These are 3 transaction happened on your portal and no ticket has been generated by registered mobile no [protected] on the name of pankaj kumar. I have mail confirmation from your end related to the failure of ticket booking but confirmation of deduction of amounts.
Inspite of 5-6 calls to call center and customer care mail, no mail has been received for refund.
Pls note this is my last reminder to you for refund else file the suitable case in consumer forum for refund with interest.
Even i have called and got information that refund will be done in 15 days, now more than 2 months getting over but no refund yet.

    Booking is confirm to Jain travel (reg). Seat 2 for Ahmedabad to Jodhpur on 20-jul, at 11:15 pm PNR:[protected] for online booking www.jaintravels.com but bus or service not provided by bus agency and i wait from night 11 pm to 3 am 20.11.18 to 21.11.18 and paid 1322 through upay . Totally fraud by travel agency with me.i have phone to Jodhpur office as number [protected], [protected] but not answer and they were in drinking and abusing me that why you booked online through gravely sari.com.They were reapitting fraud website.They eat consumer money for several times. We doesn't trust travelyaarip please help me otherwise no option except consumer court.we trust on online services. It is thinking that we believe in travelyaarip or not

      Hi there i want to apprise you that i have booked the punbus from chandigarh to pathankot on 2nd jun 2018 . In the morning bus never came nd we got to know that bus has been cancelled, unfortunately i dont have the tkt email as well. And ur helpline number is useless nobody cares.
      I have not recived the refund till date . Kindle do the needfull pls

        Dear customer
        I apologize to say that your ticket from Ludhiana to Delhi PUNBUS-LUDHIANA DEPOT VOLVO service cancelled due to operator issue.
        So we are processing full refund for this booking.
        You will get the refund within 7 to 15 days bank working days.
        Bit still refund is not received in my account i have talk to one of travel yaari representative Mr. Shivam he says me approval is not given by PUNBUS contact PUNBUS so he is only harass me & not want to refund process.
        Kindly take a necessary action against travelyaari so they never making fool people in future & also refund my money as soon as possible.

          I booked a bus ticket for my daughter from Jalandhar to Chandigarh in PUNBUS on 11.07.2018 as per details mentioned below :

          We waited Jalandhar till 7 AM no bus turned up. No message was delivered in this regard. When we called PUNBUS depot at Amritsar, they told us that bus has been cancelled.

          How they can do this without informing the passengers??

          Please investigate the matter and advise us accordingly. At the same time, arrange to refund the ticket amount immediately.

          Matter is also being taken up with Punjab Govt as well.

            I am Pratik Gadhave have book Ticket from your App from Amravati to Dhule at 1st july 2018 at 8.30pm(approx) my departure at 11:31 pm, but driver didn't arrive to me due to lack of management of travelyaari.com, driver don't even have my name in his passenger list, they also provide wrong no to me for contact I registered compliant through[protected] on 2nd July, But Travelyaari management till date not able to trace my complaint I want my refund as soon as possible.

              We paid two times fair of one seat.
              It is a right to refund of one ticket amount.
              Amount is not big but as a human right take is seriously and give some bloody option to condector rather than GUNDA GARDI of condector.

                    I had worsturney experience with travelyari.com. They have worst travel agency collaboration. Never book ticket from haridwar to delhi with this site. They dont even know that bus will not enter in delhi from haridwar. They shows arrival point of kashmiri gate, i have booked ticket of non ac bus for kasmiri gate. They dropped me with my little 4 year daughter at 1 am today on 29th june 2018.

                    I have booked ticket from travelyari.com with ajay travel agency of haridwar. These both company is fraud. They took 1243 rs. Of a single sleeper and dropped me somewhere on highway 10 km away from gajiabad at mid night with my little my pnr no is[protected]. Ticket no.[protected].

                    Ajay travels, haridwar claims that they dont take passenger of delhi. But still travel yari sites allow booking.

                    Both agency is thief and unprofessional.

