus today.
                                        Travelyaari does not inform me in advance about cancellation of bus.
                                        Due which i unable to reach at my destination & not able to joined my service, hence i claim travelyaari.com to refund me my one day income loss. Around rs. 2500 at my account at earliest.

                                        I only received ticket amount in refund, As per my complaint I demanded amount of Rs. 2500 as income loss due poor service of travelyaari.com. If travelyaari.com was informed in well in advance about cancellation of but, I will not lost my income.
                                        Hence credit Rs. 2500 in my account at earliest.
