undue charges post booking the tickets urgent help required

I had booked three ac tickets from delhi to amritsar and amritsar to delhi on 01/08/2017 through travel yari for 11/08/2017 and 15/08/2017 respectively. I had made the payment of amount rs. 1635 and 1647 for three tickets as instructed by the website on 01/08/2017. Please refer enclosed refer tickets.

However, today i have got sms from the concerned bus operator regarding the increment in ticket fare. I have called the operator...

Pathetic service

I did the booking in Kinglong bus from Delhi-Nainital a month in advance and also selected the seats. To my horror when I boarded the bus it was a chartered bus and the seats selected were given to someone else. The seat given to us had AC ducts which wasn't functioning. We had a terrible experience. I kept calling travelyaari for assigning the seat I selected. They kept promising but could do nothing. Please DONT ever book your tickets in...
