I have booked one package from tripgateway on 23rd march
Package is holiday 8, 999 rs (4 night+ 5 days)
One representative of tripgateway (Mr. ravi singh) called me on 21st march evening and told me your's number is a lucky number(Today is happy hours) and there is a offer for you
If you paid money instantly then you will get one offer (Mobile htc 826) within 3 days
But i havent received mobile phone yet they...

A prize from our company. Our company will give you free gift of mobile handset htc one 9m, if you buy our package 8999/- today. I made a payment towards trip gateway transaction id was[protected] through my internet banking. Later, he told me that you have received another call...

Salesman calling from tripgateway company located in noida (U.P.)saying his name as mr. Ravi( i think its fake name) that my name has been selected by agency from irctc online computerise ticket and tripgateway is offering assured gift of htc desire 816g if i bye there holiday package of rs.8999/= in happy hours. I had made online payment onbehalf of trkocity holiday consultant pvt.Ltd.Sum of rs.8999/- (Dated: 07-mar-2016).

Some sales representative called from[protected] called and gave some travel package and I asked some details to my mail, the same day he called 5 to six times and pressuring to take this offer I simply refused asking for some time to think as this is the matter related to money, but that guy harassed me over phone, this type of miss behave is very condonable...

Hi, i booked a holiday package on 29/3/16 of 8999 because of false promise of free gift Htc 816g plus/ samsung galaxy j7. Agent was mr abhijit chavan([protected]).
Since then i called many time for gift but ther r giving excuses everytime for delay of gift..intresting thing happened now.on 16/3/16 i got a call from another salesman mr rohit sharma([protected]) tht ur promised gift is not in stock for 1 month.he said that we will upgrade...

I had booked a holiday package on March 23rd (on Holi) during the happy hours through Mr Ranjeet. As part of the deal, I was promised a gift (Samsung Galaxy Tab) along with the package. I was told that the gift would reach me in 5 working days after my registration. Now it's been more than 25 days and I haven't yet received any gift. 4th march 2016 ko muje bikas sinha ne call kiya aur bola ki ur selected for Lucky customer in our company's in happy hours time because ur make online payment n using our payment getway, i[censored]r book packege of 8999/- so company given u HTC ONE M9 PLUS mobile gift with tour package of 4-5 days and u received ur gift within 7 days, so i book package of Rs.8999/- i received only welcome...

I took a package of 8999 of Thailand from trip gateway
before taking the package i was promised hotel of baiyoke sky / baiyoke suite
Indra regent / amari watergate
my dates were 21st to 24th of april
i checked with the sales executive before taking this package that will i get a hotel on the above dates
he made promises that yes and me sent a form also
now the company say they cant book these...

We would like to inform you that refund is not matter because we have already send the request to our accounts department regarding of your refund but the matter is that you need to remove all the complaint which you mark against Tripgatweway. Then only you will be get the refund because once the amount will credited we can't follow for the removing...

One of the employer of tripgateways.in called me and he was saying that you are one our lucky customer our of 20 persons.He told me that you have done so many payments online thats why oir company has selected you.He was saying that if you are purchasing our tour package in happy you will also be getting a tablet of sony or a mobile as a gift.I told him that call me after 1 hour.I searched in the internet about the company and about the offer...

Received call from trip gateway in regard to package costing 8999/-. With a gift of HTC mobile . It was suppose to be received in 01 week but still not received.

The caller Raj Saxena is not even attending calls.

1. Sandip Tripathi & kartik etc. all are lier dogs. they are not ready to give any written mail or conversation for the gift or refund the money, they are making again fool, asking for 15 days more for the gift..it is really fraud.
Please don't make any deal from them


please take strict action on this fraud company.

Today i received the call from them, saying that the gifts will not be provided untill the 12 references are given. They said their employees are fraud making fool to peoples. They said we fired raj saxena and akash sinha who told me in happy hours you will get the gift from company.
Even one [protected] guy from bangalore says that working in tripgateway and is saying i want to refund your money from tripgateway. Please provide me...

This holiday package is currently also available on their site stating
In 3rd point
"offer is valid for stay only in our affilated 3 star hotels and resorts."

After payment received...

Mr. Tarun called me over phone & said that if I pay Rs. 8999 for holiday package they will give me Moto X play 16 GB Brand new handset free of cost as complimentary gift. same time I asked him that on your company website it not mentioned & terms & conditions are different & you are telling something different but he assured me that I will receive call from gift dept for confirmation of gift item & will deliver it within a 5 working days....

This happened on march 7th 2016. Mr rohan called me up on my mobile and he was selling a package for 8999/-. He assured me that, he will also send me a samsung galaxy s6 edge mobile after i book the package with him. He said that, lot of hotel people pass on huge gifts, to be given to customers who buy all package vouchers from tripgateway. Its been now 23 days and he is still assuring me that, he will send the same... Nothing received till...