                      I tried booking a ticket from delhi to chandigarh through the app. I selected the seats and the transaction was made through paytm but after that the app just didnt show anything and the ticket too wasn't booked. I have every detail of the transaction. They say we have not received the amount. Paytm says the transaction is complete. Where did the money go? Did it just disappear in thin air. What a fraud service! They refuse to give me a refund and they don't even let me contact a higher authority from theirs. The customer service is very rude. First of all you'll have to wait for half an hour just for them to pick up the call and then they keep on telling me to contact tomorrow. Emails don't get replies. Then they say they're the largest ticket booking app. My money's stuck and i cant do anything.

                        Bus ticket was booked online from travelyaari from jammu to delhi from golden temple tours and travels. However, after repeated conversation on mobile with bus operator for one hour i was intimated that bus has gone faulty and will not be run. I also approached travelyaari customer cate many times but nothing was done. I would request for refund asap. It was extremely painfull experience as i was left high and dry alongwith my family and my trip disrupted. More shocking was bus operator's behaviour that first of all they didn't inform about bus failure and then at last moment they expressed their inability to run the bus. My trip was completely spoilt. Now please refund my booking amount.

                          I was travelling from katra (J&k) to delhi through jamna travels bus service which i booked through travelyaari bus when i reached to catch the bus, i came to know that it was over booked and somebody else was occupying my seat which was given by bus service provider. The bus service provider didn't gave me birth till the end of my journey which was 700 km. I was totaly frustrated and even called travelyaari but didn't get any resolution.

                            I booked volvo bus ticket online through travelyaari.com
                            Time schedule was 6:00 pm but bus reached at boarding point on 7 pm.
                            I started my journey approximately 9:00 pm
                            The bus staff... Waow!!!
                            I don't want to say about them
                            The bus was full out of its limit... Walking gallery was also filled by the passengers (50 counted nos.)
                            I called to travelyaari customer care but they just said you got your seat i said yes then why you r calling us...

                              I had done bus booking from kolhapur to mumbai on 13th may, 2018 via travelyaari application and payment was debited from my account but the booking wasn't done. And still they haven't credited my rs.734 to my account. I had called them 4-5 times and they only said we will look into and respond you. But they haven't responded still one month had passed away.

                                I have booked ticket on 01.06.2018 via punbus application but i have received any confirmation message so i called to customer care to confirm the booking he said they havn't received any booking for anku (From delhi to chandigarh on 01.06.2018). Their representative said to contact my bank for payment issue. Today my bank confirmed that payment was confirmed with merchant with transaction[protected].
                                Please solve my issue asap and revert my payment to the bank

                                  I haven't received my refund yet, i had cancelled the bus on around 6th or 7th june. Its been a week, i haven't gotten any message or mail concerning the refund process. I can't check my status as there isn't any option provided. I'll be really gratified if you could help me with my issue and can help me get the refund as soon as possible.

                                    I had booked a ticket for ludhiana - new delhi on 11.30 am punjab roadways volvo for 11 june 2018. The pick up spot sherpur chowk is located on highway without any arragment of making queue for boarding the bus. The punbus conductor insist on checking id prior boarding the bus. Due to crowd at the bus entrance and my hands occupied with bags this led to put my id unsecurely into pocket from where it got slipped in the journey which i realised after reaching destination and checking at hotel there. Though i am not fully blaming them for it but if they allow passengers to board and then show their i'd it will prevent such loss. The bus no. Was pb 08 cx 9053. I tried to call punbus enquiry to notify them but no body picked. If you could get phone no. Of bus conductor then he might tell if he has found id in the bus

                                      Bus condition is third class.
                                      No bed sheet available.
                                      Travel's driver has followed different route. (Has taken long route since he got the road side traveler for those places)
                                      Driver has picked up passenger in rout. Travels is now like local bus, picking up passengers (Local traveler not reserved) on road.
                                      Yet not reached to destination, supposed to reach my destination by max 10 am.
                                      There is no cleaner in bus.
                                      Raining water is coming inside the bus even though widows are closed.
                                      Driver is not listen to any of the passenger, everyone is irritated in bus due this unexpected travelling.
                                      Driver is not driving properly and speed is too slow.
