This was my 1st time for booking ticket from travelyaari.com...I have booked saini travels from nagpur to pune with ticket no[protected].
I wanted sleeper but by mistake i booked seater...then i called customer care and they told me that i can cancel and i will get full refund coz i booked ticket just 10mins ago...so i cancelled...now its been 10days and i didnt got my refund...this is my 1st time i used travelyaari ..and its really bad service...unsatisfied

    I tried to book a ticket ex Aurangabad to yavatmal through travelyaari on 6th Nov 16 for Maharashtra travels seat no 17 upper. In the process of payment, the transaction was successful through the credit card but i did not recieve the ticket. The site showed network error for long. plz now arrange to refund my amt Rs 609.00.immediately.

      Dear Sir,
      I booked my return trip from Indore to Ahmedabad on 6th of Nov-2016.
      I booked ticket on line and made payment through my debit card travelyaari.com wide PNR no[protected].
      They booked me and my family for three sleeper and accepted my payment.
      They sent me email of Cancellation of trip in the morning, but evening once again I received email and massage for travelling conformation, while I went to destination, i did not found any office or BUS.
      Today morning when I call them for refund they says will take 5-6 days and not replying my mail for quick refund.
      at the time of cancellation they are deducting money at a time.
      when I asked for the refund of full ticket value and extra I paid to take alternate transportation they don't reply.
      kindly help me for appropriate refund.

          Bus get cancel, but travelyaari or Bus office not me inform me about this, when i reach at Pick up location at that time they told me that bus get canceled.
          This kind of service not expected from travelyaari, Due to this i face so many problem.
          Call center not giving proper solution or advice.
          This is very panic for me.
          I will share this bad experience with all friend & social media. Don't go for Travelyarri there are so many other good option available like paytm, goibibo, makemytrip, redbus, abhibus they are also giving same discount with good service.

            I have book the 3 ticket in bhoom shanker bus Chandigarh to katra. on 23 rd September 2016 departure time 9.30pm. i rech the 9.15 as per details mentioned in your site information. but no bus reached the mention bus departure stop.i have face totally harassment.NO any one guide properly .no anyone take the responsible.Finally they have prefer to sit the the bus moon light. these bus departure time 10.30pm .and the bus rout is Chandigarh to jammu. i have pay full ticket charges. i thing they were know that after reach the jammu no one call her. because sim not working there...i prefer to other one never go on this bad bus services.i want to punishment they give bad service . because i have go to with family that, s my bad journey. and bad experience..

              I have booked a ticket in kallada travels through travelyaari website from trivandrum to eranakulam on 1st September 2016, 4Pm for my mother. On that day the bus started at 2PM and they called my mother and said that bus will start now. She was not able to reach at that time. When I called the travel agency they told me that they will refund the ticket. She was not able to travel that day and she missed a function on the next day. Till now we didn't get the refund also.

              Please help us to get the refund and the apology from travels.

              When iam paying money for bus ticket through paytm wallet but the ticket was not booked and money is cut from my account and travelyaari gives privilege card number.i dont know about these privilege card
              I booked 4 tickets for journey from Pune to Gujarat but for some reason I wanted to cancel the booking, I even called customer care for the same but they told me that there is no way you can cancel the booking and no refund will be made.

                We have booked ticket for my mother from Pune to Wardha with Anjani travell for the journey date 14 Aug 2016
                Due to heavy trafic in we got late for the 10 mins on venue. I was driving Bike and could not make call. Also there is no call given by the management of Bus for the pick up from Yerwada. As soon as I reached to Yerwada, I cam to know bus not waited for the passenger and left. I called to number provided by Booking Company they given number of Bus. I callled him and he suggested me to come hadapsar Bypass when I requested him as much as possible. He talked with me like I will be travelling without ticket and govt bus will also not do like he behave.

                  We had booked a bus from mandi to manali which has personal LCD screen and we were supposed to leave by 8:30 pm but we have received a phone call in the evening informing that your bus has been called off due to some unexplainable reason and we are shifting to a new bus. To my surprise, it had no LCD. Moreover, the basic reason behind booking a semi-sleeper bus was giving rest to the carbs before hiking but it was not there. It even arrived at 11 PM after having to wait for 2 long hours and we would be delayed by 4 hours to our schedule. If I wanted the same thing, I would have booked another bus with low fare. However, I expected travelyari to acknowledge this issue and thought you would let us know and make suitable arrangement in case of such sudden changes but as expected from start-ups, you guys have proved me right yet again. I wish you would not get any funding after this series B round because what good is funding when you are not able to engage your new customer. How can you expect to have customer royalty with such operations while growing your operations intensive company. Even there is no email ID mentioned on your website to address such issue. Pathetic, will always go with the old startups turned into company like makemytravel.

