    I am simmi jain. I booked a ticket of volvo ac bus from firozabad to kanpur on 29/5/18 at 12:39 pm. I was at the stop in the scorching sun for about 2 hours but the bus did not arrive. It was really important for me to reach kanpur on the very same day but due to ur poor services i could not reach on time. This is a case of complete forgery. Your site booked the ticket, took the money but there was no bus. Even your customer care attendants had no answers where the bus was when i contacted them to track the bus. This is just so irresponsible. Now i want my ticket to get refunded as soon as possible. I hope that you will take this issue under serious concern.

      Today i booked ticket from your web site. As per your site shows national travel timing mumbai to kolhapur for morning 11.00 am departure and reach at kolhapur evening @ 7.00 pm. I have meeting of 8.00 pm so i book the ticket. But thing gone fully wrong national travel multi axel bus timing is not as per your site schedule. Now its 5.30 pm and still i am at near to pune that means more 4 hours to its takes to reach kolhapur. This is poor timing of bus schedule.

          I have wrongly booked my tickets.. I have to go karur on next month with friends and my family members.. Becoz i have to attend my friends marriage... E are planned to arrange a bus for going... Afte long tym we are going to a function with all my friends... I never want miss this valuble oppourtunity... This is going to be a wonderful memory for all o[censored]s.. So plz cancel my tickets

            I booked 2 seats for jalandhar to delhi and got confirmed seat allocation. Out of blue, few hours before journey i got a call regarding cancellation of tickets due to breakdown. Now i booked a cab and had to pay hefty sum to travel and still you have not refunded my money that you claim that it will be refunded in 3 working days. It has been 17 days and i am in touch with manik suri { not from travelyaari }, chandan singh and pawan kumar from travelyaari. They are just passing ball from one to another. Kindly resolve the issue.

                  I have booked ticket from chopda to ahmedabad online on travelyaari site. But when i contact to travel operater about my booking. He said me that there is no but from chopda for ahmedabad. I have paid booking amount. If i not get travels from my booking venue i will go to consumer court against the travelyaari website. If no service then why you show us booking availabity. Take it seriously.

                    Dear travelyaari team,
                    The bus from jammu to jalandhar is not actually a volvo. It looks like a volvo from outside but seats inside are similiar to roadways or an ordinary bus. Condition of seats and it's comfort is also poor.
                    It's a pure fraud by travelyaari and prtc.

                    I'll sue the travelyaari under ipc section 420.

                    Very disappointed from this fraud.

                      I booked 5 tickets of ac bus from ajmer to gurgaon whose details are following :

                      Travelyaari.com mticket no:[protected], pnr:[protected], ajmer-gurugram, makhupura chauraha_pandit travel, 11:30 pm,[protected], seat:l13, l16, l17, l18, l14, pandit travel, name:manohar

                      First of all, my bus was scheduled to 11:30 but it comrs about 1:15 in nyt.
                      Second, when we try to enter in bus there are approx 20 people in bus galary, bus conductor allow them to travel for extra money. So i was unable to go to my sleepers which was in last due to these extra people.
                      As i managed to reach at my sleeper, i saw these people sitting in my sleepers also. I and conductor both tried to get my sleeper but they didn't gave us.
                      After fighting for 50 min approx we got our seat.
                      But our seat was not in good condition, there were biscuits, bottles extra garbage is in our sleeper. And child toilet was on these also.

                      After that, when we were about to leave the bus at gurgaon, my bag in which i had 15000 rs. Cash was stolen by these people.

                      I called to travelyaari foi booked 5 tickets of ac bus from ajmer to gurgaon whose details are following :

                      I will suggest everyone to not to travel through travelyaari and pandit travels.

                        I have booked a ticket from indore to neemuch on 28/04/18 at 03:49 pm with jaishree travel. I paid the amount through net banking. I got a message from your side that the booking is confirmed. When my friend boarded the bus the traveller said that they don't have any confirmation of the seat which we have booked. They took cash from us. We paid the cash. Now at 06:02 pm i get a mail from your side that the online transaction which i did was not completely done. But my amount was deducted from account and i had paid cash also to bus conductor. Now please will you revert my money back to my account.. Else i will have to take some strict action against you.

                          I have travelled from nashik (Maharashtra) to nagpur (Maharashtra) on thursday, the 26th evening by 2x1 ac sleeper bus of rajlaxmi travels, ticket of which was booked through your portal.

                          Scheduled departure of the bus was 7 pm on 26th april 2018 and i was asked to report at 6 pm at mumbai naka pick up point at nashik which i promptly did by reporting at 5.50 pm. Bus took atleast about 2 to 2.30 hours to leave the nashik city. At last, i reached nagpur at 11 am on 27th april 2018, a total journey period of about 17 hours. During journey also, bus stopped on many occasions to collect the passengers, besides having reservations and other unreserved passengers were accommodated on the last seat of the bus and in the cabin which took much time.

