Bus get cancel, but travelyaari or Bus office not me inform me about this, when i reach at Pick up location at that time they told me that bus get canceled.
This kind of service not expected from travelyaari, Due to this i face so many problem.
Call center not giving proper solution or advice.
This is very panic for me.
I will share this bad experience with all friend & social media. Don't go for Travelyarri there...

Dear sir
The bus was late as reporting time was 540am and even after calling driver number given on each ticket he told me to wait but at 6.05 am he said that he won't wait for 1 picking one passenger.
This is sheer deficiency in service and harassment the customer who has booking in advance and paid extra charges to. Please refund my money

Worst services, management & bookings.

Unprofessional behaviour

I believe that once the seats are booked they should not be interchanged. I had booked a single seat from Aurangabad to Karad on 17th June 2016 (ticket number[protected] by Konduskar travels. I selected seat lower 10 but I got a message that my bus got cancelled and my seat is adjusted to bus at 9. The seat which I got was lower 12 which was a sharing seat.
My travelling was not comfortable for the journey. I would not want it...

Travelyari provide the number after the reservation they are head office number (Bilwara). After that i call to bhilwara office they given to me udaipur office number. This office is not of chirag travells. I called 10 or 20 times in udaipur office...
