Today on 20.5.18 i recieved my product from triviyaa instead of a small sized kurti i recieved a cheap saree.. My order no is 177379... Plz return the product and return my cash rs 530 back.. My ph no is [protected] a d my name is sraddhya adhikari... The payment mode was cash on delivery... Delivery by xpressbees and that delivery person was also very rude take the cash without confirm my order and didnot sign any delivery paper... Plz i want my cash back...

Dear Concern,

I have ordered for two Kurtis of Rs. 399 each of different pattern by paying around 960. But the team has delivered two very cheap sarees of same pattern only with different colour. I don ant the item which you have delivered with your own wish. Kindly take back the product and return my money.

Also let me know if I can get the same product which I hav ordered previously.

I order lhanga and I got different product my order number is 135442 dulhan lehenga n they send totally different n chep orange sarees i got i want refund plz tell me procedure how to return the product quality is cheap n wrong product and I don't have any idea how to return plz help me

The order which I have been received is wrong order.kindly do the replacement ASAP. I have given cash on delivery. Replace my order or pay the cash back asap.

I riceived a wrong product on 19.05.2018 what i had ordered. I had ordered a tunics but i received a sareeactually. The order no is169699. Please refund my money.. When i tried to contact triviya customer care, number is not reacheable. There is no option for returns the product also. I really disappointment about this service... How this mistake can happen

Please cancel my order no -179403. I am finding no option to cancel this order and can't call them as it is isd number. I ordered product by mistake and i do not want to buy it. Please do cancel the order. It is a white color gown. Cost rs 740 around. It's is oversize for me just by mistake ordered it. Kindly cancel it as i got message of its delivery on 25 may 2018. I had placed an order for a gown in triviyaa.com and received the confirmation sms. The product was delivered through blue dart and i payed rs. 750 to the delivery person. But inside the parcel it ws not thw gown which i had ordered for, instead there was a cheap saree.

Bloody cheaters, you trick so many people and you think you will escape! Not anymore!

I want my refund as soon as possible. Or just wait for the consequences.

I had ordered 4 different sarees. Order ref no.177892 was been successfully placed with triviyaa.com and was delivered today afternoon i. E. 19 may 2018. Order total :value was rs.2255.68 which i handed over by xpress bees courier person as it was mentioned cod. However after opening the package found that inside there are 3 cheap quality saree's. This sarees are totally different which i have ordered. I need full reimbursement asap. Hence need intervention from concerned folks to help settle this on priority.

I had ordered 5 designer kurtis. Order ref no.172641 was been successfully placed with triviyaa.com and was delivered today evening i. E. 19 may 2018. Order total :value was rs.2254.60 which i handed over to blue dart courier person as it was mentioned cod. However after opening the package found that inside there are 3 cheap quality saree's. This is the same case with almost everybody who ordered clothes with this website. We need to take some serious legal action against these cheaters!

I am totally dissatisfied with the delivered item.

I ordered triviyaa designer gown for women 's 34 - l size from triviyaa.

But got delivered with a red saree worth not even 100 rs.

I either need my 750rs back or need the gown.

My order number is 130911.

If you don't give any of this i will have to file a case against this website.

This website is the worst i have ever seen.

Triviyaa designer gown you place order of saree? Why this was happened? Your customer care number also not working so we can complain on the line.

Kindly note my complaint. I have booked a designer kurti but today (Date 19.05.2018) i received a courier in which only a dupatta of having a blue colour has been found. Few days back a received a conformation call (Ph no is :[protected]) regarding my product, they were asking for the surety of product ordered. Hence, this is very disappointing for me, and i'm not happy with the service of company triviyaa. Kindly get back this courier and request you to refund my money asasp.

This is highly unprofessional. I have attached the picture of the order recived which is 2 cheap quality sarees.

Do resolve the same at the earliest.

Please send the exact same order as mentioned, or give the full return.

I am not going sit quite. I need my return back or else i will complaint in consumer forum for this fake company

1. My order no was :171259 but you have shipped me order no: 248091
Sender the gridspe global, so i recieved the wrong order.

2. When i ordered from your site i just recieved a message about my order with no tracking details.

3. When i called customer care no
([protected]) collected from internet to report my complain against the wrong package recieved they misguided and misbehaved with me regarding the same. I just asked them to send me a mail regarding the refund issue, with proper details about the purchase and the refund what generally other online sites do, but the customer care person shouted and miss behaved i can also provide you the recorded call inorder to prove my self.

Hi team

I have ordered one cotton western top.
I have received one saree which were not in my order list at all. I was charged 530 rupees.
This was the worst online order i have ever done. Which were not listed in my order and they are of complete cheap category.
I would like my money to be returned for this worthless order. I will suggest no one to order from this site.
The courier guy already suggested me that they send worthless products but still i went ahead and took the order.

I had placed and order which I have to cancel however there is no proper customer care number or other details to submit the complaint to. The whole website seems to be fake..the order details are not been available to track etc.i want there customer care number to ask them cancel the order or you can request them to cancel immediately...if the order is received I won't accept it

I have ordered one cotton western frock and one silk kurta and one saree. I have received three sarees which were not in my order list at all. I was charged 1500.76 rupees. This was the worst online order i have ever done. I got three sarees which were not listed in my order and they are of complete cheap category. I would like my money to be returned for this worthless order. I will suggest no one to order from this site. The courier guy already suggested me that they send worthless products but still i went ahead and took the order. The products i received was real cheap. Do not create fake websites for online orders. It's just a trash i need my money back.

The product delivered is of worst quality i need full refund of the product. How can you cheat people and stay happy you will have to repay the amount. Fraudster. Does trivia have any shame. Bloody cheap people. You fooling yourselves more than people. I need refund of my money in any condition. The product is different as shown in the image. It has no quality i will not take it for even 100 rs. And you took 750 from me. Take your product and give my money back. Triviya is just nonsense.