                          Condition of the bus was also very pathetic being old one. Mockery of the thing is that while booking, it was shown on the portal that bus is brand new.ac was not working properly at all and the excuse given by the conductor that some belt is damaged. All parts of the bus were making noise which was irritating and disturbing.

                          Please look into the matter and give proper understanding to the travel company so that passenger should enjoy the ride/travel.

                          I recently travelled in gujarat travel pnr no.[protected]. The bus was 2 hr late. The driver mis behaved with ladies. He did not stop for rest stop.at mid night we were made to change bus..bus stopped at various places in night to take extra passagers
                          I called your customer care about cancellation of my bus ticket but from your side no response ia there, what a bad n arrogent service are you providing.. in future will not do booking from your site, and will defineatly go to consumer court for this. you can't deduct 100 % amount, it's totally illegal.

                            Ahmedabad to reliance (Jamnagar) by patel tours and travels by ac sleeper volvo bus on 22.04.18 - schedule time 23:40 hrs,. Reached reliance (Jamnagar) at 08:00 hrs against schedule time 06:30 hrs, late by one and half hour. The reason was frequent stops to pick up unauthorized passengers to encash without bothering about passengers timeline to reach at schedule time. Bus quality, poor curtains, lighting switches not working. Not recommanded, explore options.

                              This is to inform you that i have booked three tickets through your website.

                              I have faced the following difficulties and cheated by you and the transpoter m/s golden temple travels:-

                              1) as we have reached the jammu transport we have been asked to vacate the bus although my ticket was till katra.

                              2) i have been asked the board in a old type of bad kachada bus and given the two sleeper seats although i have booked the three sleeper seats.

                              3) i call the tour operator he said you have to adjust. And disconnected the phone and never picked up later.

                              4) i call up to your helpline no they picked up and tried to take the transporter who had asked your representative to come to there office and tell the whole story and disconnected the phone.

                              5) i have been ditched and traveled in two sleepers.

                              6) needless to mention that the bus in which we have been transported from delhi to jammu not having the worth of seat value of rs 3000 per seat. Even their ticket cost is rs 800/- which my co passengers are having. This is totally a loot you have done to me.

                              7) minimum emenities like water bottle, charging point, cleanliness is missing and driver was switching off ac saying some problem with system.

                              8) i was supposed to reach at 8 am but due to adjustments your transport did bust left at 12:00 midnight and we are still in bus, i had waited at transport for 4 hours and still not yet reached the destination

                              My hard earned money should be returned since you have ditched me.

                                  I have tried to book one ticket from Ahmadabad to Panvel on 31st of March 2018 and the amount has also been debited from my account but didn't get the confirmed ticket.                                       I have booked two tickets for nellore from bangalore and return rickets. Onward journey ticket is booked with boi star reward points of rs.2250 and balance i paid through my credit card and return journey tickets with my credit card. I could not cancel online, but with help the customer care centre i could cancell the tickets.
                                      My first query is that i was informed that the boi reward points will be forfeited by the travell agent and will not be return to boi and or to me. My question is how you can forfeit the entire amounts of boi rewards, which are to be refund to boi or otherwise you should keep with you for our future utilization.

                                      My another question is how you can apply cancellation charges of 25% even after cancelling the tickets before two days. No other travel services are charge such abnormal rates. Hence i request you to look into the matter and settle the amounts at the earliest.

                                        This was my worst bus and travel portal experience ever, i have booked the bus from delhi to bareilly on 27th feb 2018 from travelyaari.com in the name of suman pandey, they cost me around 800rs, ticket no[protected] pnr[protected] including there so called tysure from travelyaari.com, where they refund double of the amount paid in case of bus is cancelled. Now when i reached at edm mall near indian oil petrol pump anand vihar delhi i have found no bus there and called several times to the bus operator to locate where should i reach for boarding they give me another number to call another bus conductor, anyways i reached to my bus. After 5 mins one of the bus staff member came to me and said this bus in cancelled i called the customer support at 12:00 am and someone called mahesh picked the call, he was also unaware of the fact that bus was cancelled, he took me on conference with bus operator for no result bus was confirmed cancelled.in few min i receive a call from bus operator that you can go with another bus and we will drop you in rampur 65 away from bareilly what a joke. I have told him i have to go bareilly not rampur please arrange the bus to bareilly otherwise refund my money, he said ok we will process you refund soon. I come back home and call the customer support in the morning to know the status of my refund they said bus operator mentioned that customer refused to board on another bus that’s why we are not processing refund. I don’t know whom should i contact because travelyaari.com is the worst customer support system and they have no clue how to handle these kind of cheats.