                    The bus was late as reporting time was 540am and even after calling driver number given on each ticket he told me to wait but at 6.05 am he said that he won't wait for 1 picking one passenger.
                    This is sheer deficiency in service and harassment the customer who has booking in advance and paid extra charges to. Please refund my money

                      I booked a tour package for shimla & manali by travelyaari. They provided very poor service and management is worst .No coordination between them and their booked cab drivers and hotels.They didnt made payment to the cab drivers and hotels as they demanded the cost of trip from me inspite of my full advance payment before start of my trip.My whole trip went on passed while talking on mobile with travelyaari tour operators regarding these issues. Cab driver refused to take me to the sight seeing since it was included in my itineraries because they were not informed by tour operator. Then I visited sights on my own expenses by another taxi.Moreover in shimla i myself have to go with cab driver for return shimla to delhi volvo ticket booking inspite of which it was already included in the itinerary to provide return AC volvo ticket from shimla to delhi. But at the last moment due to non availability of volvo ticket, have to come with cab from shimla to delhi. They are good means of source to have a mental harassment to any customer easily. I asked them to give all the booking vouchers including hotels and volvo bookings but they failed to give the return volvo ticket voucher before the start of trip but they refused and it proved drastic for me in the end. They told me that i will get the ticket from hotel before i leave but as such didnt happened. No ticket provided.Reached delhi at odd time by cab and have to wait at new delhi railway station for more than 10 hours at night after 8 hours long cab journey from shimla to delhi. Never rely on their words or booking. They will give you wrong information.Worst ever tour company i have seen. Never book any bus or tour package from travelyaari

                        I have booked bus ticket on 22nd april from surat to bhusawal. Mticket no.[protected]. I called to bus operator at given time by travelyaari but operator has refused and said we have a bus for bhusawal but not yet it will be started after an hour i told him that its not possible for me to catch my train from their if i will reach late. Operator didn't listen anything and asked to call travelyaari. I called to customer from their only around four times but i got this response only that bus operator is not picking their calls. When i asked to cancel my ticket and asked for refund they said will confirm you after discussion with operator. After that u called to customer care around 8 times but till date didn't receive refund. It's disgusting. Please help to take my money back from them

                          I believe that once the seats are booked they should not be interchanged. I had booked a single seat from Aurangabad to Karad on 17th June 2016 (ticket number[protected] by Konduskar travels. I selected seat lower 10 but I got a message that my bus got cancelled and my seat is adjusted to bus at 9. The seat which I got was lower 12 which was a sharing seat.
                          My travelling was not comfortable for the journey. I would not want it to happen to any traveller henceforth, please grant them the sweat with same standard.

                            We have booked 02no sleeper birth on line by net banking in shatabdi bus service from indore to kanpur for 2/6/2016 (Travel yari) leaving at 11.30pm.. We wait at pick up point up to 12.45am, but bus was not arrived neither received "sms or phone call" for bus cancellation, even no phone nos. Were active given on travel shatabdi board at (Ayushi apartment).
                            You are requested, please refund my money with out any deduction in my a/c which was used for transfer money on line by net banking.

                              Our bus gt cancelled and v got an option to take refund or transfer our journey date to 24 may..
                              V chose to transfer...
                              Confrming our seat no. Dey allotted us same seat no. As the bus was suppose to reach by 9:30 we waited till 12 for bus to come and as soon as bus came v r told dat d seats are not booked and our money was also nt refunded..
                              After having fight with d staff fr next hour v chose to gt back our home.. I no more wish to travel from shrinath.
                              Disgusted by the whole experience..

                                Does Cheating by providing fake buses to many people by some poor and unreliable travels agencies who is not having any buses enroute to my destination city as I am one of the victim of travelyaari fraudulent service and promises.
                                Now I am going to register a case on travelyaari for its fake and unreliable promises which forces innocent people to suffer and struggle after spending a lot of money for best bus tickets but instead getting looted by travelyaari

                                  I booked for the chirag travels agency. When i confirm the ticket and want to talk about the pickup location they dont give me proper response. Travelyari provide the number after the reservation they are head office number (Bilwara). After that i call to bhilwara office they given to me udaipur office number. This office is not of chirag travells. I called 10 or 20 times in udaipur office they not provide proper response. Big harrasment for the office location. I need immediate refund of pay. And straight away remove the bus. S worst bus service is from chirag travels agency. All issue will go higher and higher. If not given money by travel yari i will go to consumer court

I got the mail that amount will refund in 3 to 10 working days but it has more than 10 days... So i just want to know that amount will refundable or not...1300 or 1400 is not a big amount but there is a big failure of this website... I am not suggest any my friend circle to book the tickets from this website... Because of the site is dealing like this kind of service 1st time... If i booked 2nd time..
