I had booked a ticket from nagpur to hyderabad for kanker travels (Doj:[protected]. I got a message from kanker travels yesterday[protected] that the bus got cancelled and please contact [protected]. I contacted travelyaari regarding this issue. The complaint was registered yesterday at 1.00 p. M. Since then i have contacted travelyaari customer service 6 times. Everytime they are giving me an excuse that "we couldn't contact the bus service". I asked them the solution for this problem but the customer service people were not able to give me the solution. I have to leave for hyderabad today. Still i have no update about the bus status.
This is the worst service i have experienced.

      With reference to the above subject, would like to bring to your kind notice that we had booked tickets for two from chennai to bangalore under smpl tours and travels through your site.
      The bus got cancelled and it was not informed to us, after continuous telecon with smpk travels as well as travelyaari, we were given a bus operated by sharma transport (After a long waiting of 3 hours and continuous telecon) that also after payment 650/- per head for the seat.
      As we have paid an amount of rs 2280/- towards the booking, we kindly request you to refund us the same at the earliest.

        We booked a online bus ticket From Kota to Kanpur From your Wawe site with Shatabdi Travells Kanpur that tickets cancelled on[protected] but till date we can not able to recieved Refund of same.
        We did not received our booking amount to kota to kanpur pnr no[protected].
        From Shatabdi travels kanpur, that was booked by your wawe site.
        Ticket booked on 15August 2017 for travel date 14Oct. 2017.
        That was cancelled by me on weekend.

          Last week for october 6th, i had a booking from delhi isbt bus stand to jalandhar via punbus. Bus time was 11:59 pm. I was stuck in office and thought to cancel the ticket via app but it did not happen. App was giving error like "oops something went wrong". I tried 4-5 times but no success. I tried from 10:40 pm to 10:50 pm (I am aware that if time less than 1 hour, i can not cancel, in my case i was supposed to cancel before 10:59 pm and i tried many times before 10:59 pm but no success)

          NO. I tried before that as well. As I said it was keep on giving error mentioned above. I tried 4-5 times. You have to provide logs for complete 4-5 attempts which were made not just one which failed. Check the very first attempt.

            I had booked a bus: jodhpur to sri ganganagar from travelyaari.com bearing pnr:[protected] for journey on[protected] for a consideration of rs.751/- paid online. Further, i purchased the tysure service that website provides for rs. 20/-
            On[protected], at 6:46 p. M. (Departure time 9:17 p. M.; request for arrival at boarding point: 9:00 p. M.) i was informed about the cancellation. The bus was cancelled arbitrarily without any previous information so as to give some time to the passengers to re-book. I paid for tysure which claims to provide timely cancellation information and arrange for alternatives in case of cancellation. However, i got no alternative booking and no timely cancellation information.

            I have reported the above matter several times via complaint section of website and twitter handle but despite all my pleadings they have not refunded my money which is indeed regrettable and highly unprofessional. I have suffered losses/ incurred expenses rs. 751/- for the booked ticket and rs. 4500/- as taxi fare.

                  With respect to ticket no.[protected] booked from moradabad to delhi on[protected] at 8.40 p. M but when we reached bus stop and enquired about bus, they refused and said that there is no booking online in upsrtc for non-ac travel. They said that they only provide ac bookings online. I called on helpline of travelyaari and when i asked for detail of bus no. And conductor they said that they cant provide govt employee detail. Helpline of travelyaari.com just provided another helpline no. O[censored]psrtc and told to call them and get details. I called on that helpline no but no response from them.
                  Again i called travelyaari.com, they now started disconnecting my phone after listening whole scene.
                  This was very irresponsible behaviour from travelyaari.com. I waited whole night on bus stand and in morning i returned delhi.
                  Please refund my money asap by travelyaari.com.

                    I am not able to book a ticket. I tried to book a ticket of hrtc ac from kullu to chandigarh on 22 oct 2017 at 8:20pm. As seat is showing available but when i am trying it is displaying the message that this seat is booked, try to book another seat. So i have tried to book other seat, it is displaying the same booked message. I have tried with 5 to 6 times all time displaying the same message.

                        Just wanted to highlight that i was actually surprised to see the mail from travelyaari congratulating for completion of journey. The bus got cancelled and we have not been informed on time. I had an urgent work in chandigarh. Just because of your no communication, i have to travel by ola cabs for which i have made almost thrice payment.

                        When i called the executive to make an alternate arrangement, she replied “ this is a government bus we cannot help in this regard.

                        This was totally unprofessional. Further, when i asked for refund, they just commit that the refund would be processed shortly. However, there has been a delay of more than 20 days. The details of bookings are as below:

                          My travelyari ticket number is[protected] for mumbai to vapi on[protected]. I had called the driver about bus time and confirmed our location. But the driver didn't pick us up and left without us. I have called several times at travelyari customer care and i have been informed that the operator has not replied that suggests that nothing can be done if he does not reply and he gets away with what he did. I kindly demand a refund as soon as possible.

                            Kyros connects, ticket no.[protected], pnr - abrs6142332, from kochi to munnar was booked through travelyaari. Boarding details was given as near naval base. There are many boarding stations near naval base. Specific location must be written which is easy to understood by every person. It was very much confusing not only for us (As we wr outsiders), but also fr the local people, from whom we were seeking help. At the same time, the contact no.[protected] given on ticket couldnot communicate in english and hindi language. It was a troublesome experience to catch the bus. Very bad experience from travelyaari.

                                I was supposed be picked up by your travel agency from ctm at 6:30. I reached there at 6:30 itself, but as the address was insufficient i had to walk around 1km. I also called the number mentioned in your message. The operator called me to check my status and he was pretending like doing a great favour so i asked him to go. He called me again and informed me that they are leaving, though i told him that it'll take 2 minutes to catch them.
                                I had to contact customer support and they handled it by doing a conference call. The bus was held at the same point for more than 15 minutes after my arrival. If this is the case then why the hell he was talking rudely? Even the bus is at its worst condition. There is no compartment for upper seats. Anyone can easily steal wallet, because of open visible structure.
                                I've been traveling using your site since last 3 years and never complained about anything. I am not gonna travel with you guys again. I simply wasted my money. You ruined my travelling experience and my evening as well.

                                I was supposed be picked up by your travel agency from CTM at 6:30. I reached there at 6:30 itself, but as the address was insufficient I had to walk around 1KM. I also called the number mentioned in your message. The operator called me to check my status and he was pretending like doing a great favour so I asked him to go. He called me again and informed me that they are leaving, though I told him that it'll take 2 minutes to catch them.
                                I had to contact customer support and they handled it by doing a conference call. The bus was held at the same point for more than 15 minutes after my arrival. If this is the case then why the hell he was talking rudely? Even the bus is at its worst condition. There is no compartment for upper seats. Anyone can easily steal wallet, because of open visible structure.
                                I've been traveling using your site since last 3 years and never complained about anything. I am not gonna travel with you guys again. I simply wasted my money. You ruined my travelling experience and my evening as well.

                                    So where is my cash.

                                        I booked 3 ticket on travel yari. Ticket no[protected]. At the boarding point there was no bus and after an hour came to know bus was cancelled. I demanded for refund and they are not doing so. Kindly help.
                                        I have called them many times. They are making excuses from past two days. This is the worst experience i have faced with any booking website. I paid for the services and company didn't provided them at all.
