Subject - Not received of assured gift (HTC desire 816G Handset) if i bye there holiday package 8999.A Cheating of 8999/- from Tripgateway company holiday package regarding gift..
Respected Sir,
Salesman calling from Tripgateway company located in Noida (U.P.)saying his name as mr. Ravi( I think its fake name) that my name has been selected by agency from irctc online computerise ticket and tripgateway is offering assured gift of HTC desire 816g if i bye there holiday package of rs.8999/= in happy hours. I had made online payment onbehalf of trkocity holiday consultant pvt.Ltd.Sum of rs.8999/- (Dated: 09-mar-2016).
My order no.[protected]Got invoice in pdf file format)
I requested for refund by mail.
But since that date i have talked more then 15 times within 40 days on lanline no.-[protected] but they are giving only verbal assurance regarding your gift will be delivered shortly & docat number will be generated and details will posted via e-mail to you .Hence i am requested to your good office to resolve my complaint either they deliver offer HTC desire 816g or refund my payment rs. 8999/-.
And also request to your please close this kind of fraud offices, and inform to innocent public.

I would like to being a part of Tripgateway if you complete your promise. You already taken the so much time. & I am suffering from last 45 days.you just pass the time as possible as from your side. I already told you please 100% refund all my money of 8999/-
There is so much harassment from Tripgateway to me because of that I totally disturb in routine life. So I don't want to make a deal with u..& solve my problem as early as possible otherwise I will free to take action against you.
