Hi,
I wanted to modify my ticket.
Details: pnr number 11099363 ticket number[protected] hubali to vapi vrl travel, instead of modifying the ticket it got canceled because of site crash and the amount has been deducted from it. Photo attached of modifying.
So please help me out with this, hoping for a fast response from your side. Thank you

In my snapshot it is shown that they where asking me the reason for cancelation I selected (change in plan/date) after selecting that, further the site got crash and after a while automatically my ticket got canceled.
And secondly there where no option mentioned for reaching out to you for modification of tickets. So how could I'll come to know that.
Sir, I have booked bus ticket from Mumbai to Sagar (karnataka) for date16/09/17.m Ticket no is[protected], PNR 19207081, TS[protected]OYMJ. I want cancel this booking and i could not do it online. Please help me. The contact phone no given by you is not correct . My mobile no is [protected].

      They didn't inform at 4:45 we call the travels at 5:00 pm then they will send the message of the journey at that the the bus will crossed the hyderabad city

      I have one ticket booked in mobiquik wallet but payment dudcted in two time in my mobiquik wallet so one payment refund my wallet my wallet no-[protected] invoice number 11527372 & 11527389
      Sir travel agents was does not inform the correct time of the bus, actually in message we received 4:45 is the bus time at Alwin x roads but the bus moved at 3 clock we lost our money RS 2620 and journey actually we have interview on 30th August 10:00 am at Srikakulam we lost our interview please can you please return our money

When i was contacted to your office as well as sagar travels office, the your operater tor told me that your ticket is confirm. And alao i have received mail and sms regarding confirmation of ticket till this time. Now suddenly sagar travels operator has told me that your seat is booked by two people... now sagar travels operator offering me last no. U34 seat on behalf o[censored]13 which is cheating with me.             I had booked three ac tickets from delhi to amritsar and amritsar to delhi on 01/08/2017 through travel yari for 11/08/2017 and 15/08/2017 respectively. I had made the payment of amount rs. 1635 and 1647 for three tickets as instructed by the website on 01/08/2017. Please refer enclosed refer tickets.

            However, today i have got sms from the concerned bus operator regarding the increment in ticket fare. I have called the operator and he confirmed about the price increment for the already booked ticket. They are asking for more 2000 bucks for the booked tickets for one side. This is really not acceptable and professional

            I have called the customer care number also but did not get the satisfactory answer, please look into the matter urgently else i have to escalate the matter further.

            This is clear case of attempting fraud with the customer and making the people fool. Customer is not at fault and it is just that the operator wants to make the undue profit. Why we should pay more money when we have already make the payment as per the rate mentioned on the website

Also, share the call log details in case if you had called them from pick up location with time & date call logs. We will take it further from there. As of now, they strictly denied for refund.

                      I did the booking in Kinglong bus from Delhi-Nainital a month in advance and also selected the seats. To my horror when I boarded the bus it was a chartered bus and the seats selected were given to someone else. The seat given to us had AC ducts which wasn't functioning. We had a terrible experience. I kept calling travelyaari for assigning the seat I selected. They kept promising but could do nothing. Please DONT ever book your tickets in City heart travel bus as they cheat customers. I was travelling with my elderly parents and a kid yet faced so much inconvenience despite booking the tickets a month in advance.

                              This is disaster, i have travelled yesterday by devkrupa travvles, the bus which was suppose to reach here parbhani at 6 reached at 9 am, moreover bus was untidy, bedsheet was smelling like #, he switched off the ac in midway and didn't even bother to start, please ask the merchant to refund and get back to me. Also, addition to this he asked one of the elderly lady to seat on my seat and even after telling him many times he didn't do anything. Also, i have been trying to post the feedback on their website which isn't working and even after calling customer care they didn't do anything for it.

                                I have already booked tickets from Mumbai to nanded dated on 5th June. our proposed journey dated on 4th . So we had to cancel our tickets at that time. They did not refund us.

                                  We booked 4 tickets with aeroline bus worth rs 800 per seat for a/c sleeper volvo

                                  Complaints are :-

                                  1. The bus was 3rd class with very bad condition
                                  2. While booking on travel yari, it shows that its taking to "surat city"
                                  Where as it later on conducor informed that it will drop us at high way of surat, where no taxis are available caused double money
                                  3. The cabinet where we put lugguage was full of dust

                                  - the bus took a short cut and was jumping so badly that it created health issues to my 60 years+ parent

                                  - please take an action and dont give fake details on online

                                    I have booked a ticket from cuddalore-bangalore on 15th may 2017 through travelyaari on universal travels.

                                    On 15 may 2017 afternoon 2 pm, i got an sms from universal travels, that the bus has been cancelled and alternate bus will be provided for the same.

                                    I called universal travels guys from my boarding point about the bus arrival, they suddenly said the bus has been cancelled and disconnected and further i called, somebody said bus is coming and after sometime they said, bus has been cancelled and disconnected.

                                    For refund, i have called and initiated and after a week they processed and paidback.

                                      I have lodged complaint against travelyarri for mis behave and fraud while booking online ticket.
                                      my booked ticket details are as follows,

                                      Fare: 1449
                                      Booking date : 21st may
                                      Operator : Sindh Travels
                                      Rout : Amravati to pune
                                      Time : 7 PM to 5.50 AM

                                      I board at Amravati by 7 PM, operator checked my tickets and allowed to have seat on 29 no. After some distance sindh travel agents stoped bus at Mehakar and ask me to vacant seat at 1.30 AM, I tried to call travelraari for 20 times there was no response received from travelyaari. Travels agent force me to get down even after showing my confirmed ticket.
                                      I suffer whole night by seating in passage, I never sleep there as every time i have to stand up for each passenger to go to and fro.
                                      I lost my important meeting at client side also I could not able to attend office at next day.
                                      Travelyaari portal is solely responsible for this.
                                      I want my complete ticket to be refund immediately and my work lost compensation of Rs. 10, 000/- at earliest.
